청소년의 기질이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 애정적 양육태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Adolescents' Temperament on Subjective Well-Being: the Mediating Effect of Perceived Parenting Affective Attitude)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase our understanding of subjective well-being in adolescents and to help improve it by investigating the relationship among adolescents' temperaments, perceived parenting affective attitude and subjective well-being. For this study, the subjects were 354 students from 4 different middle schools in Gwang-ju, Korea. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted by means of the SPSS 21.0 program using Pearson's correlations and hierarchical regression. The results are as follows: First, the temperament and perceived parenting affective attitude were correlated with subjective well-being. Among the temperament traits, novelty seeking and harm avoidance showed negative correlations with subjective well-being, whereas affection, reward dependence and persistence showed positive correlations with subjective well-being. Second, after the mediating effect of perceived affection on subjective well-being was confirmed, three temperament traits, viz. harm avoidance, reward dependence, and persistence, were identified as mediating factors. The conclusion of this study is that adolescents' temperament and perceived parenting affective attitude are related to their subjective well-being and can also predict their subjective well-being. Harm avoidance, reward dependence, and persistence, which are inborn temperaments, affect subjective well-being. Affection, which is a perceived parenting affective attitude trait, affects subjective well-being as a mediation variable. This study also suggests that it is more effective to influence perceived parenting affective attitude, which has growth potential, rather than temperaments which are hard to change.

영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 모-자녀관계와 결혼만족도가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Mother-Child Relationship and Marital Satisfaction on the Subjective Well-Being of Mothers with Young Children)

  • This study examined the effects of the mother-child relationship and marital satisfaction on the subjective well-being of mothers with young children. The subjects consisted of 237 mothers with young children. Data were analyzed by means of multiple regression analysis, T-test and one way ANOVA. The results included that 1) There were clear differences in terms of the mother's level of education, her monthly income in household, and job satisfaction when it came to the subjective well-being of mothers. 2) The mother-child relationship and marital satisfaction were both positively correlated with the cognitive and affective factor (positive affects) of subjective well-being, whereas there were negative correlations with regard to affective factors (negative affects) of subjective well-being. 3) The mother-child relationship and marital satisfaction accounted for 32.5% of subjective well-being. More specifically, marital satisfaction was the most influential variable when it came to determining the level of life satisfaction (which is also a cognitive factor of subjective well-being), whereas the mother-child relationship was the most influential variable when it came to the affective factor of subjective well-being.

대학생의 애착과 주관적 안녕감과의 관계: 대인관계 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between Attachment and Subjective Well-Being: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Interpersonal Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship on the relationship between attachment and subjective well-being of university students. We conducted a survey on 336 university students in Andong-si and Cheongju-si. The data were analyzed by Pearson's productive correlation, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel test. The results were as follows: First, affective well-being made an effect by avoidant attachment and anxiety attachment, and was more affected by interpersonal relationship than anxiety attachment including mediating variable of interpersonal relationship. Second, there was a significant effect in cognitive well-being only by anxiety attachment. Including mediating variables of interpersonal relationship, cognitive well-being affected by interpersonal relationship only. Third, interpersonal relationship mediated partially the relationship between attachment and affective well-being, and perfectly between attachment and cognitive well-being.

취업모의 양육태도와 자녀의 심리적 복지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Mother's Parental Attitude and the Psychological Well-being of Children)

  • This study is about the working mother's parental attitude and the psychological well-being of children. This investigation also analyzed the differences in the psychological well-being of children according to socio-demographic variables and whether there was a percieved affective nurturing attitude and monitoring of the mother. To study such differences, 437 second and third grade children with both parents working were chosen as the subjects of this investigation. The data was analyzed according to frequency, percentage, averages, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Duncan's mutiple comparison. The major finding were as follows: First, the results of examining the differences of the psychological well-being of children according to socio-demographic variables showed significant differences in the area of anxiety with respect to children's genders, maternal educational levels and maternal occupations. In the area of loneliness, the differences came only from the differences in the grade levels. Second, there were significant differences between loneliness and self-perceived competence in the psychological well-being of children according to the subjects' perception of an affective nurturing attitude and monitoring of mothers. In other words, it revealed that the group of children that strongly perceived an affective nurturing attitude and monitoring by their parents showed a lower level of loneliness and a higher level of self-perceived competence.

물질주의와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 통제성의 매개효과: 중년기 여성을 중심으로 (The Mediating Effect of Locus of Control Between Materialism and Well-being of Middle-aged woman)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물질주의와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 통제성의 매개 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 B시, C시, D시의 중년기 여성 239명이었으며 척도는 Richins과 Dawson(1992)의 물질주의 척도, Levenson(1981)의 통제성 척도, 그리고 안녕감은 Watson과 Clark 및 Tellegen(1988)의 정서적 안녕감 척도(PANAS)와 Ryff(1989)의 심리적 안녕감 척도(PWBS)가 사용되었다. 자료 수집 후 기술 통계 분석, 측정도구의 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 그리고 Sobel 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 물질주의와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 통제성의 하위 변인인 외부통제성이 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 근거로 중년기 여성의 높은 물질주의에 따른 낮은 안녕감을 좀 더 높일 수 있는 방법으로 외부통제성을 낮추는 것을 제시하였다.

