This paper describes that study which construct a theoretic and experimental algorithm in order to make the automatic correction system od detent spring, and when load for correction pressed at spring, it can be found elastic and plastic deformation quantities by Finite Element Analysis. As a result, it has been found that the simulation datas are in good agreement with experimental results.

The electrical characteristics of the capacitor dielectric films of amorphous silicon-nit-ride-oxide(ANO) structures are compared with the capacitor dielectric films of oxide-nitride-oxide (ONO) structrues The electrical characteristics of ONO and ANO films were evaluated by high frequency(1 MHz) C-V high frequency C-V after constant voltage stree I-V TDDB and refresh time measurements. ANO films shows good electrical characteristics such as higher total charge to breakdown storage capacitance and longer refresh time than ONO films. Also it makes little difference that leakage current and flat band voltage shyift(ΔVfb)of ANO ana ONO films.

본 논문에서 DES를 대체하기 위해 몇 년에 걸쳐 제안된 관용 암호알고리즘의 하나인 IDEA(International Data Encryption Algorithm)의 구현을 제안하고자 한다. IDEA의 암호화 수행시간의 개선을 위하여 VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description Language)을 이용하여 하드웨어로 설계하였고 설계된 알고리즘은 EDA tool인 Synopsys를 사용하여 Synthesis하였으며, Xilinx의 FPGA XC4052XL을 이용하여 One Chip화 시켰다. 입력 클럭으로 30MHz를 사용하였을 때, data arrival time은 780.09ns였으며, 80.01 Mbps의 속도로 동작하였다. 본 논문은 설계 언어로서 VHDL을 사용하였고, FPGA Chip에 구현하여 동작 확인을 하였다.

본 논문은 문헌정보학의 연구동향을 규명하기 위하여 1957년부터 1997년 12월까지 국내에서 출판된 단행본 1,855종을 내용분석(Content Analysis)을 이용하여 저자별 생산성, 주제별 생산성, 대학별 생산성, 연구방법별 생산성에 대한 분석을 살펴봄과 동시에 그 결과를 통한 핵심전공주제, 핵심저자, 전공분야별 핵심저자, 언어분석 등을 각각 수량적으로 분석 조사하였다. 이 같은 연구는 문헌정보학의 핵심주제와 관심영역, 주제의 편중과 분포, 학문의 전반적인 흐름을 파악할 수가 있었다.

A method is described for the solution of a linearly constrained program with parametric nonlinear objective function. The algorithm proposed in this paper may be regarded as an extension of the simplex method for parametric linear programming. Namely, it specifies the basis at each stage such that feasibility ana optimality of the original problem are satisfied by the optimal solution of the reduced parametric problem involving only nonbasic variables. It is shown that under appropriate assumptions the algorithm is finite. Parametric procedures are also indicated for solving each reduced parametric problem by maintaining the Kuhn-Tucker conditions as the parameter value varies.

This paper deals with the problem of locating facilities with upper and lower capacity bounds in a single level physical distribution system at minimum total costs. Several known schemes for location problems with upper capacity bounds only are successfully extended to our case and then implemented into our branch ana bound solution procedure. Computational experiments with twelve test problems suggest the effectiveness of our approach by showing that only a small amount of additional computation is required for our problem as compared to that for the problems with upper capacity bounds.

Experimental results for variation of concrete strength according to vibration time control for fresh concrete were given. Vibration velocity, time before vibration and vibrating time were used as experimental parameters. Compressive strength, split tensile strength, ana bond strength were investigated and then fracture surfaces of split tensile strength specimen were observed. From the experimental results, it could be concluded that there may be no decrease in concrete strengths if time before vibration will be sustained at least for more than 3 hours.

In this letter, we proposed a novel DGS (Defected Ground Structure) microstrip resonator. The proposed DGS resonator has the resonant and anti-resonant characteristic that is very similar to those of a SAW resonator or a FBAR. In order to confirm the validity of the proposed resonator, we designed and implemented bandpass fitters by using series ana parallel resonators.

Volumetric error measurement and calibration of a coordinate measuring machine are studied by using a Ball-Bar artifact. Examples of the Ball-Bar design are shown using inbar materials and precision steel balls. Also, for the uncertainty error using the Ball-Bar is discussed. Method of Ball-Bar artifact and the analysis of the error vectors are proposed. Using the Ball-Bar data, we studied the method of volumetric errors ana]ysis of a coordinate measuring machine.
