만성 요통에 대한 방광정격(膀胱正格) 복합치료가 양도락에 미치는 효과 (Effect of $Sa-Am$ Acupuncture Bladder Reinforcing Method to Ryodoraku on the Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain)

  • Objective : This study was done for reporting the effect of $Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method to $Ryodoraku$ on the patients with chronic low back pain Methods : We investigated 49 cases of patients with chronic low back pain, and devided patients into two groups : We treated one group by needling with $Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method, and did the other group by needling without $Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method. And we analyzed the $Ryodoraku$ score (F4). Results : 1. In $Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method group and non-$Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method group, compared with baseline, at final, $Ryodoraku$ score (F4) was significantly increased. 2. At final, $Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method group showed significant increase on $Ryodoraku$ score (F4) score compared with non-$Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method group. Conclusions : $Sa-Am$ acupuncture bladder reinforcing method showed significant improvement in $Ryodoraku$ score (F4) on chronic low back pain.

다상포낙선검파법에 관한 연구

  • AM파의 검파에 있어서 반송파의 주파수와 변조신호의 현파수와의 비가 10:1 이하로 되면 종래의 AM검파기로는 만족할만한 파형의 검파출력을 얻을 수 없다. 이와같이 초광대성 AM신호의 검파가 불가능하였든 것은 검파회로내에 있는 R-C 회로의 충방전현상으로 인한 것이며 이것이 AM 또는 FM초다중통신의 통신용량을 제안하는 한 원인이되고 있다. 본논문에서는 이 문제의 해결책으로서 다상포낙선검파법을 제안하며 아울러 동검파법의 이론적인 해석도 제시하였다. 본다상포낙선검파법을 이용하면 AM파의 반송파의 편파수와 변조신호의 편파수와의 비가 1:1에 가까울때에도 요구되는 여하한 충실도라도 충족시킬수 있는 AM검파파형을 얻을 수 있다. 본다상포낙선검파법의 이론적인 뒷받침을 위하여 본논문에서 제창한 두가지의 구성방안중에서 주파수변환방식을 대하여 실험하였다.

일제시대 사암침법에 관한 의사학적 고찰 - 문헌중심으로 - (Medical Historical Studies on various parties of Sa-am acupuncture)

  • The Sa-am acupuncture is the acupuncture method created during Chosun Dynasty. It is a unique acupuncture method that was created solely in Korea. Its theories are based on the 69th article of "Classic of Difficult Issues", or Nanjing (難經), which says "tonify its mother when deficiency occurs, and purgate its son when excess occurs" (虛則補其母, 實則瀉其子); the concept of "controlling the viscera which restrains the target" "抑其官" was added to this theory to form the principle of Sa-am acupuncture. It is significant that it turns to the basic principles of the Five Viscera and Six Bowels rather than the 體針 or 阿是針 of the existing acupuncure. Sa-am acupuncture was established in the middle of Chosun Dynasty and was popularized to the practitioners of Korean Medicine through transcripts and printed books. The medical books of at the time of Japanese imperialism that introduced Sa-am acupuncture are "經絡學總論", "舍岩鍼灸訣", "經濟要訣", "靑囊訣", "察病要訣", "濟世寶鑑", "經驗寢具編", and "舍岩 靑囊訣". The magazine that mentions the Sa-am acupuncture is "韓方醫藥". The books on Traditional Medicine that is related to Sa-am acupuncture were of great help in reconstruction of Sa-am acupuncture after the liberation of Korea and explaining the principle of Sa-am acupunture in various angles.

형질전환 담배에서 Amaranthus 저장단백질인 AmA1 유전자의 발현 (Expression of AmA1 Gene Encoding Storage Protein of Amaranthus in Transgenic Tobacco)

  • Amaranthus hypochondriacus의 저장 단백질을 encoding 하는 AmA1 유전자를 RT-PCR 방법을 이용하여 분리하고 특성화하였다. AmAl 유전자를 담배에 형질전환 시키기 위해 CaMV 35S promoter와 3'NOS를 가지고 있는 식물 발현 vector에 subcloning 하고 이 재조합 vector를 이용하여 Agrobacterium-mediated형질전환 방법을 이용하여 담배에 도입시켰다 신초는 0.1 mg/L NAA, 1.0 mg/L BA, 100 mg/L kanamycin 그리고 250 mg/L cefotaxime이 첨가된 MS 선발 배지에서 선발했고, 선발된 신초는 식물 생장 조절제를 첨가 하지 않고 200 mg/L kanamycin과 250 mg/L cefotaxime이 첨가된 MS배지에서 뿌리를 유도하였다. 선발된 담배의 게놈내의 AmA1 유전자의 존재는 PCR 방법과 hybridization을 이용하여 확인되었고, AmA1 유전자의 발현은 RT-PCR방법과 Southern blot hybridization을 사용하여 확인되었다.

수용액중 급위량 Am의 거동 (The Behavior of Microamounts of Americium in Aqueous Solution)

  • 수용액중에 극미량의 Am의 거동이 pH변화에 따라 변화하는 것을 원심분리법으로 조사하였다. 이 연구에서 평형시간을 2~3주 연장, 방사성 코로이드 형성에 있어서의 시간효과를 조사하였다. 또한 실리카겔 및 Fe$^{3+}$ 등 외부 물질을 첨가하여 그 효과를 조사하였으며, 또한 진한 전해질물질의 효과도 아울러 조사하였다. 그 결과, pH 6에서 Am은 불순입자, 또는 용기벽과 이온 흡착과정으로 급속히 흡착이 일어났다. 외부물질의 첨가는 Am의 흡착을 촉진하였으며, 진한 전해질물질의 첨가로 흡착이 방해되었다. pH 7에서 Am은 pH 6조건과는 전혀 다른 거동을 나타내었다. 일부 Am은 용기 기벽에서 빠른 흡착이 일어났으며, 1~2일 후에 일부는 탈착되었다.

