치매노인의 목표수립을 위한 인간작업모델 (Model of Human Occupation)의 적용: 사례연구 (Clinical Application of Model of Human Occupation on Goals Setting of Elderly person With Dementia: A Case Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 주간보호시설을 이용하는 치매노인의 욕구 및 제한점을 파악하고 목표 설정을 하고자 함이다. 연구방법 : 주간보호시설 이용 치매노인 1명을 대상으로 2012년 5월 1일부터 5주에 걸쳐 주 2회 정기적으로 30여 분간 심층 면담 및 평가를 실시하였다. 인간작업모델을 기반으로 한 작업질문지(Occupational Questionnaire; OQ)와 여가활동평가(Interest checklist; IC), 의욕조사표(Volitional Questionnaire; VQ), 의사소통과 상호작용기술평가(The Assessment of Communication and Interaction Skills ACIS), 작업수행 일생 면담II(Occupational Performance History Interview-II OPHI-II), 자가작업평가(Occupational Self Assessment OSA), 작업환경 평가면담과 등급화(The Occupational Circumstances Assessment Interview and Rating; OCAIR)를 대상자에게 실시하였다. 또한 대상자의 사례관리자와 보호자 각 1명씩을 대상으로 직 간접적인 면담을 시행하였다. 결과 : 인간작업모델을 적용하여 면담 및 평가를 실시한 결과 사회와 가족관계형성과 재 정 문제, 전반적인 행복에 제한이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통해 치매노인을 대상으로 인간작업모델을 적용하여 전인적으로 판단 할 수 있었으며 대상자를 바라보는 새로운 관점과 해결방안을 제시가능 하였다. 이를 통해 작업치료의 질 향상과 서비스의 영역을 확대하는데 기여할 것이다.

A Comparison of Silk Fibroin Hydrolysates by Hydrochlonic Acis and Proteolytic Enzymes

  • Enzymatic hydrolysis of different forms of silk fibroin (soluble, gel and insoluble forms) by industrial and commercial enzyme preparations to obtain aqueous and powdered silk fibroin in relatively mild conditions was investigated. A mono-enzymatic hydrolysate systems were tested for hydrolysis of water-soluble form of fibroin as most productive form of protein substrate. Insoluble forms of substrate usually were hydrolyzed less effective. In some cases from soluble fibroin substrate gel was formed during hydrolysis process. This hindered intermixing and decreased rates of hydrolysis. Insoluble sediments were formed in enzymatic hydrolysates in other cases. These sediments and also sediment after chemical hydrolysis were purified and tested on amino acids content for comparison. Sediments formation in these conditions are considered as pure tyrosine isolation method. Obtained hydrolysates were characterized by gel-chromatography analysis and other standard biochemical methods. Possibility of application of enzymatic hydrolysis for preparation of silk fibroin hydrolysates is discussed.

교량 유지관리 지원을 위한 CAD/CAE 정보와 엔지니어링 문서정보의 통합 데이터베이스 (An Integrated Database of Engineering Documents and CAD/CAE Information for the Support of Bridge Maintenance)

  • A new operation strategy. which can guarantee the data consistency of engineering information among the various intelligent information systems, is presented for engineering information of bridges, and construction methodology of integrated database is developed to support the strategy. The two core standard techniques are adopted to construct the integrated database. One is the Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data (STEP) for CAD/CAE information and the other is the Extensible Markup Language(XML) for engineering document information. The former enabler structural engineers to handle the structural details with three-dimensional geometry-based information of bridges, and ACIS solid modeling kernel is employed to develop AutoCAD based application modules. The latter can make document files into data type for web-based application modules which assist end-users to search and retrieve engineering document data. In addition, relaying algorithm is developed to integrate the two different information, e.g. CAD/CAE information and engineering document information. The pilot application modules are also developed, and a case study subjected to the Han-Nam bridge is presented at the end of the paper to illustrate the use of the developed application modules.

