기업정보화와 정보인권보호 (The information of the businesses and the protection of information human rights)

  • 기업의 정보화 추진은 첨단의 정보처리기술이 기업영역으로 흡수되면서 기업사회에 기업의 효율성 제고라는 효과와 함께 노동자의 정보인권보호라는 문제가 서로 충돌하는 위험성도 확대되고 있어 대책마련이 요구되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정보보호에 대한 무감각은 경영의 효율성을 요구하는 왜곡된 사회구조에 의해 뒷받침된다. 자본과 언론이 경제위기의 심각성을 경고하게 되면 이 불안감에 정치권은 정보보호의 측면을 외면하고 경영의 효율성에 지향된 법정책을 채택하게 된다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 통하여 정보보호의 중요성은 경영의 효율성보다 작은 이익으로 평가되기 마련이며, 결과적으로 노동자의 인권침해가 발생하게 되는 것이다. 정보처리기술의 발전과 함께 기업의 정보화는 노동자의 행동을 보다 더 철저히 감시·통제하는 것이 가능해졌다. 산업현장에 새로이 파생된 정보인권 침해문제는 한편으로 정보보안의 확립과 함께 정보처리기술을 이용한 노동통제를 규제하기 위한 법적·제도적 장치의 마련을 촉구하고 있다. 정보의 활용이 많은 효율성을 가진다 해도 인권의 침해가 없는 기업생활의 보장은 국민의 기본권을 보장하고 있는 헌법정신의 구현이며 시대적 요청이기도 하다. 무엇보다도 정보인권 시대에 걸맞은 관련 법률의 제정과 개정 등의 정비가 이루어져야 한다 산재된 정보보호 관련규정을 통합하고 온-오프라인의 접목 등 다양한 영역을 포괄할 수 있는 공통원리를 적용하여‘개인정보보호기본법’(가칭)을 제정할 것을 제안한다. 그 기반 위에 노동법상으로 산업현장 이라는 특수영역에서의 정보인권을 보호하기 위하여 노동조합의 주도적 참여를 보장하는 등의 직접적이고 구체적인 정보인권보호 방안을 구축해 나가야 할 것이다.측면에서 매우 경제적인 Uncoupled scheme이 추천된다.는 못하였다.달팽이에서는 거의 검출되지 않은 반면 왕우렁이에서 다소 높게 검출되었다. 중성지질의 지방산 조성은 식용달팽이 경우 $C_{18:2}(16.80{\sim}17.74%)$, $C_{20:2} (12.15{\sim}12.59%)$, $C_{18:1}(9.79{\sim}10.37%)$$C_{18:0}(7.71{\sim}12.43%)$$C_{16:0}$, $C_{20:4}$ 함량이 많으나 그밖에 melanic type에서 $C_{18:3}(20.90%)$ 함량이 매우 높았으며, 또한 polyene산 함량도 가장 높게 나타났다. 왕우렁이는 $C_{16:0}(16.96{\sim}17.46%)$, $C_{18:1}(13.79{\sim}13.95%)$, $C_{18:2}(12.90{\sim}15.70%)$$C_{18:0}$, $C_{20:4}$, $C_{22:6}$이 주성분으로 type별로 그 조성이 비슷하였다. 당지질은 식용달팽이 경우 $C_{18:2}(19.01{\sim}19.72%)$, $C_{16:0}(12.89{\sim}18.76%)$, $C_{18:0}(12.68{\sim}17.52%)$$C_{18:1}$이 주요 지방산이었으나 이중 $C_{1

창업기업의 혁신지향성이 성장열망에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Startup's Innovation Orientation on Growth Aspiration)

