공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Facility Management Method through Actual Condition of Space Management - Based on the National University)

  • To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

유중가스농도를 이용한 유입식 변압기 고장진단 기법의 신뢰성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reliability of Failure Diagnosis Methods of Oil Filled Transformer using Actual Dissolved Gas Concentration)

  • Large Power transformer is a complex and critical component of power plant and consists of cellulosic paper, insulation oil, core, coil etc. Insulation materials of transformer and related equipment break down to liberate dissolved gas due to corona, partial discharge, pyrolysis or thermal decomposition. The dissolved gas kinds can be related to the type of electrical faults, and the rate of gas generation can indicate the severity of the fault. The identities of gases being generated are using very useful to decide the condition of transformation status. Therefore dissolved gas analysis is one of the best condition monitoring methods for power transformer. Also, on-line multi-gas analyzer has been developed and installed to monitor the condition of critical transformers. Rogers method, IEC method, key gas method and Duval Triangle method are used to failure diagnosis typically, and those methods are using the ratio or kinds of dissolved gas to evaluate the condition of transformer. This paper analyzes the reliability of transformer diagnostic methods considering actual dissolved gas concentration. Fault diagnosis is performed based on the dissolved gas of five transformers which experienced various fault respectively in the field, and the diagnosis result is compared with the actual off-line fault analysis. In this comparison result, Diagnostic methods using dissolved gas ratio like Rogers method, IEC method are sometimes fall outside the ratio code and no diagnosis but Duval triangle method and Key gas method is correct comparatively.

통학거리 및 수단특성을 반영한 초등학교 안전도 영향관계 실증연구 (A Empirical Study on Influence of Safety on Elementary School Road Considering Commuting Distance & Mode Type)

  • This study deals with actual commuting distance and influence of risk factors depending on commuting distance and mode in order to reestablish actual commuting zone of primary school students. Data mining analysis(CHAID) was applied for this reestablishment using survey results from 6,927 primary school students in Seoul Metro. Six risk factors; convenience level of commuting path condition, convenience level of road crossing condition, vehicle speed on commuting path, segregation level between commuter and vehicle, congestion level of commuting path, and public security level and two mode; walking and cycle are considered in the analysis. As the results of CHAID analysis, commuting distance was divided into four zones; Internal Zone(0.491km under), External Zone(0.492 ~ 1.492km, 1.493 ~ 2.699km), Commutable Zone(2.70km over), and awareness level on safety is declined as commuting distance is increased. The risk factor affecting on safety is recognized differently by students depending on commuting distance and mode. For students commuting by walking, vehicle speed on commuting path and convenience level of commuting path condition are recognized as the prime risk factor within Internal Zone and Commutable Zone, respectively. For students commuting by cycle, convenience level of road crossing condition and vehicle speed on commuting path are recognized as the prime risk factor within Commutable Zone. Analysis results show that improved plan and program for commuting path for primary school students are required considering actual commuting distance and method.

자기통제 차원과 조직통제 차원이 정보보안 태도에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the effects of self-control and organization-control on information security attitude)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자기통제 차원의 통제 소재 차원과 조직통제 차원의 경직성 문화 차원이 정보보안 태도에 미치는 영향력을 확인하는 것이다. 연구는 통제 소재와 경직성 문화의 교차방안으로 구조화되었고, 정보보안 태도는 정보보안 실제 태도, 준수행동 태도, 정보보안 효능감의 세 가지 변수들로 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 통제 소재 차원이 정보보안 태도에 끼치는 효과는 통계학적으로 유의미한 것으로 실증되었다. 즉, 정보보안 실제 태도, 준수행동 태도, 정보보안 효능감에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 내적통제 조건의 영향이 외적통제 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 실증되었다. 두 번째로 경직성 문화 차원이 정보보안 태도에 끼치는 효과는 통계학적으로 유의미한 것으로 실증되었다. 즉, 준수행동 태도, 정보보안 효능감에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 경직된 문화 조건의 영향이 느슨한 문화 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 실증되었다. 아울러, 논의점은 이러한 결과들을 중심으로 정보보안에 요구되는 내용들을 중심으로 학술적, 제도적 지향성을 설명하였다.

