1991년 11월부터 인삼연초연구원의 제의에 따라 국립보건원 AIDS과에서 고려홍삼을 HIV 감염자들에게 제공하기 시작하였으며 지금도 일부 동일한 환자들을 대상으로 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그간의 연구 성과와 최근 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 치료제들에 대한 내성실태에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

매년 12월 1일은 UN에서 정한 세계에이즈의 날이다. 올해로 19회를 맞은 세계에이즈의 날에는 전 세계적으로도 많은 행사가 펼쳐졌으며 우리나라도 이에 동참하여 일반국민들에게 에이즈예방과 더불어 감염인에 대한 인권향상 및 편견과 차별해소의 계기를 마련하고자 여러 가지 뜻 깊은 행사를 가졌다.

In order to investigate the relationship between HIV / AIDS and the malformed entertainment industry caused by the prostitution after the prostitution law, this paper visualizes the number of entertainment industry relative to the population density and the number of infected persons using the R program. Also, let's try to grasp the cause of whether any unexpected variable acts via correlation and whether the numerical value of HIV / AIDS-infected person is high in the vicinity of a secret store due to external factors. therefore, In order to create a healthy society, let us examine the goals and attitudes that we should aim for big data analysis through R, and discuss the areas that need further research in the future.

This study examined the effects of a photographic exhibition of HIV/AIDS on people's AIDS knowledge and attitudes. The subjects in this study were 620 people who came to see the AIDS photo exhibition that was held in Seoul, Ansan and Ulsan area. The data were collected before and after seeing the AIDS photo exhibition by using structured questionnaires from July 21, 2003 to July 31, 2004. The result indicated that there were differences in AIDS knowledge and attitudes after viewing the photo exhibition and the differences were statistically significant. The results suggested that the AIDS photo exhibition was effective for increasing knowledge about AIDS and changing the attitude toward people with AIDS. Therefore, it is recommended to utilize the AIDS photos exhibition for AIDS prevention education.