  • 전 세계적으로 혁신과 창업기업의 스케일업이 중요한 국가적 과제로 부각되고 있다. 과거 경기침체 극복을 위해 'Start-tup America', 'Start-up Chile', 'Start-up Britain' 등 스타트업 중심의 정책 패러다임을 확산시켰다. 최근 창업선진국을 중심으로 경기회복이 가시화되면서, 스타트업 중심의 정책 패러다임이 'Scale-up America', Scale-up UK', 'Scale-up Denmark' 등 스케일업 중심의 정책 패러다임으로 전환하고 있는 추세이다. 창업기업은 스타트업 단계를 넘어서 스케일업 단계로 진입해야 국가적으로 양질의 일자리가 늘어나고 경제성장으로 나아갈 수 있다. 그러므로 창업기업을 강한 중견기업으로 성장시켜 지속적으로 생존할 수 있는 발판을 마련해주어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 창업기업이 스케일업 기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 성장의 선행변수인 성장 열망에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 심층적으로 고찰하고 국가의 경제발전단계 간, 기업가 간의 차이를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 국가차원에서 창업기업이 스케일업 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 글로벌기업가정신모니터(GEM)의 일반성인조사 3.5년 미만의 초기 기업가들을 대상으로 하였으며, 국가경제발전단계를 혁신주도형, 효율주도형, 요소주도형 경제로 구분하여 R 3.5.0프로그램을 사용하여 국가경제발전단계 간 비교를 위해 다층모형분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업기업의 혁신지향성과 성장 열망의 영향관계에 있어 국가경제발전 간, 기업가 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 국가의 경제가 발전할수록 기업가의 혁신활동이 더 두드러지게 나타난다. 또한 창업기업은 기업가의 영향을 많이 받기 때문에, 동일한 환경 내에서 기업가가 얼마나 혁신 지향적인가에 따라 열망의 정도에 차이가 있다고 할 수 있다. 창업기업의 혁신지향성과 성장 열망의 영향관계에 있어 실패에 대한 두려움은 국가경제발전 간, 기업가 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가 및 창업에 대한 실패에 대한 두려움은 국가경제발전 단계별로 차이가 있으며, 이러한 국가적 측면에서 실패에 대한 인식은 창업활동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인 중 하나이다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 규명된 창업기업이 스케일업 기업으로 성장하는데 있어 성장열망에 영향을 미치는 검증된 요인을 국가경제발전단계에 따라 적합한 스케일업 생태계를 조성하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

포항시 신광면 및 흥해읍 일대 지하수의 배경수질 연구 (Natural Baseline Groundwater Quality in Shingwang-myeon and Heunghae-eup, Pohang, Korea)

  • 지하수의 장기적인 수위 및 수질 관측 결과는 기후변화를 비롯한 다양한 재해의 영향 평가 및 대응 수립에 있어 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 지진과 같은 지질학적 재난의 예측과 관리에도 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 그러나 장기적인 모니터링을 통해 지진 예측과 지진으로 인한 지하수위와 수질 변동 사례를 평가한 국외와 달리 국내에서는 용존 이온의 변화와 같은 지진 전후 관측된 개별 수질 요소의 변화와 관련한 보고 사례가 적다. 이 연구에서는 지하수 수질 이상 변동의 기준을 설정하기 위해 포항시 신광면과 흥해읍에 존재하는 14개 농업용 관정에서 2018년 7월부터 5회에 걸쳐 지하수를 채취하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 신광면에서는 Ca2+가, 흥해읍에서는 Na+가 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 농업 활동의 영향으로 보이는 NO3-의 우세가 신광면 지하수에서 나타났으며, 흥해읍의 한 관정에서는 음용수 기준을 100배 가까이 초과하는 높은 농도의 Fe가 검출되었다. 기반암과 퇴적 특징 차이에서 수반된 유속 차이와 물-암석 반응의 결과로 신광면에 비해 흥해읍의 지하수에서 상대적으로 높은 용존 이온 농도가 관측되었다. 물-암석 상호 반응을 고려할 때, 신광면의 지하수는 대부분 화강암과 규산염 풍화작용의 영향을, 흥해읍은 주로 규산염과 탄산염 풍화작용의 영향을 받았을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구를 통해 신광면과 흥해읍의 지하수 배경 농도를 파악하였으며, 계절적으로 변이가 큰 관정에 대해서는 지속적인 모니터링을 수행할 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.

