The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the TPACK measurement tool for middle and high school mathematics teachers in the Korean context. Also, by clarifying the relationship between subordinate factors of Mathematics teachers' TPACK, an attempt was made to provide suggestions on the designs and directions for the in-service and pre-service teacher education and the programs for improving mathematics teachers' TPACK in the future. In order to achieve this goal, TPACK factors of mathematics teachers were extracted by reviewing literature on PCK, MKT, and TPACK. Then, content validity, basic statistical survey, reliability verification, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model verification were conducted sequentially. At first, preliminary analysis was carried out on 79 mathematics teachers, and 76 items excluding the items with extreme value and reliability were included in the basic statistical analysis. And secondly, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted on 376 mathematics teachers, and this instrument consisted of 7 subordinate factors(CK, PK, TK, PCK, TCK, TPK, TPACK) and 61 items. Also by conducting confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model test with 254 mathematics teachers, the measurement tool was confirmed the validity and reliability through statistically significant analysis. Then, the importance of integrated knowledge was confirmed by looking at the relationship between the TPACK factors of in-service mathematics teachers. The integrated knowledge(PCK, TCK, TPK) has played a crucial role in the formation of TPACK rather than the knowledge of CK, PK, and TK alone. Finally, the validity of TCK was confirmed through the structural equation modeling of TPACK. TCK not only directly affected TPACK, but also indirectly through TPK. According to these affirmative results, this measurement tool is claimed to be suitable for measuring the factors of Mathematics teachers' TPACK, and also the structural equation model can be regarded as a suitable model for analyzing the structural relationship of mathematics teachers' TPACK.

세계적인 경제 불황 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 IT 분야에서 새로운 패러다임이 되었다. 본 논문은 클라우드 서비스 중에서 SaaS(Software as a Service) 초점을 두기로 한다. 기술수용모형(TAM)은 사용자가 새로운 기술을 어떻게 받아들이는 지를 연구하는데 활발하게 적용되어 왔으나, SaaS 채택과 관련된 이슈는 아직 연구되지 않았다. 본 논문의 목적은 중소기업의 SaaS 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인을 조사하기 위한 탐색 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 제안하는 탐색 모델은 마케팅 노력 등과 같은 요인들은 물론 기술수용모델과 관련된 중요한 요인을 파악하기 위한 가설들을 검증한다. 이를 통하여 본 연구에서는 회사 사용자들의 SaaS 채택에 관한 사용의도를 파악하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 SaaS 제공자들이 서비스 개발과 마케팅 전략의 향상을 위한 보다 노력해야할 요인들을 파악하는 데에도 도움을 줄 수 있다.

본 연구는 Hobbs의 미디어교육 모형과 Vanhoozer의 미디어텍스트 분석모형에 기초하여 기독교대학 글쓰기 교육모형을 개발하여 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구가 개발한 모형은 기독교 세계관 수립, 접근, 분석과 평가, 창작, 성찰, 사회적 실천의 6 단계로 구성되어 있으며 기독교대학의 교양과목인 "독서와 글쓰기" 과목에 적합하도록 개발되었다. 개발된 모형은 소리, 이미지, 글자 등의 복합텍스트의 비판적 '수용'을 토대로 대안적 '창작'을 주요 활동으로 하는 미디어텍스트 글쓰기 교육에 적합한 모형으로 기독교대학이 추구하는 교육 목적인 지성, 덕성, 영성이 조화된 인재형을 양성할 수 있도록 구안되었다. 이 모형은 새 시대에 맞도록 학생 친화적이면서도 융합적인 텍스트 쓰기를 지향하고 있으며 대학에서 강조되어야 할 다양한 유형의 문자 글쓰기 역량 역시 제고할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Increasing number of corporations applies IT service management systems to optimize IT service delivery and support processes. For this reason, implementation experiences and effect of IT service management system are growing concerns for IT managers and researchers. This case study analyzes implementation experiences on an ITIL based service management systems in an medium sized corporation. The exploratory case analysis revealed that systems and service quality were improved from the implementation. This study will contribute to the successful implementation of IT service management system and developing a research model of IT service management process.

Knowledge Management System is defined as an Information system to support the integrated knowledge management process for maximizing value of the knowledge assets in organizations. From that point of view, the system performance - the usage level of the system and user satisfaction - can be an available measure of the knowledge management system success. Many previous research were focused on the application of a new technological component for knowledge management processes or the construction of the overall system architecture in spite of the importance of the system performance. The purpose of this study is to Identify the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. To do this, we conducted an exploratory case studies of eight companies. We applied theories of information system success to knowledge management system and investigated some specific strategic components as additional affecting factors. Finally, we proposed research model and ex propositions regarding the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. The implication of the findings and future research directions were discussed.