럭셔리 레스토랑의 브랜드 명품화가 고객의 웰빙 지각도, 호의적 평가, 정서적 몰입 및 헌신적인 행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 브랜드 의식도의 조절 효과 (The Impact of Brand Prestige on Patrons' Perception of Well-Being, Favorable Inequity, Affective Commitment, and Dedicational Behaviors in Luxury Restaurants: The Moderating Role of Brand Consciousness)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 럭셔리 레스토랑의 브랜드 명품화가 고객의 웰빙 지각도, 호의적 평가, 감정적인 충성도, 그리고 헌신적인 행위에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것이다. 문헌 분석을 통하여, 제시된 마케팅 개념들간의 이론적 인과관계가 도출되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 11 개의 가설들이 도출되었다. 또한 이 과정에서, 고객들의 브랜드 의식도가 조절 변수로 작용할 수 있다는 이론적 가설이 제시되었다. 도출된 이론적 가설들을 종합하여 구조 모델이 도출되었으며, 이 개념적 모텔은 527명의 미국 럭셔리 레스토랑 고객을 대상으로 하여 수거된 데이터로 검증되었다. 데이터 분석에는 AMOS 6.0 버전이 사용되었으며, 데이터 분석 결과, 럭셔리 레스토랑의 브랜드 명품화는 고객의 웰빙 지각도와 호의적 평가에 긍정적으로 작용하여, 결국 두가지 헌신적 행위(enhancement와 advocacy)를 유도한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한 이 과정에서 고객들의 브랜드 의식도는 조절 효과로 작용한다는 것이 검증되었다. 데이터 분석 결과를 바탕으로 하여 이론적 실무적 시사점들이 논의되었다.

중학생에게서 감사 훈련이 감사성향, 생활만족도, 정서적 안녕감, 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Gratitude Training on Grateful Disposition, Life Satisfaction, Affective Well-Being, and Self-esteem for Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 중학생에게서 감사 훈련이 감사 성향, 생활만족도, 정서적 안녕감, 자아존중감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 피험자는 경기도 소재 중학교 3학년 77명(2개 반)을 실험집단(39명)과 통제집단(38명)으로 나누어 선정하였다. 실험집단은 1달 동안 아침 자율학습 시간에 총 20회의 감사훈련을, 통제집단은 동일한 시간에 아침 학교 프로그램(진로, 발명, 영어동화)을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 감사훈련은 감사 성향을 향상시켰으며 생활만족도를 향상시켰다. 아울러 감사훈련은 정서적 안녕감과 자아존중감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 감사훈련이 성인에서와 같이 청소년에게서도 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 나타났다.

법인 택시기사의 승객피해 경험과 사업장 안전문화수준에 따른 신체적 정서적 건강 (Workplace Hazards, Work Environment, and Physical-Affective Health of Taxi Drivers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors related to physical and affective well-being of taxi drivers. The main factors of interests were workplace hazards and work environment. Method: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. A convenience sampling method was utilized. 181 taxi drivers in Seoul metropolitan area completed survey questionnaires. Result: In bivariate analysis, payment system, workplace hazards, and work environment were associated with physical health of taxi drivers. Multiple regression analysis revealed payment system and workplace hazards were significant predictors of physical health. On the other hand, age and workplace hazards, and work environment were significantly associated with affective health in the bivariate analysis. Moreover, workplace hazards and environment were significant predictors of affective health in the multiple regression analysis. Conclusion: To improve taxi drivers' health status, it is critical to reform payment system to monthly payment, establish prevention policies of workplace hazards, and encourage employers and taxi drivers to make efforts for better work environment.

Linking Perceived Organizational and Supervisor Support to Turnover Intention and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Thai: The Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment

  • This study deals how employees' perceptions of being supported by their organizations and supervisors may lead to organizational commitment and this commitment affects turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior in the context of Thai industrial firms. The sample consists of Thai employees working in manufacturing firms which Koreans operate in Thailand. In line with social exchange theory, this study indicated that employees who felt that their organizations and supervisors valued their contribution and cared about their well-being would be more likely to have lower level of turnover intention and higher level of organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, it was found affective and normative commitment partially mediated the effect of perceived organizational and supervisor support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study enhances our understanding about the roles of organizational commitment in the Thai workplace, and provides some practical implications how to manage Thai employees.

연령 증가에 따른 정서최적화 특성의 변화: 정서 경험과 사회적 목표 중심으로 (Age difference in affective optimization: emotion experiences and social goals)

  • 본 연구는 연령에 따른 정서경험과 사회적 목표에서의 변화를 통해 노년기 정서적 삶에 있어서 정서최적화 특성을 확인하고, 주관적 안녕감이 어떻게 변화, 유지되는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 청년집단 238명(평균 연령 19-23세), 중년집단 495명(48-64세), 노년집단 283명(65-82세)으로 총 1,046명이 본 연구에 참가하였다. 연령 증가에 따른 정서 경험의 차이를 확인해 본 결과, 중년에서 노년에 이르는 시기에 정적 정서 경험은 차이가 없고 부적 정서 경험이 다소 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 노년집단은 다른 연령집단에 비해 정서최적화 유지를 위해 슬픔이나 섭섭함과 같은 각성수준이 비교적 낮은 정서들을 더 빈번하게 경험하며 삶에 있어서 정서관련 목표가 정보관련 혹은 능력관련 목표에 비해 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 연령 증가에 따른 주관적 안녕감의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 유의미한 연령차는 확인되지 않았다. 노인들은 우리가 생각하는 것 보다 다양한 정서를 경험하며 정서최적화를 통해 주관적 안녕감을 유지하고 있다는 점을 확인했다. 성별에 따른 정서 경험을 살펴본 결과, 노년 여성 집단이 노년 남성 집단에 비해 부적 정서를 더 많이 경험하며, 특히 배우자가 없는 경우 부적 정서를 더 많이 경험하고 주관적 안녕감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 노년기 정서 경험과 사회적 목표에 따른 정서 최적화 특성이 노년기 적응과 주관적 안녕감 유지에 대해 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하였다.
