간호학생의 효과적인 자율학습을 위한 조사연구 (A Study on the Effective Independent Study of Nursing Student)

  • This survey was made for a month starting from November 15 to December 15, 1977 covering 711 students taking the junior. (3rd-yea.) and the senior. (4th-year) at nine college of nursing in Seoul concerning their perception and Attitude toward the profession of nursing, motive for the necessity of learning, environment of study, attitude of study and particulars relevant with study performance, particulars of library, references and reading, assignments and particulars of the degree of confidence for the learning achievement. Through the survey of the above Particulars, the following results were obtained by classifying all subject matters and by analysing motive of the selection of their course, awarding or not awarding of scholarships. 1. General characteristics: it was revealed that 406 students (57.1%) were attending at the junior. while 305 students (42.9%) were taking the senior. Thus, the total number was 711 and their average age was 21.4 years. Their dwelling category was; 73.9 percent of them resided at their parent's home, 214 students (30.1%) were awarded with scholarships. The reason to be attracted by nursing science was the possibility of continuing social life after graduation (43.5%). 2. Their perception and attitude toward the profession of nursing: According to the perception of profession by the students of each grade, students of the 4th grade showed comparatively strong conception. Also, students of the 4th grade showed more positive attitude in the purchase and reading of magazines relative with the science of nursing, in the reading of Code for Nurses and in their interest in the activity of nursing field. For the necessity of mission of nurse, 97.7 percent of the entire number of students covered responded to necessity. For the necessity of the particular humanity and particularity in the character of nurses, 95.8 percent of those students responded to necessity. By the each grade, students of the 4th grade showed more response. 3. As to professional field desired after completing the professional course: 57 percent of those students desired for clinician nurse while 55 percents desired for community health-nurse. 4. As to the environment of study: they were mostly satisfied with their present residential environment. However, they complained of inconvenience at their lecture-halls. Students of the 3rd grade showed more complain. As to their attitude toward the adjustment of environment of study, they showed a affirmative response. As to the opinion of factors which interfere with their study, comparatively strong response was showed in their scepticism in the science of nursing, insufficient comprehension in general learning, relation with professors n4 discrepancy in the method of study. According to opinions of students at each grade, students of the 4th grade showed more scepticism. 5. Particulars relative with their attitude and performance of study : As to their knowledge of the objectives of their study of subject, the majority was to study with a partial knowledge of the objectives of their study. As to the plan of study, a low percentage indicated management of routine life under regular scheduling. Students of the 4th grade responded to rather planned life. As to time spent in independent study, response to concentrated study when necessary was stronger than that to regular daily study. Students of the 4th grade showed stronger response to regular study than that of the 3rd grade. As to the contents of their note-taking, 67.4 percents of those students responded to such regulatory procedure performing in the lecture-hall as they listen to lectures. 17.3 percents of those students showed response to adding supplementary informations from references to what was entered in choir note-taking at their lecture-halls. 