A Study on the Development Methodology for User-Friendly Interactive Chatbot (사용자 친화적인 대화형 챗봇 구축을 위한 개발방법론에 관한 연구)

  • Chatbot is emerging as an important interface window for business. This change is due to the continued development of chatbot-related research from NLP to NLU and NLG. However, the reality is that the methodological study of drawing domain knowledge and developing it into a user-friendly interactive interface is weak in the process of developing chatbot. In this paper, in order to present the process criteria of chatbot development, we applied it to the actual project based on the methodology presented in the previous paper and improved the development methodology. In conclusion, the productivity of the test phase, which is the most important step, was improved by 33.3%, and the number of iterations was reduced to 37.5%. Based on these results, the "3 Phase and 17 Tasks Development Methodology" was presented, which is expected to dramatically improve the trial and error of the chatbot development.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the demand for convergence between ICT technologies is increasing in various fields. Accordingly, a new term that combines data, network, and artificial intelligence technology, DNA (Data, Network, AI) is in use. and has recently become a hot topic. DNA has various potential technology to be able to develop intelligent application in the real world. Therefore, this paper introduces the reviewed papers on the service image placement mechanism based on the logical fog network, the mobility support scheme based on machine learning for Industrial wireless sensor network, the prediction of the following BCI performance by means of spectral EEG characteristics, the warning classification method based on artificial neural network using topics of source code and natural language processing model for data visualization interaction with chatbot, related on DNA technology.

Proposal for User-Product Attributes to Enhance Chatbot-Based Personalized Fashion Recommendation Service (챗봇 기반의 개인화 패션 추천 서비스 향상을 위한 사용자-제품 속성 제안)

  • The e-commerce fashion market has experienced a remarkable growth, leading to an overwhelming availability of shared information and numerous choices for users. In light of this, chatbots have emerged as a promising technological solution to enhance personalized services in this context. This study aimed to develop user-product attributes for a chatbot-based personalized fashion recommendation service using big data text mining techniques. To accomplish this, over one million consumer reviews from Coupang, an e-commerce platform, were collected and analyzed using frequency analyses to identify the upper-level attributes of users and products. Attribute terms were then assigned to each user-product attribute, including user body shape (body proportion, BMI), user needs (functional, expressive, aesthetic), user TPO (time, place, occasion), product design elements (fit, color, material, detail), product size (label, measurement), and product care (laundry, maintenance). The classification of user-product attributes was found to be applicable to the knowledge graph of the Conversational Path Reasoning model. A testing environment was established to evaluate the usefulness of attributes based on real e-commerce users and purchased product information. This study is significant in proposing a new research methodology in the field of Fashion Informatics for constructing the knowledge base of a chatbot based on text mining analysis. The proposed research methodology is expected to enhance fashion technology and improve personalized fashion recommendation service and user experience with a chatbot in the e-commerce market.

  • By 2025, South Korea is expected to enter an ultra-aged society with the elderly comprising 20.6% of the population. We measured changes in health status before and after by the use of a "Cognition-Emotion Enhancement Chatbot Integrated Product" among Baby Boomer generation women. Fifty participants, proficient in smart device usage and willing to provide data, were selected from health communities in Seoul. After excluding some applicants, 43 Baby Boomer women were analyzed. Results revealed significant differences in post-chatbot use physical activity (43.5.21 ± 1310.39 MET) and depression levels (6.84 ± 3.53). Correlation between the two variables was not statistically significant. The findings suggest specific effects of the chatbot on physical activity and depression, emphasizing the need for future research with diverse health indicators.

  • As the prices of agricultural, fishery, and dairy products have been fluctuating due to recent instability on commodity prices, so consumers have been more inclined to make purchase without specific criteria by relying on marketing or their personal experiences and senses of market. The core function of this application is precisely and conveniently telling the consumption index to consumers who are waved by unstable commodity prices by helping users to easily understand the price index of agricultural, fishery, and dairy products in real time using public data. And, it also includes the AI Chatbot and voice recognition function, and meets the convenience of natural language processing and hands-free etc..

