Selecting Internal Quality Metrics by Software Integrity Level (소프트에어 무결성 수준에 따른 내부품질 척도의 선정)

  • ISO/IEC 14598-4(소프트웨어 제품의 구매자 평가 지침)는 소프트웨어 평가에서 무결성 수준의 중요성을 전제로 품질특성의 우선순위를 제시하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 제시는 현실에 적용한 것이 없는 이론적인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 14598-4에서 제시한 무결성 수준에 따른 품질특성의 중요도가 타당성이 있는지를 실증하였다. 중요도 산출을 위해 15명을 면담 조사하였으며, 이는 중요도 계산을 위한 AHP를 활용하기에 충분한 표본의 개수이다. 본 연구결과와 ISO/IEC 14598-4에서 제시한 품질특성의 중요도 순위는 일부가 상이하게 나타났다. 또한 척도를 이용한 소프트웨어 품질경영을 시작할 때 통상적으로 권고되는 척도의 수 범위(최소 4개~최대 8개) 내에서 무결성 수준에 관계없이 동일한 척도가 선정되었다.

  • 국내에서 전자상거래 인증(certification) 제도가 시행된 지 5년여에 이르고 있으나 일반 소비자 대중의 이러한 인증제도에 대한 인지도는 아직도 매우 낮은 편이며, 전자상거래로 인한 사고나 범죄 등 소비자의 피해를 줄이거나 방지하는 데에 현재의 인증제도가 기여하는 역할은 아주 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 전자상거래 관련 인증/시상 제도를 검토하여 인증제도 및 평가모델의 설계 단계에서부터 기존의 정성적인 방법을 지양하고, 전자상거래 전문가 및 이해당사자들의 의견을 종합적으로 반영하되, 통계적인 기법과 AHP 기법을 사용하여 이론적 엄밀성을 갖춘 평가모델을 개발하였다.

MMORPG의 재미 평가 모델에 관한 연구

  • 지속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있는 온라인 게임은 사회적 상호작용과 집단 경쟁 등 스탠드 얼론(stand alone) 게임에서는 느낄 수 없는 새로운 재미를 제공하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 온라인 게임 플레이의 경험 중가장 핵심적인 주제인 재미에 대한 연구는 휴리스틱한(heuristic) 연구에 머물고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구의 한계를 극복하고, 게임플레이의 재미에 대한 과학적인 평가를 위해 MMORPG의 재미 평가 모델을 제시하고, 그 유용성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 동기이론, 몰입(Flow) 이론, 기존의 문헌연구와 설문조사를 통하여 온라인 게임의 핵심적인 재미 요소를 도출하였다. 도출된 20여개 의 요인들을 매트릭스 분석을 통해 범주화하고, Ermi & Mayra(2005)의 게임플레이 경험 모델에 통합하였다. 다양하고 정성적인 평가기준을 체계화하기 위해 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) 이론에 입각하여 감각적 재미, 도전적 재미, 상상적 재미, 사회적 상호작용의 재미의 4개 측면을 포함하는 계층분석도를 구성하였고, 게임업계 전문가들의 검토와 중요도 평가를 통해 MMORPG의 재미 평가 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델에 의해 구성된 설문문항을 3개 MMORPG를 즐기고 있는 이용자 87명을 대상으로 평가한 결과, WOW, Aion, Lineage2순으로 각각 75.247점, 68.649점, 62.205점을 얻어냈다. 이러한 평가 결과는 현재 MMORPG 중에서 가장 높은 시장점유율과 매출 실적이 좋은 WOW를 가장 재미있는 게임으로 선정하였고, Aion과 Lineage2도 현재의 시장 점유율과 매출 실적과도 정확하게 일치하고 있다. 이러한 결과로 본 연구에서 제안된 MMORPG의 재미 평가 모델의 유효성이 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 가장 재미있는 게임의 선정뿐만 아니라 각 게임의 재미 요소별 강약점을 분석하여, 왜 어떤 게임은 성공적이며, 다른 게임들은 그렇지 않은가에 대한 이해를 제공할 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 제안된 MMORPG의 재미 평가 모델은 어떤 게임이 가장 재미있는 게임인지를 선정하는데 활용될 수 있으며, 궁극적으로는 보다 구체적인 재미 요소별 분석을 가능하게 하여 보다 재미있는 온라인 게임을 개발하는데 기여할 것이다. 그러나 다른 장르까지 확장하여 활용하기 위해서는 후속 연구가 뒷받침되어야 한다.

