배달앱에 대한 지각된 가치와 제공하는 정보의 품질이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Perceived Value and Information Quality on Continued Usage of Delivery Apps)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of users' perceived value of food delivery Apps and information quality on acceptance and intention to reuse of food delivery Apps. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of perceived value and information quality with the acceptance and continued usage of delivery Apps on the basis of the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Findings The results of this study suggests that perceived emotional value and monetary value, accuracy and timeliness of information have significant positive effects on usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps. Meanwhile, both usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps have significant positive influences on users' continually use intention. Furthermore, implications in terms of the findings of this study are discussed.

  • This research analyzes the influence of mobile commerce characteristics on consumer's purchase intention using a theoretical Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) constructed on previous studies and a review of the literature to explain the effect of mobile fashion shopping characteristics on consumer's purchase intention. In constructing structural equation model, Mobile commerce characteristics variables such as 'security', 'enjoyment', and 'personalization' were selected as external variables affecting TAM. A questionnaire was distributed to consumers in their 20's-30's who had purchased fashion products using a mobile shopping channel. Statistical methods of confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, and covariance structural analysis using Amos 19.0 package were employed for the analysis of 453 effective data responses. The results were as follows. First, extended TAM was shown be the appropriate model to explain the influence of mobile commerce characteristics on consumer's purchase intention in mobile fashion shopping. Second, 'security' had a significant positive influence on perceived usefulness (PU), however it affected perceived ease of use (PEOU) negatively. Third, 'enjoyment' had a significant influence only on PEOU, while 'personalization' was found to affect both PEOU and PU significantly. Fourth, PEOU affected PU significantly. Finally, both PEOU and PU had a significant influence on consumer's purchase intention.

스마트폰의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on factors affecting acceptance intention of smartphone - Focused on TAM Model -)

  • In recent years, smartphone is the most widely used ubiquitous functionality. People do not want to just call other people any more by using a cellular phone; they want to connect to the Internet and use various applications. Hence, cellular phones need to become smart. A smartphone has an operating system and many applications. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to suggest theory framework of acceptance about smartphone based on TAM, (2) to examine relationships between exogenous variables. The research model and hypotheses were developed based on the theories of technology acceptance model. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The analysis of this study is designed as individual level to examine the causal relationship among variables. The the reliability and validity of data was tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation model(SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The analysis results revealed that social norms and individual innovation are major influential variables on the perceived usefulness of smartphone. Also, social norms are influential variables on the perceived enjoyment of smartphone.

관광블로그의 수용과 사용자만족에 관한 연구 (Study on acceptance and user satisfaction of tourism - Focused on TAM Model -)

  • In recent years, blogs have become important resources for information sharing; and tourism blogs are providing a new way of sharing tour experiences. Blogs are becoming very popular amongst web users to share their life experiences with other web users around the world. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to suggest theory framework of acceptance and user satisfaction about toruism blogs based on TAM, (2) to examine relationships between exogenous variables and (3) to suggest effectiveness of tourism blogs in a marketing perspective. Factors Influencing the Adoption of mHealth Services in Saudi Arabia: A Patient-centered Study

  • This study empirically investigates the factors influencing the intention to accept mobile technology in Saudi healthcare service delivery using the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model (UTAUT) with perceived reliability and price value. Accordingly, a conceptual model combining behavioral constructs with those linked to the technology acceptance model is developed. This model aims to identify factors that predict patients' acceptance of mobile technology healthcare service delivery. The developed model is examined using responses obtained from a survey on 545 participants receiving healthcare services in Saudi Arabia. Thus, we have conceptualized the developed model and validated seven hypotheses involving key constructs. Results suggest that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, price value, and perceived reliability are direct predictors of user behavior to accept mobile technology in healthcare service delivery. The results provide empirical evidence to the literature on the effect of facilitating conditions and effort expectancy on mobile health (mHealth) adoption. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly increased the adoption of mHealth services in Saudi Arabia.

헤도닉 정보기술의 수용에 관한 영향 요인 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing User Acceptance of Hedonic Information Technology)

  • This study investigates how enjoyment (or playfulness) affects user acceptance of hedonic-oriented (or pleasure) information technology based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). A research model was made to examine the effect of enjoyment on the user acceptance of hedonic information technology. 186 responses were collected from university students who had experiences on Daum's Digital View which is a well-known example of digital signage technology. The result of the statistical analysis reveals that enjoyment also had a strong effect on the acceptance of hedonic information technology, in addition to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, perceived usefulness is reported to most strongly influence the adoption of Digital View. The effect of enjoyment on intention to use was also significant, but enjoyment shows a much low degree of influence than perceived usefulness on intention to use.

