차신고버섯 신품종 "다산"의 특성 (Characteristics of new commercial strain "Dasan" in Agrocybe chaxingu)

  • 볏짚버섯속 유망버섯인 차신고버섯은 현재까지 1종만이 품종으로 등록되어 있는 실정으로 국내 고유품종 확보 및 버섯재배품종 다양화에 기여하고자 품종육성 연구를 수행한 결과, 차신고버섯 신품종 '다산'의 균사생장적온은 $25{\sim}30^{\circ}C$이었으며 탄소원으로 glucose(maltose), 질소원으로 ammonium chloride(pepton)를 사용 시 균사생장 및 균사밀도가 우수하였고 탄소원과 질소원 무첨가 시 균사는 생장하였으나 균사의 밀도가 비교적 낮았다. 또한 버섯발생 특성은 신품종 "다산"이 초발이 소요일수, 수확 소요일수 및 수량은 각각 12~13일, 6~8일, 118.2g 으로 진향품종에 비해 다소 발이가 늦은 편이나 수량성은 양호하였다. 또한 "다산" 품종은 갓의 색깔은 대조품종 보다 진하고 갓의 직경은 작았으며 대의 길이는 길고 갓의 직경이 작은 자실체 특성을 가지고 있었다.

  • This study evaluate examines the efficiency and the improvement measurement of Oilseed crops (Sesame and Perilla). For this purpose, In the first stage, this study analyzes the current conditions of oilseed industry. In the second stage, this study evaluates the efficiency and super-efficiency of environmentally-friendly agricultural product producers. The result of this study show that: (1) Changes in annual wholesale price of Sesame and Perilla; (2) An efficiency and ranking of environmentally-friendly product producers; (3) The solutions and improvement measurements for inefficient producers.

은행잎 유래 살충성분 bilobalide와 그 분해물의 살충활성 (Insecticidal Activities of Bilobalide from Ginkgo biloba Leaves and its Derivatives)

  • 은행잎함유 살충성분인 bilobalide의 활성부위를 조사하기 위해 bilobalide를 가수분해 및 산화를 시킨 후 구조를 확인하고 살충활성을 검정하였다. 분해물의 분석 결과, 염기에 의한 가수분해물은 cyclopentenone 계열의 화합물로 밝혀졌고, 산화물은 trilactone 형태를 유지한 sesquiterpene 구조로써 dehydration된 형태로 추정되었다. 분해물의 살충활성을 검정한 결과, 살충력의 크기는 bilobalide, monoacetyl 유도체, ginkgolide C, 산화분해물, diacetyl 유도체, 가수분해물의 순으로 감소하여 bilobalide의 살충력을 나타내는데에는 trilactone의 구조를 유지하는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

유기농산물 소비자인식이 재구매의사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Consumer Awareness of Organic Agricultural Products on Repurchase Intention)

  • Purpose - The number of consumers adopting a lifestyle of health and sustainability has recently increased with the rise of trends in healthy living. The size of the organic agricultural product market has also increased given that these consumers prefer consuming environmentally friendly products that promote family health. However, awareness of organic agricultural products remains insufficient because of the characteristics of the Korean organic agriculture system, which only focuses on food safety inspection. The object of this research is to suggest a policy approach to increase understanding and to expand the purchasing of organic agricultural products by analyzing the influence of customer recognition of such products on their willingness to repurchase. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used binomial logistic regression analysis with the aim of explaining the effects of consumers' socio-demographic characteristics, their awareness of the equivalence arrangement for organic food and of the abolishment of low-pesticide agricultural product certification, and their viewing of negative broadcasts about organic agricultural products on their repurchase intention of such products. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 655 respondents who were in their 20s, lived either in Seoul or in its metropolitan area, and had purchased organic agricultural products. Result - From the results of the analysis, the majority of the respondents recognized organic agricultural products, but they found their prices to be expensive. The majority of the respondents were also aware of the certification system and the reliability of organic agricultural products. However, the results indicate that efforts need to be made to recover consumer trust as many respondents stated that their trust levels in these products were low. In general, those purchasing organic agricultural products were satisfied, but those answering "very satisfied" were not in the majority. Binomial logistic regression analysis results revealed that repurchase intention decreased as consumers viewed a greater number of negative broadcasts about these products. On the other hand, repurchase intention increased as they became more aware of the abolishment of low-pesticide certification. Repurchase intention also increased as income increased, as the number of family members decreased, and when a consumer was a member of a consumer organization. In addition, the older the consumers were who watched the TV programs, the smaller the number of family members that were aware of the abolishment of low-pesticide agricultural product certification and, the higher the income of the consumers aware of organic equivalence arrangement, the greater their repurchase intention. Conclusion - External stimuli, such as negative TV programs on organic agricultural products and the abolishment of the low-pesticide agricultural product certification, relevant social issues and systems, influence consumer repurchase intention. To that end, positive environmental and ecological broadcasting about organic agricultural products would contribute to an increase in purchasing. Additionally, this could be used for promotion and marketing plans as the results indicate that trust in organic agricultural products would cause a positive repurchasing effect.

