Established and new companies face similar business challenges in achieving performance and competitiveness. Furthermore, several empirical studies using competitive advantage resource-based view theory show that established companies achieve performance and competitiveness with breakthrough innovations. Similarly, new business ventures with limited resources must incorporate breakthrough innovations to achieve performance and competitiveness. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the impact of ambidextrous innovation on new venture performance and competitiveness. It used an online survey to collect data from 178 newly established shipping agency companies in 22 provinces in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using multivariate analysis with WarpPLS 7.0, where the analysis unit was an organization represented by a director. The results showed that ambidextrous innovation positively and significantly affects firm performance and new venture competitiveness. This means that ambidextrous innovation that emphasizes adaptation and development improves the firm's internal business processes, even with limited resources. Moreover, it increases new ventures' competitiveness in responding to threats and taking advantage of market opportunities. These results contribute to the competitive advantage resource-based view theory, specifically for new venture empirical examination. Also, they contribute to practical implications in the transportation business, demonstrating that exploitative breakthrough innovation can improve new venture competitiveness and performance.

This study has performed to propose the plan of effective career management systematically for the enhancement of mutual communication with internal and external customers based on the effect of career management activity in hospital organization on the job instability for administrative staff's. Data was collected from 192 hospital administrative staff's located in Busan area where 7 general hospitals and 7 hospitals were involved, and examined the factor analysis, the reliability, the regression analysis and the correlation analysis using SPSS statistical program. The organizational career management activities were classified into direct and indirect activities through the verification of validity and internal consistency, and the job instability was influenced by the direct career management activities. "Consider of countermeasure of necessary training required for the career of staff's" has the strongest relationship with the job instability among the organizational direct career management activities, and "Provide sufficient information service for new job opportunity" and "Develope career management plan participate with the staff's" were also relatively shown the higher relationship. Thus, it was indicated that the organizational effective career management activities for the enhancement of mutual communication with customers were necessary for the strategy establishment of career management activities.
The Korean government has implemented the policy for merging 141 health insurers into Korean Unified Health Insurer (KUHI) in July of 2000. The unification of multiple insurers will definitely effect the stability of financial management, equity of premium burdens and efficiency of administrative management. However, it is difficult to predict what forms the far-reaching effects of the unification would take. Thus, pursuing the unification may be express as a huge policy experiment. In order to lead the unification, which lies on a crossroad between success and failure, to the road of success, we need to infer the problems and obstacles predicted in the step-wise processes of merging organizations, finances and the systems of computing premium, and come up with the effective means to maintain the stability of financial management, to improve the equity of premium burdens and to increase the efficiency of administrative management. Thus, I first described the changes of the Korean medical insurance system, and analyzed the performances of self-employed medical insurance 1 year after the integration of societies in October of 1998. At the base of examining the stability of financial management, equity of premium burdens and efficiency of administrative management, I predicted the problems and obstacles that could occur after the unification of the multiple medical insurers, and proposed a few ways of leading the unification of the multiple medical insurers in Korea to success. The most worried factor is that insurance finance would become unstable since the expansion of premium revenues is not easy because raising the premium for all Koreans is to be difficult. In addition, the unification of insurance finance could weaken the insurer's efforts for declaring real incomes of the self-employed and increasing the collection rate of premiums from them. This weakening would be the decisive factor of lowering the equity of premium contributions between the self-employed and employees. And bureaucratization and rigidity that are unavoidable in a gigantic unified organization could lower the efficiency of administrative management. Furthermore, by having 3 labor unions in the unified organization, it is possible to experience frequent difficulties and discords among the unions and between the unions and organization. Thus, when smooth pursuing of the unification of multiple insurers gets difficult, the social expenses derived from the failure would eventually end up on all Koreans. The unification is to be performed after coming up with the ways to eradicate these worries, so that the unification of multiple insurers would step onto the road of success.