Lake Ontario에서 수년간 측정된 실제 생물학적 지표 자료의 각 변수에 대하여 관찰시점의 불규칙성과 의존성을 고려한 탐색적 분석모형의 수립과정에 대하여 연구하였다. 이 상점을 제거한 후 trend와 seasonal component를 수정 한 선형 모형으로부터 잔차를 계산하고 이로부터 variogram과 correlogram을 그려보았다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyzes the RPA fitting processes by the casese of manufacturing SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in an exploraty approach. Based on the findings on the RPA fitting processes, we intend to provide a cornerstone for developing a general-purpose RPA introduction model in the future. Design/methodology/approach In this study, empirical cases of RPA fitting processes were analyzed based on interviews with project managers of specialized IT suppliers in charge of RPA development and managers of IT departments of manufacturing SMEs that actually introduced RPA. In order to explore various RPA fitting process in the manufacturing value chain, a total of 7 manufacturing SMEs were interviewed, ranging from companies using a legacy system to companies without a legacy system. Over the primary and secondary activity processes, the details of RPA processes were analyzed in the steps of 'Frequency Identification, Input Processing, Source Identification, Inquiry and Processing, Information Registration, Result Reporting'. Findings From the analysis, we derived some exploratory results that the processes over 0.25 FTE and related with many suppliers and clients are fitting for RPA introduction in manufacturing SMEs Our results will provide basic data for the development of the future general-purpose RPA introduction model for manufacturing SMEs, providing practical reference for RPA introduction.

이 논문에서는 기존 정보검색모델에서의 문제점을 살펴보고 그 대안을 제시하고 있다. 정보환경의 변화에 따라 '개념'중심의 새로운 정보조직인 온톨로지와 소셜태깅은 탐험적 발견행위를 가능하게 해줄 수 있다. 이들을 통해 어느 한 이용자의 머릿속에 있는 생각을 인터넷상의 수많은 사람의 머릿속에 있는 생각을 연결해주고 있다. 이러한 상호작용을 통한 연결고리를 통해서 이젠 이용자들이 탐험적으로, 적극적으로 정보를 찾아 나서고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 질적인 연구방법론으로 온톨로지와 소셜태깅에서 제공되는 수많은 탐색촉진제의 존재를 밝힌 후, 하나의 탐험적 발견행위 모델을 만들어내는 것이다. 그 결과는 먼저 3개의 상위그룹이 형성되었다. 첫째, 브라우징 및 모니터링으로 어떤 대상을 인지 및 집중하는 단계, 둘째, 의미부여로 적극적인 참여 및 공유하는 단계이며 셋째는 더 적극적으로 생각을 확장시켜나가면서 스스로 사회적 학습을 하는 단계였다. 제일 첫 그룹에는 정보요구인지, 소셜공간에서 도움 필요성인지, 도움을 받을 수 있는 자료 발견, 일단 멈춤, 그 대상에 집중등의 단계가 있었다. 두 번째 그룹에는 적극적 의미형성, 소셜 북마킹 및 태깅, 소셜 네트워크에서 나눔, 처음 정보요구를 더 구체화하는 단계가 있었다. 세 번째는, 발견적인 소셜학습, 우연한 정보 발견, 창조적 생각을 유발, 문제 해결 능력향상 등의 총 13단계를 발견하게 되었다. 이 모델은 이용자들이 탐험적 발견행위를 할 수 있는 능력을 향상하게 시키는 정보시스템 디자인에 공헌할 수 있을 것이다.

This study develops an exploratory model to evaluate the relationship between origins of corporate competencies and business performance, which targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan, analyzes 36 competence items in four functional dimensions: marketing, product design and development, manufacturing, and human resources management. The results from 760 valid samples from managers of Taiwan's SMEs reveal that in marketing competence and manufacturing competence were ranked high by Taiwan's SMEs managers. Elements contributed to manufacturing competence regarding reducing the number of suppliers has not been emphasized by Taiwan's SMEs managers. At the very top of the prevailing management competitive priority list are: (1) product or service quality, (2) timely delivery, (3) quality control improvement during the process, (4) increasing reliability of transportation, (5) introduction of new concepts and continuous improvement, and (6) improving after-sale services. The four competence dimensions are found highly correlated to business performance, which reflects the policy adjustments that Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises have made in the changing business environment to respond to the global market.

본 연구는 비디오/오디오 프로토콜 분석 방식을 이용해서 텍스타일 디자인 프로세스 중 모티브 개발 단계에서의 디자이너의 인지 모형을 분석하기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 텍스타일 디자인 프로세스에 대한 프로토콜 분석을 위해 선행 연구를 고찰하여 디자인 행동 범주의 틀을 하향식(top-down)방식으로 설정하고 실제 행동 프로토콜(action protocol) 분석을 통해 상향식(bottom-up)방식으로 세부 디자인 행동을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 모델 휴먼 프로세서(Model Human Processor)이론에 기초하여 텍스타일 디자인 행동을 모터 행동(motor action), 지각 행동(perceptual action), 인지 행동(cognitive action)의 세 가지 범주로 나누었으며 이를 토대로 하여 텍스타일 디자인 프로세스에 적합한 코딩 스킴(coding scheme)을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 이 새로운 코딩 스킴을 토대로 하여 모티브 개발 단계에서의 텍스타일 디자이너의 인지 모형을 제시하였다.