6. Particulars of library, references and reading books: As to receiving of instruction for the utilization of library and time of receiving such instruction 64.7 percents of those students had received such instruction. 66.7 percents of the those responded received such instruction at orientation conducted for freshmen. As to the convenience of the utilization of library, 49.9 percents of those students responded to convenience. However, students of the 3rd grade showed a much stronger response to inconvenience. As to the time of the utilization of library,92.5 percents of those students showed a response to occasional utilization for particular purpose than regular utilization. 53.2 percents of those students responded to ordinary in quantity that library have references. 34.2 percents of those students responded to insufficient. As to the particular relative with the method and field of reading: 53.5 percents of those students responded to intensive reading and was the majority. As to the reading field, fiction u as the majority. When read any books for their major, they usually rend Korean text-b, oks. 7. Particular relative with giving assignment: All respondents were well aware of the objectives of giving home tasks. As to the attitude toward assignments and performing home tasks, 54.8 percents of those students to making ostentatious study because of an excessive quantity of assignments imposed. For performing assignment, they showed comparatively positive response. Also, 52.2 percents of those students responded that they usually submitted complected assignment with references. 8. As to motive to realize the necessity of study : 55.6 percents of those students responded that they realized such necessity in communication with patients when they were engaged in clinical practice. Also, 8.6, the lowest percents of those students responded that they realized such necessity in the course of conversation with nurses when they were engaged in clinical practice. 9. As to the determination of their confidence in the performance of study relative with clinical experience: They showed a general inclination of having in nursing. The major response was that they came to well comprehend the patients families. the lowest response was that they could apply what was learned at lecture-hall to practice. This response incidentally showed the distance the lecture-hall and practical study. In general items, students of the 4th grade showed more favorable response than students of the 3rd grade and there was a significant difference. 10. As to the perception and attitude toward profession according to the motive of selecting the nursing science : Those who selected the nursing voluntarily showed stronger conception than those who selected the nursing through indirect influence. However, there was no significant difference on this point. Only there was a remarkable difference in the reading of Code for Nurses. 11. Those who showed a stronger conception in the profession of nursing according to the motives of attractive nursing science indicated a strong will and ability to manage stable life and comparatively strong response was shown in the management of good home life because of the good adaptability of the science to their character. This group showed a strong conception of the profession than those who responded that they prefer this profession out of a longing for the work of a hospital and for the easy obtaining of opportunity to immigrate to over seas and for economic cause and for high school grade. There was significant difference between these two groups, 12. As to the conception and attitude toward the profession of nursing according to benefits by scholarships, those who were benefitted by scholarship showed stronger conception of profession than those who did not receive scholarship and there was a remarkable difference between these two categories. However, there was no remarkable difference between these two categories in the extent of interest of the activities of nursing fields and in the reading of Code for Nurses. 