간호대학생의 분노표현 대인관계 및 우울 간의 관계 (The Relationships among Anger Expression, Interpersonal Relationship, and Depression in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 분노표현, 대인관계 및 우울 간의 관계와 우울에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 참여자는 경북지역 2개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 209명이었다. 자료는 2016년 12월 1일부터 20일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집되었다. 자료 분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석과 Multiple Regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 분노표현 방식은 4점 만점에 분노표출 평균 2.07, 분노억제 평균 2.24, 분노조절 평균 2.80 이었다. 대인관계 정도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.64 이었다. 우울 정도는 0~3점 범위의 평균 0.98로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 분노표출과 분노억제, 분노억제와 우울은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 분노조절과 우울, 대인관계와 우울은 유의한 부적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 우울정도는 전공만족도, 지원동기에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과, 변수들의 우울에 대한 설명력은 39%이었으며, 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 분노억제, 분노조절, 대인관계로 나타났다. 본 연구는 간호대학생을 위한 역기능적 분노표현 방식인 분노억제 방식을 감소시키고, 분노조절과 대인관계 능력을 향상시켜 우울을 감소시키기 위한 효과적인 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있다.

119 구급대원의 라이프 케어를 위한 스트레스 대처와 직무스트레스 간의 관계에서 극복력의 매개효과 (Mediating effect of Resilience for Life care in the Relationship between Stress Coping and Job Stress of 119 Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • 이 연구는 119구급대원의 라이프 케어를 위하여 스트레스 대처와 직무스트레스 간의 관계에서 극복력의 매개효과를 확인하여 119구급대원의 직무스트레스를 감소시키는 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 이 연구의 자료수집기간은 2019년 10월 5일부터 10월 31일까지 약 4주간이었고, 연구대상자는 G 광역시 119안전센터에서 근무하는 119구급대원 205명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 ver. for Window 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis, Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 유형별 스트레스 대처와 직무스트레스와의 관계에서 극복력의 매개효과 분석에서는 사회적지지, 긍정적 사고 대처유형과 직무스트레스와의 관계에서 극복력의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 그러나 문제해결 대처유형과 직무스트레스와의 관계에서 극복력은 완전매개하였고, 회피 대처유형과 직무스트레스와의 관계에서는 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 119구급대원의 라이프 케어를 위하여 직무스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 문제해결 대처유형은 극복력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 통해 직무스트레스를 감소시켜야 하며, 회피 대처유형은 직무스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램과 극복력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 병행하여 실시하는 것이 가장 효과적이라는 결론을 얻었다.

고등학생의 자아분화 정도 및 가족기능과 스트레스 수준에 대한 연구 (Self-differentiation, Family Function and Stress Level in High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between high school students' self-differentiation, family function and their level of stress. Method: A questionnaire which consisted of questions on general characteristics of the high school students, and 36 questions on self-differentiation, 17 questions on family function, and 37 questions on level of stress was used to collect the data. Participants were 201 second grade high school students from Bucheon City. Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression were used with SPSS 10.0 to analyze the data. Results: The mean scores for self-differentiation, family function, and levels of stress were 3.27, 3.39, and 2.61 respectively. The relationship between self-differentiation and level of stress revealed a significant negative correlation. The relationship between self-differentiation and family function showed a significant positive correlation. The relationship between family function and stress level showed a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: The results of the study show that variation in level of stress was related to family regression, recognition/emotional function, family projection, role recognition and emotional support and emotional cutoff which together explained 40.9% of the variance in level of stress.

임상간호사의 감정노동과 소진의 관계에서 사회적지지와 감성지능의 효과 (Effects of Social Support and Emotional Intelligence in the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Burnout among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of social support and emotional intelligence in the relationship between emotional labor and burnout among clinical nurses. Methods: The sample for this study consisted of 382 nurses from four hospitals located in Seoul or Gyunggi Province. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, Pearson Correlation, Hierarchical Multiple Regression, and Path Analysis. Results: It was found that: (a) emotional labor had a positive effect on burnout, while social support and emotional intelligence had negative effects on burnout; (b) social support and emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between emotional labor and burnout, and (c) social support mediated the relationship between emotional labor and burnout, whereas emotional intelligence did not. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that high levels of support had a buffering effect and mitigated the negative effects of the emotional labor on burnout. Therefore, strategies to enhance social support for nurses are needed and further research needs to be done to refine this study.

