  • Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment using AHP by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

  • 본 논문에서는 효율적인 에너지 관리를 위해 리튬이온 배터리를 적용 능동 셀 밸런싱 시스템 BMS에 대해 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 다수의 셀과 하나의 커패시터로 구성된 SSC(Single Switched Capacitor) 방식에서 사용되는 커패시터를 리튬이온 배터리로 변경하여 적용한 것이다. SSC 방식은 커패시터의 방향성으로 인하여 홀수 번째와 짝수 번째의 배터리에 대해 별도의 스위치를 설치하여야 하며 조작이 복잡하다는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 단점을 보완하여 커패시터를 리튬이온 배터리로 대체하여 셀의 순서에 상관없이 적용이 가능한 셀 밸런싱 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법의 효율성은 BMS를 구현하여 실험 하였다. 실험 결과 셀 밸런싱이 기존의 SSC 방식보다 개선되어 효율성이 입증되었다.

  • Traffic conditions, in particular number of active TCP flows, change dramatically over time. The main goal of this paper is an adaptive queue management algorithm that can maintain network state of high-throughput and low-delay under changing traffic conditions In this paper, we devise Probability Adaptive RED(PARED) that combines the more effective elements of recent algorithms with a RED core. It automatically adjusts its adaptive marking function to account for changes in traffic load and to keep queue length within the desired target queue length. We simulate that PARED algorithm results in under changes in traffic load and mixed traffic load. The simulation test confirm this stability, and indicate that overall performances of PARED are substantially better than the RED and ARED algorithms.

Especially the foodservice business in Korea needs more critical managerial environment to grow and develope as a going business, these management environment is changed according to deepening of the competition between foodservice companies and customer's wants. In order to succeed in this change of management environment, a new managerial policy is required which the economic environment, estimates the level and the direction of change and makes efficient use of various resources through internal control.

  • Defense specification suitability review task means to examine whether to need enactment, amendment or abolition of defense specification, and realistic and efficient review environment are urgently needed by improving system. For the promotion of efficient tasks, the cycle of defense specification suitability review needs to be changed to 5 years for active specifications and 10 years for inactive specifications. To simplify the standards of defense specification suitability review, the distinction between prior management items and general management items should be abolished and the number of review items need to be reduced from ten to three. Also, in order to promote substantial defense specification suitability review, a system improvement is needed to utilize retired professionals from defense acquisition related agencies.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달로 말미암아 병의원에서도 다양한 정보시스템의 도입이 활발하고, 초기에는 데이터의 전자적 관리 및 공유를 위한 시스템이 주를 이루었으나 점차 병의원 운영관리에 대한 직접적인 의사결정지원 기능이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템들은 대부분 의료 전문가들의 지식에 기반하여 진료행위가 정해진 절차를 벗어나지 않도록 하는 데에만 초점을 맞추었고, 환자나 경영자 입장을 충분히 고려하지 못하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전문적 의료 지식 베이스가 아닌 병의원에서 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 다양한 참여자들에게 유용한 기능을 제공하기 위한 능동형 임상의사결정지원시스템의 개념과 구조에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

  • Recently, elevator inspection and self-examination were strengthened through the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act, but there have been no significant reduction in serious accidents and major failures. Therefore, the government intends to lay the foundation for reflecting the safety quality rating system, which adjusts the elevator inspection cycle, as a policy to induce safety management of preemptive and active management entities. This study systematically reviewed and classified the safety quality rating system for elevator inspection cycle adjustment in previous studies, collected expert opinions, and reconstructed the key items into realistic evaluation items, and evaluated and scored the relative importance of each factor through the AHP technique.

  • Rupture of the pectoralis major muscle typically occurs in the young, active male. Acute management of these injuries is recommended; however, what if the patient presents with a chronic tear of the pectoralis major? Physical exams and magnetic resonance imaging can help identify the injury and guide the physician with a plan for management. Nonoperative management is feasible, but is recommended for elderly, low-demand patients whose functional goals are minimal. Repair of chronic tears should be reserved for younger, healthier patients with high functional demands. Although operative management provides better functional outcomes, operative treatment of chronic pectoralis tears can be challenging. Tendon retraction, poor tendinous substance and quality of tissue, muscle atrophy, scar formation, and altered anatomy make direct repairs complicated, often necessitating auto- or allograft use. We review the various graft options and fixation methods that can be used when treating patients with chronic pectoralis major tears.

  • This paper has focused on deriving a GPS based geodetic network adjustment strategy to continuously determine coordinate sets of the national geodetic control points. After domestic literature review on the topic and overseas case studies about countries that recently reformed their geodetic infrastructure have been carried out, a simplified geodetic network consisting of two layers, namely GPS active and passive network, has been proposed to maximize effectiveness of the network adjustment through reducing the number of the passive points. Furthermore, a GPS data processing and network adjustment procedure has been derived to support the continuous management scheme. While a scheme for the active layer adopts a sequential least squares adjustment based on a multi-baseline, that of the passive layer employs a multi-session adjustment technique with respect to 3-dimensional baseline vectors. Finally, experimental adjustment against a network comprising 24 active and 6,900 passive stations has been performed to demonstrate the efficiency and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