Detection Probabilities of the X-ray Point Sources in X-ray Extended Sources

  • Galaxy clusters are known to be very bright in X-ray and contain a large number of X-ray point sources within the X-ray emission. However, due to the fluctuations of the X-ray emission, it is very difficult to detect faint X-ray sources and to extract accurately the photometric properties of the X-ray point sources in galaxy clusters. In addition, the most X-ray telescopes show spatially varying point spread function (PSF) and suffer from severe vignetting. The Chandra Archival Survey of Galaxy Clusters project is a wide-area ($\sim40deg^2$) survey of serendipitous Chandra X-ray sources in galaxy cluster fields, containing ~58,000 X-ray point sources in ~800 Chandra ACIS observations of ~600 galaxy clusters. This project aim to investigate the density environmental effects on the physical properties of the X-ray point sources, comparing physical properties of the X-ray point sources in galaxy clusters to those in typical fields. To utilize the sensitivity and detection probability of the X-ray point sources in galaxy clusters, we perform extensive Monte-Carlo simulations. In this poster, we compare the detection probability of the X-ray point sources in galaxy clusters to that of typical fields, and discuss quantitatively the difference between them.

High Electrochemical Activity of Bi2O3-based Composite SOFC Cathodes

  • Due to high ionic conductivity and favorable oxygen electrocatalysis, doped $Bi_2O_3$ systems are promising candidates as solid oxide fuel cell cathode materials. Recently, several researchers reported reasonably low cathode polarization resistance by adding electronically conducting materials such as (La,Sr)$MnO_3$ (LSM) or Ag to doped $Bi_2O_3$ compositions. Despite extensive research efforts toward maximizing cathode performance, however, the inherent catalytic activity and electrochemical reaction pathways of these promising materials remain largely unknown. Here, we prepare a symmetrical structure with identically sized $Y_{0.5}Bi_{1.5}O_3$/LSM composite electrodes on both sides of a YSZ electrolyte substrate. AC impedance spectroscopy (ACIS) measurements of electrochemical cells with varied cathode compositions reveal the important role of bismuth oxide phase for oxygen electrocatalysis. These observations aid in directing future research into the reaction pathways and the site-specific electrocatalytic activity as well as giving improved guidance for optimizing SOFC cathode structures with doped $Bi_2O_3$ compositions.

사출금형설계를 위한 웹기반 구배 검증 시스템 (Web-based Draft Verification System for Injection Mold Design)

  • Injection-molded products serve a wide range of applications in our modem lives and their significance is ever increasing. However, difficulty of communication among related companies under the present system results in increase of lead time and decrease of production efficiency. The objective of this paper is the development of a web-based draft verification system in mold design processes. Although several commercial CAD systems offer draft verification functions, those systems are very expensive and inadequate to perform collaborative works. For collaborative work under the distributed environment, the proposed system uses native file transforming of CAD data into optimal format by using the ACIS kernel and InterOp. Functions of draft verification modules are constructed over the ActiveX control using the visual C++ and OpenGL. Therefore, collaborators related to the development of a new product are able to verify the draft and undercut over the Internet without commercial CAD systems. The system helps to reduce production cost, errors and lead-time to the market. Performance of the system is confirmed through various case studies.

STEP 방법론을 이용한 선박설계 모델의 공유 (Sharing Ship Design Model Based on STEP methodology)

  • 중앙 단면도 등의 선박의 초기 구조설계는 여러 가지 이유로 2차원으로 설계되어 다른 설계부서에 도면으로 전달되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기능이 서로 다른 여러 가지 컴퓨터 시스템사이의 데이터 교환을 위한 예제로, AutoCAD로 작성된 2차원의 초기 구조 설계 데이터를 구조해석(FEM) 시스템이나 상세설계 시스템(AutoDef)등의 다른 시스템에서 사용할 수 있는 데이터를 생성해 보았다. 이를 위해 STEP 제품모델의 방법에 따라 데이터가 정의 되었으며 2D 형상이나 3D 와이어프레임, 솔리드 모델등 다양한 형상을 다룰 수 있는 복합다양체 모델링 형상 도구인 ACIS가 사용되었다.