In April 2001, many Japanese national institutes were reorganized as Independent Administrative Institutions (IAI) based on the General Act for Independent Administrative Institutions and the act for each institution. Under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) was established by the merger of the National Research Institute for Metals (NRIM) and the National Institute for Research in Inorganic Materials (NIRIM). One of the biggest changes was the expansion of autonomous administration. The nanotechnology and material R&D field was prioritized in the 2nd (2001-2005) and the 3rd (2006-2010) Science and Technology Basic Plans; subsequently, NIMS was assigned to take the initiative in nanotechnology as well as materials science. NIMS has proactively expanded research fields through the introduction of researchers from polymers, electronics, and biotechnology as well as member institutes of the World Materials Research Institute Forum (WMRIF). Globalization has been promoted through programs that include the International Center for Young Scientists (ICYS) and the International Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (MANA). The 4th Science and Technology Basic Plan (2011-2015) emphasizes outcomes-recovery and rebirth from the disaster, green innovation, and life innovation. The Midterm Plan for NIMS also follows it. R&D collaboration by multi-partners (that include industry, university, and GRI) should be strategically promoted where GRI are especially required to play a hub function for innovative R&D and open innovation. NIMS highlights are Tsukuba Innovation Arena (TIA) and the Nanotechnology Platform Project. On January 20, 2012, a new organization was decided on by the Japanese Government where several IAI from different science and technology areas will be merged to realize more effective R&D as well as administrative cost reductions. NIMS is also supposed to be merged with 4 other R&D IAI under MEXT by the end of 2013.

There is no official landscape architectural organization in the current government organization in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the landscape architectural organization which will carry out the works of the special landscape architectural interest and create the new services with other interested government offices. The contents of the study are as follows; 1. A legal basis for the establishment of the landscape architectural organization is the demand for the introduction of the landscape architectural organization which has 5 types(urban planning, architecture, land register, land surveying, civil work) of the special groups to official organization by changing the 1 article of the Official Appointment Regulations. 2. Theories of law of equality for everyone(the Constitution of Korea : §11(1)), the rights of having pleasant residential life(the Constitution of Korea : §35(3)) and the national duty of employment increase(the Constitution of Korea : §32(1)) are reviewed to provide the legal reason of establishing the landscape architectural organization. 3. With the addition of new landscape architectural organization, it could expand the areas of landscape architects by adding of new landscape architectural subjects into official examinations for government employees. Also it is necessary to exempt the test for those who have licenses and to give additional points in evaluation their works at the end of year to the people who have licenses. 4. The reasons for the creation of new landscape architectural organization into the present official organization are acquired from the derivation of 23 present regulations referring to the landscape architects, the existence of the landscape architectural administrative departments belonging to the Metropolis of Seoul, and the favorable result of the questionnaire on the establishment of the new organization. Hereafter the lawyers should be cooperated with landscape architects to initiate the related principles of law, and it is necessary to analyze each text of the related laws in detail to establish the landscape architectural organization by means of the joint studies.
This paper reports the project of arranging archives of Administrative Headquarters of the Jogye Order. It illustrates the whole process of preliminary survey, arrangement, appraisal and description of the archives. One of the distinctive features of the project lies in its focus on practical considerations. In other words, it has avoided blindly following theoretical recommendations made by previous efforts. First step of the project has been to review the current state of the archives through preliminary survey as well as analysis of related regulations. Second step has followed to establish actual process of classifying, appraising, describing, filing and designing storage facility management as well as a computerized archival management system. In this process, every concern has been given to prevent records and archives from physical damage and to ensure their intellectual order kept so that archival information could be re-constructed and usability and efficiency of the records could be secured. Major contributions made by the project can be found in that it has reviewed the volume of administrative archives created and held by Jogye Order and improved the overall efficiency of as well as information sharing among personnel at the Headquarter. The most notable accomplishment could be, however, found in that the project has helped the personnel to rediscover their own history from their records, rather than from their memory. From the theoretical perspective of archival science, the meaning of the project can also be found in that it has provided with the starting point toward establishing organizing methodology for organizational archives including religious archives. Arranging archives of an organization requires archivists to respect theories and principles, but at the same time, adequate attention should be paid to reflect idiosyncratic characteristics of the organization. General methods applicable to a wider range of archives could be derived from the very endeavor. Though impossible in a short period of time, it could be accomplished by accumulating theoretical and practical knowledge and experience.
