본 연구는 재창업기업 대표를 대상으로 실패내성이 탐색 활동 및 활용 활동에 미치는 영향과 이러한 활동들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 최근 재창업을 지원하는 정책적, 사회적 지원이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 재창업자의 심리적 요인이 경영성과와 관계가 있는지 검증하고자 한다. 따라서, 심리 및 교육학 변수인 실패내성과 경영학 변수인 경영성과를 융합한 연구모형을 제시하고, 이를 실증 분석하였다. 연구대상은 중소벤처기업진흥공단으로부터 재창업 자금을 지원받은 재창업자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 재창업자의 심리적 특성인 실패내성과 탐색 및 활용 활동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 탐색 및 활용 활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 탐색 활동은 영향을 미치는 않는 것으로 나타났고, 활용 활동은 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 중소기업의 SCM활동과 프로세스 혁신 및 품질 성과간의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 목적을 둔 연구로써 중소제조업 중에서 SCM활동을 수행하는 SCM운영책임자와 실무담당자 354명을 표본으로 실증 조사 하였다. 그 결과 요약하면 다음과 같다. 전체적으로 중소기업의 SCM활동과 프로세스 혁신이 품질성과간의 구조적 관계는 상호상관성을 갖고 유의적인 영향력을 갖는 관계임을 실증해 주었다. 이는 중소기업의 SCM활동의 전략적 제휴와 기술개발 중심의 역량집중화로 구성원의 정보공유를 통해 결집력을 조직화할 수 있음을 의미한다. 이는 곧 이를 통해 기술역량을 높이고 정보 통합의 공유된 정보시스템의 호환성과 신뢰성이 뒷받침된다면 프로세스 혁신을 통해 구조화된 공정, 관리, 물류의 품질성과로서의 비재무적 비용감소, 제품품질, 납기 준수, 재고비용 감소로 나타남을 시사해준 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

이 연구는 콜센터직원의 ESG 활동 지각이 직무만족, 친사회적 활동 및 직무 성과에 미치는 영향을 본다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여, 국내 주요 보험사의 콜센터직원 264명으로부터 데이터를 수집한 후 SmartPLS 4.0을 사용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, ESG 활동에 대한 직원 인식이 직무만족을 유의하게 향상시켰다. 하지만 ESG 활동 지각이 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향은 유의하나 상대적으로 미미했다. 직무만족은 직원의 친사회적 행동과 직무 성과를 긍정적으로 높이는 역할을 수행하였다. 또한, 친사회적 행동은 직무 성과에 긍정적으로 높여주었다. 중요한 시사점으로는 직원의 기업 ESG 경영 활동에 대한 지각이 그들의 직무자원 역할을 한다는 것을 밝혀낸 것이다. 이러한 직원들의 지각이 직원의 태도, 행동 및 성과에 영향을 준다는 사실은 기업의 윤리적 행동을 직원에게 홍보하는 것에 대한 장점을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study was to identify novel extracts of brawn algae with the high deodorant capacity and antioxidant activity. To achieves this, an composition, deodorant performance and free radical scavenging activity were analyzed in powder and water extracts of Ecklonia cava(PEC/EEC), Saccharina japonica(PSJ/ESJ), Eisenia bicyclis(PEB/EEB), Sargassum spp.(PSS/ESS) and Hizikia fusiformis(PHF/EHF) using several analytical methods. Major component of five powders was verified as PEC, phlorotannin; PSJ, alginic acid and glutamic acid; PEB, carotenoid, chlorophyll, phlorotannin, tocopherol and fucoxantin; PSS, ${\beta}$-carotene and polyphenol; PHF, tannin. The highest level of DPPH scavenging activity was detected in EEC($IC_{50}=23.018{\mu}g/ml$), followed by EEB, ESJ, EHF and ESS. The deodorizing performance to ammonia was maintained high level in PEC, PSJ, PEB and PSS, while PHF showed low level in the same condition. But, the deodorizing performance to acetic acid was slightly higher in PSJ and PEC than those of PEB, PSS and PHF. Based on the results of DPPH scavenging activity and deodorizing capacity, we selected fractions of S. japonica as leading extracts and further prepared the 70% acetone extract (AESJ) and 70% ethanol extract (EESJ) from PSJ. The contents of total flavonoid, total phenol and total condensed tannin was significantly increased with 112-209% in AESJ and EESJ compared to those of ESJ. Also, a similar enhancement was observed on the level of DPPH scavenging activity and deodorizing performance against ammonia/acetic acid in AESJ and EESJ. Therefore, these results suggest that AESJ and EESJ contained with high total phenol and total condensed tannin contents may exhibit high deodorant capacity and antioxidant activity as well as has the potential for use as a powerful biomaterial for antibacterial deodorant.

