The objective of this study is to propose the implications using theory of reasoned action(TRA) on u-Tour system. This research model through TRA is consisted as three constructs: user-friendliness(cognitive), perceived usefulness(cognitive) and purchase intention(affective). This study analyzes with a total of 153 respondents and used PLS-SEM method considering the small number of samples. Also, with the analysis, WarpPLS software is used in order to ferret out non-linear relationship between the constructs of research model. As a result of analysis, this research model shows statistical level significantly on proposed hypotheses and the applicability of TRA model in u-Tour system. Furthermore, additional analysis presents the possibility of non-linear relationship on each path between the constructs of research model showing J-shape. Also, the result showes the fact that the relationship had partly negative (-) effect on dependent factor. Additional analysis proposes that income variable as base of purchase intention has a moderating effect on all paths of research model.

Computerization is recognized as simple supporting tools up to recently but Information is made for the improvement of company's outcome beyond the assistant tools and is emerged as core tools of creating new opportunities for company in point of management strategy. But Information plays minor role in Korean Institute of Oriental Medicine(KIOM) yet. Information has not processed systematically because of lack of understanding and budget in KIOM. The purpose of this research is to make plan for knowledge information which is aimed to make effective supporting and strengthening the ability of KIOM's research, until 2013. Also we tried to find new project s for information and to apply the result to planned information projects. The final goal of this study is to make mid/long-term information plan of KIOM. We applied the general information strategy planning(ISP) method which is progressed as analysis of information technology, analysis of information status, design of future model and extraction of action plan order. First, we examined the information elements for the advanced management from analysis of management environment and analyzed information technology trends. Second, we list up the gaps and problems of KIOM's information status and define the future model to solve this problems. It is showed the road map of time and budget for future model to progress systematically inner-information of purpose. We hope that information of KIOM will be conducted successfully.
Recommendation systems are widely used to help deal with the problem of information overload. Over the past decades, a variety of recommendation systems have been developed as the amount of information in the world increases far more quickly than our ability to process it. This paper aims to analyze existing developed recommendation systems, provide systemic review, and present some basic issues on improvement action. Through this, we also suggest useful implications for better recommendation systems and give some ideas to recommendation system developers to improve their system. Especially, this study focuses on researches on recommendation system. In our research, we analyze the studies along with four different keys dimensions : their domain, objective, underlying model, and evaluation method of recommendation systems and portray the results as statistics or statistical graphics or table form.
The types and quantities of Hazmat and Hazmat transportation are gradually increasing, keeping pace with industrialization and urbanization. At present the safety management for Hazmat transportation only considers reducing accident probability, but even when an accident involving Hazmat-carrying vehicles occurs, that is not regarded as a Hazmat-related accident if the Hazmats do not leak out from the containers carrying them. Thus the methods to reduce risk (Risk=Probability$\times$Consequence) have to be developed by incorporating accident probability and consequence. By using Geographic Information System (GIS), a technical method is invented and is automatically able to evaluate the consequence by different types of Hazmat. Thus this study analyzed the degree of risk on the links classified by the Hazmat transport pathways. In order to mitigate the degree of risk, a method of 7-step risk management on Hazmat transportation in railway industries can be suggested. (1st step: building up GIS DB, 2nd step: calculating accident probability on each link, 3rd step: calculating consequence by Hazmat types, 4th step: determination of risk, 5th step: analysis of alternative plans for mitigating the risk, 6th: measure of effectiveness against each alternative, and 7th step: action plans to be weak probability and consequence by the range recommended from ALARP). In conclusion, those 7 steps are used as a standardization method of optimum transportation routing. And to increase the efficiency of optimum transportation routing, optional route can be revise by verification.
This study shows that the SWOT is efficient to select a factor which is valuable as worth consideration when a decision making is necessary. Such processing of information is able to present the policy for the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province, and create the pragmatic value and effect in carrying out the policy. The object of this study is to survey present conditions, to analyze the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province by the decision making method of the SWOT model, to suggest a plan for the prospect of continued development field and the location of industry, and to extract fundamental data for establishment of annual action and investment plan which can develop bio-industry.

A workflow management system is a software system to assist designing processes, controlling and managing the execution of the designed processes. One emerging trend in many recent information systems is the provision of process management functions. In this paper, we propose a method of designing processes for automatic process execution directly from process modeling. First of all, the concept of block is presented which is to define a nested process model. A block is the minimum unit that can specify the relationships of process components, i.e., tasks. A general process can be defined by a combination of the blocks defined in this paper. An algorithm is developed to transform a general flat process model into a nested model. We identify basic types of blocks and build ECA (Event-Condition-Action) rules for each of the basic types. This allows us to automate the execution of the process model by using the active features of active databases.

