  • Some agaric fungi were collected at Chink from Sep. 10, 1988 and Aug. 12, 1990. some agaric fungi were recognized to the species. Among them six species were confirmed new to Korea and registered here with descriptions. They are Calocybe ionides (Bull.: Fr.) Donk ; Tricholoma psammopus (Kalchbr.) Quel.; Collybia cirrhatta (Per.) Quel.; Marasmius aurantioferrugineus Hongo; Amanita abrupta Peck and Bull.; Amanita castanopsidis Hongo.

  • Higher fungi were collected in Mt. Jiri National Park areas from May, 1987 to October, 1987. These higher fungi were identified. As a result of identification, Conocybe rickenii (Schaeffer) Kuhner, Coprinus rhizophorus kawam et al., Agaricus comtulus Fr., Tricholomopsis decora (Fr.) Sing., Gymnopilus penetrans (Fr. ex Fr.) Murr., Amanita abrupta Peck, A. rufoferruginea Hongo and Stropharia semiglobata (Batsch ex Fr.) Quel. were newly recorded in Korea.

Anti-inflammatory effects of mushroom extracts in Korea (국내 자생버섯 추출물의 항염활성)

  • This study was carried out to investigate anti-inflammatory effects of collected mushroom in Korea. Anti-inflammatory effects analysis was followed by MTT test and nitric oxide inhibition activity. Thirty mushrooms were screened and twelve mushrooms were selected about MTT assay and three mushrooms were good at nitric oxide inhibition test. In our result, three mushrooms: Amanita virgineoides, Tylopilus neofelleus, Armillaria tabescens were good resource for anti-inflammatory effects and to be followed more research about relat.
