지방대학생들의 학업중단 영향요인과 대학생활만족도 분석 (An Analysis of the Factors Affecting Local University Students' Halting Their Academic Studies and Satisfaction with Their Campus Life)

  • 본 연구는 지방사립대 대학생들의 학업을 중단하게 되는 영향요인과 대학생활만족도 분석을 통해 대학생들의 학업중단 동기를 낮추는데 필요한 기초적인 자료를 얻고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업중단 영향요인으로 사회적 변인, 자긍심, 교육서비스, 가정환경, 개인흥미, 학업능력 등으로 도출되었다. 개인흥미요인과 자긍심이 학업중단여부에 가장 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생활만족도 분석에서는 자긍심, 교육서비스, 개인흥미요인이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업중단 고려자와 비고려자 두 집단 간에 대학생활만족도에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학차원에서 학생들의 모교에 대한 자긍심 향상과 만족도를 높이는 구체적인 노력이 실행되어야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원의 다문화청소년패널 중학교 1학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지 추적한 다섯 시점의 종단자료를 활용하여 부모의 스트레스, 다문화청소년의 심리적 부적응, 학업중단위험이 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화 양상과 세 요인 간의 종단적 상호관련성을 검증하고자 자기회귀교차지연모형을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 5개 조사시점에 걸쳐 이전 시점의 부모의 스트레스는 이후 시점의 다문화 청소년의 심리적 부적응, 학업중단위험에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 5개 조사시점에 걸쳐 이전 시점의 다문화청소년의 심리적 부적응은 이후 시점의 학업중단위험에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년 부모의 스트레스에 대처하기 위한 다양한 지원방안을 제시하고, 다문화 청소년의 심리적 부적응을 감소시켜 학업중단위험을 예방할 수 있는 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.

경력단절 후 재취업한 간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 자아탄력성, 직무 스트레스가 업무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Professional Self-concept, Ego-resilience, and Job Stress on Job Performance of Nurses who are Reemployed after Career Interruption)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress on job performance in reemployed nurses after career interruption. Methods: The participants were 207 nurses who worked at hospitals with more than 100 beds located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces. The nurses had experienced a career interruption of at least one year, and had less than five years of experience at the current workplace. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SPSS 24.0 program and using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The participants' job performance, professional self-concepts, ego-resilience, and job stress showed significant positive correlations. It was found that the professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress had an effect on the participant's job performance in order, and explained 51.3% of variance in job performance. Conclusion: To improve the job performance of career disconnected nurses, it is necessary to reinforce job stress control, professional self-concept, and level of ego-resilience.

온라인 수업에서 치기공과 학생의 학습몰입, 수업만족도, 학업성취도 관계연구 (Research on the immersion in learning, class satisfaction, and academic achievement of dental technology students in online learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine the general characteristics of students in dental technology departments; the correlations among their immersion in learning, class satisfaction, and academic achievement; factors influencing online learning experience; ways to improve students' class satisfaction; and basic data for designing effective online courses. Methods: A total of 300 questionnaires were produced and distributed to dental technology students from September 29 through October 8, 2020. The outcome was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 25.0. A significance level of α=0.05 was used for reliable verification. Results: Immersion in learning, class satisfaction, and academic achievement were relatively high among students who studied on a regular basis, and class satisfaction and academic achievement were relatively high among students who studied with almost no interruption. Concerning the correlations between academic achievement, immersion in learning, and class satisfaction in online learning, the correlation between academic achievement and class satisfaction was the highest at r=0.862. Class satisfaction was the largest factor that influenced academic achievement, and the higher students' immersion in learning and class satisfaction were, the higher their academic achievement was. Conclusion: The research is a case study that investigated the general characteristics of dental technology department students and the correlations among their immersion in learning, class satisfaction, and academic achievement. The study outcome could be used in determining factors that influence online learning and designing effective online courses that improve learner satisfaction.