자율주행자동차 4-5단계의 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors on the Acceptance Intention of Autonomous Vehicles Level 4-5)

  • In this study, the factors affecting the acceptance intention for level 4-5 of autonomous vehicles were investigated by applying TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). To this end, 332 ordinary persons interested in autonomous vehicle and experienced in driving car were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that self-efficacy and personal innovation had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand personal innovation has been shown to have a negative effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Safety and Privacy has been shown to have a positive effect on trust, trust has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Lastly, autonomous vehicles have a higher impact on their 20s and 30s. The result of this study is expected to be a very useful basic research for the development of target autonomous vehicles, the selection of targets, the direction of corporate marketing strategies, and the preparation of government policies.

A framework of examining the factors affecting public acceptance of nuclear power plant: Case study in Saudi Arabia

  • The Saudi National Atomic Energy project aims to adopt peaceful nuclear technologies and be part of the country's energy mix. As emerging nuclear energy, it is essential to understand public concerns and acceptability of nuclear energy, as well as the factors influencing acceptance to develop nuclear energy policy and implement nuclear energy programs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the public attitudes and acceptance of nuclear energy among Saudi Arabian citizens by utilizing protection motivation theory and theory of planned behavior. A total of 1,404 participants answered a questionnaire which was distribute by convenience sampling approach. A Structural Equation Modeling framework was constructed and analyzed to understand public behavior toward building the country's first Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). Before analyzing the data, the model was validated. The research concluded that the benefits of nuclear power plants were essential in determining people's acceptance of NPPs. Surprisingly, the effect of the perceived benefits was found higher than the effect of the perceived risks to the acceptance. Furthermore, the public's participation in this study revealed that the NPPs location has a significant impact on their acceptance. Based on the finding, several policy implementations were suggested. Finally, the study's model results would benefit scholars, government agencies, and the business sector in Saudi Arabia and worldwide.

  • 가상현실과 증강현실은 교육 분야에서 학습자가 직접 관찰하기 어렵거나 텍스트로 설명하기 어려운 학습의 내용을 교육 분야에 적용하기에 유용하다. 본 연구는 TAM (technology acceptance model)을 바탕으로 증강현실을 이용한 해부학 교육을 통하여 간호학생의 기술 수용도를 탐색하는 연구로 2019년 5월 K대학에 재학 중인 간호학과 1, 2학년 학생들 중 편의표집한 17명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상자에게 증강현실을 활용한 해부학 학습을 완료한 후 기술 수용도에 대한 설문을 작성하도록 하였고 증강현실을 활용한 학습방법의 사용성(usability)을 탐색하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 51.2%의 설명력으로 인지된 유용성이 높을수록 기술 수용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 새로운 기술을 활용한 학습방법을 적용할 때 기술의 유용성을 고려한 학습전략을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

운전자 특성 등을 고려한 무통제교차로의 간격수락 모델 (A Gap-acceptance Model Considering Driver's Propensity at Uncontrolled Intersection)

  • 무통제 교차로(uncontrolled intersection)는 교통신호기나 정지표지, 양보표지 등에 의한 통제가 없으며, 교통량도 많지 않은 교차로이다. 무통제 교차로에서의 간격수락(gap acceptance) 과정은 교차로 안전상, 그리고 흐름상 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 무통제 교차로 지역의 차량의 행태를 조사하여 간격수락상황을 규명하고, 운전자의 특성을 고려한 간격수락 모델을 개발하여 무통제 교차로에서의 차량 흐름을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 수 원시 지역의 무통제 교차로의 지역을 현장 조사 및 비디오 조사를 하고 로짓모델로 간격수락모델을 모형화하였다. 그 결과, 무통제 교차로에서 간격수락을 위해 운전자가 기다리는 총시간, 차량의 진행방향이 우회전인 경우, 나이, 성별, 동승자 유무 등이 간격수락에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 성별이 남성인 경우, 동승자가 있는 경우, 기다리는 시간이 길수록 수락간격이 더 빠른 특성을 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 무통제 교차로를 운행하는 운전자들은 교차로에서 통행의 의사결정을 함에 있어 그러한 운전자, 교통, 동승자조건등의 특성에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타나고 있는바 향후 교차로 설계나 교차로 안전정보제공 등에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
