Object detection and tracking is the basic capability of mobile robots to achieve natural human-robot interaction. In this paper, an object tracking system of mobile robot is designed and validated using improved multiple instance learning algorithm. The improved multiple instance learning algorithm which prevents model drift significantly. Secondly, in order to improve the capability of classifiers, an active sample selection strategy is proposed by optimizing a bag Fisher information function instead of the bag likelihood function, which dynamically chooses most discriminative samples for classifier training. Furthermore, we integrate the co-training criterion into algorithm to update the appearance model accurately and avoid error accumulation. Finally, we evaluate our system on challenging sequences and an indoor environment in a laboratory. And the experiment results demonstrate that the proposed methods can stably and robustly track moving object.

UNESCO has continued to work in Africa, especially in the six southern sub-Saharan countries, and Asia, where international cooperation is needed. The CLC (Rwanda Community Learning Center) covered in this study aims to create a regional learning center in Rwanda and to recover local communities and provide learning environment. During the course of this study, we conducted field trips for actual planning and reviewed the current state of educational and cultural facilities that recently opened and are operated, and found implications. In consultation with the Rwandan Educational Commission, the site for CLC was decided, the building was designed, and the construction is about to start. The results of this study are as follows. First, in addition to the efforts of the activists in the village, which can be considered the smallest unit of a local community, the approach for establishing an architectural space and active education and community environment can be evaluated as a result of experimental efforts. Second, we can pay attention to the attempts to realize local communities. The bridge business is based on the multi-purposes such as early childhood education, technical education for adults, and community restoration of local residents and it reflects space and program plans for this purposes. It also reflects detailed plans such as differentiating the flow planning depending on users' time of use. Third, we can explain the characteristics of architectural planning considering local characteristics such as active use of local materials. Due to the characteristics of a developing country, there were significant considerations on maintenance, and to this end, the plan included plans for the environment and use of materials that are easily maintained. In addition, the participation of local residents in the process of establishment was suggested as a possibility to serve an educational role.
The coursewares available on the web are on active development by each country all over the world in accordance with web prevailing. Many Visual Basic language courseware is also into web-based education it is not improving the effect of learning. Hence through this study, in orer to be out of the said kind of approach, 1)by adding multimedia elements with making the best of web characteristics, 2)escalating the studying effect of learners' with experimental environment, and 3)providing proper feedbacks in assessment of learners' reactions 4)we invented web-based multimedia courseware with the technology of Real Encoder, Real Player, Active X etc. and tried adapting it to school education field on the basis of design model of professor-learning system.
Purpose: After COVID-19, changes in the educational ecosystem take place and fire service academy education system have shifted from face-to-face into non fact-to-face. So, the educational effect of fire officials is decreased and the satisfaction level is also decreased. In this study, we want to examine the current status of non-face-to-face real-time remote education and supplement the problems to improve the educational methods, the educational environment, etc. Method: This study is an independent variable that affects non-face-to-face real-time remote education, consisting of education system environment, self-efficacy of computers, contents (education contents, structure, design, etc.), and proper interaction. A dependent variable was selected with satisfaction for non-face-to-face real-time remote education. In addition, it was selected and analyzed as an active property of learning motivation and learning attitude as control variables. Result: The better the content and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the higher the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time remote education, and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the more positive the computer self-efficacy and the satisfaction of learning Conclusion: In order to increase the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time education due to COVID-19, education designers or professors need to provide non-face-to-face education contents that can increase the aggressiveness of their learning motivation and learning attitude, and to increase the satisfaction of education for learners by increasing computer self-efficacy through pre-education of non-face-to-face education systems.
Effective teaching and learning is a continuous process of monitoring and re-organization of teaching method, so to benefit both students and educators. Reflective journal writing is an effective method for students to reflect on their learning experience about a new concept or subject taught and at the same time enables educators to improve on their academic skills. In the present paper, we have examined and evaluated the effectiveness of the Uncritical Inference Test (UIT) that was conducted in our basic organic chemistry course through a systematic network built based on students’ reflective writing. From the data analysis, the UIT has benefited students in three dimensions, namely cognitive, affective and group learning domains. Moreover, the UIT activity instilled an active learning environment in organic chemistry classroom and deeper learning among chemistry students as shown in the collected data. In future, this activity could be adapted as a teaching method to enhance students’ critical thinking skills and question-asking capability in other teaching courses.

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the recognition of students and teachers towards an influence of a subject classroom system to teacher's learning activities and student's learning attitude. The study was subjected to students and teachers at a school that has innovatively operated subject classroom system from before 2009. The results of the research are as follows. First, the result of investigation shows that the quality of class has been improved. The formats of managing class and class materials have become various. Second, there is an affirmative exchange in student's learning attitude, such as student's active participation, concentration, preparation and interest toward a class. Third, the fifty percent of teachers answered it that a block time system and intensive study system is required to manage an efficient subject classroom system. Lastly, the investigation shows that teachers and students are generally satisfied with running the subject classroom system. However, the satisfaction ratio of students is lower than the one of teachers.
In order to derive a better classifier with a limited number of training examples, active teaming alternately repeats the querying stage fur category labeling and the subsequent learning stage fur rebuilding the calssifier with the newly expanded training set. To relieve the user from the burden of labeling, especially in an on-line environment, it is important to minimize the number of querying steps as well as the total number of query examples. We can derive a good classifier in a small number of querying steps by using only a small number of examples if we can select multiple of diverse, representative, and ambiguous examples to present to the user at each querying step. In this paper, we propose a cluster-based batch query selection method which can select diverse, representative, and highly ambiguous examples for efficient active learning. Experiments with various text data sets have shown that our method can derive a better classifier than other methods which only take into account the ambiguity as the criterion to select multiple query examples.

The existing CAI or web-based science learning system of elementary school has some disadvantages. For instance, it is composed of uniform courses designed by an instructor without considering the learner's characters, and the learner's opinions or questions raised during learning can not be delivered to the system. This structure has diminished the willingness or the motive of the learner and make an adverse effect on the learning efficiency. In this regards, Instruction-Learning System is needed to provide learning environment Pertinent to the learner's individual character and motivate the learner's active attendance and learning. This study is to design a character-based conversational Instruction-Learning System. This may induce the learner's active attendance through the communications between instructor and learner and furnish various learning materials to motivate the learners and attract their consistent interests in learning.
