Objective : Recently, Seguele of Traffic Accident patients are increasing, especially cervical injury bring only severe sequela but also mortal damage to the patient. In treatment of the disease, the east medical treatment is another effective method. Methods : The patient resisted the west theraphy improved greatly in movement and sensation by acupuncture, moxibustion, herb medication and Physical treatment. In MRI, The treatment result is proved. Acupuncture on Stomach Meridian(足陽明胃經) referring to Naijing(內經) is thought effective. Results : Tetraplegia by Traffic Accident is considered as Wei Symptom in term of the east medicine, By means of radial and physical study of the patient treated by the east medicine, we are conviced that the east medicine is the excellent method Conclusions : Referring to the past documentary data, The only Treatment on this disease is Surgical operation, but the operation isn't the successful one because seg. of spinal cord injury is mortal. The east treatment, acupuncture, moxibustion herb medication and physical treatment isn't only effective but also satisfactory. In the future, The study on this disease by the east medicine should be made thoroughly.

In oriental medicine bladder cancer had been called '溺血(Hematuria)', 血淋(Blood Stranguria)', 濕熱河注(Downward Flow of Damp-heat)' and so on. The symptoms are Hematuria, Oliguria, Lower abdomen pain, febrile sensation and Anemia etc. These are similar to the symptoms of bladder cancer by modem medicine. I have experienced a bladder cancer patient who was diagnosed as stage Ⅲ. She has been treated bladder cancer with Immunity herbal acupuncture and Her clinical and objective symptoms have been better. Therefore I report this results.

Purpose : Generally dermatitis is treated by corticosteroids, antihistamines ect, but the use of these drugs may affect pregnant women adversely. In this case Oriental medical therapy can be very useful. The purpose of this study is to report clinical management of dermatitis patients during pregnancy by oriental medicine including Hwa-acupuncture and herbal-combined extraction. Methods : We experienced two cases of dermatitis patient during pregnancy. In the beginning of treatment, they had severe itching, burning sensation, bulls, papule. We teated them with Hwa-acupuncture, herbal-combined extraction. Results : After quite short oriental treatment including Hwa-acupuncture and herbal-combined extraction, the symptoms of patients are remarkable alleviated. Conclusion : We think that many case of dermatitis during pregnancy can be managed effectively by Hwa-acupuncture and herbal-combined extraction. If we make more studies about disease under pregnancy condition, it will bring the high satisfaction of patient and the elevation of treatment rate.

Objectives: This study aims to report a case of hot flush-type rosacea improved by oral administration of Baekho-tang. Methods : The patient visited our clinic due to hot flash symptom on April 16, 2020. Based on the symptoms of hating heat, bloating, sweating, and thirst, traditional medicine Baekho-tang was prescribed. Results : After 5 days of taking Baekho-tang, the symptom score of hot flush improved significantly from 8 to 3. About a week later, most of the symptoms, including hot flush, edema, and burning sensation almost disappeared. After treatment, the follow-up process was conducted for about a month, and it was confirmed that the flushing of the face did not recur and remained improved. Conclusions : After a week of Baekho-tang administration, hot flush, burning sensation, edema and other symptoms associated with rosacea improved overall.

