Given importation of After-Sale System, we may assume that it comes to be changed on housing industry Construction companies have applied installment sale to fund of building, but now they have to take it upon themselves to borrow from PF(Project Financing) on the banking system. The purpose of this study is to assume the change and influence in the construction fund after adopting After-Sale system and suggests the appropriate strategy in PF for providing fund. Construction Companies can produce their Profits by concentrating on reconstruction part especially in the metropolitan area. And They make their own brands and have their competitive power. In this housing market, if After-sale system comes publically, there will be big changes. Until now many companies have no difficulties in making funds to manage construction activity. But After-sale system gives difficulties to many companies. Therefore they have to prepare their own funds under their responsibilities from banks of Project financing.

The supply for the apartment complex in Korea has been accomplished by the sale before building system as a way of institutional means to support massive housing supply in the past. Although this sale before building system has helped the provision of the housing, the necessity of that has been weakened in the current housing market. As this market is changed to emphasize on consumer, the necessity of conversion to sale after building system was raised and finally enforced partially. However, the sale after building system has difficulty in ensuring construction fund and the safety of housing business. So, the diversification in the style of business structure we and the strategy for the activation of construction fund will solve these problems. Consequently, this essay examine the change and influence in the construction fund after adopting sale after building system and suggest the appropriate strategy in project financing for providing fund and reducing the risk in construction business.

The aim of this paper was to look at distribution intensity of casual wear brand before and after IMF Management System. It also provides the guide to distribution design and reinforces the strategy of the brand of it. Since the firm especially in casual wear industry recently has had difficulty in how to decide and to select the distribution numbers in the domestic market. Based on the data in‘98 Korea Fashion Guide’and ‘Korean Fashion Brand Annual’, 78 brands had been analyzed with percentage, multiple regression. The results were as follows: In general, the lower the price of the product is and the higher the total sale is, the more intensive the distribution of the casual wear brand is before and after IMF Management System. The longer the launching period is, the more intensive the distribution of the casual wear industry is after IMF Management System. Besides, there is difference between the brand origins in the distribution intensity. In addition, two brand types were classified and tested. The distribution intensity of jean casual wear and uni-sex casual wear have related to the price after IMF and the total sale before and after IMF Management System while there is no relationship with the launching period before and after IMF Management System. The distribution intensity of the domestic brand have related to the price, and the total sale, while the foreign brand has a relationship with the total sale before and after IMF Management System. The foreign brand has related only to launching period after IMF Management System.

Comprehensive bans on tobacco advertising and promotion were introduced through tobacco control legislation in Viet Nam, but it has been established that violations of the bans are very common. This study was conducted to explore the trend in violations of bans on tobacco advertising and promotion at points of sale in Viet Nam in the past six years and to explore any differences in the violation situations before and after the Law on Tobacco Control came into effect on 1st May 2013. Quantitative data were collected through observation of violations of the bans on tobacco advertising and promotion at points of sale in 10 provinces throughout Viet Nam in four survey rounds (2009, 2010, 2011, and 2015). Variation in violation prevalence over time was examined by chi-square test using a Bonferini method. Binary logistic regression was employed to identify the factors that may have influences on different types of violation. A level of significance of p<0.05 was used for all tests in this article. The most common form of violation was the display of more than one pack/one carton of a cigarette brand. Violation of bans on tobacco advertising increased while violations on promotion ban and on displaying tobacco decreased through time. Some factors associated with the tobacco advertising and promotion bans included surveyed years, types of points of sale, regions and areas where the points of sale were located. The enforcement of the bans did not improve even after the issuance and the enactment of the Law on Tobacco Control. This suggests that the monitoring and enforcement of bans on tobacco advertising and promotion at points of sale should be strengthened. Penalties should be strictly applied for violators as indicated in the current tobacco control legislation.
Purpose - I analyzes risk-to-performance evaluated in the market using data from sale and lease back. Specifically, I analyze from the perspective of financial institutions that purchase sale and lease back based on the cases of investment by ship investment companies and acquisition of ships. Design/methodology/approach - I use 49 sale and lease back data from 2017 to 2019 for empirical analysis. Findings - The main results of this paper are as follows. First, after sale and lease back of domestic ships, the average amount of sales by the leased shipping company is 25.1 billion won, the average amount of investment by the purchased financial institution is 14.6 billion won (60%) and the average length of the ship is nine years. In ship finance, sale and lease back is deemed to be appropriately used as a means of restructuring for a large amount of money. Second, the main risk factor for sale and lease back of domestic ships is credit risk and can be measured in VaR in practice. As a result of the empirical analysis, the average credit risk burden ratio is 9%. As a major risk factor, low creditworthiness of restructuring companies is the key. Third, as a result of measuring the profitability of financial institutions that purchase sale and lease back of domestic ships at a net current price, it has an average value of 300 million won, but the deviation by case is very large. Fourth, the risk adjusted performance of sale and lease back of domestic ships is 0.54 on average compared to the total risk capital, and 0.52 compared to the stock-risk capital, and as with profitability earlier, the deviation of each case is very large and misaligned. In order to boost the sale and lease back market for large and long-term assets, in order to overcome low profitability as a prerequisite for future participation of commercial purchased financial institutions, it is expected that purchase decisions based on expectations versus risk will be necessary. Research implications or Originality - The results of this paper are expected to broaden the understanding of sale and lease back and foster the ability to assess long-term risk and performance. Based on this, it is believed that rapid restructuring of companies through sale and lease back of large amounts of long-term assets will greatly increase the utility of the domestic financial market.

