This study was conducted to investiagte influences of cold aged dough on the quality of bagutte. After 2 hours fementing, the dough was divided 2 parts and they were stored in the refrigirated adjusted 1∼-1$^{\circ}C$. The cold aging time was 24, 48 hours respectivley. After 2 hourse fermentation, the dough's pH was 5.45 and 24, 48 hours cold aged dough were 4.99, 4.81. During cold aging, the difference of pH was not significant. The main organic acids in the baguette were lactic acid, acetic acid and malic acid, Among these organic acids, the acetic acid was the largest quantity regardlessly in different fermentation and the cold aging acids, time. Right after baking, the enthalphy of all samples were almost same even thought in different cold aging time, but during different storage periods they showed the difference of retrogradation by the increase of the enthalphy. 24 hours cold aging baguette had the best taste, aroma and texture in bread's score sheet.

Hemifacial spasm (HFS) is almost always induced by vascular compression but in some cases the cause of HFS are tumors at cerebellopontine angle (CPA) or vascular malformations. We present a rare case of hemifacial spasm caused by epidermoid tumors and the possible pathogenesis of HFS is discussed. A 36-year-old female patient presented with a 27-month history of progressive involuntary facial twitching and had been treated with acupuncture and herb medication. On imaging study, a mass lesion was seen at right CPA. Microvascular decompression combined with mass removal was undertaken through retrosigmoid approach. The lesion was avascular mass and diagnosed with an epidermoid tumor pathologically. Eventually, we found a offending vessel (AICA : anterior inferior cerebellar artery) compressing facial nerve root exit zone (REZ). In case of HFS caused by tumor compression on the facial nerve REZ, surgeons should try to find an offending vessel under the mass. This case supports the vascular compression theory as a pathogenesis of HFS.

A 2 months old female Korean domestic shorthair cat weighing 1.2 kg was come to hospital because of respiratory discomfort and lethargy. Heart sounds was more intense and clear on the right side than the left. On radiographic views, loss of the normal diaphragm line, undistinguishable shadow of heart, shadow of gas-containing intestines could be observed in thoracic cavity. Diaphragmatic herniorrhaphy was performed by using propofol 8 mg/kg IV and isoflurane without any complication. On 7th day after the operation, almost all the clinical signs and radiographs including diaphragmatic line, cardiac silhouette, liver and small intestines were turned to normal.

Lymphangioma is a congenital malformed lymphatic tumor that rarely involves the tongue. In our clinic, a 10-year-old female presented with lymphangioma circumscriptum involving the right two-thirds of the tongue. We administered an intralesional combination injection of triamcinolone, bleomycin, and bevacizumab as a treatment. Almost complete remission after combination therapy was achieved without complications such as edema, swallowing difficulties or recurrence. Bevacizumab, an inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor, was effective for the treatment of lymphangioma of the tongue in this case. No recurrence was noted at the 1-year follow up.

To confirm the theory and static defect energy (SDE) equations proposed in the first part, extensive numerical simulation studies are performed in this portion. Stiffness method is applied to calculate the components of the stresses and strains from which the energy components and finally, the SDE are obtained. Examples are designed to cover almost all kinds of possibilities. Variables include structural type, material, cross-section, support constraint, loading type, magnitude and position. The SDE diagram is unique in the way of presenting damage information: two different energy constants are separated by a sharp vertical drop right at the damage location. Simulation results are successfully implemented for both methods in all the cases.

Recently developed trenchless construction methods ensure stability for the ground settlement by inserting steel pipes along the underpass section and integrating steel pipes before ground excavation to form pipe-roof. This study is to confirm the reinforcing effect of pipe-roof by measuring lateral earth pressure acting on the underpass constructed by the STS (Steel Tube Slab) construction method. For this purpose, lateral earth pressure was measured at the left and right side of the pipe-roof after installing earth pressure cells. As a result, lateral earth pressure was measured with considerable reduction because the integrated pipe-roof shared surcharge. Therefore, economic design for the underpass could be expected by sharing design load by pipe-roof. In addition, construction cost was analyzed according to the design-load sharing ratio by pipe-roof. As pipe-roof shares design load by 40%, the total construction cost can decrease by almost 10% in the case of four-lane underpass.

We are introducing a new learning environment for linear algebra at Sungkyunkwan University, and this is changing our teaching methods. Korea's e-Campus Vision 2007 is a program begun in 2003, to equip lecture rooms with projection equipment, View cam, tablet PC and internet D-base. Now our linear algebra classes at Sungkyunkwan University can be taught in a modem learning environment. Lectures can easily being recorded and students can review them right after class. At Sungkyunkwan University almost $100\%$ of all large and medium size lecture rooms have been remodeled by Mar. 2005 and are in use. We introduce this system in detail and how this learning environment changed our teaching method. Analysis of the positive effect will be added.

Most of carrying works have been performed in almost all production process, conveyer objects, machine equipment and work method. Then, they are made by unfitted design which doesn't consider physical condition of workers. So, it causes them to bring about forceful motion. This study investigated the back power for what difference between lumbar bending angle and back power by selecting 21 male aged 22∼30 years old. Lumbar angle were shared each 30, 60, 90 degrees and measured. The results of this study was that as lumbar angle was increasing, back power was decreased and were very significant differences for angles respectively. Besides. sample correlation coefficients were calculated in order to analyze the relationship between back power, anthropometric dimensions and grip strength. Back power was correlated with weight, arm length, hand length, breadth of palm, breadth of lower arm, breadth of wrist and left-right grip strength.

Last year, Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center(SIDRC) was set up to facilitate and promote international arbitration in Korea. This study was focused on the revision of arbitration rules such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and JCAA. As a leading arbitration institution in the world, ICC has tried continuously to provide more efficient service to their client by adopting emergency arbitrator(EA) & multi party arbitration. Other three institutions also introduced almost same mechanism to compete each other. These two new system is very innovative in international arbitration. First of all, EA was designed to provide interim measure service to preserve or protect parties' right before the constitution of arbitral tribunal. Arbitration institutions and arbitral tribunals should be careful to decide these requests are legitimate or not because too hasty approval on joinder or consolidation without full consideration such as parties' intention or argument may issue another serious problem - setting aside an award rendered after joined or consolidated.

A fourty-year-old housewife was admitted to the Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat from the emergency room, because of severe vertigo associated with positional changes of the head. Hallpike maneuver produced typical patterns of bilateral nystagmus consistent with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV), and further geotropic rotatory nystagmus with positional change of the head in each direction. Direction of nystagmus reversed when the patients was repositioned upright. Particle repositioning maneuver was administered to her left ear but failed to relieve the severe dizziness associated with the head turning to the right. She was then referred to the patient received 27 SGB treatments and the patients was almost completely healed. It is unusual for the BPPV to occur bilaterally therefore reference concerning the effectiveness of SGB for the treatment of BPPV was difficult to obtain. In conclusion we would like to report the successful treatment of BPPV with SGB.