A Priority Analysis on Mobile Telecom Internet of Things Using the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) (계층분석기법(AHP)을 이용한 이동통신 사물인터넷 서비스 우선순위 분석)

  • Lately, the three mobile telecom companies in Korea are competing for the launch of Internet of Things services for using home. Typical launched services are in the smart home related fields. However, Internet of Things as mobile telecom based are at an early stage, expected that various services will be started continuously. At this point, we have been planning to analyze the preference of Internet of Things for objects based on the services already launched. In order to apply the analytic hierarchy method, the first stage factors were designed as Safety, Security, Health care, Intelligence and Home appliances. In addition, the second stage factors were organized into 18 detailed services presented in the conceptual model. As a result, Health care (23.2%) was the most preferred priority. These results can be interpreted as the result of interest in health by improving income. We presented the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

  • The rapid development of information communication technology(ICT) is born opportunities of business venturing and many items of start-up. On the smart media era, there are a lot of location based services. Thus we researched to find which factors impact location based constructs on smartphone environment in this study. We have conducted a preference analysis of the influencing factors for location based constructs for our study. In first steps, based constructs that were already known by empirical studies were categorized information, entertainment, safe&emergency, navigation&tracking and advertising&commerce. In second steps, the preference relationship among the categorized constructs were analyzed using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) technique. Participants of this study were 106 students H university in Daejeon-city during 2014. 10. 11 to 2014. 10. 25. The result of the analysis might be summarized that the chatting(0.170) has the highest preference among the above constructs. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.

  • Today, there is in the world-wide cognition about RFID technology due to established standard, EPC(Electronic Product Code). RFID technology will have wide influence over various fields. Especially, RFID technology's advantages will have positive influence on logistics field. We can solve limited various problems presented in SCM by applying RFIB technology. We can have higher cantrol system, better benefits and actual decision information. Many organizations, however, still have hesitated now because RFID technology has not been validated and RFID technology is in early stage. Other problems are employee resistance against new technology and lack of academic empirical research on assimilation RFID technology for organization. Above reasons I mentioned make me study on analysis on assimilation RFID technology decision in SCM field. This study attempts to analyze the assimilation RFID technology factor from previous researches by using AHP. This outcomes of study will be helpful when we assimilate RFID technology in SCM fields.

A Study on Level of Service of Pedestrian Facility in Transfer Stations at Urban Railroad (도시철도 환승역의 환승보행시설의 서비스수준에 관한 연구)

  • The government continues to make efforts to improve effectiveness, integration and connectivity of public transportation systems. But there have been only a few studies about it. This paper addresses the quality evaluation of pedestrian facility service in transfer stations at urban railroad. LOS (Level Of Service) model of urban railroad by facility based on the body ellipse and density recalculated considering the recent Korean body standard and the suggested Pedestrian Moving Equivalent (PME) and Pedestrian Waiting Equivalent (PWE). For LOS model for the ticket booths and ticket vending machines, queuing theory has been applied to determine LOS of Pedestrians. And the importance weights among the pedestrian facilities is obtained by applying AHP analysis. Lastly, this paper shows and discusses the evaluation results of overall LOS of pedestrian facilities of five urban railroad transfer stations in Seoul.

  • According to high-rise, complexation, and enlargement of buildings, various construction methods are being developed, and the significance of construction method selection about main work types has emerged as a major interest. However, it has been pointed out that hand-on workers cannot consider project characteristics carefully, and they lack an objective standard or reference for main construction method selection. Hence, the selection is being made depending on hand-on workers' experience and intuition. To solve this problem, various studies have proceeded for construction method selection of main work types using Artificial Intelligence like Fuzzy, AHP and Case-based reasoning. It is difficult to apply many different kinds of construction method selection to every main work type with consideration for characteristics of work types and condition of a construction site when selecting construction method in the field. Accordingly, this study proposed the decision-making model which can apply to fields easily. Using matrix analysis and liner transformation, this study verified consistency of study models applied in the process of soil retaining selection with a case study.

Weight Evaluation of Risk Factors for Early Construction Stage (초기 건설공사 리스크인자의 중요도 산정)

  • This study identifies various risk factors associated with activities of early construction stage, then establishes the Risk Breakdown Structure(RBS) by classifying the risks into the three groups; Common risks, risks for Earth works, and risks for Foundation works. The Common risks are identified and classified by considering various aspects of the early construction stage such as financial, political, constructional aspects, etc. The risks for Earth works and Foundation works are identified in detail by surveying technical specifications, relevant claim cases and interviewing with experts. These risks are classified based on the Wok Breakdown Structure(WBS) of the early construction stage. The WBS presented in this study classifies the works of early construction stage into four categories; excavation, sheeting works, foundation works, footing works. This study suggests a risk analysis method using fuzzy theory for construction projects. Construction risks are generally evaluated as vague linguistic value by subjective decision making. Fuzzy theory is a proper method to quantify vague conditions of construction activities. Therefore, this study utilizes fuzzy theory to analyse construction risks. The weight of risks is estimated by reflecting the interrelationship among risk factors from absolute weights obtained by fuzzy measure into the relative weights by Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). The interrelationship is estimated by Sugeno-fuzzy measure.