일본의 농산물 수출촉진 전략과 우리의 대응 (A Study on Japanese Export Promotion Strategy for agricultural products and our countermeasures)

  • The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries(MAFF) of Japan established the aim which exports the agriculture, forestry and Fisheries products amounting to a trillion Yen until 2013 in 2004, endeavoring to realize the aim in strengthening both overseas publicity activities and domestic product system. Such changes means that the Japanese agriculture is exchanging defence into attack and gives a important meaning to our agricultures which have a similar agriculture base as Japan. The countermeasures for agricultural products export promotion by MAFF is greeting a 5th year now and obtains a considerable result in agricultural products exports and the export item. Meantime, There are also opinions that the Japanese agriculture has to make efforts to cut the product cost by a large margin in order to prepares a competitive power. we have to consider the counter-measure which will be able to accommodate harmoniously both of two facts that first, Japanese Export Promotion Strategy for agricultural products is giving a hope in the Japanese rural society which have been considered that remaking will be impossible until now, and secondly, the agricultural reform which the cutting of cost and price of agricultural products will be possible in has to be promoted.

  • Historical interest in dielectric properties of agricultural products and definitions of dielectric terms and basic principles governing their influence on elelctromagnetic energy are presented briefly . The nature of dielectric properties variation with frequency, temperature , and product density is discussed, Graphical data on the dielectric properties of products are presented that illustrate the dependence of these properties on moisture content, frequency, temperature, and density. Applications microwave dielectric properties of agricultural products are cited that include radio-frequency (RF) and microwave heating for seed treatment, improvement of nutritional and keeping qualities of some products, and controlling insects in grain. Uses of dielectric properties for product quality measurement and the rapid determination of moisture content are described. Principle of moisture determination in bulk grain by RF and microwave measurements are briefly presented.

  • 최근 중국으로부터 품질이 낮은 농산물들이 싼 가격으로 수입되고 있어 국내 농가들이 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 가운데 중국산 농산물의 발암물질 검출 소식 때문에 전체적인 농산물의 소비마저 위축되어 국내 농업이 큰 위기를 맞고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 국산 농산물의 안전인증 체계를 구축하여 중국산과 구별될만한 정보를 소비자들에게 제공해야 하며, 품질이 낮은 농산물의 수입규제를 위하여 확실한 검사 기준이 마련되어야만 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 농산물의 안전성 검사와 생산이력 관리 및 추적을 위한 국제적인 표준인GAP(Good Agricultural Practices : 우수농산물관리제도)를 도입하여 이력관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다. 또한, 소비자에게 다양한 정보를 제공하고 생산자의 농장관리를 도울 수 있도록 모니터링시스템과 지도 및 관리 시스템을 도입하여 AIGT(Agricultural Information Gathering and Tracking) 시스템을 구축하였다.

