PSC I형 단순 철도교량의 동적사용성 평가 (Dynamic Serviceability Estimation of the Simple Railway Bridge with PSC I Girder)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 25 m 지간을 갖는 PSC I형 단순 철도교에 대해 고속 및 일반 열차하중으로 인한 동적거동을 분석하여 철도교량의 동적사용성을 평가하였다. 고유진동수는 8Hz 대역으로 평가되어 철도교량의 적정 고유진동수 범위 내에 들어있으며, 공진발생 가능성은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 가속도 응답은 무궁화호 열차 주행 시 제한 값 0.35 g를 초과하는 0.43 g가계측되었다. 또한 단부꺽임각은 고속철도의 설계기준을 만족하지 못하였으며 충격계수와 처짐은 모두 설계기준을 만족하였다. 결과적으로 25 m 지간을 갖는 PSC I형 단순 철도교의 경우 다양한 열차하중에 대하여 동적사용성을 부분적으로 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 진동가속도 응답을 감소시키기 위한 대책이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 철도교량을 주행하는 열차의 진동사용성 확보를 위해 Eurocode, 신간선기준, 호남고속철도 설계지침 등에서는 교량의 처짐과 차체연직가속도로 진동사용성 기준을 제시하고 있다. 호남고속철도 설계지침 경우 Eurocode를 인용하였기 때문에 향후 열차의 주행속도와 경간길이의 향상 및 확장에 맞추어 철도교량의 진동사용성 기준을 보완함에 있어 철도선진국들에 비해 상대적으로 뒤처질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 고속철도교량 기술의 국외의존도를 줄이고 기술경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 주행속도의 증가와 열차-교량 진동전달특성 등을 고려할 수 있는 철도교량의 진동사용성 허용처짐을 제시하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 매개변수 연구와 열차-교량 상호작용해석을 수행하여 주행속도의 증가에 따른 차체연직가속도와 교량변위의 상관관계를 파악하였으며 주행속도의 증가와 더불어 차체연직가속도가 증가하는 경향을 확인하고 가속도증폭계수를 제안하였다. 그리고 교량의 처짐형상과 진동을 정현파와 조화운동으로 가정하고 진동전달함수와 가속도증폭계수를 이용하여 고속철도교량의 진동사용성 허용처짐을 수식으로 전개하였다.

  • This paper performed pseudo static analysis and dynamic analysis for CFRD and evaluated reliability with the results of Shaking Table Test. The Seismic coefficient method, modified seismic coefficient method, Newmark method of Pseudo static analysis and frequency domain response analysis, time domain history analysis of dynamic analysis were used. The analysis results were differ between analysis method, but the trends of acceleration and displacement were good agreement with the results of shaking table test.

Determination of Critical Generator Group Using Accelerating Power and Synchronizing Power Coefficient in the Transient Energy Function Method

  • This paper proposes an algorithm for determining critical generator lists using accelerating power and synchronizing power coefficient (SPC), and critical generator group (CGG) from CGG candidates, which is a combination of critical generators. The accurate determination of CGG provides a more accurate energy margin while providing system operator with information of possible unstable generator group. Classical transient energy function (TEF) method selects the critical generators with big corrected kinetic energy of each generator at the moment of fault removal. However, the generator with small acceleration after fault, that is, the generator with small corrected kinetic energy, is also likely to belong to CGG if the generator has small synchronizing power. The proposed algorithm has been verified to be effective compared with the classical TEF method. We utilized the power system of Korean Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO) as a test system.

  • This paper presents accelerated degradation test plans considering adoption of tightened critical values. Under arandom coefficient degradation rate and log-linear acceleration models, the asymptotic variance of an estimatorfor a lifetime quantile at the use condition as the optimization criterion is derived where the degradation ratefollows a lognormal and Reciprocal Weibull distributions, respectively and then the low stress level andproportions ofunits allocated to each stress level are determined. We also show that the developed test plans canbe applied to the multiplicative model with measurement error.

  • The important factor to evaluate the running safety of a railway vehicle would be the interaction force between wheel and rail(derailment coefficient), for which is one of important factors to check the running safety of a railway vehicle that may cause a tragic accident. Especially, a newly developed vehicle that first runs commercially requires necessarily the measurement and evaluation of derailment coefficient for securing the safety of a vehicle while measuring the derailment coefficient in view of securing running safety could be the more important factor than any other factors. In this paper, examined possibility that can forecast derailment possibility to behavior of only vibration and displacement by measuring vibration acceleration and displacement in vehicles that travel actuality rail track, and compares with data of wheel load/lateral force result.

연속식 탈선계수 측정기술 (Measuring Technology of Continuous Method for Derailment Coefficient)

  • Oscillatory wheel load fluctuation of considerable amplitude is almost always observed on railway vehicle running at high speed. From the acceleration measured on the axle-box, the frequency of this fluctuation is estimated to be approximately within 70 Hz. By the conventional measuring method, continuous outputs of wheel load can not be obtained, so it is difficult to investigate such a high frequency phenomenon exactly. We have developed a new method of measuring the forces and derailment coefficient continuously, using two pairs of strain gauge bridges whose output phases are shifted by 90 degree, and summing up the outputs with a weighting function. This method is available for measuring the forces between wheel and rail up to high frequency. In this paper, continuous method of measuring forces between wheel and rail and derailment coefficient.

  • In the current study, a series of experimental and analytical evaluations were performed to introduce the horizontal pseudo static coefficient (kh) as a function of the wall configuration and the reinforcement type for analyzing reinforced soil walls. For this purpose, eight shaking table tests were performed on reduced-scale models of integrated and two-tiered walls reinforced by metal strip and geogrid to determine the distribution of dynamic lateral pressure in the walls. Then, the physical models were analyzed using Mononobe-Okabe method to estimate the value of kh required to establish the dynamic lateral pressures similar to those observed in shaking table tests. Based on the results, the horizontal pseudo static coefficient and the position of resultant lateral force (R) were introduced as a function of the horizontal peak ground acceleration (HPGA), the wall configuration, the reinforcement type as well as maximum wall displacement.

  • When a vehicle is running, wheel is generating vertical and lateral force on the rail, in addition to load of vehicle, through a complicated set of motions. The derailment coefficient refers to the ratio of lateral force to vertical force(wheel load), and if the value exceeds a certain level, a wheel climbs or jumps over the rail. That's why the value is used as a criterion for running safety. Derailment coefficient of rolling stocks alters according to shape of rail track. I measured three-dimensional angular velocity and acceleration to use 3D Motion Tracker. Test result, derailment coefficient of rolling stocks and shape of rail track examined closely that have fixed relation. Specially, was proved that roll motion has the close coupling relation.

  • 탈선은 차륜 플렌지가 레일에 접촉할 때 발생하는 횡방향의 힘이 커져 차륜이 레일을 이탈하는 현상이다. 탈선 또는 주행안전도를 평가하는 대표적인 기준은 탈선계수이다. 차륜에 스트레인게이지를 부착하여 탈선계수를 측정하는 기존방법은 대단히 복잡하고 측정의 실패확률도 높으며, 고도의 측정기술과 고가의 비용이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 안전성확인이 필요한 그 시점에 즉시 확인하지 못하고 있어 안전확보에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차륜과 레일간의 접촉력인 윤중과 횡압을 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 방안을 집중적으로 연구하였으며, 가속도과 변위의 거동만으로 탈선 가능성을 예측할 수 있는 새로운 탈선계수 측정방법을 제시하였다.
