사이버 공격 대비 가동 물리장치에 대한 실시간 간접 상태감시시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Real-Time Indirect Health Monitoring System for the Availability of Physical Systems and Minimizing Cyber Attack Damage)

  • 터빈, 배관 및 저장탱크와 같은 물리장치들의 경우 노후화뿐만 아니라 제어장치에 대한 사이버공격으로 인해 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)와 같은 제어시스템의 보호 및 상태감시기능이 동작하지 않는 경우, 피해파급력이 크고, 가동 중지 시 그 비용 손실 또한 매우 크다. 가동 중인 물리장치의 작동을 중지하지 않고 간접적으로 상태감시를 함으로써 가용성을 유지하기 위한 방안으로써 온도, 가속도, 전류 등을 간접적으로 감지하고, 데이터들을 Influx DB에 저장하여 실시간으로 감시하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 실제 구현된 시스템으로부터 데이터를 얻고 이를 이용하여 이상상태를 감지할 수 있음을 검증하였다. 간접적 실시간 감시시스템의 범용화를 통해 데이터를 축적해 활용하면, 추가비용 없이 가동을 중지하지 않고 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미리 고장을 예측하고 필요한 경우에만 조치를 취하는 고장예지기술, 이상상태를 이중으로 감시하는 신뢰도 높은 건전성 관리 기술을 통해 유지보수비용과 위험도를 대폭적으로 감소시키고, 보안위협에 대한 대비가 가능하다.

  • An automatic noise detection system is developed to sense abnormal noises in operating a microwave electronic range. A noise detection method is presented which accounts for the effects of backgound and dynamic noises of the range. A recursive formula used as a noise estimator is a special case of the discrete-time Kalman filter in stochastic processes. Noise levels were measured using a noise acquisition processor in a closed room free of background noise, and detected signals were processes using a microcomputer. The results obtaines showed that the fault detection system should be fast in response to the data acquired and should be high in accuracy and reliability.

  • 저자들은 최근 글을 쓰는 자세에서는 진전이 나타나지 않고 글을 쓸 때에만 진전이 나타나는 전형적인 원발성 진전 A형을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하며, 본 증례를 통해 원발성 서자진전 A형은 표현 양상으로는 서로 다르나 병태생리적으로 서자경련과 유사한 질환임을 추정해 볼 수 있었다.

Code-Reuse Attack Detection Using Kullback-Leibler Divergence in IoT

  • Code-reuse attacks are very dangerous in various systems. This is because they do not inject malicious codes into target systems, but reuse the instruction sequences in executable files or libraries of target systems. Moreover, code-reuse attacks could be more harmful to IoT systems in the sense that it may not be easy to devise efficient and effective mechanism for code-reuse attack detection in resource-restricted IoT devices. In this paper, we propose a detection scheme with using Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence to combat against code-reuse attacks in IoT. Specifically, we detect code-reuse attacks by calculating KL divergence between the probability distributions of the packets that generate from IoT devices and contain code region addresses in memory system and the probability distributions of the packets that come to IoT devices and contain code region addresses in memory system, checking if the computed KL divergence is abnormal.

발전기 계자보호를 위한 계자상실 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on Loss of Excitation Algorithm for Generator Field Protection)

  • The most widely used scheme for detecting loss of excitation on generator is used to sense apparent impedance from generator terminals. This paper presents loss of excitation algorithm using DFT filter based negative offset mho elements for generator field protection. It's algorithm includes two negative mho characteristics looking in the generator. The generator control system was modeled by PSCAD/EMTDC software, and then the proposed algorithm was tested by the collecting relaying signals from selected the generator model. From simulation results, the loss of excitation algorithm can be used to field protection for generator.

위용종 - 어떻게 할 것인가? (Gastric Polyp - Is It Serious?)

  • Gastric polyps are morphological diagnoses that collectively refer to various types of lesions, and are commonly found by accident in gastroscopy. Gastric polyps in the broad sense are commonly referred to as abnormal structures protruding toward the gastric lumen, but are generally used only in lesions of the gastric mucosa. The incidence of gastric polyps ranged from 1 to 30% and varied by reporter, and differs by region. Fundic gland polyps were the most common in the West, while hyperplastic polyps were the most common in Korea. Gastric polyps are usually discovered by accident, but because some kinds of polyps have the potential to transform of malignant tumors, histological diagnosis is essential. There should be adequate treatment and management according to the histological results.

