병원 간호사의 이직의도에 대한 고객지향성, 감정노동, 교환관계 및 관계유대의 영향 (Influences of Customer Orientation, Emotional Labor, Unit Manager-nurse Exchange and Relational Bonds on Nurses' Turnover Intension)

  • Purpose: The study was done to investigate nurses' customer orientation, emotional labor, unit manager-nurse exchange and relational bonds and to identify the factors affecting nurses' turnover intentions. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted using self-report questionnaires. The participants in this study were 276 nurses in tertiary hospital located in a metropolitan city, Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS program 22.0. Results: The mean scores were $3.74{\pm}0.90$ (out of 5) for turnover intention, $5.31{\pm}0.87$ (out of 7) for customer orientation, $4.82{\pm}0.96$ (out of 7) for emotional labor, $3.58{\pm}0.61$ (out of 7) for relational bonds, and $3.18{\pm}0.57$ (out of 5) for unit manager-nurse exchange. Factors influencing turnover intention were 'emotional labor' (${\beta}$=.39, p<.001), 'unit manager-nurse exchange' (${\beta}$=-.22, p<.001), 'financial bonds' (${\beta}$=-.19, p<.001), 'perceived economic status' (${\beta}$=-.15 p=.003) and 'career' (${\beta}$=.14, p=.005). These factors explained 34.9% of the variance in turnover intension (F=30.46, p<.001). Conclusion: Findings indicate that to reduce nurses' turnover intention in the hospital, there is a need to improve unit manager-nurse exchange and to manage strategies lowering nurses' emotional labor.

LADM 기반의 몽골 지적 데이터 모델 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of LADM-based Cadastral Data Model for Mongolia)

  • 본 연구는 현존하는 몽골 지적 시스템의 개선을 위해서 ISO 19152, 토지행정도메인모델(LADM)의 채택을 검토하였다. 현재의 몽골 지적시스템은 토지등록만을 위해 개발되었다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 점을 보완할 수 있고 현재의 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 새롭고 포괄적인 시스템이 필요한 실정이다. LADM은 국제표준으로서 2012년도 후반에 국제표준화기구(ISO)에 의해 제정되었으며, 지적 및 토지행정정보의 모델링을 통해 효율적이고 효과적인 지적시스템 개발과 지적의 공통어(온톨로지)를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 몽골의 지적시스템인 Land Manager에 초점을 맞추어 몽골의 지적시스템에 LADM의 적용가능성을 검토하였다. 또한, Land Manager의 데이터 모델을 LADM의 해당되는 클래스별로 분석하여 각 모델간의 차이점에 의한 데이터 모델링을 수행하였다. 마지막으로 LADM 기반의 현재 문제점을 반영할 수 있는 새로운 몽골 지적시스템의 데이터 모델을 제시하였다.

스마트 팩토리 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 : 경영인 유형과 업력을 중심으로 (Analyzing Factors Influencing the Introduction of Smart Factory : Focusing on Type of Manager and Firm age)

  • In order to provide priorities of the factors affecting the introduction of Smart Factory, This study reconstructed the factors and calculated the priorities through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The first layer of the hierarchy have 4 factors; productivity increase, brand image improve, marketing improve, cost reduction. The second layer of the hierarchy have 3 factors belong to the first layer, so the total number of second layer is 12. We divided the characteristics of enterprises into type of manager and age. The C.R. (consistency ratio) values of the respondents were found to be less than 0.1 and were judged to be a 'reasonable test'. As a result, the weights of the higher layer and the lower layer were obtained respectively, and then the weights of the higher layer and the weights of the lower layer were multiplied to obtain the total weights. Unlike previous studies that only surveyed factors that companies consider when introducing smart factory, (1) weighing and prioritizing factors were achieved. There are differences in priorities, (2) smart factory can be studied with the type of manager and firm age. When establishing policies, it is a practical implication (3) to assess its strategy not only for government officials but also for executives.

집단 성과급제도의 공정성이 신뢰에 미치는 영향 - 인사시스템 신뢰강도의 조절효과로 - (A Study on the Effect of Fairness Perception of Incentive System on Manager-Trust -The moderating effect on HRM strength-)

  • 기업에서 매년 성과급 지급과 관련하여 노사 간의 협상이 이루어지고 있다. 협상에 따라 노사 간의 갈등을 초래하기도 한다. 이러한 집단적 노사관계에 있어서 인사시스템에 대한 신뢰는 매우 중요하다. 성과급 이슈에서 시작된 본 연구는 성과급 공정성이 경영자 신뢰도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고 인사시스템 신뢰강도가 어떻게 조절효과를 나타내는가를 파악하여 인적자원관리 선택이 경영자신뢰에 미치는 과정을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 성과급의 공정성과 경영자 신뢰도는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 그리고 성과급제도의 공정성과 경영자 신뢰의 영향관계에 있어서 인사시스템 신뢰강도의 조절작용 효과를 검정한 결과, 분배공정성과 경영자 신뢰도의 관계에서 명확성, 일관성, 합의성은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 절차공정성과 경영자 신뢰도의 영향관계에서는 일관성, 합의성은 조절효과가 없었으나 명확성은 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 성과급 공정성의 인식정도가 높을수록 경영진의 신뢰가 증가하며, 인사시스템의 신뢰강도에 있어서 다른 항목보다도 명확성이 보다 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

