Study on the Single Feed Antenna for 2.64 GHz (2.64 GHz 단일 급전 안테나의 연구)

  • In this paper, we proposed and fabricated the single feed microstrip patch antenna with slot for S-DMB(Satellite-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting). In order to improve of frequency properties, patch size, feed length, and slot size were investigated by HFSS simulation program. The manufactured single feed microstrip patch antenna with slot showed that the measured center frequency, the minimum return loss and -10dB bandwidth were 2.64GHz, -34.67dB and 180MHz, respectively.

  • This paper will provide the cloud service based on PaaS that can enhance reusability of development in the cloud computing environment. The cloud service based on PaaS is the cloud service of platform in the side of development, which provide the reusable framework service that is beyond the existing development tool or management tool service. This reusable framework service will be enhanced reusability using a variety of distributed services.

  • The integrated design system for injection molding has been studied. The current CAD system do not provide mold designers with necessary function for CAD/CAPP/CAE interface except the geometric modeling capability. This paper describes a feature-based CAD system for mold and moldbase design which enables the concurrent design and CIM, with integrated design procedure, at the initial design stage of injection molding A new design methodology and resulting feature data files for this design system are also discussed.

  • The design method of high potential generator of diagnostic X-ray apparatus by using inverter is presented. For the high potential generator, a line filter, a rectifier, a Pulse width modulation control, bridge drive, a high potential transformer and a high potential rectifier circuit were adopted. The high potential generator with switching frequency to be 40 KHz is fabricated by using design method presented in this method. The experimental results are as followings; variable volts of 0∼620 V and variable currents 50∼500 mA.

  • This work presents field-dependent Bingham and response characteristics of MR fluids under shear and flow modes. Two different types of magneto-viscometers are designed and manufactured for the shear and flow modes. respectively. For the MR fluid to be tested, MRF-132LD of Lord co. is employed. The field-dependent yield stress is experimentally distilled at various temperatures using the magneto-viscometers. Time responses of the MR fluids to step electric fields are also evaluated under two operating modes.

  • The paper presents the development of separating system from the slash with solid and liquid. The materials of filter are used rice chaffs, which are widely found in the agricultural village. The performance of separator is experimentally shown through new developed measurement apparatus. The flow rates of the system are evaluated by changing the inlet pressure of slash, thickness of filter and size of particle concentration of rice chaffs. In this work the optimal design parameters can be obtained for the separator for solid and liquid. And in the results rice chaffs filter improve the performance of separator solid and liquid.

  • The synthesis of gates of injection-molded parts has been done empirically, since it requires profound knowledge about the gate design,. which is not available to designers through current CAD systems. GATEWAY is a knowledge module which contains knowledge to Permit non-experts as well as mold design experts to generate acceptable gate design of injection-molded parts. A knowledge-based CAD system is constructed by adding the knowledge module, GATEWAY, for gate synthesis and appropriate CAE programs for mold design analysis to an existing geometric modeler to provide designers, at the initial stage, with comprehensive process knowledge for gate synthesis. Performance analysis and feature-based geometric modeling.

  • Glass ceramics composed of (5-X)$Li_2O$$XAg_2O$ㆍ36CaOㆍ$20TiO_2$.27$P_2O_5$(X=1 to 5) were prepared by melting process and 2 step heat treatment for nucleation at$610^{\circ}C$ and crystallization at $730^{\circ}C$, Fabricated crystal phases were $LiTi_2(PO_4)_3$(LTP),$AgTi_2(PO_4)_3$(AgTP)와 $\beta-Ca_3(PO_4)$. Antibacterial effects and characterizations of the glass ceramics as $Ag_2$O content were investigated. Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi were used in this study. Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi bacteria were removed 5 hours added after glass ceramics.