쯔쯔가무시병의 주요 임상적 특성 및 간호중재 분석 (Clinical Characteristics and Nursing Cares of Tsutsugamushi Disease Occurred in Gyongsangbuk-do Community)

  • Objectives : Though Tsutsugamushi disease has been reported with increasing frequencies in rural communities in Korea, it is not easy to find the nursing investigations. Methods : We have conducted a survey on 30 cases who had the fever as a chief complaint, then clinically ruled out the Tsutsugamushi disease in autumn of $2000{\sim}2001$. Data were collected retrospectively by investigation of the general characteristics, clinical and laboratory findings, their nursing care. Findings: Of 30 cases, 46.7% were farmers, and 60.0% had chances of exposure to fields or mountains. The characteristic symptoms and signs were febrile sense and chill(100.0%), headache(80.0%), and eschar(66.7%). Abnormal laboratory findings were anemia (23.3%), elevated AST(60.6%), ALT(63.3%), and abnormal urinalysis findings(50.0%). 53.3% were serologically confirmed as Tsutsugamushi disease. Therapeutic nursing cares were composed with warm up by blancket(50.0%), Ice bag(50.0%) and doxycycline antibiotic therapy(100.0%). Other nursing care for them included fluid therapy(100.0%) and nutritional support with regular(56.7%) or soft diet(43.3%). Conclusion: The above results indicate nurses who take care of acute febrile clients should make her responsible for the fever and pain management as well as give education for infection control for the community inhabitants.

국내 폭염 저감 시설의 온열 만족도에 대한 연구 (A Study on Thermal Satisfaction of Domestic Heat Wave Reduction Facilities)

  • As abnormal climates occur due to the increase in greenhouse gases at home and abroad, various problems such as human casualties, crop damage, energy depletion, and economic loss due to heat diseases, which are one of the extreme climate phenomena, are following one after another. In response, the government has established the 'Climate Crisis Response Special Committee' since 2018, when it recorded the greatest damage in history due to heat waves, and has been carrying out budget formation and reform of laws and systems every year to respond to heat waves. However, in relation to the heat wave damage reduction facility that is being expanded with a large budget, there is no prior research related to the degree of heat loss due to the use of the facility, the difference in effects between specific groups, and the economic effect that comes back compared to the invested budget. Therefore, from a midto long-term perspective, it is expected that it will be difficult to establish a clear direction for policy making. Therefore, in this study, representative facilities were selected according to the principle of heat reduction among the currently expanded heat damage reduction facilities, and a questionnaire survey was conducted for users of each reduction facility (waterfall, awning, pond, and elastic pavement). Accordingly, the change in the sense of heat according to the use of the heat damage reduction facility was checked, and the change in the sense of heat according to the group characteristics (gender, age, metabolic rate) was analyzed to examine the characteristics of the relationship between the facility and the users.

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to bring about a wide range of changes in the industry, based on the assessment that it is the most innovative technology in the last three decades. The manufacturing field is an area in which various artificial intelligence technologies are being applied, and through accumulated data analysis, an optimal operation method can be presented to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes. In addition, AI technologies are being used throughout all areas of manufacturing, including product design, engineering, improvement of working environments, detection of anomalies in facilities, and quality control. This makes it possible to easily design and engineer products with a fast pace and provides an efficient working and training environment for workers. Also, abnormal situations related to quality deterioration can be identified, and autonomous operation of facilities without human intervention is made possible. In this paper, AI technologies used in smart factories, such as the trends in generative product design, smart workbench and real-sense interaction guide technology for work and training, anomaly detection technology for quality control, and intelligent manufacturing facility technology for autonomous production, are analyzed.

몬테소리교육(敎育)에서 아동(兒童)의 정상화과정(正常化過程)에 관한 고찰(考察) (A Study on the Process of Normalizing Children in Montessori's Education)

  • In this article we reviewed the phenomena and processes of normalizing children through documentary records with interest in the aim of Montessori's education methods. The Montessori education method is based on the theory that all children should be respected and their works prized. The normalization of children does not mean only to turn abnormal children into normal ones, but to make normal characteristics - calmness, self-confidence, happiness or patience, etc.- which are latent in themselves, appear on the surface and remold them as new children. To achieve normalization some prerequisites are necessary. They are as follows: 1) The principle of freedom. The freedom in Montessori's education has some limits in prepared environments suitable for developing children as whole persons through their spontaneous activities. 2) Development of the phenomenon of children's attention. Arousal of their attention in the children's primitive inner impulse and sense of spiritual hunger. To satisfy their hunger children divert their interest to certain objects and come to repeated exercise of intelligence. 3) Concentration and repetitive phenomena. Repetition through children's concentration phenomenon is a natural and important fundamental behavior which controls their mental power. Repetitive behavior will form serious discipline and promote development of their intelligence.
