3kW grid-connected photovoltaic(PV) systems and data acquisition system are constructed for performance analysis of PV system at field demonstration test center of Gwang-Ju in Korea. As climatic and irradiation conditions are varied, operation characteristics of the PV system are collected and analyzed in data acquisition system. From these results, the performances of PV systems have simulated and evaluated using simulation tool In comparison with actual value of data acquisition system of field demonstration test center. Furthermore, performance of each PV system e.g. electric power and loss factor is reviewed.

This paper presents a threshold decision technique for direct sequence code acquistion employing Pseudo-Noise(PN) matched filter. The probabilities of detection and false alarm are derived as a measure of the system performance in both nonfading and nonselective Rician fading channels. For received PN codes with different SNR, the proposed acquisition scheme is able to detect a desired threshold in the search mode so that this value is utilized as a threshold for the verification mode. Thus, there is no need to determine a threshold by applying the Neyman-Person ciriteron. It is shown that this scheme achieves lower probability of false alarm than the acquisition scheme based on the Neyman-Person criterion, giving comparable performance in terms of the probability of detection.

This paper is proposed that in-output Digital module is acquired a vibration signal of a rotating machinery by Data Acquisition System. The module is designed to get ride of nose through low pass filter on the vibration signal from sensors and set the gain value for being able to sampling AC to DC, and also the sampled data by sampler and the conversed data by DIP/FPGA is supplied to the analyzer for analysis at a software tool. The DIP(Digital Signal Processor) of the Digital input/output Board makes Average voltage, Peak to Peak voltage, RMS(Root Mean Square) and Gap voltage, also FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) for rotating vibration diagnosis.

이용자의 수요를 표현하는 트리거가 누적되어 임계치에 다다를 때 사서의 개입없이 자동으로 전자책이 구입되는 PDA 모델은 이용자의 수요에 부합하는 장서를 구성하면서도 도서관의 수서 예산을 가장 효과적으로 지출할 수 있는 새로운 장서 개발 방법론이다. 본 연구는 우리에게 아직 생소한 PDA의 개념, 작동 원리, 운영 현황 등을 살펴보고, 컨소시엄 기반의 한국 대학도서관 해외 전자책 수서 모형에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보았다. 한국에서는 다양한 해외 전자책 수서 모형이 적용되고 있으나, 최종 이용자의 수요에 기반한 PDA 일반 모델이나 증거기반선정 모델을 컨소시엄 단위로 응용함으로써 비용 효율성과 이용 가치 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

재난 웹 기록물의 가치와 보존의 중요성으로 인해 전 세계적으로 재난 아카이브의 구축은 국가적인 과제가 되어가고 있다. 본 연구는 재난 아카이브의 웹 기록물 수집에 있어서 이슈 생존 주기 모형에 기반한 수집 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내외 재난 아카이브의 웹 기록물 수집 현황, 수집 방법 및 기간에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한, 최근 10년간 발생한 재난 이슈를 수집 및 분석하여 이슈 생존 주기 모형을 도출하였다. 이슈 생존 주기 모형은 재난의 특성에 따라 돌발형 및 주기형으로 구분되며, 각 모형에 따른 웹 기록물 수집 방안을 제시하였고 적용 가능성을 검증하였다.

Nowadays, Internet is so popular that we can easily access the remote site to search information and to communicate remote site and users. People who want to make a collaborate working environment can use JAVA, CORBA, and other internet programming tools like a Perl/XML. The mechanist are try to make the environment fur collaboration within design/manufacturing, simulation, remote sensing through TCP/IP And many industries and research institutions are working towards the agile manufacturing. This paper describes an internet-based real-Time remote monitoring system. The system consists of a hardware setup and a software interface. The hardware setup consists of a machine and its data acquisition hardware, while the software interface incorporates the data acquisition software, the server program, and the client program. The server program acts as the main interface between the data acquisition system and the internet technology. The client program is to be distributed to the remote users who want to monitor the machining status. The system has been demonstrated and verified for an industrial High-Speed Machine (HSM) especially measuring cutting force and acoustic emission. To share the signal, we make the WWW server and display its value. The system has been found to be highly efficient, reliable and accurate.

The purpose of this study is to make profits and enhance national competitiveness through the globalization of Korean food. For this purpose, this study analyzed the certificate of qualification for Korean cooking technicians in the field of technical cooking. The results of presenting the perception, motivation for acquisition, and improvement measures of the Korean cooking certificate are as follows. First, as for the perception, if Korean cooking technicians acquire the certificate, they are acknowledged to acquire the qualifications and basic technology as licensed cooks in Korean food; however, they cannot practically execute cooking affairs. They cannot receive additional marks in time of employment. Getting the special education in cooking schools is helpful to acquiring the certificate. Second, the motivation for acquisition results from its advantage over other types of business, and a hope for running Korean food restaurants. Third, the improvement measures cover changing examination contents to be utilized in practical affairs, improving cooking methods, fair evaluation, and considering excessive technicians not to depreciate the value of the certificate.

대역확산 시스템에서 나머지 도플러 주파수 오프셋이 (residual Doppler frequency offset, RDFO) 있으면 부호 동기가 정확히 맞을 때에도 표본화된 최고 상관값은 실제 상관값의 꼭지값보다 낮다. 이로 말미암아 기존 단일 주파수 셀 (single frequency cell, SFC) 검파기법의 성능은 떨어진다. 이 논문에서는 RDFO가 있을 때 실제 꼭지값 근처에 상관값이 큰 여러 표본이 존재하는 것에 착안하여 새로운 탐색기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 먼저 대역 확산 시스템에서 RDFO가 성능을 떨어뜨리는지 분석한다. 그 뒤, 기존 기법과 제안한 기법의 검파확률과 오경보확률을 얻고, 모의실험을 수행하여 RDFO가 있을 때 제안한 기법이 기존 기법보다 성능이 뛰어남을 보인다.

본 논문에서는 수신된 신호 표본의 실제 간 대신 신호 표본의 부호와 (sign) 순위를 (rank) 사용하기에, 비정규 충격성 잡음 (non-Gaussian impulsive noise) 분산의 (dispersion) 정보를 필요로 하지 않는 새로운 부호 획득을 위한 검파기를 제안하였다. 제안한 검파기의 평균 부호 획득 성능을 $^{[1]}$의 검파기와 비교하였다. 모의실험을 통해 제안한 기법의 성능을 살펴보면, 비정규 충격성 잡음 분산의 편차에도 (deviation) 강인한 성능을 지니며, 비정규 충격성 잡음의 정확한 분산 정보를 이용한 $^{[1]}$의 기법과 대등한 성능을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 비교항목들의 척도가 서로 상이하고 측정치를 산정하기 곤란한 대안들의 의사결정시 대안 비교를 과학적으로 할 수 있는 지식기반 대안분석모델(KAAM)을 제안하는 것이다. KAAM은 기존의 방법인 Saaty, Delphi/Shang, Consensus, SAW 기법을 근간으로 하는 하이브리드 방식으로 구성되고 엑셀기반으로 구현하였다. 또한, 무기체계 획득사업의 사전분석 단계에서 최적 획득방안을 선정하는 실증적 사례를 적용함으로서 KAAM의 유용성을 확인하였다.
