This study was carried out to assess the perception of decisional balance of Korean women toward mammography screening. From Dec. 20, 1998 to Apr. 30, 1999, a samples of 1,903 subjects were selected from 7 metropolitan areas and 6 provinces of Korea. Data was collected using Rakowski et al's decisional balance scale to measure the decisional balance regarding a woman's adoption of mammography screening and to assess the woman's current stages of adoption of mammography. The classification of women according to the stage of adoption of mammography was 54.9 % in precontemplation, 31.9 % in contemplation, 7.8 % in action, and 5.5 % in maintenance. The mean difference of pros, cons, and the decisional balance by the stage of mammography adoption were statistically significant. There were significant mean differences between the stages of adoption according to a woman's experience with and intention for mammography and the pros score, the cons score, and the decisional balance score. The behavioral portion of stage of mammography adoption provides a further level of discrimination. Results provide the empirical evidence for the Transtheoretical model.

본 연구는 중년여성들이 현재까지 자신들의 삶을 어떻게 살아왔고, 현재시점에서 그들의 삶을 어떻게 바라보고 있는지, 그 경험의 의미와 구조는 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 50세에서 59세 사이의 중년여성 7명을 대상으로 총 3회에 걸친 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 자료는 현상학적 연구방법인 Giorgi 방법을 이용하여 분석과 해석의 과정을 거쳐서 진행하였으며, 그 결과 의미단위 358개를 도출하고, 다시 하위구성요소 26개로 묶은 후 최종 구성요소로 7개의 범주로 나누었다. 분석 결과, 중년여성들의 삶에 대한 조명은 "어려운 가정 형편", "원가족(family-of origin)의 의미", "역동적인 사회 경험", "결혼", "애달픔", "점점 느껴지는 노화"와 "삶의 초점"으로 구성되었다. 이상과 같은 의미를 바탕으로 중년 여성들의 삶에 대한 조명의 구조는 결론적으로, 어려운 가정형편을 더욱 절실하게 느낀 참여자들이 전문직종에 종사하게 되었으며, 역동적인 사회경험, 결혼, 자식에 대한 애달픔을 경험하면서 노화를 영성을 통하여 긍정적으로 바라보고 있었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 중년여성들에게 통합적이고 바람직한 노후를 맞이하게 하기 위한 올바른 영성 프로그램의 제공을 제언한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combination of suit details through visual evaluation which helps compensating middle aged womens body defects for their more attractive fashion styles. In this study, styles of the evaluated suits are formal and classical. The designs of evaluated suits are manipulated in 40 different kinds by the essential elements such as collars, necklines(tailored collars, soutien collars, stand collars, round necklines, V-necklines), bottoms(slacks, skirts), pocket(flap pocket, none) and opening(opened, closed). The data evaluated by a multiple ranking test were analyzed by mean, paired t-test, ANOVA and Duncans multiple raged test. The results are summarized as follows: 1) The classic style suits-middle aged womans body construct looks better when she is wearing it with the combination of suit details; opened tailored collar jacket with flap pocket or non-pocket, opened stand collar jacket with non-pocket, closed soutien collar and round neckline jacket with non-pocket, closed V-neckline jacket with flap pocket or non-pocket on slacks. 2) The middle aged woman wearing slacks looks smaller in upper body, longer in lower part of her body and taller as a whole than when wearing a skirt suit. And Opened jacket makes a middle aged woman be seen with less appeared abdomen than that on closed jacket. The stand calar and round neckline jacket with non-flap pockets makes her look smaller in upper body and hip. 3) With tailored, soutien, stand collar jacket, it looks slimmer in a neck, narrower in shoulder, smaller in upper body, and taller than on a round neckline and V-neckline jacket.

The purpose of this study is to develop design for daily hanbok with Jacquard textile design developed by using the traditional patterns that suit the needs and lifestyles of the middle and old aged group. This study will also develop Jacquard textile design that has elaborate and luxurious patterns and abundant expression of colors using the traditional patterns that suit the needs and lifestyles of the middle and old aged group. Developing daily hanbok design for woman's casual and formal occasion will contribute to fashion business significantly by popularization of daily hanbok as one of the important fashion genre. The "Texpro Design CAD V8.21" program was used for the textile design. A total of 2 designs were developed as the Jacquard textile design with traditional patterns using flower motifs. One type of fabric was produced for each of the textile design with a color selected from "Pantone Color Chips". And finally, four woman's daily hanbok design for either casual or and formal style were developed and these daily hanboks were consisted of one set of jacket and trouser, durumagi, one set of jacket and skirt and one set of vest and trouser. And the actual garments were constructed and the design procedure and the photos of these works were presented. This study showed the possibility of producing highly sensible daily hanbok that suits the fashion trend of middle aged women and the widening of consumer range and the creation of new market by developing Jacquard textile design.