13. As activation for study according to the benefits of scholarships, those who were benefitted by scholarships showed stronger response to the motive for study comparing with those who receive. 14. As to tile field of reading according to the benefits by scholarships, those who received scholarships tended to read autobiographies and essayers to a considerable extent. Those who did not receive scholarships tended to read novels. Those who received scholarships more read nursing boots than those who did not receive scholarships. 15. As to the attitude of study and doing of assignment according to benefits of scholarships, those who received scholarships managed a favorable life with schedules for study, More students of receiving scholarship showed a regular study for more than one hour per day. Also, in the method of doing home tasks, more students of receiving scholarship showed reference to relative books frequently for the submission of completed assignments.

유우(乳牛), 산양(山羊) 및 견(犬)의 유즙내(乳汁內) 잔류항생물질(殘留抗生物質)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Antibiotic Residues in Milk of Cows, Goats and Dogs)

  • 우유내(牛乳內)에 잔류(殘留)하는 항생물질(抗生物質)은 starter의 발육(發育)을 억제(抑制)함으로써 산소유제품(酸素乳製品)의 제조(製造)에 막대(莫大) 한 손실(損失)을 가져올 뿐만 아 니라 유우(乳牛)를 음용(飮用)하는데 인류(人類)에 과민병(過敏病)을 비롯한 각종(各種) 질병(疾病)을 일으킬 수 있다는 것은 주지(周知)의 사실(事實)이다. 그러나 기타(其他) 가축(家畜)에 있어서도 모유내(母乳內)에 항생물질(抗生物質)이 출현(出現)할때는 이것을 포유(哺乳)하는 자축(仔畜)에게도 인류(人類)에서와 같은 장애(障碍)를 초래(招來)할 수 있다는 점(点)도 간과(看過)할수 없는 일이다. 이러한 관점(觀點)에서 본연구(本硏究)에서는 유우(乳牛), 산양(山羊) 및 견(犬)에 penicillin, streptomycin 및 oxytetracycline을 근육(筋肉) 또는 정맥내(靜脈內)에 주사(注射)하고 유방내(乳房內)에 주입(注入)할 경우(境遇) 유즙내(乳汁內)에 이해(移行) 또는 잔류(殘留)하는 농도(濃度)와 지속시간(持續時間)을 cylinder-plate법(法)으로 실험(實驗)한바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1) penicillin을 근육주사(筋肉注射)한 후 유즙내(乳汁內)에서 검출(檢出)할 수 있는 penicillin의 최고농도(最高濃度)는 유우(乳牛)가 12시간(時間)에 0.093~0.214(평균(平均) 0.136)I.U./ml, 산양(山羊)이 6시간(時間)에 0.58~0.974(평균(平均) 0.773)I.U./ml, 견(犬)이 3시간(時間)에 0.823~1.482(평균(平均) 1.192)I.U./ml였으며 유즙내(乳汁內) 잔류지속시간(殘留持續時間)은 각각(各各) 60~72시간(時間), 36~48(時間) 및 48~60시간(時間)이었다. 2) streptomycin을 근육주사(筋肉注射)한 후 유즙내(乳汁內)에서 검출(檢出)된 streptomycin 최고농도(最高濃度)는 유우(乳牛)가 6시간(時間)에 0.09~0.47(평균(平均) 0.26)${\mu}g/ml$, 산양(山羊)이 3시간(時間)에 0.17~0.64(평균(平均) 0.45)${\mu}g/ml$, 견(犬)이 3시간(時間)에 0.32~0.96(평균(平均) 0.63)${\mu}g/ml$였으며 유즙내(乳汁內)의 잔류지속시간(殘留持續時間)은 각각(各各) 6~36시간(時間), 12~36(時間) 및 12~24시간(時間)이었다. 3) oxytetracycline을 정맥주사(靜脈注射)한 후 유즙내(乳汁內)에서 검출(檢出)된 oxytetracycline의 최고농도(最高濃度) 유우(乳牛)가 6시간(時間)에 1.5~3.2(평균(平均) 2.4)${\mu}g/ml$, 견(犬)이 6시간(時間)에 1.5~2.4(평균(平均) 2.0)${\mu}g/ml$였으며 잔류지속시간(殘留持續時間)은 유우(乳牛)가 24~48시간(時間), 산양(山羊)및 견(犬)이 36~48시간(時間)이었다. 4) penicillin을 유방내(乳房內) 주입(注入)한 경우 주입방(注入房) 유즙(乳汁)에 잔류(殘溜)하는 시간(時間)은 유우(乳牛)가 48~72시간(時間)이었으며 산양(山羊) 및 견(犬)은 72~84시간(時間)이었다. 5) streptomycin을 유방내(乳房內) 주입(注入)할 경우 주입방(注入房) 유즙내(乳汁內)에 잔류(殘溜)하는 지속시간(持續時間)은 유우(乳牛) 및 산양(山羊)이 48~72시간(時間)이었으며 견(犬)은 48~60시간(時間)이었다. 6) oxytetracycline을 유방내(乳房內) 주입(注入)한 경우 주입방(注入房) 유즙(乳汁)에 잔류(殘溜)하는 시간(時間)은 유우(乳牛)가 48~72시간(時間), 산양(山羊) 36~60시간(時間)이었으며 견(犬)은 48~60시간(時間)이었다. 7) penicillin, streptomycin 및 oxytetracycline을 유방내(乳房內) 주입(注入)한후 주입방내(注入房內) 잔류항생물질(殘留抗生物質)의 농도(濃度)와 지속시간(持續時間)을 검토(檢討)한 결과 유우(乳牛) 및 산양(山羊)에 있어서는 필유량(泌乳量)과의 관계(關係)가 인정(認定)되었고 고생산성(高生産性) 유우(乳牛)나 산양(山羊)에 비(比)하여 저생산성(低生産性) 유유(乳牛)와 산양(山羊)에서 농도(濃度)가 높고 잔류지속시간(殘溜持續時間)도 긴 경향(傾向)을 나타내었다. 8) 유우(乳牛)와 산양(山羊)에 penicillin을 각각(各各) 100,000 I.U., 20,000 I.U., streptomycin은 각각(各各) 500mg, 100mg를, oxytetracycline은 각각(各各) 500mg, 100mg를 유방내(乳房內) 주입(注入)한 결과 비주입방(非注入房) 유즙(乳汁)에서는 항생물질(抗生物質)을 검출(檢出)하지 못하였으나 견(犬)에 있어서는 penicillin 10,000 I.U., streptomycin 20mg, oxytetracycline 25mg를 유방내(乳房內) 주입(注入)할때 비주입방(比注入房) 유즙(乳汁)으로부터 항생물질(抗生物質)을 검출(檢出)할 수 있었다. 검출농도(檢出濃度)는 언제나 혈청내(血淸內)가 유즙내(乳汁內) 보다 더 높았으나 비주입방간(非注入房間)의 차이(差異)는 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 9) 견(犬)에 있어서 비주입방(比注入房)으로의 이행가능(移行可能) 최소(最少) 주입량(注入量)은 penicillin이 2,500 I.U., streptomycin은 5mg, oxytetracycline은 5mg이었다.