This research used the sales information of the optician's shop located in Dadgu Dongseongro from January 2013 to October 2013. We used the sales information including the sale of glass frame, lens, sunglass, sale price, weekly sale and monthly sale generated in an optician's shop. It is difficult to direct expression for product sales quantity or amount. The sales ratio of the glass frame and sunglasses was very higher than a domestic about the imports. But the sales ratio of the lens was a little bit higher than a domestic about the imports. The glasses price in which it is sold the most was 500,000 won betweens in 300,000 won. The sale was concentrated than a weekday on weekend. While a summer became close, a sale increased and after decreased gradually.

Since the 2016 "Housing Act Partial Amendment" and the "2018 Housing Comprehensive Amendment Plan", interest in the pre sale system and post sale system of apartment houses has been on the rise. In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the pre sale system and the post sale system of apartment houses, and to establish the basis for the institutional policy of the post sale system, a questionnaire survey method was used for tenants of the apartment house from the public side, and issues of time and cost. The time series analysis method is intended to suggest an appropriate time for payment of contributions. Accordingly, through a review of existing theories and literature, the post sale system of public and private institutions was organized, and through a questionnaire survey, the path to securing pre sale money, product information of the model house, and the degree of awareness of the effect of the post sale system were investigated. For the post sale fund support and payment method, it is necessary to increase the commercial line for existing financiers from the user's point of view, and it is necessary to operate in consideration of the economic power of the pre sale market by region. Both 60% post sale and 80% post sale have a price range of up to KRW 10 million, and the total interest rate is 5.0%, and the annual interest rate is about 2.8% for 60% post sale, and about 2.1% for 80% post sale, which is lower than the current 3.1%. I need an interest rate. The research is a perception survey targeting a total of 5,213 households in a sample of after sale apartments in public institutions. As the actual values are analyzed using a time series on the effects of market supply and demand and market prices, there is a limit to applying them to prospective residents of private apartments. In addition, to respond to first time tenants, a questionnaire survey was conducted on five complexes that have moved in within the last five years.

Risk management is the logical process used by business firms and individuals to deal with their exposures to loss. It is a strategy of preloss planning for postloss resources. Besides, in the enterprise judiciary researches the textbook and the instance which relate risks, and reflects it to the written contract provision and various every manuel or holds seminar. It is a risk management which this talks generally. Here it stands but it becomes a problem the quality of type and countermeasure of risks. The purpose of this paper aims to explain adequate preventions to positively predict the risk this before being materialized, in practical section which is directly exposed to these risks in introducing international sale contracts(for example, the FOB and CIF contract) and the active management method of the risk which accompanys to the execution. And also analyzes the Lite-On case which relates with an international sale contracts.
A number of Chinese students who are studying in Korea have been gradually increasing since Korea and China established diplomatic relations. Many of them sale Korean products to China while studying for their degree programs in colleges. This kind of transactions can be named C2C overseas direct sales. C2C overseas direct sales which are being performed by Chinese student are good for exportation of Korean products. However Some of these transactions are not legal according to present law, First, Chinese student don't have legal status to make the transactions. Second, Chinese students usually make false declarations for evading the taxes, including tariff and VAT, Third, Chinese students can not offer the after-sale service for the goods for the Chinese consumers. Although C2C transactions have some legal matters, they should not be banned by a one-size-fits-all method. In this study, we highly recommend for the development of C2C transactions, First, Korean government should give Chinese students legal status. Second, China customs must strictly prohibit illegal activities of smuggling by taking advantage of postal route. Third, sellers in China can offer the after-sale service to consumers through some specialist A/S firms.

PURPOSE: This study aimed to provide the basic data necessary for rehabilitation by identifying the effects of complex balance exercises combined with self-observation training on balance and gait improvement in stroke patients. METHODS: This study assigned 20 people randomly into two groups: the control and experimental groups. The experimental group (10 subjects) underwent self-observation training-combined complex balance exercise. The control group (10 subjects) underwent complex balance exercises. A pretest of the balance ability and walking ability of both groups was performed. The interventions were conducted for 30 minutes three times a week for four weeks, and post-tests were conducted four weeks after all interventions were completed. RESULTS: There was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups according to the increase in Berg Balance Sale within the group and a statistically significant difference by a decrease in 10MWT (p < .01). On the other hand, there was a significant difference only in the change in Berg Balance Sale between the two groups (p < .05). CONCLUSION: Combined balance exercise combined with self-observation training and combined balance exercise alone positively affected the Berg Balance Sale and 10MWT in both groups. On the other hand, in the results between groups, there was a statistically significant difference in Berg Balance Sale in complex balance exercise combined with self-observation training. Therefore, self-observation training should be used for the rapid social rehabilitation of stroke patients.