강직성 척추염 환자의 자기 효능과 운동지속과의 관계 (The Relationship between Self-efficacy and Exercise Adherence in Patients with Ankylosing spondylitis)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and adherence of exercise in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. The subjects for this study were the 50 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who had been diagnosed as out patients in the Rheumatism Center of one university hospital in Seoul and participated in the 8 weeks exercise program. The data were collected by a questionnaire the period from April 1 to May 2, 2000. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Frequencies, using the SAS program. The results were as follows: The mean duration for exercise adherence of ankylosing spondylitis was 12.2 months. The mean self-efficacy score was 74.3 in a possible range of 10 to 100. A significant difference of self-efficacy was found between adherers and non-adherers and self-efficacy of adherer was higher than that of non-adheres(t=4.25, p=.001). Self-efficacy was significantly associated with the total duration of an exercise adherence(r=.42, p=.001). These findings may indicate that the relationship between self-efficacy and exercise adherence in patients with ankylosing spondylitis was supported. From these results, it can be suggested that the relationship between self-efficacy and exercise adherence in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Therefore, intervention is needed to promote self-efficacy of ankylosing spondylitis and futher studies should develop self-efficacy promoting programs for patients with ankylosing spondylitis.

간호사의 업무 스트레스에 대한 연구 -정신과 간호사 중심- (A Study on Work Stress Perceived by Clinical Nurses)

  • This study was designed to measure the degree of work stress perceived by clinical nurses working in psyciatric ward, and to identify the factors influencing the difference of work stress. The survey method was used and the subjects of this study consisted of 135 psyciatric nurses from 7 university hospitals and 4 provincial general hospitals. The data were collected from August 1 to 20, 1988. The instrument used for this study was PNOSS(Psychiatric Nurse Occupational Stress Scale) which was developed by Bai(1989). The confidence verification of this instrument was computed and the Cronbach $\alpha$ was 0.94050. Data were analysed by t-test and ANOVA on 5% significant level with SPSS program. The results of study were summerized as follow : 1) The degree of perceived stress among psychiatric nurses was considerably high(4.32 out of 6.00). 2) Among the stressors, inadequate staffing(5.04), hospital administrational problems (4.7) and the conflict of nurse-patient relationship were identified as the stress factors with high rank of degree of stress. 3) There was significant relationship between the degree of stress and the demographic variables of nurses such as the marital status, educational level, and the motivation of working in psychiatric ward. 4) There was significant relationship between the job-related variables such as the working duration, the motivation of working and nurse's attitude toward the psychiatric patients. 5) The relationship between several stress factors and some of the demographic and the job-related variables were significantly identified.

간호대학생의 손씻기 지식과 수행의 관계에서 자기효능감과 지각된 행위통제의 조절 및 매개효과 (Moderation and Mediation Effects of Self-efficacy and Perceived Behavioral Control on the Relationship between Knowledge of and Compliance with Handwashing in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between handwashing knowledge and handwashing compliance in nursing students and to identify the moderation and mediation effects of self-efficacy and perceived behavioral control on the relationship. Methods: The participants were 172 nursing college students who completed the self-report measures. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis was used to test moderation and mediation effects. Results: The score for knowledge of handwashing was higher in participants who had completed fundamentals of nursing practicum (t=-6.54, p<.001) and the score for compliance with handwashing was higher in participants who had completed clinical practicum (t=-3.81, p<.001) or fundamentals of nursing practicum (t=-5.97, p<.001). Self-efficacy showed a significant moderation effect (z=2.21, p=.027) but not a mediation effect while perceived behavioral control had a significant mediation effect but not a moderation effect on the relationship between knowledge of handwashing and compliance. Conclusion: Findings indicate that clinical practicum and fundamentals of nursing practicum were helpful to nursing students in acquiring knowledge and in practicing proper handwashing technique. These findings suggest that continuing and repetitive education programs on handwashing need to be enhanced and strategies to strengthen self-efficacy and perceived behavioral control need to be included in education programs.