Conformational Investigations of HMPAO Isomers and Their Zinc(II) Complexes

  • Isomers based on the RS and EZ geometrical isomerism of the neutral, deprotonated species of HMPAO and their complexes with zinc(Ⅱ) ion have been investigated by semiempirical AM1 optimization method. The Hartree-Fock energies on AM1 geometries o f HMPAO species were calculated with HF/6-31G* methods. Twenty-two isomers of the neutral and twenty isomers of the deprotonated species of HMPAO have been found. The presence of four EE-series isomers of both zinc(Ⅱ) complexes with the neutral and deprotonated HMPAO have been expected and the SREE typical isomer of both types of complexes is the most stable isomer. Energies of complexation of zinc(Ⅱ)/HMPAO isomers with AM1 geometries were calculated by HF/ 6-31G*method. Due to the complexations with zinc(Ⅱ), the structural reorganizations of some isomers of the neutral HMPAO have been occurred. The optimized geometrical parameters of the related conformations have been discussed in terms of their stabilities and existences.

선형화기를 이용한 위성통신용 X-밴드 TWT 증폭기 선형특성 개선 (Linear Characteristics Improvement of X-band TWT Amplifier for Satellite Communication with Linearizer)

  • 본 논문에서는 7.9 GHz~8.4 GHz 에서 동작하는 위성통신용 X-밴드 TWT의 AM-AM과 AM-PM 변환특성을 분석하고 선형화기를 이용하여 선형성과 IMD 특성을 개선하였다. 선형화기를 포함하는 TWT는 개선된 AM-AM과 AM-PM 변환특성을 나타내며, 1 dB 압축점은 12.3 dB, $2.0^{\circ}/dB$ 위상왜곡점은 10 dB 개선되었다. 또한 동작출력에서 3차 상호변조 특성인 IMD3는 16.2 dB 개선되어 37.0 dBc로 측정되었다. 또한, 고출력 증폭기의 IMD 측정 방안을 제시하고, TWT의 AM-PM 왜곡 특성을 보상하여 출력전력과 선형 특성을 개선할 수 있음을 나타내었다.

냉각판으로 제조한 반응고 AM100A 마그네슘 합금의 미세조직 및 열간 압출성 (The Microstructures and Hot Extrudability of Semi-solid AM100A Magnesium Alloy Fabricated by Cooling Plate)

  • In this study, we investigated optimum condition of cooling plate method to obtain semi-solid AM100A Mg alloy with fine and globular morphology. AM100A Mg alloy were hot extruded at $380^{\circ}C$ extrusion temperature under extrusion ratio of 25 : 1 and ram speed of 2.4 mm/sec. Vickers hardness test, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and image analyzer were performed to identify the optimum conditions of cooling plate method. Optimum conditions of cooling plate method to fabricate semi-solid AM100A Mg alloy with fine and globular microstructures were achieved at a pouring temperature of $602^{\circ}C$ and the angle of cooling plate of 60 degree.

Construction of a Transposon-mediated Baculovirus Vector Hanpvid and a New Cell Line for Expressing Barnase

  • In this study we developed the transposon-mediated shuttle vector 'Hanpvid', which composed of HaNPV (Heliothis armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus) genomic DNA and a transposon cassette from Bacmid of Bac-to-Bac system. Hanpvid replicates in E. coli in the same way as Bacmid and retains infective function in cotton bollworm cells (Hz-AM1). Using Hanpvid we constructed a recombinant virus, which could infect Hz-AM1 cells and generate recombinant HaNPV (rHa-Bar) containing the barnase gene, a ribonuclease gene from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Since the expression vector carrying barnase gene cannot replicate in the absence of barstar, a specific inhibitor of barnase, we constructed a new cotton bollworm cell line (AM1-NB) using the marker rescue method. In AM1-NB barstar was integrated into the cellular chromosome to sustain the replication of rHa-Bar. To screen out recombinant HaNPV for potential use as biopesticide, Hz-AM1 and AM1-NB cell lines were infected with rHa-Bar, respectively. The results obtained indicate that Viral progenies in AM1-NB were 23 and 160 times greater than those in Hz-AM1 48 h and 72 h after infection, respectively. With additional insertion of the polyhedron gene from AcNPV (Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus) into the Hanpvid genome, rHa-Bar regained the polyhedron phenotype and its pest-killing rate greatly improved. Toxic analysis showed that the lethal dosages ($LD_{50}$) and the lethal time(s) ($LT_{50}$) of rHa-Bar were reduced by 20% and 30%, respectively, compared to wt-HaNPV in the third instar larvae of cotton bollworm. This study shows that in AM1-NB barnase can be effectively produced and used as pest-killing agent for the biological control of cotton pests.

Study of Solvent Effects in Diels-Alder Reaction through Charge Transfer Formation by Using Semi-empirical Calculations

  • Study of computational model of the concerted Diels-Alder reaction between 9,10-dimethyl anthracene (as donor) and tetracyanoethylene (as acceptor) in absence and in presence of aromatic solvents (benzene, mesitylene and hexamethylbenzene, as donors) using an AM1 semi-empirical method. AM1 method used to study the neutral charge transfer complex models that could be expected between donor and acceptor during the course of the concerted Diels-Alder reaction. Calculated enthalpies of reaction of the charge transfer complexes models showed physical and chemical meaning for explain the effect of aromatic solvents on the kinetic process of concerted Diels-Alder reaction that contains tetracyanoethylene.