Case-Based Reasoning Support for ERP Pre-Planning

  • A project planning is one of the most important processes that determines success and failure of the project. A pre-project planning is also essential job for information system implementations at the early stage of project planning, especially for management information system like ERP. However, pre-project planning is very difficult, because lots of factors and their relationships should be considered. Pre-project planning of ERP implementation has been done by project manager's own knowledge and experiences. In this article, we propose a system that help project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP project with case-based reasoning(CBR) framework. The proposed CBR system saves previous cases of ERP pre-project planning in the case base. Then, the system finds the most similar case with the current pre-project planning problem. Project manager can make a pre-project plan by adjusting the most similar case. From the interview with project managers, we collect some field cases of ERP implementation. We organized these cases by using XML(Extensible Markup Language), which is good for representing hierarchical information. XML gives us some flexibilities to correct and maintain cases. We make a prototype system, PPSS(Project Planning Support System) that help project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP implementations. The object of the system is to support project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP. We hope the result of the study can be applied to other information systems. Our research would be extended to cover other stages of project planning.

주가극대화형(株價極大化型) 재무의사결정(財務意思決定)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Financial Decision-making for Stock Value Maximization)

  • One of the most important research works in modern business enterpise is the relation between the purpose of business enterprise and decision making behavior of manager. It is because the coincidence of the former and the latter is considered an ideal type in evaluating the result of business management. Here I have set up assumptions in order to solve the above statements: (1) What purpose does the modern business enterprise set up and what kind of economic background does it have? (2) What is the theory of maximization of stock value among the purposes of business enterprise? (3) What kind of decision making do we do in the maximization of stock value in busiess administration? (4) How is the behavior of business financial manager's intention and decision made? The result pursued under the above assumptions shows that business manager's behavior of decision making is affected according to the degree that he gets some information, but basically is determined in consideration of his autonomous standpoint, namely the stability of business enterprise and the stability of manager himself while he faithfully performs his duty which is entrusted by stockholders. Therefore we come to the conclusion that there is a little gap between a manager's behavior of decision-making and the purpose of stock value maximization.

  • Application of system engineering should be realized on necessary condition being to propel National Defense R&D Program. But, these necessity is yet not realized easily to many project managers of Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA). As one person of DAPA project manager, system engineering hard to approaches easily by the word itself. There are a lot of difficult sections where should apply how. This paper established DAPA Project Manager and Acquisition Point of Contact of demand Military by main customer (reader), and wished to make understood more easily and approach system engineering application to these. Also, this paper studied project management example that scientific project management techniques of Earned Value Management(EVM) and Cost As an Independent Variable(CAIV) etc. is taken abuzz in DAPA inside by Project management technique that become reform, arc Integrated in system engineering.

국립대학병원의 책임경영제도 도입을 위한 회계제도의 개발 (Accounting system of National University Hospital contributing to responsibility management system)

  • Although the accounting system is a very useful information system for manager, that of the National University Hospitals is not settled until now. Specially, when it will adapt the responsibility management system itself, it will more important tools for them. The purpose of this research is to make the standard accounting system for National University Hospital. It was surveyed the 7 National University Hospital's accounting system, and compared to that of Private University Hospital. The results are fellows; First, it must be match financial report with budgeting system. By comparing to each other, it can make to evaluate the performance of hospital. Second, it must make same format and contents in financial report among 7 hospitals. Specially, the cost information is needed to be made more details. This research suggest the new direction to make the basic information form. It was confirmed with financial manager in private university hospital. We hope it will contribute to make the new accounting system for National University Hospital.

Ownership Structure and Labor Investment Efficiency

  • This study examines the association between ownership structure and labor investment efficiency. Specifically, this study investigates whether owner-manager firms, where managers own a large percentage of shares in the firm, involve in more efficient labor investment. Based on the management entrenchment hypothesis, managers are more likely to make labor investment decisions to maximize their private benefits rather than creating value for shareholders, resulting in lower efficiency in labor investment. On the other hand, according to the incentive alignment hypothesis, managers tend to make labor investment decisions that will improve future firm performance as their interests are aligned with those of shareholders. In this situation, owner-manager firms are expected to have higher efficiency in labor investment. Our empirical results show that owner-manager firms engage in more efficient labor investment, which contributes to long-term firm value. This study provides empirical evidence that firms' labor investment behavior can vary depending on the characteristics of the ownership structure.