웹검색 트래픽 정보를 활용한 유커 인바운드 여행 수요 예측 모형 및 유커마이닝 시스템 개발 (Development of Yóukè Mining System with Yóukè's Travel Demand and Insight Based on Web Search Traffic Information)

  • 최근 독감 예측이나 당선인 예측, 구매 패턴, 투자 등 다방면에서 웹검색 트래픽 정보. 소셜 네트워크 내용 등 거대한 데이터를 통해 사회적 현상, 소비 패턴을 분석하는 시도가 이전보다 늘어났다. 구글, 네이버, 바이두 등 인터넷 포털 업체들의 웹검색 트래픽 정보 공개 서비스와 함께 웹검색 트래픽 정보를 활용하여 소비자나 사용자와 관련된 연구가 실시되기 시작했다. 웹검색 트래픽 정보를 활용한 사회 현상, 소비 패턴 분석을 연구는 많이 수행되었으나, 그에 비해서 도출된 여행 수요 모델을 토대로 의사결정을 위한 실질적 대책 수립으로 이어지는 연구는 많이 진행되지 않은 실정이다. 관광산업은 상대적으로 많은 고용을 가능하게 하고 외자를 유치하는 등 고부가가치를 창출하여 경제 전체에 선순환 효과를 일으키는 중요한 산업이다. 그 중에서도 국내 입국외래객중 수년간 2위와의 큰 차이로 1위를 차지해왔던 중국 국적의 관광객 '유커' 및 그들이 지출하는 1인당 평균 관광 수지는 한국 경제에 매우 중요한 한 부분이다. 관광 수요의 예측은 효율적인 자원 배분과 합리적인 의사 결정에 있어서 공공부문 및 민간부문 모두 중요하다. 적절한 관광 수요 예측을 통해서 한정된 자원을 더욱 효과적으로 활용하여 더욱 많은 부가가치를 창출하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 중국인 인바운드를 예측하는 방법에 있어, 이전보다 더 최신의 트렌드를 즉각적으로 반영하고 개인들의 집합의 관심도가 포함되어 예측 성능이 개선된 방법을 제안한다. 해외여행은 고관여 소비이기 때문에 잠재적 여행객들이 입국하기 전 웹검색을 통해 적극적으로 자신의 여정과 관련된 정보를 취득하기 위한 활동을 한다. 따라서 웹검색 트래픽 수치가 중국인 여행객의 관심정도를 대표할 수 있다고 보았다. 중국인 여행객들이 한국 여행을 준비하는 단계에서 검색할만한 키워드를 선정해 실제 중국인 입국자 수와 상관관계가 있음을 검증하고자 하였다. 중국 웹검색 엔진 시장에서 80%의 점유율을 가지는 중국 최대 웹검색 엔진 '바이두'에서 공개한 웹검색 데이터를 활용하여 그 관심 정도를 대표할 수 있을 것이라 추정했다. 수집에 필요한 키워드의 선정 단계에서는 잠재적 여행객이 여정을 계획하고 구체화하는 단계에서 일반적으로 검색하게 되는 키워드 후보군을 선정하였다. 키워드의 선정에는 중국 국적의 잠재적 여행객 표본과의 인터뷰를 거쳤다. 트래픽 대소 관계 확인 결과에 따라서 최종 선정된 키워드들을 한국여행이라는 주제와 직접적인 연관을 가지는 키워드부터, 간접적인 연관을 가지는 키워드까지 총 세 가지 레벨의 카테고리로 분류하였다. 분류된 카테고리 내의 키워드들은 바이두'가 제공하는 웹검색 트래픽 데이터 제공 서비스 '바이두 인덱스'를 통해 웹검색 트래픽 데이터를 수집했다. 공개된 데이터 페이지 특성을 고려한 웹 크롤러를 직접 설계하여 웹검색 트래픽 데이터를 수집하였고, 분리되어 수집된 변수에는 필요한 변수 변환 과정을 수행했다. 자동화 수집된 웹검색 트래픽 정보들을 투입하여 중국 여행 인바운드에 대한 유의한 영향 관계를 확인하여 중국인 여행객의 한국 인바운드 여행 수요를 예측하는 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 정책 의사결정 및 관광 경영 의사결정 같은 실무적 활용을 고려하여 각 변수의 영향력을 정량적으로 설명할 수 있고 설득이 명료한 방법인 다중회귀분석방법을 적용해 선형 식을 도출하였다. 수집된 웹검색 트래픽 데이터를 기존 검증된 모형 독립변인들에 추가적으로 투입함으로써 전통적인 독립변인으로만 구성된 연구 모형과 비교하여 가장 뛰어난 성능을 보이는 모형을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 검증하려는, 웹검색 트래픽으로 대표되는 독립변인을 투입한 최종 도출된 모형을 통해 중국인 관광 수요를 예측할 때 유의한 영향을 끼치는 웹검색 트래픽 변수를 확인할 수 있다. 최적 모형 설명력을 가지는 모형을 기반으로 최종 회귀 식을 만들었고 이를 '유커마이닝' 시스템 내부에 도입하였다. 데이터 분석에서 더 나아가 도출된 모형을 직관적으로 시각화하고, 웹검색 트래픽 정보를 활용하여 도출할 수 있는 인사이트를 함께 보여주는 데이터 분석 기반의 '유커마이닝' 솔루션의 시스템 알고리즘과 UX를 제안하였다. 본 연구가 제안하는 모형과 시스템은 관광수요 예측모형 분야에서 웹검색 트래픽 데이터라는 정보 탐색을 하는 과정에 놓인 개인들의 인터랙티브하고 즉각적인 변수를 활용한 새로운 시도이다. 실무적으로 관련 정책결정자나 관광사, 항공사 등이 활용 가능한 실제적인 가치를 가지고, 정책적으로도 효과적인 관광 정책 수립에 활용될 수 있다.