A study was undertaken to elucidate the clinical dietetic performance level and to identify the difference between the actual role performance and perception of important level of the clinical dietitian. The survey was carried out for the 21 general hospital over 100 beds in Seoul, Pusan and Daegu area. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. 1. One dietitian was responsible for the feeding and clinical dietetic activity of 166 in-patients on the average. 2. In the actual role performance of clinical dietetic practices, of the 26 items listed, only 3 were always or almost or almost performed by 75% of the dietitians, 4 additional items were always or almost performed by 60% of them. 3. In the perception of importance level of clinical dietetic practices, more than 75% of the dietitians indicated that 23 of the 26 tasks were important practices. 4. The performance average score of nutrition assessment was 15.85, of nutrition care plan development was 19.72, of patient counseling was 12.22, of research activity was 19.62, and of education was 21.27 in the dietetic department was a division for the clinical dietetic activity, while 10.96, 15.24, 9.54, 15.97, 18.50 respectively in the dietetic department has not a division for it.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the use of an alternative input device on the patient's work performance and satisfaction in patients with cerebral palsy who cannot use computers. Design: Case Series Description. Methods: The participant was one adult cerebral palsy. The three tasks were applied with an alternative input device (Quick-Glance), 1 session an hour, 3 times a week, a total of 12 times for 4 weeks. The assessment was using the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). The evaluation was performed pre-test before the intervention, post-test after the last intervention, and follow-up after one month. Results: The COPM(Satisfaction and performance scores) showed 3 points for pre-test, 7 points for post-test, and 7 points for follow-up. Conclusion: Purposeful computer work activity, which is an alternative input device, has a positive effect on work performance and satisfaction of cerebral palsy patients who are difficult to use computer.

Now days, firm's technology capability is recognized as important factor to forecast and to evaluate firm's business performance. There are many efforts to develop useful indicators by applying patent information that includes concrete description about technology. Many previous studies analyzed relationship between patent indicators and firm's performance. But they didn't consider time gap between a point of firm's invention activity and a point of firm's performance improvement. They didn't considered a character of industrial fields either. To overcome these limitations, we selected IT industry for target analysis industry. Time-series patent data and financial data from 41 American IT firms between 2000 and 2011 were used to analyze. In this study, We empirically analyzed subsequent effect of patent indicators on firm's business performance by using correlation analysis and regression analysis.

It is well known in KM (Knowledge Management) literature that a certain amount of knowledge is necessary for KM to contribute corporate performance to some extent. However, It is considerably difficult for a company to amass knowledge due to limited time and lack of understanding from employees. In this respect, DAEWOONG, one of leading pharmaceutical company in korea, shows very special knowledge management activity, SOP(Sucess of project), by which DAEWOONG succeeds in catalyzing the knowledge sharing process among members and cultivating men of ability. Also, DAEWOONG improve working performance at an individual level as well as team level. This case will help understand how important the knowledge management activity is to improve the corporate performance.

Firms increasingly utilize Social Networking Service(SNS) to lead user's voluntary behavior. In the web-based environment, users show coexist loyal behavior which is represented by 'web-based pro-organization citizenship behavior' and 'anti-citizenship behavior'. To measure genuine performance of web-activity, we separated degree of compliance based on credibility, 'deep-level' and 'surface-level' to comprehend different behavior after compliance. The analysis result shows that contents credibility is important to enhance deep-level of compliance which has significant influence on web-based pro-organization citizenship behavior. Contrastively, surface-level of compliance has influence on anti-citizenship behavior. Based on the results of these analyses, the directions of web-based activities for the common good and self-interests of the stakeholders of the web-based activities will be proposed.

Large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.
