본 논문은 기존의 시간영역에서 다루던 공분산 행렬 fitting 기반 도래각 추정 알고리즘인 SpSF(Sparse Spectrum Fitting)를 주파수 영역으로 확장함으로써 기존의 시간영역의 SpSF 알고리즘이 주파수 영역에서도 구현 가능함을 보인다. 기존의 주파수 영역에서 구현되는 도래각 추정 알고리즘과의 성능 분석 및 비교를 통해 압축센싱 기반 공분산 fitting 알고리즘인 SpSF의 우수함을 보여준다.

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is characterized by sleep-induced obstruction of the upper airway that results in cessation of airflow. Obstruction can occur at a number of points in the airway, but frequently in the oropharynx. A diagnostic evaluation includes cephalometry, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, acoustic reflection technique, polysomnography and fibroptic endoscopy. Cephalometric measurements of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea have revealed that posterior airway anatomy has strong relations with the symptoms of them. A lateral cephalogram is routinely obtained in the radiologic evaluation of sleep apnea patients. The purpose of this study is to provide a the lateral cephalometric korean norms for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea by analyzing the abnormal occlusion of Korean adults.

High expression of osmotically responsive genes1 (HOS1), a key regulator of low temperature response and flowering time, encodes an E3 ubiquitin ligase in Arabidopsis. Here, we report characterization of a newly identified splice variant (HOS1-L) of HOS1. Comparative analyses revealed that HOS1-L has a longer 5' nucleotide sequence than that of the previously identified HOS1 (HOS1-S) and that its protein sequence was more conserved than that of HOS1-S in plants. HOS1-L transcripts were spatio-temporally more abundant than those of HOS1-S. The recovery rate of HOS1-S expression was faster than that of HOS1-L after cold treatment. Diurnal oscillation patterns of HOS1-L revealed that HOS1-L expression was affected by photoperiod. An in vitro pull-down assay revealed that the HOS1-L protein interacted with the ICE1 protein. HOS1-L overexpression caused delayed flowering in wild-type plants. Collectively, these results suggest regulation of HOS1 expression at the post-transcriptional level.

무선 센서 네트워크에서 클러스터 기반의 계층적 라우팅 프로토콜들은 모든 노드들의 수명을 균등하게 유지하여, 센서 네트워크의 수명을 최대로 연장하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 임계값 기반의 클러스터 헤드 교체 전략을 보인다. 이라우팅 프로토콜은 센서 노드가 클러스터 헤드의 역할을 수행하지 않으면서 최대한 오랜 시간 동안 네트워크에 참여하기 위해 필요한 에너지의 양을 임계값으로 정의하고, 한 번 클러스터 헤드로 선출된 노드는 이 값에 도달할 때 까지 클러스터 헤드의 역할을 유지하여 빈번한 헤드 교체를 방지하도록 함으로써 전체 네트워크의 에너지 효율은 물론 네트워크의 균형이 최대한 유지되도록 한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해 대표적 계층적 라우팅 프로토콜인 LEACH와 네트워크의 균형 및 에너지 소모 정도를 비교하여 본 논문이 제시하는 알고리즘의 효용성을 입증한다.

In this study, we treated a patient with psychogenic chronic low back pain for 2 years with herbal medication treatment and psychotherapy. The case was a 17 years old female patient complained chronic low back pain for a long time. She received the spine operation, epidural injection, many kind of oriental medicine treatment about low back pain, but there was no improvement. We diagnosed her pain as a psychogenic pain disorder, and treated her with herbal medication for decrease her stress, and did a psychotherapy such as the progressive muscle relaxation, and counseled about trouble with her family. After treatment, her chronic low back pain was improved so much. We think that the herbal medication treatment and psychotherapy can be helpful to treat patients who have psychic and physical disorders.

