요골동맥을 통한 경피적 관상동맥 중재술 후 압박밴드의 공기제거 방법에 따른 통증 강도, 통증 감각, 출혈 및 혈종 비교 (Comparison of Pain, Sense, Bleeding and Hematoma Depending on the Process of Air Elimination of Pressure Band after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention through Radial Artery)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to compare pain, sense, bleeding, and hematoma that patients feel depending on the process of eliminating air of pressure band that was applied to patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) through radial artery. Methods: It was a nonequivalent control group pretestposttest design to compare pain, sense, bleeding, and hematoma by amount and time of eliminating air of pressure band after PCI through radial artery. Results: On arrival at Coronary Care Unit, meaningful difference didn't exist between pain and sense, however, after two hours of starting eliminating air, the points of pain and sense were meaningfully low (p<.001). Also, there was meaningful difference in reciprocal action between group and time (p<.001). Conclusion: After PCI, the conclusion showed there is positive effect in decreasing wrist pain and sense without any influence of bleeding by eliminating air from patients' pressure bands.

가스터빈과 산소분리공정의 연계 방법에 따른 IGCC 플랜트 성능영향 분석 (The Effect of the Integration Methods of Gas Turbine and Air Separation Unit on IGCC Plant Performance)

  • 석탄가스화 복합발전 (IGCC ; Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle)에서 가스터빈과 산소분리공간의 연계는 플랜트의 성능과 경제성을 향상시키는 잠재력이 있어 최근에 이에 대한 연구가 다수 수행되었으며, 일부방법은 상용플랜트에 적용이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 가스터빈과 산소분리공정간의 연계방법들에 대해 검토하고 이들 방법을 적용시 IGCC 플랜트 성능을 비교하기위해 Texaco Quench 가스화 공정을 채용한 300MW 급 IGCC를 대상으로 공정모사를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 가스터빈 압축기 출구의 압축공기를 추출하여 산소분리공정에 요구하는 공기의 전량을 공급하는 방법이 가장 플랜트 효율이 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 플랜트 출력은 산소분리공정의 공기요구량의 75%를 가스터빈에서 추출하여 공급하는 경우에서 최대가 됨을 알수있었다.

반송동력과 건물층고 저감형 공조시스템 개발 (Development of HVAC System to Lower the Conveyance Energy and Building Height)

  • The new HVAC system to lower the conveyance energy and building height using IAV (Increasing Air Volume) technique is developed. IAV units which are equipped in each zone carry out air-conditioning and supply fresh air by induction of outdoor air in main duct. The design program which decides size of OAHU and IAV unit according to air conditioning load and fresh air demand of each zone is presented. The control system is developed to operate efficiently HVAC system and IAV unit, so that individual zone operation and well-deal with partial load and IAQ problem are possible. The new system is investigated in model building and makes more profit in conveyance energy, size of air conditioning facilities room and building height than VAV system. But in construction cost it is worse by about 15 per-centage.

불균일한 풍속분포에 따른 응축기의 열전달 성능 변화 (Heat Transfer Performance Variation of Condenser due to Non-uniform Air Flow)

  • Heat transfer performance variation of a condenser caused by non-uniform distribution of air flow was investigated using a numerical simulation method. A heat exchanger used for a outdoor unit of a commercial heat pump system and represented by a numerical model was selected. Non-uniform profile of air-velocity was constructed by measuring the air velocity at various locations of the outdoor unit. Simulation was conducted for various refrigerant circuits and air flow conditions. Simulation results show that the heat transfer capacity was reduced depending on the air-flow rate and the refrigerant circuit configuration. It is also shown that the capacity reduction rate is increased as the average air velocity decreases.

  • The inside of EMU is supplied with the cooling air from air-conditioner and the fresh air from exterior through the air-conditioner duct which is one of the air conditioning system. The shape of air-conditioner duct is a major factor in determining the air-conditioning efficiency, thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Therefore, this study is to understand the flow characteristics in the air-conditioner duct by three dimensional numerical simulation. The air-conditioner duct was calculated for the design volume flow rate, $2,726\;m^3/h/unit$. From the result of calculation and measurement, the velocity at diffuser outlet presented good agreement in general. [n this present study, the calculation was also performed for three volume flow rate(1,800, 2,200, 3,000 $m^3/h/unit$) and total pressure characteristic curve with volume flow rate was presented.

공동주택 단위난방부하 계산을 위한 단위동법 제안 (Proposal of Unit Building Method for Calculating Unit Heating Load of Apartment Houses)

  • As an alternative approach to evaluate the unit heating load for apartment houses, we newly developed and proposed unit building method. The new method, which calculates the heating load of an apartment building as a whole, conceptually corresponds to integral analysis of building heat loss, while the existing unit apartment method to differential analysis. Four typical building models of Korean-style apartment house and two dynamic load calculation programs were selected to validate the present method under realistically imposed conditions. Eight sets of unit heating load calculated respectively by unit building and unit apartment methods showed excellent agreements regardless of building model and simulation program. It is expected that the unit building method can take the place of the unit apartment method due to fewer modeling assumptions as well as less computational efforts. Additional calculations to investigate the effects of various parameters on unit heating load yield good consistencies with known facts, and re-confirm the validity.

  • Control algorithms for the absorption air conditioning system may be developed by suing dynamic models of the system. The simplified effective dynamic models, which can predict the dynamic behaviors of the system, may help the development of effective control algorithms for the system. In this study, a dynamic simulation program for the absorption air conditioning system was developed. Dynamic models for an absorption chiller, a cooling tower, an air handling unit, a boiler, a three way valve, a controller, and a duct were developed and programed. Control algorithms for the absorption chiller, the cooling tower, and the air handling unit were selected, and analyzed to show the effectiveness of dynamic models. From the simulation results, it may be concluded that this simulation program may be effectively used for the development of optimal control algorithms of the absorption air conditioning system.

냉방시스템에서 생산된 냉기의 가격배분 방법론 제안 (A Suggestion for the Cost Allocation Methodology of Cool Air Produced from Cooling System)

  • Our government will make a plan regulating the cooling limit temperature of the summer season to 26 degree and the heating limit temperature of the winter season to 20 degree for energy saving. Where, the key point of this politic pursuit can be the charge system on heating and cooling cost. We have suggested new cost allocation methodology as a worth evaluation method in the precedent study, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation on four kind of warm air produced from a heating system as an example. In this study, we applied the suggested method to four kind of cooling air as an example, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation on each cooling air. As a result, similarly to the precedent study, the more energy a customer saved, the more heating unit cost decreased, and the more energy a customer consumed, the more heating unit cost increased. From this analysis, we hope that the suggested methodology can offer a theoretical basis to the politic pursuit of government, and induce the spontaneous energy saving of consumers.

온기의 가치평가 및 난방비 배분방법론 제안 (A Suggestion for the Worth Evaluation of Warm Air and the Allocation Methodology of Heating Cost)

Currently, the heating and cooling cost are charged as much as the volume or heat flow rate regardless of the high and low room temperature. However, we have suggested new cost estimating methodology as a worth method in the precedent study, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation of electricity and heat on various cogenerations. In this study, we applied the suggested worth method to four kind of warm air, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation of each warm air. As a result, the more energy a customer saved, the more heating unit cost decreased, and the more energy a customer consumed, the more heating unit cost increased. From this analysis, we hope that the suggested worth methodology can offer a theoretical basis to the politic pursuit of government, and induce the spontaneous energy saving of consumers.