Chandra Archival Survey of Galaxy Clusters: Surface Photometry of Diffuse X-ray Emission

  • We have studied the physical properties of X-ray point sources in galaxy clusters for years based on the archival observations using the most sophisticated space X-ray observatory, Chandra X-ray Observatory. Because the ultimate goal of the study is comparing the physical properties of X-ray point sources found in galaxy clusters to those in X-ray blank fields; blank fields are the regions in the sky where any noticeable cosmic diffuse X-ray emission is not observed, an important key issue regarding this study is picking out the point sources related with galaxy clusters. However we do not have red-shift information of all the X-ray point sources. Therefore as a first order approximation we will consider the point sources with smaller projected cluster-centric distance than the adopted size of galaxy clusters. As a first step of this study we perform X-ray surface photometry of ~600 galaxy clusters based on ~800 Chandra ACIS observations. We carefully investigate the radial structures of diffuse X-ray emission in 3 different energy bands. Based on the highly accurate surface photometry we determine the characteristic size of diffuse X-ray emission (i.e., the boundary of X-ray emission). We also investigate the cosmological evolution of this characteristic size of galaxy clusters. General discussion regarding the two dimensional morphology of galaxy clusters will be presented.

CHANDRA OBSERVATIONS OF THE AKARI NEP DEEP FIELD

  • The AKARI NEP Deep Field Survey is an international multiwavelength survey over $0.4deg^2$ of the sky. This is the deepest survey made by the InfraRed Camera (IRC) of the infrared astronomical satellite AKARI with 9 filters continuously covering the $2-25{\mu}m$ range, including three filters in the Spitzer gap between the IRAC and MIPS coverages. This enabled us to make sensitive MIR detection of AGN candidates at z~ 1, based on hot dust emission in the AGN torus. It is also efficient in detecting highly obscured Compton-thick AGN population. In this article, we report the first results of X-ray observations on this field. The field was covered by 15 overlapping Chandra ACIS-I observations with a total exposure of ~300 ks, detecting ${\approx}450$ X-ray sources. We utilize rest-frame stacking analysis of the MIR AGN candidates that are not detected individually. Our preliminary analysis shows a marginal detection of the rest-frame stacked Fe $k{\alpha}$ line from our strong Compton-thick candidates.

각주형 부품상의 가공 특징형상 인식 (Recognition of Machining Features on Prismatic Components)

  • 본 연구는 각주형 금형부품을 절삭가공할때 부품의 설계데이터로부터 부품의 형상적인 특징을 추출하여 공정설계시스템인 MOLDCAPP과 작업설계시스템인 COPS에서 사용할 수 있는 정보를 생성함으로써 CAD/CAM의 연결을 자동화할 수 있는 특징형상 인식 시스템을 개발하는 연구로, 특징형상 인식기법의 창안보다는, 가용한 기술의 장 점을 사용하여 각주형 공작물의 기계 절삭가공으로 생성될 수 있는 형상을 특징형상으 로 정의하고 ACIS로 설계된 CAD데이터로부터 정의된 특징형상을 추출하여 각 특징형상 들의 형상 데이터를 결정함으로써 MOLDCAPP, COPS 등의 공절설계시스템의 입력데이터 를 생성할 수 있도록 Fig.1과 같이 설계하였다. 특히 PART시스템과 같이 인식대상이 포괄적이지 않으나, 금형부품상의 특징형상으로 범위를 축소하고 금형부품의 가공특징 을 고려하여 인식규칙을 단순화함으로써 금형가공공정의 CAD/CAM연결에 이용될 수 있도록 하였다.