KTX train system is composed of TORNAD* network for transmitting information of train's internal equipments and OBCS which proceed information within train. OBCS of one trainset consisted of 28 equipments takes intelligent and dynamic composition according to equipment handling, train command and control flow. Each OBCS which is installed within trainset handle and supervise mutually action information about equipments, transmit it to driver to transmit information about train operation and preventive management. This mutual supervision and information transmission use KTX TORNAD* network system. TORNAD* network system is the one which is uniquely developped by GEC ALSTHOM, the KTX trainset manafacturing provider and this field is excluded from technical know-how transfer item. Through the research on analysis method of KTX TORNAD* system data structure which is operating on Seoul-Pusan Line, I hope that this thesis can contribute to train network system's standardization after applying it to improvement of train network system maintenance, enhancing quality of train service and applying it to future Korean rolling stock network system development.

Although information communication technology (ICT) is long regard as very useful tool in today's construction engineering and project management environment, organizations must not only operate based upon its original setting, but also requires on-going observation, additional features and fine-tuning actions before the desirable outcome can be achieved. However, it is a very common phenomenon that organizations purchase the licensed "off-the-shelf-software" package and customize it to suit their own business need. Due to the incapability of such software and inefficient customization, the possible result is making that ICT tool not user-friendly and sometimes the whole system becomes obsolete. The purpose of this paper is to review and report those actions taken (between February 2006 and December 2010) by a construction organization to enhance the performance of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system launched in December 2002. Such actions include: improving data inputting method; removing the transition bottleneck; introducing crystallization function; revising the organization's "Delegation and Limits of Authority"; publishing the "League Table" amongst users; integrating the 3D Mode into the system and upgrading hardware. Whilst the ultimate goals of such system are well beyond the time limit of this research study, an obvious interim result, achieved by this case studied organization, was winning a landmark project worth US$500 million after the ERP system was functioned properly and effectively. Their experience and success becomes an exemplar which can be borrowed by those companies, from managerial perspectives and as a roadmap, planning to adopt information technology (IT) strategy and use ICT tool in the construction engineering and project management framework. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze factors that influence farm managers' intentions to use an agricultural farm management information systems. It focused on "LFcenter System," a leading information system operated by the Rural Development Administration for farm management. Participants of this study are classified into two groups: a group of leading farm managers and a group fo regular farm managers. A total of 192 survey samples on users' intentions are collected; 85 samples from leading farm managers and 107 from regular farm managers. The theoretical background of this study is developed based on Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Diffusion of Innovation(DOI), Social Cognitive Theory(SCT), and Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Partial Least Squares(PLS) method is used to test a proposed Structural Equation Model(SEM), including nine hypotheses. The differences between two groups are investigated using Smith-Satterthwait test. The findings from this study are: First of all, in terms of average comparison of most variables used in this study, a group of leading farm managers shows higher value that the other group in most cases. Second, hypothesis tests how that "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of leading farm managers. However, "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" turned out to significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of regular farms managers. Based on the results of Smith-Satterthwait test, compared with a group of leading farms managers, the impact of "goal to study" on "intention to use" is significantly stronger. On the other hand, in the group of leading farms managers, "perceived usefulness" and "perceived enjoyment" turned out to be main drivers of "intention to use."

Recently, a number of OBU(On Board Unit) have being spreaded since ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) was installed in the tollgate of the whole country. Many R&D and commercialization related to ITS service using DSRC and OBU mentioned above are ongoing such as traffic information collection and provision and a signal control, and public traffic information and management and so on. Especially, there are many researches conducted(conducting) on traffic information collection and provision using communication between OBU and RSE. However, Standards for both DSRC application and traffic collection and provision are not established clearly yet. So we would like to suggest a method of traffic information collection and provision without changing of standard related to DSRC. This method is to put the traffic messages into the existing Action primitive for ETC, which is described on "Technical criterion IV of basic traffic information exchange" which was notified by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. Proposed standard application method is applied both to RSE and OBE. It is the same system which ETCS used in highway, currently. We confirmed the efficiency and performance of the system through conducting a variety of driving test using 4 vehicles in real road condition. Result of the real road test shows the effectiveness and validity of this method with about 97% communication success rate and based on studying the cases of 3% communication failure, we can analyse the expected problems in traffic information collection and provision using this method.
