중장년층 일자리 요구사항 분석 및 인력 고용 매칭 시스템 개발 (Job Preference Analysis and Job Matching System Development for the Middle Aged Class)

  • 저출산 및 인구 고령화가 가속화되면서, 중장년 퇴직자 등 노동 소외 계층의 취업난 해결은 우리 사회의 핵심 과제로 등장하고 있다. 온라인에는 수많은 일자리 요구 정보가 산재해 있으나, 이를 중장년 구직자에게 제대로 매칭시키지는 못하고 있다. 워크넷 취업 로그에 따르면 구직자가 선호하는 직종에 취업하는 경우는 약 24%에 불과하다. 그러므로, 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해서는 구직자에게 일자리 정보를 매칭시킬 때 선호하는 직종과 유사한 직종들을 추천하는 소프트 매칭 기법이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 중장년층에 특화된 소프트 직업 매칭 알고리즘과 서비스를 고안하고 개발하여 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 1) 대용량의 구직 활동 기록인 워크넷 로그로부터 중장년층의 일자리 특성 및 요구 추세를 분석하였다. 2) 중장년층의 일자리 추천을 위해 직종 유사도 기준으로 일자리 분류표(KOCM)를 재정렬하였다. 이 결과를 이용하여, 3) 중장년에 특화된 인력 고용 소프트 매칭 직업 추천 알고리즘(MOMA)을 개발하여 구인 구직 웹사이트에 적용하였다. 자체 저작한 중장년층 특화 일자리 분류표(KOCM)를 이용한 소프트 일자리 매칭 시스템의 정확도를 측정하였을 때, 실제 고용 결과 기준, 하드 매칭 대비 약 20여 배의 성능 향상을 보였다. 본 연구내용을 적용하여 개발한 중장년층 특화 구직 사이트는 중장년층의 구직 과정에서 입력 정보 부담을 최소화하고 소프트 매칭을 통해 사용자의 요구직종에 적합한 일자리를 정확하고 폭넓게 추천함으로 중장년층의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

산업군별 고용형태에 따른 근로자 흡연율 변화 추이: 1992-2006 (Smoking Rate of Workers according to Employment Status and Industry: 1992-2006)

  • Objectives: The present study examined whether smoking rate has declined in 1992-2006 and who the high risk groups were on industry classification and employment type. Methods: Data from 91,263 persons aged 25-64 years were analyzed from three rounds of the Social Statistical Surveys of Korea between 1992 and 2006. Industry indicators were divided by the 9th Korean Standard Industrial Classification. Age-adjusted prevalence of smoking was calculated. Prevalence ratios(PR) and differences(PD) were estimated using log-binomial regression analysis. Results: Age-adjusted prevalence of smoking decreased between 1992 and 2006, specially the smoking prevalence of regular employees decreased most. PD in age-adjusted prevalence of smoking were the biggest between regular and daily employees. PR of the temporary employees', daily employees', self-employed persons' in order was wider than that of regular employees. PR increased significantly increased between 1999 and 2006 for those in manufacturing, construction, wholesale & retail trade, service industries. Increases in PR(regular/irregular) for women in service industry were statistically significant. Conclusions: Despite reducing overall cigarette smoking rates in males, the smoking rate was not reduced equally by industry classification and employment type in both genders. More adjustable antismoking policies and consideration of employment type are requested to reduce inequalities in smoking.

공무원연금의 지급정지제도가 가입자의 노동공급에 미치는 영향 및 지급정지제도의 발전방향 모색 (Effect of the Civil Servant's Suspension of Pension Payments on the Labor Supply and Suggestions on Developmental Alternatives of Suspension of Pension Payments)

