Nickel nanoparticle-poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)/$TiO_2-ZrO_2$ composite (Ni-PVP/$TiO_2-ZrO_2$) was prepared by in situ polymerization method. The physical and chemical properties of Ni-PVP/$TiO_2-ZrO_2$ were investigated by XRD, FT-IR, BET, TGA, SEM and TEM techniques. The catalytic performance of this novel heterogeneous catalyst was determined for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction between aryl halides and phenylboronic acid in the presence of methanol-water mixture as solvent. The effects of reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst, amount of support, solvent, and amount of metal for the synthesis of Ni-PVP/$TiO_2-ZrO_2$, were investigated as well as recyclability of the heterogeneous composite. The catalyst used for this synthetically useful transformation showed considerable level of reusability besides very good activity.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationships between spatial characteristics and social functions of elderly center in apartment complex. The data for the analysis were collected from July 3 to 13, 2012 in Ulsan by interviewing 177 elderly persons from 56 elderly centers in apartment complex, and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The eleven questions for social functions of elderly center were developed by the researchers based on the related literatures and were categorized into four factors including kinship, social interaction, leisure activity, and community belonging. The social functions of elderly center were found to be evaluated moderately appropriate except for the community belonging. The results of the multiple regression analysis of total social functions of elderly center provide strong support for the model. Five variables (one-person household, health condition, location of the center, floor plan of the center, and user organization) are shown to be significantly related to total social functions of the elderly center.

Physical and electrochemical qualities were analyzed after KOH activation of a direct methanol fuel cell using needle coke as anode supporter. The results of research on support loaded with platinum-ruthenium suggest that an activated KOH needle coke container has the lowest onset potential and the highest degree of catalyst activity among all commercial catalysts. Through an analysis of the CO stripping voltammetry, we found that KOH activated catalysis showed a 21% higher electrochemical active surface area (ECSA), with a value of 31.37 m² /g, than the ECSA of deactivated catalyst (25.82 m² /g). The latter figure was 15% higher than the value of one specific commercial catalyst (TEC86E86).

Paljintanggagmbang has been used for cure of tumor as a traditional medicine without any experimental evidence to support the rational basis for its clinical use. This study was carried out to evaluate. the possible therapeutic or antitumoral effects of Paljintanggagmbang extract against tumor, and to carry out some mechanisms responsible for its effect. Experimental studis were performed for measurement of Humoral and Cellular Immune Response and Phagocytosis in Mice treated with mitomytion C(MMC) and Paljintanggagmbang alone and combination. The results obtained in this study were as follows 1. The adminstration of Paljintanggagmbang extract decresed size of tumors cell which MCA induced. 2. The adminstration of Paljintanggagmbang extract decresed growth of the tumors which S 180 transplant. 3. The adminstration of Paljintanggagmbang extract decresed reproduction of A549, Hep3b, 3LL cell and S 180 in vivo. 4. The adminstration of Paljintanggagmbang extract incresed activity of the NK cell. These results also suggested that effect of Paljintanggagmbang might be chiefly due to nonspecific enhancement of Humoral and Cellular Immune Response and Phagocytosis in Mice treated with MMC and Paljintanggagmbang alone and combination.

It is time to put our top priority on the computer education to cope with rapid chage in technology and expansion of information. With 6th educational reform plan, from 1995 computer courses will be offered as elective subjects in the most of middle schools. However, detail planning for training of computer courses will be offered as elective subjects in the most of middle schools. However, detail planning for training of computer teachers and providing facilicles for computer education hasn't been adequately prepared yet, This will bring about confusion in computer education. The purpose of this study is to propose how to renovate the ordinary classroom into computer classroom. Followings are the suggestions for the educational specification for the renovated computer classroom for middle school in the urban area. 1) Purpose of computer classroom, 2) Size of computer classroom, 3) Curriculum design and class hour, 4) Facilities, 5) Environments, 6) Equipment and media(lighting and electric system, acoustical treatment, cooling/heating and ventilation system), 7) Activity area(Teacher workstation, Student workstation, Support area, Display surface). For the promotion of computer education, the legal, financial and administrative supports by concerned authorities should be established ahead of discussing the contents of computer education.