The MeOH extracts obtained from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides were solvent-fractionated with EtOAc, n-BuOH, and $H_20$, successively. From the EtOAc extract showing Grab2-Shc inhibitory activity, a flavonol and a lignan compounds were isolated through repeated silica gel column chromatographies. By interpretation of several spectral data and adaptation of acetylation method, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined as 5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-flavonol (quercetin), and 4,4',8',9-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-7,9'-cyclolignan {(-)-olivil)}, respectively. The compounds exhibited $IC_{50}$ values in Grb2-Shc inhibitory activity to be 93 and $210\;{\mu}mole/l$, respectively.

Recently, there has been increased demand for automatic warehouses with racks which are installed inside the warehouses to allow vertical loading of products or goods for space efficiency. Therefore considerations about fire hazards are extremely necessary. In this study, the fire hazard of automatic warehouse with racks was analyzed in the view of fire prevention engineering. It appeared its fire hazard was extremely high because of the undefined fire zones, the windowless floor, the large volume, the difficulty of extinguishment and the smoke emission in the view of building itself, and because of the fire hazard of load itself, the high fire load, and the chimney effect in the view of fire.

2대의 교류발전기 G1과 G2가 병렬운전 중 일 때 내부 기전력 E1, E2는 같은 위상이지만, 크기가 E1>E2로 될 때 두 발전기 사이에는 전위차가 있으므로 횡류 Ic가 흐르게 된다. 남강수력발전소는 주변압기(15MVA, 3.45/66kV) 한대에 수차발전기(7MVA) 2대가 병렬로 운전 중인데, 남강수력 제1호 수차발전기 AVR 시스템의 고장(RS 1기판)으로 G1 발전기의 내부 유기전압과 G2 발전기의 내부 유기전압에 차가 생기고, 이 양자의 차 전압을 전원으로 하여 발전기 G1과 G2를 환류하는 전류가 발생하여 발전 기동 중 비상정지 하였다. 본 논문에서는 고장원인 분석과정 및 AVR 시스템 보수 전 후 파형 비교 및 사고원인을 논하고자 한다.

Hwabyung is an culture-bound anger syndrome in Korea. It consists of as one or more of a wide range of physical symptoms, in response to emotional stress. In this case, a 51-years woman complained neck pain and foreign body sensation in throat. We diagnosed her Hwabyung because her chief complaint occurred from stress in process of traffic accident. We classified her Soeumin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and used Hwanggigyeji-tang. And we encouraged her think positive and don't worry about little matters because Soeumin tend to think negative and wony about little matters. After treatment, her condition got improved. This report suggest that treatment method of Sasang Constitutional Medicine such as herb medicine and way of thinking is effective in treatment of Hwabyung patient.

본 연구에서는 탄산화법으로 침강성 CaCO$_3$분말을 제조하고 제조된 CaCO$_3$현탁액의 분산안정성을 연구하였다. CaCO$_3$현탁액의 pH 변화와 고분자전해질 PMAA와 PAA의 첨가에 따른 입자크기, 유동학적 특성(점도), zeta potential 및 현탁액의 침강속도 등을 측정하였다. 탄산화법에 의해 약 0.1$\mu\textrm{m}$ 크기와 비표면적이 23.57$m^2$/g인 단분단 calcite형 CaCO$_3$분말을 제조하였다. pH가 11인 CaCO$_3$현탁액에 0.01 wt% PMAA가 첨가된 경우에 우수한 분산안정성을 나타내었는데 이는 CaCO$_3$입자표면에 PMAA의 흡착에 의한 electrosteric 안정화기구와 CaCO$_3$입자들 사이의 정전기적 반발력에 의한 것으로 판단된다. PMAA와 PAA 첨가량 변화에 따른 pH 6, 9, 11의 CaCO$_3$현탁액의 침전높이를 측정한 결과 PMAA와 PAA의 농도가 0.15 wt% 부근에서 분산안정성을 보였는데 이는 CaCO$_3$입자들 사이간의 분산제에 의한 뚜렷한 경계를 갖는 흡착층이 형성되었기 때문으로 생각되며 따라서 CaCO$_3$현탁액의 최적 분산안정성을 위해서는 적절한 pH 조절과 PMAA 및 PAA의 첨가가 필요함을 알 수 있다.