  • 본 연구는 퇴직소득심사제도가 고령자의 노동공급에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적 논의와 실증분석결과를 미국중심으로 고찰하고, 2005년 1월 기준 퇴직연금 혹은 장해연금을 수급하고 있는 178,363명의 공무원에 대한 공무원연금관리공단의 원자료를 통해 공무원연금의 지급정지제도가 노동공급에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 재취업한 공무원은 총 8,086명으로 전체 분석대상의 4.5%였으며, 지급정지된 공무원의 중위생존기간은 3.3년으로 나타났다. 또한 전액정지자의 중위재취업기간은 반액 정지자에 비해 20개월 가량 짧고, 실제 회귀분석에서도 100% 지급정지자는 50% 지급정지자에 비해 재퇴직발생확률이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 현행 제도는 유급소득활동만으로도 지급정지하기 때문에 이를 피하기 위해 재취업노력조차 하지 않거나, 일시금수급을 선택할 가능성도 있다. 따라서 이를 분석에 포함한다면 그 영향은 더 클 것으로 예측된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공무원연금 지급정지제도의 발전적 방향으로서, 지급정지제도를 연령과 소득에 따라 차등적용하되, 지연연금제도와 병행하거나 부분연금제도의 도입을 제안한다. 또한 효과적인 정책마련을 위해서는 심도 있는 실증분석이 뒷받침되어야 하므로 소득, 고용형태 등을 포함한 재취업특성에 대한 자료구축이 시급하며, 공무원연금관리공단의 관리체계 또한 강화해야 한다.

중년여성 당뇨병 환자의 성기능, 성 스트레스, 삶의 질에 대한 연구 (A Study on Sexual Function, Sexual Stress, and Quality of Life in Middle Aged Women Patients with Diabetes Mellitus)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among sexual function, sexual stress, and quality of life in middle aged women patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 154 middle aged women patient with diabetes mellitus in one hospital. Results: The mean sexual function score was $12.99{\pm}9.11$. There were statistically significant differences in sexual function according to age, level of education, employment status, time of being diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, number of complications, self-monitoring of blood glucose, menopausal status, and level of glycosylated hemoglobin. The mean sexual stress score was $26.99{\pm}16.88$. The score of quality of life was $79.12{\pm}14.30$. There were statistically significant differences in quality of life according to level of education. Sexual function was negatively correlated with sexual stress (r=-.46 p<.001) and positively correlated with quality of life (r=.32, p<.001), while sexual stress was negatively correlated with quality of life (r=-.36 p<.001). Conclusion: Higher sexual dysfunction in middle aged women patients with diabetes mellitus was correlated with lower sexual stress and improved quality of life, while lower sexual stress was correlated with improved quality of life.

중고령 은퇴자들의 은퇴 후 경과기간별 은퇴생활적응의 영향요인 (The Factors Affecting Retirement Adjustment by Elapsed Time from Middle-Aged & Advanced-Aged Retiree's Retirement)

  • Using the first wave of KLoSA(Korean Longitudinal study of Aging) beta version, this study analyzed factors affecting retirement adjustment by elapsed time from retiree's retirement through Binary Logit and Multinomial Logit Analysis. Participants were 1,780 retiree. The main results of this study were as follows : First, The retiree's education(-), health status(-), region(+), dwelling type(-), monthly household income(-), employment type before retirement(+), retirement reason(+), and the elapsed time from retirement(-) were affected whether they satisfied with pre-retirement or not. Second, The gender(-), age(-), and the region(+) were affected whether they satisfied with life after retirement or not. Third, The gender(-), age(-), education(+), heath status(+), dwelling type(+), monthly household income(+), retirement reason(-), and the elapsed time from retirement(+) were affected on their satisfaction after retirement compared to pre-retirement. Last, The different factors affected the life satisfaction after retirement by elapsed time from retirement.

Influencing Factors on Health-related Quality of Life among Japanese Middle-aged Marriage-based Immigrant Women in South Korea: A Cross-Sectional Study

  • Purpose: With the first generation of marriage-based immigrant women in East Asia now reaching their middle or old age, the need to focus investigations on their health-related quality of life has arisen. This study aimed to examine the extent to which physical and mental health, and psychosocial variables can predict health-related quality of life among Japanese middle-aged immigrant women. Methods: This study has a descriptive cross-sectional design. A convenience sample of 197 Japanese middle-aged marriage-based immigrant women from two regions of South Korea were recruited between December 2017 and March 2018. Participants completed self-administered questionnaires on health-related quality of life, menopausal symptoms, depression, perceived health status, disease morbidity, social support, and acculturation. The data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Depression was the strongest predictor of health-related quality of life, followed by perceived health status, social support, and household income. Menopausal symptoms, presence of disease, and acculturation appeared to have no additional impact on participant's health-related quality of life. Conclusion: In times of rapid growth of global migration and the aging of immigrants in new destination countries, nursing interventions and public health policies for aging marriage-based immigrant women should be prioritized to improve their mental health by facilitating social support and disease management. In addition, social and employment policies that can help immigrant women transition to a healthy midlife are needed.

