This paper deals with the analysis of leg motion using RGB image. We used RGB image as gait analysis element by using BMC(Background Model Challenge) method and by using combining object recognition segmentation algorithm and attitude detection algorithm. It is considered that gait analysis incorporating image can be used as a parameter for classification of gait pattern recognition and abnormal gait.
This study was conducted on 101 patients who visited hospital for abdominal ultrasonography from May 2020 to December 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out the elasticity according to the ultrasound images (echo pattern, splenomegaly, hepatitis) during the ultrasound examination using the shear wave elastography. The shear wave elastography value of the normal group of the echo pattern was 5.75±1.58 kPa, and the group with the abnormal echo pattern was 8.84±4.94 kPa, and the shear wave elastography value of the abnormal group was high (p<0.05). In normal spleen size, hepatic elasticity value was 6.33±2.54 kPa, and hepatic elasticity value of splenomegaly was 13.73±5.48 kPa. In the case of splenomegaly, the liver elasticity value was high, and there was a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). As the spleen size increased, the liver elasticity value increased by 1.485 times, and as hepatitis progressed, the liver elasticity value increased by 1.573 times (p<0.05). As a result of analysis of concordance between ultrasound imaging findings and shear wave elastography, the Kappa value was found to be as high as 0.922 (p<0.05), which showed high concordance between the two test methods. Additional comparisons of liver elasticity values in shearwave elastography tests along with liver ultrasound findings are thought to be of great help in diagnosing liver fibrosis.
The monitoring and diagnostics of the rotating machinery have been received considerable attention for many years. The objectives are to classify the machinery condition and to find out the cause of abnormal condition. This paper describes a classification method of diagnosing the small reciprocating compressor for refrigerators using the artificial neural network and the wavelet transform. In order to extract salient features, the wavelet transform are used from primary noise signals. Since the wavelet transform decomposes raw time-waveform signals into two respective parts in the time space and frequency domain, more and better features can be obtained easier than time-waveform analysis. In the training phase for classification, self-organizing feature map(SOFM) and learning vector quantization(LVQ) are applied, and the accuracies of them ate compared with each other. This paper is focused on the development of an advanced signal classifier to automatize the vibration signal pattern recognition. This method is verified by small reciprocating compressors, for refrigerator and normal and abnormal conditions are classified with high flexibility and reliability.
In this study, we identified characteristics of heatwaves on the Korean Peninsula and related atmospheric circulation patterns using data on the daily maximum temperature (TMX) and reanalysis data for the past 42 years (1979-2020) and analyzed their connection to the Arctic oscillation (AO). The heatwave on the Korean Peninsula showed to be stronger and more frequent in the 2000s. The recent strong and frequent heatwaves on the Korean Peninsula are mainly affected by abnormal high-pressure over the Korean Peninsula on the middle/upper-level atmosphere and the strengthening of the North Pacific high pressure. Interestingly, composite difference of sea level pressure showed very similar results to the positive AO pattern. The correlation coefficients between the summertime AO and the TMX and HWD of the Korean Peninsula were 0.407 and 0.437, respectively, which showed a statistical significance in 1%, and showed a clear relationship with the abnormal high-pressure over the Korean Peninsula and the strengthening of the North Pacific high pressure. In addition, in the positive AO phase, the TMX and HWD of the Korean peninsula were approximately 30.1 ℃ and 14.6 days, which were about 1.2 ℃ and 8.8 days higher than in the negative AO phase, respectively. As a result of the 15-year moving average correlation analysis, the relationship between the heatwave and AO on the Korean Peninsula has increased significantly since 2003, and the linear relationship between them has become more apparent. Moreover, after the 2000s, when the relationship developed, AO had more strongly induced the atmospheric circulation pattern to be more favorable to the occurrence of heatwaves in the Korean Peninsula. This study implies that understanding the AO, which is the large-scale variability in the Northern Hemisphere, and the Arctic-mid latitude teleconnection, can improve the performance of global climate models and help predict the seasonality of the summer heatwave on the Korean Peninsula.