인터넷쇼핑 상황에서 보상프로그램이 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Reward Programs on Brand Loyalty in Online Shopping Contexts)

  • 보상프로그램에 관한 기존 연구들은 프로그램에 대한 소비자의 지각된 가치가 높을수록 브랜드충성도가 증가할 것이라는 가정 하에, 소비자가 가장 선호하는 보상프로그램을 설계하는 데 초점을 맞추어왔다. 또한 이들은 연구대상으로 인터넷쇼핑몰보다는 주로 오프라인 매장을 사용하였다. 이는 인터넷쇼핑 상황에서 보상프로그램에 대한 소비자의 가치인식이 브랜드충성도에 미치는 효과가 실제로 유의한지 그렇다면 어떠한 경로를 통해 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 연구가 미흡함을 의미한다. 한편, 소비자는 인터넷쇼핑몰을 이용할 때 필요한 물건을 구매하고자 하는 실용적 동기와 쇼핑 그 자체를 즐기고자 하는 쾌락적 동기를 가지게 되며, 인터넷쇼핑몰은 소비자들의 이러한 양면적 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 가치(실용적 또는 쾌락적 가치)있는 경험들을 제공함으로써 브랜드충성도를 증가시킬 수 있다. 이는 인터넷쇼핑몰이 제공하는 보상의 유형이 실용적인지, 쾌락적 인지에 따라 다른 유형의 쇼핑 가치를 강화함으로써 브랜드충성도에 영향을 미치는 경로가 달라질 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 다음과 같은 세 가지 목적을 가지고 수행되었다. 첫째, 인터넷쇼핑 상황에서의 보상프로그램이 오프라인 쇼핑상황에서와 동일하게 브랜드충성도를 제고하는데 효과적인지 알아보고자 하였다. 둘째, 기존 연구에서 고려하지 않은 "보상프로그램 가치인식 → 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드감정 → 브랜드충성도" 경로를 추가한 연구모형을 제안하고 분석함으로써, 보상프로그램 가치인식이 브랜드충성도에 미치는 또 다른 경로가 있음을 보이고자 하였다. 마지막으로, 보상의 유형(실용적 vs. 쾌락적)에 따라 "보상프로그램 가치인식 → 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드감정 → 브랜드충성도" 관계가 조절될 수 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 10개의 가설 및 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 20대 남녀220명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집한 후, 구조방정식모델을 이용해 가설들을 검정함으로써 다음과 같은 시사점들을 제공하였다. 먼저, 본 연구는 오프라인 매장을 중심으로 연구되어온 브랜드충성도에 대한 보상프로그램의 효과가 인터넷쇼핑 상황에서도 유의함을 보여줌으로써 인터넷쇼핑몰이 보상프로그램을 운영해야 할 논리적 근거를 마련해주고 있다. 하지만 기존 연구를 통해 확인된 "보상프로그램 가치인식 → 프로그램 충성도 → 브랜드충성도"의 경로가 인터넷쇼핑 상황에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 "보상프로그램 가치인식 → 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드감정 → 브랜드충성도"의 경로가 유의하게 나타나 인터넷쇼핑몰이 제공하는 보상프로그램에 대한 가치인식은 오프라인 매장과는 다른 경로를 통해 브랜드충성도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 한편, 인터넷쇼핑몰이 제공하는 보상프로그램에 대한 가치인식이 브랜드 신뢰에 미치는 영향은 쾌락적 보상보다는 실용적 보상이 더 크게 나타난 반면, (통계적으로 유의하지는 않았지만) 보상프로그램에 대한 가치인식이 브랜드감정에 미치는 영향은 실용적 보상 보다는 쾌락적 보상이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 해당 인터넷쇼핑몰을 이용할 때 소비자가 상대적으로 더 추구하는 가치의 유형(실용적 vs. 