일하는 어머니의 취업특성에 따른 부모역할만족 (Parental Satisfaction and Employment Characteristics of Working Mother)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to explore the difference in parental satisfaction regarding personal/family, work, and psychological variables of employment characteristics, and (2) to investigate the most effecting variables on the parental satisfaction. For this study, the working mother with children aged under 10 year were surveyed. The results of this study were as follow; (1) There were significant differences in the parental satisfaction according to work time, job preference, income, the difficulty of work life. However, working mother's personal and family variable were not found as the related variable. Psychological variables were correlated with parental satisfaction. (2) Maternal role efficiency, dual role conflict, flexibility of work, marriage year, income, psychological stress, expanded family, durations of occupation, spouse support significantly predicted parental satisfaction. Psychological variables were important in parental satisfaction of working mothers.

유아기 어머니의 놀이성, 놀이지지신념 및 양육스트레스가 친밀양육행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Playfulness, Play Support Beliefs and Parenting Stress on Intimate Parenting in Mothers of Young Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of playfulness, play support beliefs and parenting stress on intimate parenting in the mothers of young children by maternal employment. In order to achieve this, 405 mothers of young children, aged 3-5 years old, participated in a self-reported survey. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics using SPSS 19.0 and structural equation modeling and multigroup analysis using AMOS 21.0. The results of this study showed that the mothers' support beliefs and parenting stress mediated both playfulness and intimate parenting irrespective of maternal employment. Interestingly, the unemployed mothers' playfulness had direct effects on intimate parenting whereas the playfulness of the employed mothers did not. Lastly, the effects of the mothers' play support beliefs, playfulness, and parenting stress on intimate parenting did not differ between employed and unemployed mothers.

  • This study aims to examine the relationship between mothers' attachment levels, types of verbal control, and infants' language development. The selected participants comprised 224 infants, aged 24-35 months and their mothers (224) at 25 long day care centers located Goyang-si, Gimpo-si in Gyeonggi-do, Incheon and Seoul. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in mothers' attachment levels, types of verbal control, and infants' language development depending on the mothers' employment status. Secondly, to assess the relative influences of two variables which were significantly associated with infants' language development, the sociodemographic variables of mothers and infants, including infants' age and mothers' employment status, were controlled in order to conduct hierarchical regression analysis. The results revealed that imperative-oriented verbal controls, person-oriented verbal controls, and contact seeking all influenced infants' overall language development.

중·고령자의 건강 악화가 조기은퇴에 미치는 영향 연구-근로형태 별 비례위험모형 분석 (Study on Health Predictors of Early Retirement of Middle-aged and Elderly Workers in Korea: Proportional Hazard Model Analysis by Employment Type)

  • 한국의 중 고령자들이 60세 이전에 조기은퇴하는 현상의 주된 이유로 건강문제가 거론된다. 일부 선행연구에서는 은퇴 이후 시점에서의 건강과 조기은퇴 간의 관계를 알아보았다는 점에서 역인과관계 문제가 존재한다. 또한 근로 당시의 건강상태를 고려하지 않고 건강문제와 조기은퇴 간의 관계를 분석함으로 인해 건강문제의 영향력이 과대평가될 수 있는 문제점이 제기된다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 본 연구는 근로 시기와 비교해 건강상태의 악화가 조기은퇴에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 고령화패널 1차 자료에서 조사된 45~52세 중 고령 근로자 1,049명을 대상으로 고령화패널 5차 자료까지의 추적연구를 통해 건강의 악화가 조기은퇴에 미치는 영향을 콕스의 비례위험모형으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 은퇴 이전 시점에서 치료가 필요한 만성질환의 증가는 자영업자의 은퇴 위험을, 주관적 건강상태의 악화는 임금근로자의 은퇴 위험을 유의하게 높이는 것을 확인했다. 이러한 결과는 역인과관계 문제와 편향 문제를 없애거나 줄인 상황에서도 건강 악화는 여전히 조기은퇴의 주된 원인임을 보여준다. 자영업자와 임금근로자 간 은퇴원인의 차이는, 자영업자의 근로신축성에 기인한 것으로 추측된다.