  • 최근 모바일 메신저 챗봇 API를 이용한 서비스 시장이 활성화되고 있다. 챗봇은 대화형 인터페이스 상에서 규칙 또는 AI로 유저와의 인터랙션을 하는 서비스로 지도, 쇼핑, 금융 등의 앱들이 챗봇 안으로 흡수되어 앱이나 웹에 별도로 접속하지 않아도 된다는 이점이 있다. 챗봇에 필요한 자동응답 API는 대표적으로 텔레그램, 페이스북 메신저, 네이버 톡톡, 카카오톡과 같은 메신저 앱에서 구현 가능하다. 아직까지 카카오톡 메신저는 챗봇 구현 환경이 제한적이라는 단점이 있지만, 국내 메신저 사용시간 점유율 94%를 차지하여 유저 접근성이 뛰어나다. 따라서 이 서비스의 타겟층이 주부 및 1인 가구이므로 서비스 범위보다는 접근성을 기준으로 두고 메신저 앱을 카카오톡으로 선택했다. 본 논문은 카카오톡 자동응답 API를 이용한 대화형 서비스를 연구 및 개발하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 이 대화형 서비스는 요리에 관한 전반적인 정보를 제공하며, 서비스 이용자에게 간편한 요리환경을 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 다양한 세부 기능을 확장한다면 효율적인 대화형 서비스가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • One of the objectives and aspirations of scientists and engineers ever since the development of computers has been to interact naturally with machines. Hence features of artificial intelligence (AI) like natural language processing and natural language generation were developed. The field of AI that is thought to be expanding the fastest is interactive conversational systems. Numerous businesses have created various Virtual Personal Assistants (VPAs) using these technologies, including Apple's Siri, Amazon's Alexa, and Google Assistant, among others. Even though many chatbots have been introduced through the years to diagnose or treat psychological disorders, we are yet to have a user-friendly chatbot available. A smart generative cognitive behavioral therapy with spoken dialogue systems support was then developed using a model Persona Perception (P2) bot with Generative Pre-trained Transformer-2 (GPT-2). The model was then implemented using modern technologies in VPAs like voice recognition, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and text-to-speech. This system is a magnificent device to help with voice-based systems because it can have therapeutic discussions with the users utilizing text and vocal interactive user experience.

  • As the utilization of chatbots grows and the AI market grows, many companies are interested. And everybody is spurring growth by offering chatbot build services so that they can create chatbots. This makes chatbots easier to service on the messenger platform, which is changing the existing application market. In this paper, we present a methodology for designing and implementing existing DB-based applications as instant messenger platform-based applications, and summarize what to consider in actual implementation to provide an optimal system structure. According to this methodology, we design and implement a chatbot that serves as an teaching advisor who provides information to the students in the curriculum. The implemented application objectively visualizes the user's desired information from the user's point of view and delivers it through the interactive interface quickly and intuitively.   • 본 연구에서는 금융 분야에서 AI 기술을 이용하여 챗봇 기반의 예측 시스템을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 사용자가 이해하기 쉽게 챗봇 기반으로 실시간 서비스를 제공하며 투자 경험이 없는 사용자를 타겟으로 투자 추천을 하는 것을 목표로 개발하였다. 챗봇 기반의 금융 어플리케이션에서는 종목 주가조회, 코스피 상위 조회, 예측결과 조회, ELS상품추천 등으로 크게 네 가지의 의도파악을 하며 자연어 처리와 단어 매칭 처리를 통해서 사용자에게 최적화된 정보를 제공한다. 정보의 질을 높이기 위해서 인공지능 학습은 10년 치의 데이터를 학습시켰으며 비슷한 패턴을 예측해서 제공한다. 상장기업의 주식과 은행에서 판매하는 ELS를 추천하고 있으며, 챗봇 서비스를 통해 사용자와 실시간적으로 소통할 수 있는 AI기반의 금융 시스템을 제공한다.
