In 1984, Oshiro [11] has studied the decomposition of continuous lifting modules. He obtained the following: every continuous lifting module has an indecomposable decomposition. In this paper, we study extending lifting modules. We show that every extending lifting module has an indecomposable decomposition. This result is an expansion of Oshiro's result mentioned above. And we consider some application of this result.

Manufacturing Message Specification(MMS) was sewed as an International Standard by International Standardization Organization(ISO). MMS is being accepted throughout the world as a solution to communications among multi vendor factory floor environments. This paper describes an implementation of MMS which operates on Application Layer of Open Systems Interconnection(OSI) 7 layer model. MMS was implemented on MSDOS in apersonal computer environment.

In this paper, we propose an efficient multicast addressing scheme for he self-routing multistage networks. Using only N-bit routing header an the simple hardware logic, the new scheme can efficiently provides all point-to-multipoint connections in single pass through the multistage copy networks. We also designed a hardware logic of switching element to implementation of multicasting in ATM switches are performed.

In this paper, we define an interval-valued Choquet price functional which is a useful tool as the price of an insurance contract with ambiguity payoffs and investigate some characterizations of them. Moreover, we show that the insurance price with ambiguity payoffs has an interval-valued Choquet integral representation with respect to a capacity.

An improved heuristic procedure is presented which minimizes the changeovers of components in manufacturing printed circuit packs (PCP). The proposed procedure first groups similar components and PCPs together as in an existing method. The procedure then assigns each group to a machine such that the load on two machines is balanced. Considerable improvement is obtained compared to the best procedure available in the literature.

This study investigated the architectural characteristics and preservation status of traditional houses, designated as cultural assets in Jecheon. It aimed to provide basic information for cultural assets preservation policy in Jecheon by finding architectural characteristics of traditional houses. This study was conducted using the research methods of the existing literature and field survey to compare a current status of traditional houses. The result are as followings. Firstly, measures to protect the archetype of traditional houses are urgently needed. For systematic maintenance of local cultural assets, the relevant informations have to be constantly updated with ongoing management. Secondly, the site of traditional houses show the typical appearance of Baesanimsu(背山臨水). They were built with the hill or mountain in the north and agricultural land in the south. Types of placement are mostly closed type of 'ㅁ' shape. Thirdly, An-chae is found various type of 'ㄱ' shape, and Toet-khan was developed. Lastly, Sarang-chae is a mostly type of 'ㄴ' shape, and the traces of confucian thinking is found in floor plan.

Numerical simulations of the powder extrusion need an appropriate pressure-dependent constitutive model for densification modeling of the magnesium powders. The present research investigated the effect of representative powder yield function of the critical relative density model. We could obtain reasonable physical properties of pure magnesium powders using cold isostatic pressing. The proposed densification model was implemented into the finite element code. The finite element analysis was applied to simulation of powder extrusion of pure magnesium powder in order to investigate the densification and processing load at room temperature.

Post-transcriptional regulation of mRNA stability by Hu proteins is an important mechanism for tumorigenesis. We focused on the molecular interactions between the HuC protein and AU-rich elements (AREs) to find chemical inhibitors of RNA-protein interactions using RNA electrophoretic mobility shift assay with non-radioactive probes. Screening of 52 natural compounds identified 14 candidate compounds that displayed potent inhibitory activity. Six (quercetin, myricetin, (-)-epigallocatechin gallate, ellagic acid, (-)-epicatechin gallate, and rhamnetin) were categorized as phytochemicals, and their $IC_{50}$ values were low ($0.2-1.8\;{\mu}M$).

This study aims to establish a speech corpus for Korean as a foreign language (L2 Korean Speech Corpus, L2KSC) and to examine the aspects of the foreign learners acquisition of the phonetic and phonological systems in the Korean Language. In the first year of this project, L2KSC will be established through the process of reading list organizing, recording, and slicing, and the second year includes an in-depth study of the aspects of foreign learners Korean acquisition and a contrastive analysis of phonetic and phonological systems. The expectation is that this project will provide significant bases for a variety of fields such as Korean education, academic research, and technological development of phonetic information.

본 논문은 낚시성 기사 제목과 비낚시성 기사 제목을 판별하기 위한 시스템을 제시한다. 서포트 벡터 머신(SVM)을 이용하여 기사 제목을 분류하며, 분류하는 기준은 딥러닝 기법중의 하나인 워드임베딩(Word Embedding), 군집화 알고리즘 중 하나인 K 평균 알고리즘(K-means)을 이용한다. 자질로서 기사 제목의 단어를 사용하였으며, 정확도가 83.78%이다. 결론적으로 낚시성 기사 제목에는 낚시를 유도하는 특별한 단어들이 존재함을 알 수 있다.
