Technology Management and Research & Development(R&D) have been one of the most difficult divisions for measurement and evaluation. In spite of these difficulties, the importance of R&D has been dramatically increased. It is very difficult to manage more efficiently and effectively than any other departments of production, finance, marketing and so on. As criticizing the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation system in making decisions for corporate management which has only been focused on financial indices, so Kaplan & Norton has suggested the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) which can be managed Critical Success Factors(CSF) in accordance with corporate's strategy. The Analytic Network Process(ANP), based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, allows the decision makers to leap beyond the traditional hierarchy to the interdependent environment of network modeling. Based on BSC, this study has developed the evaluation system for R&D which has used ANP transforming quantitative and qualitative indices to the quantifying scales in evaluating R&D.

Organizational culture has been recognized as a determinant of corporate Effectiveness. Cultural components could affect corporate Effectiveness to different extents. However, it seems that none of the previous studies have evaluated and compared these influential extents of cultural components. The current research applies analytic hierarchy processes to assess and rate the significance extents that, cultural components play in resulting in corporate Effectiveness. Then, the current work utilizes regression analyses to re-evaluate the significance extents for the robustness of analytic hierarchy processes. The findings indicate that clan culture is the most vital component in explaining corporate Effectiveness. In contrast, adhocracy culture is the least important component in affecting corporate Effectiveness. Market culture is a cultural component that is ranked the second in determining corporate Effectiveness, and next is hierarchy culture which is the third. The findings are in support of the positive influences of clan, market, and adhocracy cultures on corporate Effectiveness; whereas it found the negative impact of hierarchy culture on corporate Effectiveness.

세계적으로 각 분야에서 SERVQUAL 모형과 SERVPERF 모형 등을 이용한 서비스품질에 대한 측정과 관련된 연구들이 많이 수행되어 오고 있지만 서비스품질을 계량화시키기 위한 연구는 활성화되고 있지 못하는 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 불확실하고 주관적인 환경에서 서비스품질을 객관성있게 측정하고 계량화시키기 위해서 L.A. Zadeh가 제안한 퍼지이론의 Triangular Fuzzy Number(TFN) 와 T.L. Saaty가 제안한 Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)를 이용하여 서비스품질을 측정하기 위한 방법을 제안하는 것이고, 본 연구를 통해서 조직의 제한적 자원으로 고객만족 극대화를 실현하기 위한 경쟁우위적 전략의 일환으로써 서비스품질을 제고시키는데 효율적이며 효과적인 의사결정안이 도출될 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, habitat fragmentation and shrinkage has occurred because of increased road construction. As a measures mitigating the adverse effect such as eco-island by road construction, Korea has been installed eco-corridors since 1995. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this study analyzed the importance of assessment items and the criteria to determine which areas require eco-corridors the most. First, related literature reviews, preliminary surveys, and expert interviews were carried out to develop assessment items and criteria for constructing the hierarchy. Second, experts were surveyed in order to determine the relative importance of the assessment items by applying the AHP. As a result, it found that the restoration of the ecological network was the most important assessment item, followed by wild animal resources in the Level 3. In the Level 4, the eighteen items were ranked in the order of their relative weight and it was found that the 'Baekdudaegan Mountain Range (0.189)' was the highest ranked item. Therefore, this approach can be applied to effective selection of the priority areas in planning eco-corridors in the national scale.

Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

On the situation cooperating with business partners on the supply chain, systematic decision making process is a critical issue for them. The two major issues of purchasing strategy such as selecting vendors and managing them are important part of their overall business activities. This study mainly focus on the former issue of the vendor selection. Through the empirical study, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method was applied to select vendors among supplier vendors based on four selection criteria such as the level of quality, product on management ability, delivery, and price. The results of study showed the main criteria of vender selection was the ability of quality management. The vender selected based on AHP and the current selection method was different, but implicitly projected the dilemma situation between quality and price which occurs in decision making process of real life.

Developing Build-Own (or Operate)-Transfer (BOT) nuclear power project carrying large capital in the long term requires initially well-made multi-decision which it prevents sorts of risks from unexpected situation of target countries. In order to analyze the feasibility of project country, the Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted. Firstly, the factors influencing the success of BOT nuclear power project in overseas countries were investigated through the literature survey for the country risk and were evaluated by expert interview for estimating comparative weight through pairwise comparison between such factors. Finally, it is developed comparative database of alternate countries with respect to each factor. This analytic method enables the developer to select and focus on the country which has preferable circumstance so that it enhances the efficiency of the project promotion. Also, it enables the developer to quantify the qualitative factors so that it diversifies the project success strategy and policy for the target country.

도심지 건설 프로젝트에서 적정한 기초공법을 선정하는 것은 매우 중요한 의사결정 중 하나이다. 그러나 아직도 적지 않은 프로젝트에서 단순히 과거의 경험이나 숙련된 기술자의 의견에 기초하여 기초공법을 선정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기초공법결정과정을 보다 선진화하기 위해 계층분석법(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)과 선호도함수(Preference Function; PF)를 이용하여 적정 기초공법을 선정하는 의사결정지원시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서 계층분석법은 평가기준 간의 상대적 중요도를 반영하기 위해, 또한 선호도함수는 의사결정자의 기초공법 적합도에 대한 선호도를 고려하기 위해 이용된다. 제안된 의사결정지원시스템을 기 수행된 프로젝트 사례에 적용해본 결과, 시스템이 도출한 기초공법과 전문가들이 현장에 대한 면밀한 검토 후 선정한 기초공법이 동일함을 알 수 있었다. 제안된 의사결정지원시스템은 건설현장에서 최적의 기초공법을 선정하기 위한 의사결정 시 매우 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 우수 학생을 알아보기 위해 학생들의 학습 성과 및 과외활동을 바탕으로 평가모형을 설계하고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 대부분의 대학에서 시행되고 있는 장학금 제도는 평가 기준이 해당 학기 평점으로 장학금 혜택을 받는 학생들이 일부 학생으로 제한되는 경우가 생기기도 한다. 실제로 평점뿐 아니라 다른 평가 기준을 가지고 학생들을 평가하여 학생들의 다양한 특성을 키워 줄 필요가 있다 평점만으로 학생을 평가하는 방식이 아닌 다양한 기준의 평가 모형을 가지고 학생들을 평가하는 새로운 방식의 학생평가모델을 제안하고자 한다.

In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of cell phone is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of cell phone.