Medical technology being developed, the increase of the aged population brings about many changes in financial standard, consciousness and lifestyle. And the increase of a nuclear family and a professional woman makes their family not to be able to support them anymore. Because aged people also don't want to rely on their family, aged people households are growing gradually. These causes make a house and a living environment of aged people to new social problems and these became elements to determine the living quality. In case of advanced nations a house considered of the physical character of aged people has been planned and they can live with various services in their houses and community that they are living without moving: But a hou! se for aged people is initial stage in Korea. And most facilities are poor and just for protection and accommodation. Although concerning a house for the aged according to revised the aged welfare law, companies are waiting to build because of problems of cognition and regulation. Therefore the plan considered of the character of the aged is being needed for the independent and comfortable living of the aged.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship between fatigue and exercise in middle-aged women. Method: A descriptive survey study design was used. Result: The fatigue level for middle-aged women was 1.98. It was found that about 52.7% of the participant do exercise now. Fatigue according to exercise level was not significant, but the degree of fatigue was low for women who do exercise. Conclusion: The degree of fatigue for middle-aged woman should be assessed and exercise suited to each person should be taught. Fatigue needs to be controlled before it develops to the point of disease, and appropriate exercise is an suitable intervention.

이 연구의 목적은 소통의 과정을 통해 욕구만족이 결여된 일빙 상태의 자아를 웰빙상태의 자아로 바꾸는 모형을 개발하는 데에 있다. 한국 중년여성의 분노는 그들이 속해 있는 삶과 사회의 계급구조 그리고 사회문화적 맥락 속에서 형성된다. 그러므로 중년여성의 분노는 이 모형을 통해 의사와 환자 모두 인문학적 사고와 자세가 갖추어졌을 때, 그리고 주체적인 삶의 소유자로 변화될 때에 치유가 가능하다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 한의학과 인문학이 융합한 중년여성의 분노치유프로그램은 파일럿검사를 활용한다. 파일럿테스트는 사전 및 사후검사로 구성되는데 그 절차는 다음과 같다. (1) 한의사 트레이닝, (2) 사전검사 실행, (3) 4~6주에 걸치 4회기 분노치유 실시, (4) 사후검사 실행, (5) 한의사와 중년여성 분노치유자의 만남.

The purpose of this study deals with the profitable suit image design of middle-aged men by examining visual effects in physical design. The sample of this study is people who live in Kwangju, Korea and 20∼50age's men and women. And it is very variety in each population statistics factors the differences of physical design visual effect which considering the difference of sex and age, numbers of button, a figure and material pattern. The method of this study is experimentation. Accordingly, I used convenience sampling by considering sex and age distribution with the SPSS program for the data analysis. The difference of body design visual effect brought follow conclusion by demographics variability. The distinction of body design by sex and numbers of button, shoulders have similar differences only in men's group. The length has it both in man and woman's group. The dissimilarity of body design by age and the number of button, the shoulders have similar differences in 30 between 40 aged group and the abdomen has it in 30 aged group. The length has it in 20 between 40 and 50 aged group. In the three factors of body design by sex and shape either sex and pattern, both man and woman have similar differences by the pattern. Totally, number of button and pattern are very important clothes due to give an effect on whole visual effect man's suit. Also, these dues were felt differently by each types of body. Therefore, it is confirmed that the type of body is important that fluent to make people perceive.

본 연구는 중년여성의 갱년기증상과 자아존중감이 우울에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2개 지역 D 와 S 지역에 거주하는 중년여성 대상으로 연구의 취지, 목적, 과정에 설명을 하고 동의한 125명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0 을 이용하였고, 빈도분석, 분산분석, t검증, 상관분석, 희귀분석으로 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 1월부터 2019년 2월까지 하였다. 본 연구결과는 아래와 같으며, 중년여성들의 일반적 특성에 따른 우울의 차이는 주관적 경제상태와 주관적 건강상태에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 우울에 영향을 미치는 변수는 갱년기증상(β=.409, p<.001), 자아존중감(β=-.368, p<.001), 건강상태(β=-.094 p=.174), 경제상태(β=.067 p=.353)순으로 확인되었다. 우울은 개인마다 차이가 있으므로 중년여성의 갱년기증상과 우울정도를 확인하여 갱년기를 자연스러운 인생의 전환기로 받아들이고 갱년기 여성의 사회정책, 간호정책개발에 활용되어야 할 것이다.