쾌락적)을 파악하여 이를 강화할 수 있는 유형의 보상을 제공하거나 소비자가 스스로 보상의 유형을 선택할 수 있는 권한을 부여할 경우, 브랜드신뢰와 브랜드감정을 효과적으로 증가시켜 브랜드충성도를 제고할 수 있음을 말해준다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티의 이용욕구 충족과 커뮤니티 몰입의 관계: 의류 브랜드 이미지의 조절효과 (Relationship Between Usage Needs Satisfaction and Commitment to Apparel Brand Communities: Moderator Effect of Apparel Brand Image)

  • 본 연구는 의류 브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티의 이용욕구충족과 커뮤니티 몰입간의 관계 및 이들 관계에 대한 브랜드 이미지의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 9개 캐주얼 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티 회원 317명을 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 이용욕구 충족은 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입과 유의한 관계가 있었다. 그리고 조절회귀분석 결과, 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 관계욕구 충족이 커뮤니티 몰입(감정적 몰입, 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입)에 영향을 미칠때 의류 브랜드 이미지 수준에 따른 조절효과가 작용함이 발견되었다. 또한 의류 브랜드 이미지의 조절효과는 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 거래욕구 충족과 커뮤니티에 대한 감정적 몰입의 관계에서도 나타났다. 특히 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티인 경우, 커뮤니티에서의 관계욕구 충족수준에 따른 커뮤니티 몰입의 정도는 브랜드 이미지가 낮을 때 보다 높을 때 더 크게 나타났다. 이것은 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 이용욕구 충족을 통해 회원들의 커뮤니티 몰입을 증대시키는 전략은 의류 브랜드 이미지 수준이 다른 의류 브랜드 유형에 따라 그 효과에 차이가 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 의류기업의 마케터들은 자사 브랜드의 이미지 수준을 평가하고, 이에 맞춰 커뮤니티 몰입을 증대시키는 전략을 모색할 필요가 있다. 브랜드 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입은 브랜드에 대한 구전이나 재구매 행동과 연결되므로, 명품 의류 브랜드들인 경우 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티를 구축하고 회원들의 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입을 증대시킴으로써 브랜드 자산을 극대화시킬 수 있을 것이다.