Study of quake wavelength of dynamic movement with posture

  • Quake wavelength technique was designed of the sway by the body. There was presented a concept of the dangle wavelength by twisting condition of posture. We compared to the twisting condition for an average variation and maximum variation with the movement. There was used a combination system and correlation system of the posture. Their correlation signal was presented a control data by the dynamic movement. The quake wavelength system was to be formation of activity aspects by posture. The correlation of wavelength technique was applied to the a little action of posture variation signal. Quake wavelength by the dynamic movement was determined to a variation of vision condition of the $Vi-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $(-1.27){\pm}(-0.34)$ units, that vestibular condition of the $Ve-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $(-0.49){\pm}(-0.4)$ units, that somatosensory condition of the $So-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $0.037{\pm}0.269$ units, that CNS condition of the $C-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $(-0.049){\pm}0.015$ units. As the study of the quake wavelength technique was depended on the action system of body movement that a maximum and averag values was used a movement of combination data. The system was required an action signal for the form of actual signal on the basis of a little movement condition in the body. The human action systemwas compared to maximum and average from the movement derived the body. Therefore, their system was controlled to evaluate posture condition for the body correlation.

우리나라 성인남녀의 비만 및 주관적 체형인식과 불안·우울과의 관련성: 국민건강영양조사(2010-2014년) 분석 (Association of a Combination between Actual Body Mass Index Status and Perceived Body Image with Anxiety and Depressive Condition in Korean Men and Women: The Fifth and Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2010-2014))

  • Background: Both objective body shape and perceived body image have been known to influence the mental health. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of a combination between actual body mass index (BMI) status and perceived body image with anxiety depressive condition (ADC) in Korean men and women. Methods: This cross-sectional study analyzed data of 26,239 subjects ${\geq}20$ years old from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2010-2014). This study performed a Rao-Scott chi-square and multivariate logistic regression analyses reflecting survey characteristics and used a variety of independent variables such as socio-demographics and health behavior factors. Results: With all independent variables considered, people with normal weight who perceived themselves as overweight were more likely associated with ADC than a referent group with normal weight who perceived themselves as normal weight, as shown for both men (odds ratio [OR], 1.52; confidence interval [CI], 1.07-2.15) and women (OR, 1.25; CI, 1.06-1.48). Meanwhile, compared to the referent group, men with underweight who perceived themselves as underweight showed a lower association with ADC (OR, 0.63; CI, 0.41-0.97), whereas women with underweight who perceived themselves as underweight showed its higher association (OR, 1.47; CI, 1.10-1.96). Conclusion: A certain group of people categorized as a combination between actual BMI status and perceived body image showed a relatively high likelihood of having ADC, and the gender difference in the likelihood of having the condition for a group was clear. Therefore, this study suggests the need to identify the group at a high risk of ADC on the basis of actual BMI status and perceived body image and to develop an appropriate mental health management program for the group.

  • Damage quantification is a major goal of the SHM community. Methodologies to introduce a quantity for actual condition of a structure into the assessment process are desired. The idea that the condition of a structure is represented in the character of its dynamic response is fully accepted by the SHM community. The VCLIFE methodology quantifies condition analyzing input from monitoring.

  • Characterization tests (load vs. displacement curve) are conducted for the springs of Zirconium alloy spacer grids for an advanced LWR fuel assembly. Twofold testing is employed: strap-based and assembly-based tests. The assembly-based test satisfies the in situ boundary conditions of the spring within the grid assembly. The aim of the characterization test via the aforementioned two methods is to establish an appropriate assembly-based test method that fulfills the actual boundary conditions. A characterization test under the spacer grid assembly boundary condition is also conducted to investigate the actual behavior of the spring in the core. The stiffness of the characteristic curve is smaller than that of the strap-wised boundary condition. This phenomenon may cause the strap slit condition. A spacer grid consists of horizontal and vertical straps. The strap slit positions are differentiated from each other. They affords examination of the variation of the external load distribution in the grid spring. Localized legions of high stress and their values are analyzed, as they may be affected by the spring shape. Through a comparison of the results of the test and FE analysis, it is concluded that the present assembly-based analysis model and procedure are reasonably well conducted and can be used for spring characterization in the core. Guidelines for improving the mechanical integrity of the spring are also discussed.

공동주택 급배수 설비소음의 실태 및 저감방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual Survey and Reduction of Plumbing Noise in Apartment Houses)

  • 급 배수 설비소음은 공동주택 내부소음의 설문조사 결과, 상하층간 바닥충격음과 함께 거주자에게 두드러진 불만요소로써 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공동주택 급배수 설비소음의 실태를 측정하고 실태조사와 급수관의 고체전달음 및 배수음의 저감 모델 실험 결과를 중심으로 급배수 설비소음에 관한 공법상의 저감방안을 제시하였다.