정신간호조무요원의 업무스트레스 및 근무의욕에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Work Stress and the Morale perceived in Psychiatric Nursing Assistants)

  • This study was done to analyze the relationship between task stress and morale in psychiatric nursing assistants. The subjects were 118 psychiatric nursing assistants selected from the National Mental Hospital in Seoul and 18 non-medical mental institutions. The data were collected from October 22 to November 12, 1994. The instruments used for this study were modified PNOSS (Psychiatric Nurse Occupational Stress Scale) which was developed by Bai and modified the Morale scale which was developed by Oh. The confidence varification of these instruments were computed and Cronbach $\alpha$=.9255, .9260. Data were analyzed by t -test, ANOVA on 5% significant level and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study are as follows : 1. The average work stress scores of subjects were 2.83. Among the work stress factors : the conflict with nurse was identified as the most stress factor. There was significant relationship between the degree of work stress and the variables of psychiatric Nursing Assistants such as the marital status, educational level, religion, job satisfaction, working place, predicted period of work. 2. Average total morale scores for the subjects was 3.08. There was a significant relationship between the degree of morale and variables of psychiatric nursing assistants such as working place, certification as a nursing assistant, job satisfaction, opportunity for practical education and predicted period of work. 3. There was a significant relationship between the degree of morale and work stress factors such as administration problem, work overload.

유아교육기관 유형에 따른 교사.또래관계 및 아동 발달에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teacher and Peer Relationships and Child development in Kindergarten and Childcare Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore leacher and peer relationships and child development in two types of early childhood program; halfway kindergarten and full-day childcare. The subjects were 90 four and half year old children and their teachers enrolled in 10 kindergartens and 20 childcare centers in Seoul. Each teacher evaluated her children with six scales developed by NICHD Early Child Care Research Network(1996); child-leacher relationship, peer relationship, social competence, adaptive language, behavior characteristics, and behavior problems. The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: First, the girls in both programs had closer relationship with their teachers than the boys. The boys in the daycare were less dependent than those of kinder; on the other hand, the girls in the daycare were more dependent than those of kinder. Second, there was no significant difference in peer relationship between the children in both centers. Third, the girls of both centers scored higher than the boys in social competence. Fourth, in the child's adaptive language, both boys and girls were well developed, but girls were higher than boys, especially in kinder Fifth, the children in both centers behaved attentively in the groups, but in particular, the girths were more attentive. Finally, most of children were received low scores in the behavior problem scale.

미혼임부의 건강지각, 산전간호행위 및 건강증진행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Health Perception, Prenatal Care Behaviors and Health Promoting Behaviors in Unmarried Pregnant Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the relationship between health perception, prenatal care behaviors and health promoting behaviors of unmarried pregnant women. Method: The subjects were 97 unmarried pregnant women. The data was collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire. Adjusted instruments were the health perception scale developed by Ware, prenatal care behavior scale developed by Lee, and health promoting behavior scale developed by Pender. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and the Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS program. Result: The mean score of health perception was 3.3, and Resistance-Susceptibility was the highest. The mean score of prenatal care behaviors was 2.9, while that of health promoting behaviors was 2.5. The relationship between health perception and prenatal care behaviors was significant(r=0.268, p=.008). The relationship between prenatal care behaviors and health promoting behaviors was also significant (r=0.633, p=.000). Conclusion: The higher the health perception of unmarried pregnant women, the more they are concerned about good prenatal care behaviors. Unmarried pregnant women did well on health promoting behaviors when they had are high degree of good prenatal care behaviors. Therefore, in order to promote positive health perceptions of unmarried pregnant women, it is necessary to develop and adjust various education and supporting programs.