Objective : The skill of locating acupoints accurately is an essential part of acupuncture treatment. Bone-scale has been used as a basic coordinates to locate acupoints and has been considered as an important factor of locating acupoints. This study was designed to stress the impotance of QieXunMenAn, which means pressing and rubbing softly the surface around the part pointed with proportional method, in locating acupoints. Methods and results : All expressions related with QieXunMenAn, among the descriptions of acupoint locations in ${\ulcorner}Zhenjiudacheng{\lrcorner}$, were investigated. The activity of QieXunMenAn has been regarded as an important method of locating acupoints since Neijing. QieXunMenAn means pressing and rubbing softly the surface around the part pointed with proportional method. It is a process of locating acupoint in detail by finger-sensation after locating the point with proportional method. Xianzhang, Dongmaiyingshou, and Wanwanzhong have been used to describe how to locate acupuncture-point through QieXunMenAn procedure. Xianzhong means a small depression or a pit on the surface of the body. Wanwanzhong describes that it feels very soft and tender. Descriptions related with QieXunMenAn procedures were found in around 87% of acupoint locations, thus stressing out its procedure. Conclusions : Bone-scale and QieXunMenAn do not mean different methods but the procedures that should be both performed every time when we locate most of the acupoints. Until recently, QieXunMenAn has been paid less attention that it should be. OieXunMenAn as well as bone-scale may be necessary to help locate acupoints accurately.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to describe the effects of treatment with traditional Korean medicine on a patient with multiple cerebral infarction caused by posterior cerebral artery occlusion. Methods: The patient was treated with herbal medicine (Yikgeebohyul-tang) and acupuncture. The effects of these treatments were evaluated using the Manual Muscle Test, the Korean version of the Modified Barthel Index, the Modified Rankin scale, and a subjective percentage of sensation in the left lower extremity and face. Results: After treatment, the Modified Rankin Scale score, subjective percentage of sensation in the left lower extremity, and gait disturbance improved. Conclusion: The results suggest that traditional Korean medicine may be effective for treating the symptoms of multiple cerebral infarction caused by posterior cerebral artery occlusion.

Hwabyung is an culture-bound anger syndrome in Korea. It consists of as one or more of a wide range of physical symptoms, in response to emotional stress. In this case, a 51-years woman complained neck pain and foreign body sensation in throat. We diagnosed her Hwabyung because her chief complaint occurred from stress in process of traffic accident. We classified her Soeumin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and used Hwanggigyeji-tang. And we encouraged her think positive and don't worry about little matters because Soeumin tend to think negative and wony about little matters. After treatment, her condition got improved. This report suggest that treatment method of Sasang Constitutional Medicine such as herb medicine and way of thinking is effective in treatment of Hwabyung patient.

Introduction: Vertigo is one of the common symptoms that we can see often clinically. It is hallucination to motion of oneself or surroundings. Vertigo include not only simple whirling sensation but also leaning or falling down sensation. Particularly in vestibular neuritis, the principal symptoms is dizziness and accompanied by nystagmus, gait imbalance, nausea, vomiting. Cause of vestibular neuritis is inflammatory disease such as common cold. Objective: The aim of this study was to estimate the efficacy of oriental-treatment on vestibular neuritis patient Subjects: We diagnosed one patient who had severe vertigo and gait imbalance as "dizziness retention of phlegm"(담훈) and treat orientally. Conclusion: After oriental-treatment for 15 days, walk balance was improved and no more vertigo was appeared. We could assume that in the vertigo and gait inbalance due to vestibular neuritis, the acupuncture and herbal medicine can be used.

Introduction This is the first case report of a soyangin suffering from burning feet syndrome who reported a significant improvement after taking Sukjiwhanggosam-tang. Case presentation The patient complained of hot feet, pain and numbness that occurred during the night. The patient was diagnosed with 'Yin deficiency diurnal fever disease' and treated with Sukjiwhanggosam-tang as well as acupuncture and cupping therapy. The degree of improvement in heat sensation, pain and numbness was expressed in numeric rating scale compared to the first visit. Conclusion After treatment, the heat sensation, pain and numbness of feet was decreased significantly, and the condition improved much at night.

Objectives : This study describes the clinical study of one drug eruption patient caused by unknown drugs treated with Korean medicine and acupuncture. Methods : We studied the case of 48-year-old woman. For treatment, herbal-medicine and acupuncture were applied. The patient was treated with Yongdamsagantang and Danggwieumja, acupuncture at Hapgok(L14), Taechung(LR03), Gokji(LI11). Hyeolhae(SP10), Joksamni(ST36), Sameumgyo(SP6), moxa at Gwanwon(CV4). Results : After treatment, the symptoms of urticaria, rash, itching, dryness, scale, burning sensation and the feeling a chill were disappeared. Conclusions : This study suggests that Korean medicine and acupuncture treatments show effective on drug eruption caused by unknown drugs.
