시판 김치 구매 행동에 관한 연구 - 구매 경험이 있는 전북지역 주부를 대상으로 - (A Study on Purchase Behavior of Kimchi on Sale - Focusing on Housewives in Jeonbuk Area Who had Purchase Experience -)

  • This paper investigated the purchase behavior of Kimchi products by surveying housewives in Jeonbuk area who have purchased Kimchi products. The studied consumers purchased Kimchi products for the convenience and time-saving aspects. Factors taken into account when purchasing Kimchi were hygiene, taste and ingredients. The main places of purchase for Kimchi products were large discount markets. The purchase information paths were product displays at stores and recommendations from acquaintances. The most purchased type of Kimchi products was cabbage Kimchi. An one-time purchase amount was 10,000~30,000 won. The most purchased size was to be 500 g~1 kg. Desired improvements for Kimchi products were a display of the ingredients origin, exclusion of monosodium glutamate, freshness, and hygiene. Based on the results, this research aids in analyzing the marketing mix (4P: product, price, place, promotion) of Kimchi products for Kimchi manufacturers.

  • The casting defects that are caused by molten metal were cold shut formation, entrapment of air, gas, and inclusion. But the control of casting defects has been based on the experience of the foundry engineers. In this thesis, the computer simulation analyzed the flow of molten metal. The quantitative analyses which proposed the effective mold design was executed Flow patterns of 0.15-0.16m/s molten metal in 15 mm thin plate casting were investigated in order to optimize die-casting process. As increasing ingate velocity in thin plate casting, cold shot was decreased. The parameters of runner shape that affected on the optimized conditions that was calculated with simple equation were investigated. These die casting process control techniques of automobile valve body mid-plate have achieved good agreement with the experimental data of tensile strength, hardness test, and material structure photographies satisfactory results.

  • The Korean government recently announced a plan of the Carbon Neutral policy in addition to the Green New Deal of the Korean New Deal and the Renewable Energy 3020. The energy sector is entering the era of major transformation involving the expansion of decarbonization, decentralization, and digitalization. DNA-oriented ICT technology will be incorporated into the sector. Further, new energy industries and services are being realized via efficient and smart operation and by appropriately managing the energy-environment changes. Recently, ETRI presented a technology development map for 2035 comprising 12 new concepts in four major fields(personal, social, industrial and public) of national intelligence. This map includes the concept of "Energy Maestro" associated with the field of public intelligence for human sustainability. This paper briefly introduces this concept and ETRI's Energy-R&D status. Based on the domain knowledge and the experience acquired through the R&D, ETRI will lead to a new paradigm with respect to the creation of new energy services and industries via the incorporation of the new ICT technologies including AI and big-data into the energy sector.

  • 메타버스는 가상과 현실이 연결된 디지털 사회에서 사회·문화·경제 활동을 하며 다양한 가치를 생산할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 메타버스 서비스와 산업 현황을 분석하고 서비스 플랫폼 구현 기술들을 살펴봄으로써 그 발전 방향을 예측해 본다. 그리고, 지속가능한 메타버스를 구성하기 위한 메타버스 윤리(Metaverse Ethics)와 사용자들의 서비스 참여를 높이기 위한 메타버스 사용자경험(UX)에 대해서도 논의한다. 마지막으로, 기술 경쟁력 확보를 위해 디지털 윤리와 UX가 반영된 메타버스 R&D 추진전략을 제시한다.

Factors Affecting Accounting Policy Choice: Evidence from Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the direction and significance of variables influencing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) decisions regarding accounting policy in Vietnam. Research data was collected through a survey of 296 subjects, including chief accountants, accountants, managers, and lecturers with practical experience in accounting work at enterprises. With the help of specialized software SPSS, determining the impact of factors on the choice of accounting policy of enterprises is done through a multivariate regression model with control tools Cronbach's alpha determination, EFA factor analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis. Research results show that there are seven factors affecting the choice of accounting policy in Vietnamese SMEs; in which, the factors information technology, legal environment, information demand, manager's awareness, and accounting qualification have a positive impact; and two factors are tax pressure, and financial leverage have a negative impact on accounting policy choice. These results are consistent with most of the previously published studies. However, in contrast to many previous studies, our research shows that accounting's psychological factor does not affect the accounting policy choice. This is consistent with the characteristics of SMEs in Vietnam because the role of accountants is not appreciated in the business.