The Integrins Involved in Soybean Agglutinin-Induced Cell Cycle Alterations in IPEC-J2

  • Soybean agglutinin (SBA) is an anti-nutritional factor of soybean, affecting cell proliferation and inducing cytotoxicity. Integrins are transmembrane receptors, mediating a variety of cell biological processes. This research aims to study the effects of SBA on cell proliferation and cell cycle progression of the intestinal epithelial cell line from piglets (IPEC-J2), to identify the integrin subunits especially expressed in IPEC-J2s, and to analyze the functions of these integrins on IPEC-J2 cell cycle progression and SBA-induced IPEC-J2 cell cycle alteration. The results showed that SBA lowered cell proliferation rate as the cell cycle progression from G0/G1 to S phase (P < 0.05) was inhibited. Moreover, SBA lowered mRNA expression of cell cycle-related gene CDK4, Cyclin E and Cyclin D1 (P < 0.05). We successfully identified integrins ${\alpha}2$, ${\alpha}3$, ${\alpha}6$, ${\beta}1$, and ${\beta}4$ in IPEC-J2s. These five subunits were crucial to maintain normal cell proliferation and cell cycle progression in IPEC-J2s. Restrain of either these five subunits by their inhibitors, lowered cell proliferation rate, and arrested the cells at G0/G1 phase of cell cycle (P < 0.05). Further analysis indicated that integrin ${\alpha}2$, ${\alpha}6$, and ${\beta}1$ were involved in the blocking of G0/G1 phase induced by SBA. In conclusion, these results suggested that SBA lowered the IPEC-J2 cell proliferation rate through the perturbation of cell cycle progression. Furthermore, integrins were important for IPEC-J2 cell cycle progression, and they were involved in the process of SBA-induced cell cycle progression alteration, which provide a basis for further revealing SBA anti-proliferation and anti-nutritional mechanism.

지역단위 미이용 바이오매스 발생량 추정 (Estimation of Community-Based Unused Biomass Generation)

  • This study was carried out to evaluation of biomass generation mechanisms and to propose the estimation method of biomass generation. Agricultural by-product biomass is generated during crops cultivation and after harvest. However these are not uniformly generated yearly and these depending on the seasons. For planning of biomass utilization, accurate information of the biomass resources is needed, especially characteristic and productivity of biomass are necessary. Agricultural by-product biomass are generated in a wide area being scattered and it is one of the major reason why agricultural biomass utilization is not activated compared with other waste biomass. In this study, estimation and evaluation biomass generation is achieved in specific spatial and temporal boundary, A-city in Gyeongi-do and september to November respectively. Quantity and quality of by-product biomass show big difference depending on the crop species and cultivation periods and these difference bring up that accurate biomass estimation should be considered during planning of biomass utilization and technology selecting for biomass converting to energy and other forms.

농산물 6차산업 판촉행사에서 행사의 이해 및 제품만족, 판촉전략행위, 소비자 행동의도간의 구조관계 분석 (Structural Relationships of the Consumers' Understanding on the Event, Product Satisfaction, Promotional Strategies, and Behavioral Intention in a Promotional Event for Agricultural Diversification)

  • This study aims to examine the structural relationships of the consumers' understanding on the event, product satisfaction, promotional strategies, and behavioral intention in a promotional event for agricultural senary industry. The study conducted a survey among the participants in promotional events. The result showed that the understanding of promotional event had a positive effect on consumer behavioral intention, which means that the greater the understanding of The senary industry and the purpose of the event, the greater the consumer behavioral intention. The consumer satisfaction on products also had a positive effect on consumer behavioral intention, implying that the consumer behavioral intention increased when their satisfaction in terms of the taste and price of the products is higher. Further, the higher the satisfaction of the promotional strategy, the higher the consumer behavioral intention. Lastly, the promotional strategy played a mediating role between the consumer's understanding of the event and the satisfaction of the product, and the consumer behavioral intention. The result suggests that the different promotional strategies including discounts, freebies, or free-samples are able to maximize the effect of promotional events through its mediating effect.