Under the rule of Japanese Imperialism, there were two kinds of architectural government organizations inside the Chosun(朝鮮) Governor-General which designed To(道) and Pu(府) government office buildings; one was the organization inside the central government office and the other inside the local government offices(To and Pu). By the administrative approval procedure of the Chosun Governor-General, the local architectural organization planned site and floors of the building in the schematic design stage, and in the detail design stage not only the central but sometimes the local planned the building design. The design accomplished by the local in schematic stage was believed as a kind of guideline in detail design and the local organization was able to insist their own needs to the central and to change the central's planning. Even though the central had the authority of the design, the local took part in the planning of To and Pu government office buildings at least in the schematic design stage.
Recently, natural disasters happened to the Korea frequently. Disaster in the present society has been changed and increased it impacts and extent of danger as the society develops. So, Korean people feel uneasy about the unpredictable disaster. Therefore the capability of administration system, and cooperation and support between related organization become more necessary. This study aims to find out better ways of disaster management system which can protect people's lives and fortune from all sort of national disasters. To research policy reform, it is necessary to analyze disaster response organization(national disaster prevention countermeasures headquarters and so on), interorganizational relationship, law system etc. Especially, in this study, role appreciation of government was analyzed to get the rational policy reform measure. Suggestion : First, it is necessary Establishing a consolidated organization for disaster managing and united response organization is necessary such as Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA) which controls an over all aspects of disaster management. And it is necessary to develop Integrated Administrative Control System based on comprehensive plan. When the accidents happen, it needs to be many equipments and various specialized personnel. So, to manage a large scale of disaster, it is necessary to have interorganizational network system which many specialized organization including volunteer group are integrated. Also, as soon as the natural disaster happen, many professionals and volunteers are distributed to the spots of disaster in the right man in the right place. Finally, All the citizens have to keep safety rules, and also to take a safe action in ordinary daily life.

This study aims to examine the role of training and absorptive capacity as a mediator to examine the impact of human capital dimensions on the performance of an organization. This study employs the quantitative approach for analysis. A sample of 208 respondents was collected from the textile factories based in Karachi and Faisalabad. Data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique. PLS-SEM algorithm was used to check the validity and reliability of the data. PLS-SEM bootstrapping was used for studying the impact. The results show that the skills have an insignificant impact on organizational performance. Education and skills have an insignificant indirect impact on the performance of an organization. The research findings show that the human capital dimensions are full and partially mediated via absorptive capacity and training. The findings revealed that if we implement one by one dimension of human capital then it will not cause any increase in the organization's performance but if we implement all dimensions then it results in optimal performance. Thus, this study suggests adopting effective training techniques and creating absorptive capacity in an organization to increase the performance of an organization. The findings of this study significantly contribute to the existing body of knowledge.
This thesis is to analyze and investigate the influence of behaviors towards an organization of public officials due to the way their parents raised them. I tried to find out how their parents' raising way influences the individual characteristics, the human relationship, the job satisfaction, and the organizational commitment. It is proved that the personal characteristics of the organization members affect the human relationship in organization strongly. It is also proved that the way their parents raised them affects the personal characteristics. Therefore I can suggest that the way parents raised children affects the organizational behavior strongly. In addition to that, the personal characteristics of each public official highly affect the human relationship such as the relationship with seniors, colleagues, and subordinates in organization. I know that the way their parents raised them strongly affects the human relationships in organization. In order to find out the influence of organizational behavior of public officials due to the way their parents raised them, I used the Pearson's correlation analysis. I find that the public officials who lived with positive parents have high job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and have high self-esteem, self-control, responsibility, and have good relationship with their senior and colleagues administrative public official. Also, from this study we can find out the influence which parents' attitude has on children's satisfaction and devotion as adults. Therefore this study can suggest a new direction of public administration.