고려인삼이 흰쥐의 장기조직 핵산 함유량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Ginseng on Visceral Nucleic Acid Content of Rats)

  • 1. 인삼주정추출물이 흰쥐의 부신, 간, 비장 및 췌장의 핵산 함유량에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 인삼 투여를 받고 있는 동물이 스트레스(ACTH의 투여로 대신)를 받을 경우에 이들 장기 핵산 함유량에 어떠한 변동이 오는지를 알기 위하여 90마리의 흰쥐($150{\sim}200gm$) 수컷을 인삼군과 식염수군 및 정상군으로 나누고 이것을 각각 다시 둘로 쪼개어 인삼군, 인삼-ACTH군, 식염수군, 식염수-ACTH군, 정상군 및 정상-ACTH군의 여섯 작은 무리로 나누어 다음과 같은 실험을 하였다. 인삼군과 인삼-ACTH군에서는 몸무게 100gm에 대하여 인삼주정추출액(생리적 식염수 1ml속에 4mg의 인삼주정추출물이 포함된 용액)을 0.5ml의 비율로 매일 등뒤 피하에 5일동안 주사하였으며, 식염수군과 식염수-ACTH군에는 생리적 식염수를 몸무게 100gm에 대하여 0.5ml의 비율로 인삼군과 동일한 방법으로 주사하였다. 실험시작 제 5일째에 정상군과 식염수군 및 인삼군은 각각 전처치 없이 또는 인삼 혹은 식염수 주사후 2시간 만에 도살하고, 정상-ACTH군, 인삼-ACTH군 및 식염수-ACTH군은 각각 직접 또는 인삼이나 식염수를 투여한 다음 1시간 만에 ACTH를 주사하고, 그 시각부터 1시간후에 도살하여 부신, 간, 비장 및 췌장 조직의 핵산 함유량을 측정하였다. 이들 측정치를 지표로하여 인삼이 장기 핵산에 미치는 영향을 관찰한바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 부신조직 RNA, DNA 및 RNA/DNA는 인삼군의 값이 정상군 및 식염수군의 그것보다 현저하게 많다. 인삼군의 값에 대한 인삼-ACTH군 값의 감소율은 정상군 및 식염수군에 대한 정상-ACTH군 및 식염수-ACTH군의 그것보다 현저하게 크다. 2) 간 조직의 RNA, DNA 및 RNA/DNA는 인삼군의 값이 정상군 및 식염수군의 값보다 현저하게 감소되었다. 인삼군 값에 대한 인삼-ACTH군 값의 감소율은 정상군 및 식염수군에 대한 정상-ACTH군 및 식염수-ACTH군의 그것 보다 적다. 3) 비장 조직의 RNA와 RNA/DNA는 인삼군의 값이 정상군의 그것 보다 현저하게 증가되며, 식염수군 보다는 감소된다. 인삼군의 DNA는 정상군에서 보다 감소되며, 식염수군의 그것 보다 증가된다. 인삼군 값에 대한 인삼-ACTH군 값의 감소율은 정상군에 대한 정상-ACTH군의 그것 보다 크며, 식염수군에 대한 식염수-ACTH군의 그것 보다는 작다. 4) 췌장 조직의 RNA와 DNA는 인삼군의 값이 정상군 및 식염수군의 그것 보다 현저하게 감소된다. 인삼군의 RNA/DNA는 정상군 및 식염수군의 그것 보다 증가된다. 