Recently, Korea has been established and operated International Schools manifesting to improve the nation's capacity of the foreign languages skill and to cultivate internationally trained professional manpower. In order to achieve the vision of a world-class educational organization, it has to be designed for the facility standards to meet the international accreditation standards. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to research about basic resources through comparison of facility conditions between public schools in Korea and international accredited schools. By comparing those two different plan drawings are found the following things. First, Schools which established with International Accreditation Standard are prepared detailed criteria for the facility, Furthermore information about the furnishings included, in addition to specific equipments for classes are stated to be prepared. Secondly, it is more effective when special classrooms such as music and science are equipped with various spatial elements, enough educational equipment storage, teacher's study rooms, practical training rooms and student's activity rooms to support various teaching programs and learning efficiently. Lastly, there was a clear tendency that not only hardware but also software standards for the audiovisual room and library have been more enhanced to enable multidisciplinary educational approaches with the recent education training trend.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state and trends of factors influencing the quality of life in low- income elders living at home. Methods: To carry out this study we established the patient, intervention, comparison, outcomes (PICO) strategy, reviewed 241 published documents from both national and international electronic databases, and finally selected 9 references based on inclusion and exclusion criteria alone. The quality of selected references was assessed using 15 questions. Two reviewers independently examined titles and abstracts and assessed whether each met the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The following factors were significantly associated with quality of life in low- income elders: (1) demographic factors such as number of children, income, and age; (2) health - related factors such as joint exercise capacity, activities of daily living/instrumental activities of daily living, health perception, health promotion behavior, and depression; and (3) socio environmental factors such as family support, community-based service program, leisure activity, and the number of neighborhoods involved. Conclusion: The results of our study provide a definite basis for the development of a policy strategy to improve the quality of life in elders with low income and we hence strongly recommend that any strategy to improve the quality of life in low-income elders be based on the results of our study.

This study was intended to probe the scheme for correctly making Korean fashion design known to the world. It is because its suggestion could find out in the current influence of Japanese designer works led to fashion in Europe and the U.S. It can be said that this success was attributed to Japanese high economic growth, increased interests in fashion, increased awareness of the fashion industry, production of designers activity in the world area, systematic and active support of the fashion circles and government for the fashion industry and so on. Korean government has recently begun to attempt to nurture Koreanism or Korean look as world-class fashion. But there are a considerable number of obstacles in making Koreanism or Korean look known to the world due to such several factors as the lack of interests in fashion, the lack of globally active designers, and the like. It is necessary to nurture the fashion industry and educate and train designers for the long-term perspective. In addition, both the government and the fashion circles need to provide for more active and reasonable policy for holding the Korean Fashion Fair, expanding the Seoul Collection to the more global level, opening the way for new designers, and so forth. Furthermore, our academic circles need to make much research on the scheme for the glottalization of Koreanism or Korean look.

We present high-resolution radial velocity measurements of K2 giant ${\varepsilon}$ CrB from February 2005 to January 2012 using the fiber-fed Bohyunsan Observatory Echelle Spectrograph at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory. We find that the RV measurements for ${\varepsilon}$ CrB exhibit a periodic variation of 418 days with a semi-amplitude of 129 m/s. There is no correlation with RV measurements and inhomogeneous surface features by examining chromospheric activity indicator (Ca II H region), the Hipparcos photometry, and bisector velocity span. Thus, Keplerian motion is the most likely explanation, which suggests that the RV variations arise from an orbital motion. Assuming a possible stellar mass of 1.7 $M_{\odot}$, for ${\varepsilon}$ CrB, we obtain a minimum mass for the planetary companion of 6.7 $M_{Jup}$ with an orbital semi-major axis of 1.3 AU, and an eccentricity of 0.11. We support that more massive stars harbor more massive planetary companions in giant hosting planetary companions (Dollinger et al. 2009), as well as, we discuss the frequency of detected planetary companions with the metallicity distribution in giant (Pasquini et al. 2007; Quirrenbach et al. 2011).

As the current stage of the fashion begins to follow the styles of the past the study on the past costume is getting more importance and as the methodolgy of the study the accu-rately approached study through the rehabili-tation of the past cosume is more needed than the simple rearrangement of the historical documents. By this methodology this study can be positioned as a re-creation activity. The results of the study are as follows. 1) Style: The general silhouette is the style to emphasize the waist and to widen skirt at the lower part of the body. The front shows hourglass silhouette but the side shows S-line silhouette. The dress is two-piece composed of bodice and skirt. 2) Color and Fabric: The main color is dull powder blue end the sub color is ivory. The dress is made of wool crepe and cotton and partly silk crepe satin and taffeta. 3) Pattern and sewing: The dress is combined with lining and fabrics, The patterns. or overbodice. The skirt is gored skirt. The skirt is gored skirt. The dress has various effect not only to decorate but also to conceal seams support hemlines nd affect the depth and length of front panel. 4) Datail: The braid black velvet ribbon frill and tucks in bodice skirt sleeves front panel collar cuffs are repeatedly used to dec-orate the dress. Finally the 1902-3 day dress has the characteristics of transitional stag in which the chatacteristics of the costume of 1900s and the remnants of the characteristics of the pre-vious costume style and shows the charac-teristics of day dress well in terms of the style color and fabric pattern and sewing and detail.