일부 지역에 거주하는 영아어머니의 모유수유의 중단이유와 모유수유 지식정도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on Why Breastfeeding be Interrupted and Knowledge of Breastfeeding)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the reason of interruption and the knowledge of breastfeeding. The samples of 117 mothers who have the babies between age from 1 month to 12 months were selected from one university hospital and one public health care center in J City. The data were collected with the questionnaire during the period from the January. 5. 2002 through January. 30. 2002. Analysis was done by using frequency. percentage. t-test. ANOVA. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. The comparison of the method of feeding by general characteristics. income state(p= .019), rearing supporters(p=.026) and infant age(p=.03) have shown significant difference as the variables affecting breastfeeding practice rate. Breastfeeding rate were 24.8%. mixed- feeding type, 14.5%. milkfeeding type. 60.7%. 2. The major reason which breastfeeding be done was 'for health of baby'. In the period of breastfeeding, a large number of mothers answered' up to. 6 months'. The major reason of breasttfeeding interruption was 'insufficient quantity of breastmilk'. 3. The mean of knowledge on breastfeeding by feeding patterns were the highest in the breastfeeding group(F= 10.228, p= .000). 4. In a grade of each item on knowledge of breastfeeding, over 80% of mothers wrongly answered in two items; components comparison between breastmilk and cow's milk and when the mother fell sick. whether she have to be feed breastmilk. or not. In the conclusion. this study revealed that knowledge of breastfeeding promoted practice of breastfeeding. However we suggest that systemic and supportive breastfeeding program for promoting the knowledge and the practice rate of breastfeeding have to be provided by nurses.

여성건강간호학의 시뮬레이션 실습교육에서 간호대학생의 환자역할경험의 교육적 효과 (The Educational Effects of the Experience of Nursing Students' Patients Role in the Simulation Practice Education for the Women's Health Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the educational effect among nursing students who performed the patient role in women's health nursing simulations. Methods: In this exploratory qualitative study, a sample of 31 third- and fourth-grade nursing students who participated in scenario-based patient roles in clinical performance examination of the women's health nursing simulation practice training. Data were collected through focus group interviews. Qualitative data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Three themes emerged from the data analysis. Participants experienced an enhancement of patient-centered nursing competence, deep learning immersion and display of self-regulated learning. The difficulty of performing the patient role contributed additional effects such as the difficulty to perform the patient role in the psychological training environment. Conclusion: It is recommended to utilize nursing students as patients in simulation practice training. On the other hand, the psychological training environment can cause difficulties in performing patient roles, a burden on the role of the patient, and involves the interruption of the role.

경력단절여성 진로장벽 척도 개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of Career Barrier Scale for Career Interruption Women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경력단절여성 대상 진로장벽을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 연구 조사 대상은 과거 취업 경험이 있고, 재취업을 희망하고 있으며, 결혼, 임신, 출산, 육아, 가족 돌봄 등의 이유로 퇴직을 경험한 만 20세~54세까지의 기혼여성으로 경력단절 기간은 1년 이상으로 선정하였다. 연구 1에서는 문헌 검토, 경력단절여성 10명 대상 일대일 심층 인터뷰, 경력단절여성 100명 대상 개방형 설문을 실시 하여 7개요인 63개 예비문항을 개발하였다. 연구 2에서는 연구 1에서 도출한 63개 문항으로 경력단절여성 300명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 6개 요인 39문항을 도출하였다. 연구 3에서는 연구 2에서 최종 도출된 39문항과 연구대상에게 중요한 문항이라 판단되었으나 제거된 일부 문항을 추가하여 44문항으로 본조사를 실시 하였다. 경력단절여성 600명을 대상으로 진행된 본조사에서는 본 검사의 구성개념 타당도를 검증하기 위해 전체 표집을 두 집단으로 나누어 집단 1(G1, N=309)은 탐색적 요인분석, 집단 2(G2, N=291)는 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 집단 1에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 결과 최종적으로 6요인 34문항을 도출하였다. 도출된 요인의 모형적합도를 확인하기 위해 집단 2(G2)의 확인적 요인분석을 실시 하였으며 모형적합도 기준에 충족됨을 확인하였다. 개발된 진로장벽 척도의 수렴 타당도를 검증하기 위해 기존 여자 대학생 진로장벽 검사와 상관분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과 경력단절여성 진로장벽 척도와 여자 대학생 진로장벽 검사는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 준거 관련 타당도를 검증하기 위해 취업준비행동, 취업스트레스, 상태불안, 삶의 만족도 변인들과 상관분석을 실시한 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 관련된 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 학문적, 실무적, 정책적 의의 및 제한점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Clinical Audit in Radiation Oncology: Results from One Academic Centre in Delhi, India