인삼군에 대한 인삼-ACTH군의 RNA와 RNA/DNA 감소율은 정상군에 대한 정상-ACTH군의 그것 보다 적으나 식염수군에 대한 실염수-ACTH군의 그것 보다는 현저하게 크다. 인삼-ACTH군의 DNA는 인삼군의 그것 보다 증가되었으나, 정상-ACTH군 및 식염수-ACTH군의 DNA는 정상군 및 식염수군의 그것보다 감소되었다. 이상의 실험성적만으로 명확한 해석을 내리기는 어려우나 인삼은 장기의 RNA, DNA 및 RNA/DNA 비율에 현저한 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 대체로 인삼은 부신의 RNA와 DNA 함유량 및 RNA/DNA 비율을 모두 증가시키나 다른 장기에서는 이들 값을 감소시키는 경향이 있다. 한편 인삼의 투여를 받은 동물에서는 ACTH투여후 조기에 부신 조직의 RNA, DNA 및 RNA/DNA의 감소율이 커지며, 간, 비장 및 췌장 조직의 RNA, DNA 및 RNA/DNA의 감소율은 적어지는 경향이 있다. 2. 인삼 및 ACTH의 투여에 의하여 부신, 췌장, 간 및 비장의 DNA와 RNA 함유량이 변동하는 모습을 화학적 방법으로 추적하여 얻은 전편의 성적을 형태학적 및 조직화학적 방법으로 입증할 목적으로 몸 무게 18~20gm의 마우스 수컷 40마리와 몸 무게 150~200gm의 흰쥐 수컷 20마리를 사용하여 각각 식염수군, 인삼군, 식염수-ACTH군 및 인삼-ACTH군의 4무리로 나누고 그중 마우스에서는 $^{3}H$-thymidine을 이용한 자기방사법을 써서 부신, 췌장, 비장 및 간등 4조직의 DNA 합성능을 비교 관찰하고, 흰쥐에서는 methylgreen pyronine 염색을 이용한 조직화학적 방법을 써서 위의 4조직의 RNA 함유량을 측정한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 인삼 투여는 마우스의 부신피질과 비장 및 간의 표지 세포수를 식염수의 투여만을 받은 대조동물의 그것에 비하여 유의하게 증가시키나, 췌장에서 만은 오히려 표지 세포 수효를 감소시킨다. 그리고 인삼을 투여받은 흰쥐의 부신을 비롯하여 췌장, 비장 및 간 조직은 모두 methylgreen pyronine에 의하여 식염수군에서 보다 짙게 염색된다. 2. 식염수-ACTH군 및 인삼-ACTH군의 표지 세포수는 부신피질, 췌장, 비장 및 간 조직에서 모두 식염수군 및 인삼군에 비하여 감소되고, methylgreen pyronine으로 염색 할 경우에도 이들 조직은 식염수군 및 인삼군에 비하여 모두 묽게 염색된다. 3. 그러나 인삼-ACTH군의 표지 세포수는 부신피질, 비장, 췌장 및 간 조직에서 모두 식염수-ACTH군의 그것에 비하여 덜 감소되며, pyronine 염색에서도 4조직은 모두 식염수-ACTH군에서 보다 짙게 염색된다. 그러므로 인삼은 핵산 함유량에 현저한 영향을 미쳐 대체로 핵산의 생성을 촉진시키며, ACTH투여로 인하여 야기되는 조직 핵산 함유량의 감소를 어느 정도 억제한다.