Most methods for detecting PVC and APC require the measurement of accurate QRS complex, P wave and T wave. In this study, we propose new algorithm for detecting PVC and APC without using complex parameter and algorithms. Proposed algorithm have wide applicability to abnormal waveform by personal distinction and difference as well as all sorts of normal waveform on ECG. To achieve this, we separate ECG signal into each unit patterns and made a standard unit pattern by just using unit patterns which have normal R-R internal. After that, we detect PVC and APC by using similarity analysis for pattern matching between standard unit pattern and each unit patterns.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of three different pelvic tilts on a sit-to-stand (STS) and to suggest a new assessment approach based on biomechanical analysis. The three difrent pelvic tilts were: (1) comfortable pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (CPT STS), (2) posterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (PPT STS) and (3) anterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (APT STS). To determine the onset time of muscle contraction surface electrodes were applied to the rectus femoris muscle (RF), vastus lateralis muscle (VL), biceps femoris muscle (BF), tibialis anterior muscle (TA), gastrocnemius muscle (GCM), and soleus muscle (SOL). The ICC was used for functional linkage analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. First, significant differences were found in kinematic variables and in muscle activation pattern among the three activities. Second, the results of functional integrated analysis revealed that recruited muscle activation patterns changed when the thigh-off was viewed as a reference point. Third, there were independent functional units between the thigh-off and the VL and between the thigh-off and the RF in the functional linkage analysis. The VL and RF acted as prime mover muscles, and more postural adjustment muscle recruitment was required as the demand of postural muscle control increased (PPT STS, APT STS, and CPT STS in order). In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest the following evaluative and therapeutic approach for STS activity. APT STS can be introduced for movement efficiency and functional advantage when abnormal STS is treated. However, excessive APT would change the muscle activation patterns of BF and SOL and require additional postural muscle control to cause abnormal control patterns.
Image analysis algorithm for the quality evaluation of ginseng seedling was investigated. The images of ginseng seedling were acquired with a color CCD camera and processed with the image analysis methods, such as binary conversion, labeling, and thinning. The processed images were used to calculate the length and weight of ginseng seedlings. The length and weight of the samples could be predicted with standard errors of 0.343 mm, and 0.0214 g respectively, $R^2$ values of 0.8738 and 0.9835 respectively. For the evaluation of the three quality grades of Gab, Eul, and abnormal ginseng seedlings, features from the processed images were extracted. The features combined with the ratio of the lengths and areas of the ginseng seedlings efficiently differentiate the abnormal shapes from the normal ones of the samples. The grade levels were evaluated with an efficient pattern recognition method of support vector machine analysis. The quality grade of ginseng seedling could be evaluated with an accuracy of 95% and 97% for training and validation, respectively. The result indicates that color image analysis with support vector machine algorithm has good potential to be used for the development of an automatic sorting system for ginseng seedling.

This paper develops an approach to the algorithm of Gait pattern Analysis and step measurement with Multi-Pressure Sensors. The process of gait consists of 8 steps including stance and swing phase. As 3 parts of foot is supporting most of human weight, multiple pressure sensors are attached on the parts of foot: forefoot, big toe, heel. As 3 parts of foot is supporting most of human weight, multiple pressure sensors are attached on the parts of foot: forefoot, big toe, heel. normal gait proceed from heel, forefoot and big toe over time. While normal gait proceeds, values of heel, forefoot and big toe can be changed over time. So Each values of pressure sensors over time could discriminate whether it is normal or abnormal gait. Measuring Device consists of non-inverting amplifiers and low pass filter. Through timetable of values, normal gait pattern can be analyzed, because of supported weight of foot. Also, the peak value of pressure can judge whether it is walking or running. While people are running, insole of shoes is floating in the air on moment. Using this algorithm, gait analysis and step count can be measured.

The Intrsuion Detecion Systems(IDS) are required the accuracy, the adaptability, and the expansion in the information society to be changed quickly. Also, it is required the more structured, and intelligent IDS to protect the resource which is important and maintains a secret in the complicated network environment. The research has the purpose to build the model for the intelligent IDS, which creates the intrusion patterns. The intrusion pattern has extracted from the vast amount of data. To manage the large size of data accurately and efficiently, the link analysis and sequence analysis among the data mining techniqes are used to build the model creating the intrusion patterns. The model is consist of "Time based Traffic Model", "Host based Traffic Model", and "Content Model", which is produced the different intrusion patterns with each model. The model can be created the stable patterns efficiently. That is, we can build the intrusion detection model based on the intelligent systems. The rules prodeuced by the model become the rule to be represented the intrusion data, and classify the normal and abnormal users. The data to be used are KDD audit data.
For the Mach reflection of symmetric shock waves, only the wave configuration of an oMR(DiMR+DiMR) is theoretically admissible. For asymmetric shock waves, an oMR(DiMR+InMR) will be possible if the two slip layers assemble a convergent-divergent stream tube while an oMR(InMR+InMR) is absolutely impossible. In this paper, an overall Mach reflection configuration with double inverse MR patterns is confirmed using the CFD technique. Classical two- and three-shock theories are also applied for the theoretical analysis. In addition, oscillations of shock wave patterns are computed for the interaction of a hypersonic flow and double-wedge-like geometries.