스마트 전시환경에서 부스 추천시스템의 사용자 의도에 관한 조사연구 (Analyzing the User Intention of Booth Recommender System in Smart Exhibition Environment)

  • 전시회는 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 현재 고객들과 미래의 잠재고객들에게 홍보하기 위해 개최하는 효과적인 마케팅 수단으로 중요하다. 기업들은 전시회에 참여를 통해 현재 고객 및 잠재고객들과 대면접촉을 함으로써 기업의 이미지 제고 및 새로운 판로를 확보할 수 있다. 이처럼 전시회의 경제적 중요성이 커짐에 따라, 전시주최자들은 참여기업 및 참관객을 유치하기 위하여 새로운 IT 기술을 전시회에 적용하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 연구자들 또한 참관객의 관람패턴을 분석하기 위하여 다양한 연구를 시도하고 있다. 최근에는 스마트 기술이 발전함으로써 전시 공간 내에서 참관객의 활동을 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있어 온라인 전시환경처럼 오프라인 전시회를 방문한 참관객의니즈를 실시간으로 추론하여 참관객의 선호에 적합한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 부스 추천시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 새로운 기술 개발 측면에서 시스템의 성능을 개선하려는 연구는 지속적으로 진행되어 왔으나 향후 시스템의 개발 방향 및 보급 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구들이 부족한 실정이다. 부스 추천시스템은 스마트 전시환경에서 새로 도입되는 기술로 부스 추천시스템에 대한 참관객의 수용 후 재사용 의도는 TAM 관점보다는 부스 추천시스템이 참관객의 선호에 적합한 추천정보를 제공하는가에 초점을 맞출 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 고찰을 통해 전시환경에서의 부스 추천시스템에 대한 참관객의 만족 및 재사용 의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 도출하여 연구모형을 설계하였다. 이를 통해 향후 스마트 전시환경에서 부스 추천시스템의 개발과 보급 전략에 있어 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2011년 11월 DMC 컬처 오픈 행사에서 부스 추천시스템을 사용한 참관객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 참관객의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 부스 추천시스템의 효과성, 편의성, 추천품질, 의외성으로 나타났다. 또한, 부스 추천시스템에 대한 참관객의 만족은 재사용 의도 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구가 가지는 의의는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 본 연구결과를 토대로 스마트 전시환경에서 부스 추천시스템에 대한 참관객의 지속적인 서비스 이용을 유도하기 위한 전략을 수립할 때 고려해야 할 주요한 요인을 실증연구를 통해 구체화시켰다는데 의의가 있다. 또한, 스마트 전시환경에서 부스 추천시스템이 성공적으로 도입 및 활용되기 위해서는 참관객의 수용 전후 차별화된 관리가 필요함을 본 연구결과를 통해 제시하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Results show the superiority of the proposed method to the conventional method using power spectrum and also its usefulness for the tissue characterization. 30541 T00401030541 ^x This paper describes the implementation of a computerized radial pulse diagnosis by aids of a clinical expert. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. As a previous step for biomedical application, adsorption experiments of bovine albumin on microspheres were carried out under various conditions. The maximum adsorbed amount was obtained in the neighborhood of pH 4.5. Isoelectric point of bovine albumin is pH 5.0, so experimental result shows that it shifted to acid area. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The authors suggests that this system based on down-sized computer could provide a progressive approach to total LIS based on local area network, and the implemented system could serve as a model for other hospital's LIS for routine hematology. 30609 T00401030609 ^x To develop an artificial bone substitute that is gradually degraded and replaced by the regenerated natural bone, the authors designed a composite that is consisted of calcium phosphate and collagen. To use as the structural matrix of the composite, collagen was purified from human umbilical cord. The obtained collagen was treated by pepsin to remove telopeptides, and finally, the immune-free atelocollagen was produced: The cross linked atelocollagen was highly resistant to the collagenase induced collagenolysis. We propose a simple adaptive algorithm to increase capability of noise cancelation in QRS complex detection with two stage adaptive filter. Two adaptive filters can afford to keep track of the changes of both noise and QRS complex. Collagen degradation by the collagenase induced collagenolysis was also decreased. 30620 T00401030620 ^x We have developed a monoleaflet polymer valve as an inexpensive and viable alternative, especially for short-term use in the ventricular assist device or total artificial heart. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N.