디지털트윈 기반의 인더스트리 메타버스 : 사례분석을 통한 프레임워크의 정립 (Establishing the Framework of Industry Metaverse based on Digital Twin through Case Studies)

  • With the development of digital technology and the influence of the global pandemic, the metaverse, a three-dimensional virtual world, is receiving attention in society, economy and overall industry, and the manufacturing industry is also accepting it as a major strategic agenda for digital transformation. Therefore, in this study, the concept of the industry metaverse from the perspective of the manufacturing industry was defined, and the types of the industry metaverse were classified into four types by reflecting the characteristics of the manufacturing industry based on the general metaverse scenario presented in previous studies. These are Virtual behavior simulation, Augmented operation of business objects and Virtual experience simulation, Augmented decision of business subjects. In addition, through case analysis of solutions used in the manufacturing industry, it was confirmed that the central technology of the Industry Metaverse is the digital twin, and that it is being implemented by convergence with major digital technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, digital human, and AI. This study will be able to provide guidelines for future research on the metaverse from the perspective of the manufacturing industry and establishment of a digital transformation strategy for the industry.

Establishing Online Meeting Climate Types and Developing Measurements: Impact on Meeting Satisfaction

  • In the post covid-19 era, organizations will experience a new environment. Advances in technologies such as AI and big data, and new experiences such as online meetings and lectures, will increase the use of online communication. Businesses will increasingly engage in online-based information sharing, virtual team operations, and online meetings. This study focuses on meeting climate and satisfaction, to improve the performance of online meetings. Existing studies on meeting climate presuppose off-line situations. Offline and online communication methods and meeting formats are different. This paper proposes new climate types to develop an appropriate climate for online-based meetings. To apply these climates in online meetings, a measurement scale was developed and the impact on online meeting satisfaction was verified. As a result of the study, it was found that the creativity-oriented meeting climate was the most important, and relation-oriented and participation-oriented meeting climates also had a significant effect, while the direction-oriented and task-oriented climates were relatively less important. This study develops new variables and measurements for online meeting climates, and explains their importance. Companies will be able to leverage the appropriate climates for online meetings to improve performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 현장학습 경험의 신뢰성 있는 수행내용을 보장하기 위해 블록체인 기반 NFT 보고서를 제안하였다, 확장현실(extended reality, XR)과 연계한 모바일 IP 기반의 메타버스에서 체험한 활동 내역의 검증으로 학생의 사용자 ID 인증을 위한 다중 생체정보에 의한 ID 식별(MFA)과 관리가 가능할 수 있다. 이때, 메타버스에서 가상의 확장현실 학습과 실제 현장학습 체험을 연계하여, 스마트 현장 학습용 체험시설에서 체험학습 학생들이 재미있는 실천적 경험을 유도할 수 있도록 다양한 퀘스트와 인센티브(지역 토큰 등)를 제공할 수 도 있게 된다.

How to Apply Smart Tourism Characteristics to Hotel Management

  • Purpose: With the growth of the hospitality industry, it is imperative to identify how smart tourism characteristics may be used in hotel management. Current and emerging technologies such as analytic tools, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) help to create value for the guests while also contributing to waste reduction, resource optimization, and increased profitability in the industry. Research design, data and methodology: The literature review was conducted to examine a broad scope of research in analyzing smart tourism characteristics for the improved management of hotels and establish the necessary background for this issue. The analysis was employed to specify the systematic approach of selecting, scrutinizing, and integrating the source of information. Results: According to the systematic literature analysis, four smart tourism characteristics have been established, which can improve various aspects of hotel management. They are as follows: (1) Smart Guest Experience Management, (2) Smart Operations and Resource Management, (3) Smart Customer Relationship Management, and (4) Smart Destination Management. Conclusions: The findings expose the radical approach that smart tourism characteristics take towards the management of hotels. The developments in IT and science-oriented solutions have opened greater opportunities as the hotel industry can enhance clients' satisfaction, productivity, and participation in environmental conservation initiatives for tourism.