  • The objective was to analyze the radiotherapy (RT) practice at the cancer centre of a tertiary academic medical institution in Delhi. This audit from an Indian public institution covered patient care processes related to cancer diagnosis, integration of RT with other anti-cancer modalities, waiting time, overall treatment time, and compliance with RT. Over a period of one year, all consecutively registered patients in radiotherapy were analyzed for the audit cycle. Analysis of 1,030 patients showed median age of 49.6 years, with presentation as stage I and II in 14.2%, stage III and IV in 71.2% and unknown stage in 14.6%. A total of 974 (95%) were advised for RT appointment; 669 (68.6%) for curative intent and 31.4% for palliation. Mean times for diagnostic workup and from registration at cancer centre to radiotherapy referral were 33 and 31 days respectively. Median waiting time to start of RT course was 41 days. Overall RT compliance was 75% and overall duration for a curative RT course ranged from 50 days to 61 days. Non-completion and interruption of RT course were observed in 12% and 13% respectively. Radiotherapy machine burden in a public cancer hospital in India increases the waiting time and 25% of advised patients do not comply with the prescribed treatment. Infrastructure, machine and manpower constraints lead to more patients being treated on cobalt (74%) and by two-dimensional (78%) techniques.

고차단용량 진공인터럽터의 AMF 전극 비교연구 (Comparison of AMF Contacts for High Interrupting Capacity Vacuum Interrupter)

  • As rise the demands for the protcetion of environment and the compactness of equipments, the movement brisks for replacing the circuit breaker of GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) to VI(Vacuum Interrupter). For these reason an increase in the interruption capability of VI is required. To satisfy these requirement, the academic and industrial worlds have been studying extensively for AMF(Axial Magnetic Field) contact, which is effective in interrupting large current over tens of kA, and introduced many kind of AMF contacts. However there are little effort to compare these contacts comprehensively, so it is difficult to choose most suitable shape for user's needs. In this paper, focusing unipolar type contact among various type of AMF contacts, we performed magnetic field analysis for several models designed in same dimension and compared the result and characteristics of each model in order to help deciding the direction for developing profitable VIs for interrupting large current.

가슴압박시 구급대원의 체간 각도와 근활성도 분석 (Analysis of trunk angle and muscle activation during chest compression in 119 EMTs)

  • Purpose: We aimed to investigate trunk angle and muscle activation of the extremity and back to evaluate the effect of chest compression on work-related musculoskeletal disorders in 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: Eighteen 119 EMTs performed 2-minute chest compression without interruption on a cardiopulmonary resuscitation manikin, during which we measured changes in the trunk and shoulder joint angles, muscle activation (triceps brachii, biceps brachii, erector spinae, gluteus maximus, pectoralis major, rectus abdominis, and rectus femoris) and chest compression accuracy. Results: The decrease in trunk angle by trunk muscle activation was the highest in event 2, the major direction of chest compression. Both shoulder joint angles had no significant difference. Muscle activation of the triceps brachii (p < .01), biceps brachii (p < .05), rectus abdominis (p < .05) and rectus femoris (p < .01) significantly increased during the compression phase compared with the decompression phase, with the rectus femoris showing an increase of 19%. Muscle activation of the erector spinae significantly increased in the decompression phase compared with the compression phase (p < .01). Conclusion: 119 EMTs mainly use the triceps brachii, biceps brachii and pectoralis major muscles during chest compression.
