An analysis on the relative importance of aptitude test items for integrated pilot aptitude evaluation (종합적 조종적성 판단을 위한 적성 검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석)

  • 조종사가 수행하는 조종 업무는 여러 정보를 동시에 지각하여 처리하여 야 하는 복잡한 작업으로 구성되어 있어, 조종사에게는 고도의 인간성능이 요구되고 있다. 또한 조종기술을 습득하기 위해서는 많은 훈련시간과 비용 이 소요되며, 조종사의 실수는 치명적인 사고를 초래한다. 따라서 조기에 비행 부적격자를 판별하고, 미흡한 조종 적성을 함양시킬 수 있는 교육 . 훈련 프로그램을 조종 후보생에게 적용시키는 분석적 조종적성 진단 체계 개발은 조 종사의 도태율 감소, 효율적인 비행훈련, 비행 안전사고 감소 등의 측면에서 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조종 업무 수행시 요구되는 여러 인간 기능의 중요도 차이를 조종 적성 평가 체제에 적용하기 위해서, 각 적성 검사 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 분석하고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 적성검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석은 조종적성검사 계층구조의 각 수준별 쌍체 비교 평가와 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석에 의한 상대적 중요도 산출 및 평가, 그리고 일관성 지수(Consistency Index)에 의한 분석 결과의 조정을 통해 이루어 졌다. 적성검사 항목의 쌍체 비교 평가는 심리기능검사, 비행자질 검사 등 총 29개 적성검사 항목에 대해 검사를 받았고 또한 초등비행 훈련과정을 수료한 조종 학생들에 의해 이루어 졌다. 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 심리기능 검사(W=0.30)가 다른 검사에 비하여 조종적성 평가에 중요한 검사로 나타났으며, 세부 항목으로는 주의 분배력(W=0.13), 추적능력(0.06) 등이 상대적으로 중요한 검사 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적 중요도 결과를 적용한 적성검사 성적이 적용하지 않은 적성검사 성적에 비해 비행성적에 대한 예측 능력이 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.al age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다.   • This study targets to recognize needs of adopting public management system in Urban Renewal Project. and to establish evaluation level of public management system using policy evaluation framework for establishing perspective and systemic level. Also, this study constructed basic principles as expanded concept like Public, expertise, participation, rationality, and sustainability based on previous studies and expert opinion. AHP analysis results are following. In case of upper level, post management and continuity are important factors. Also in case of under level, making stable economic system, honest operating system, reducing development costs, local development with self-sufficiency were important factors. through empirical results, the implications are following. First, public management system needs to develop a consistent principle from planning step to post management. Second, it is essential point that continuous retraining between involved people and drawing residents participate in progress activity. Third, when evaluating public management system, it is need that emphasize non-physical factor like conflict issue between stakeholder.

Analyses of Priorities in Contexts for the Script-based Speech Language Intervention by Age for 3~6 years Old Children in SLPs and Caregivers (3~6세 연령대별 언어장애아동의 언어중재 스크립트 상황에 대한 양육자와 언어재활사의 우선순위 분석)

  • The current study aimed to examine how the caregivers and speech language pathologists (SLPs) would perceive the important communication contexts for 3~6 year-old children in the script-based intervention. Analytic Hierarchy Process analyses were conducted for the obtained survey data from SLPs and caregivers. Results showed that caregivers perceived 'educational and social life' and SLPs perceived 'family life' as the most important contexts from among three high-level contexts. Within each high-level context, 'meal time' in 'family life', 'playing with friends' in 'educational and social life', and 'playground' in 'culture and leisure life' were the most important communication contexts. Also, from among 35 global priority rank, caregivers perceived 'playing with friends' while SLPs perceived 'meal time' as the most important contexts, and 'family life' was high priority among first five ranked context both in caregivers and SLPs. In caregiver groups by children's age, 3 year- and 6 year-caregiver groups perceived 'family life' and 4 year- and 5 year-caregiver groups perceived 'educational and social life' as the most important contexts. There were also slight differences between caregiver groups by age in the rank order of communication contexts across the high level contexts. These results suggest that SLPs may need to consider not only child's age and developmental level but also caregiver's demands in selecting the appropriate communication contexts when delivering the script-based speech language intervention.

Investigating the Use of Energy Performance Indicators in Korean Industry Sector (한국 산업부문의 에너지성과 지표 이용에 관한 연구)

  • Energy management systems (EnMS) contribute to sustainable energy saving and greenhouse gas reduction by emphasizing the role of energy management in production-oriented economies. Although understanding the methods used to measure energy performance is a key factor in constructing successful EnMS, few attempts have been made to examine these methods, their applicability, and their utility in practice. To fill this research gap, this study aimed to deepen the understanding of energy performance measures by focusing on four energy performance indicators (EnPIs) proposed by ISO 50006, namely the measured energy value, ratio between measured values, linear regression model, and nonlinear regression model. This paper presents policy and managerial implications to facilitate the effective use of these measures. An analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis was conducted with 41 experts to analyze the preference for EnPIs and their key selection criteria by the industry sector, and organization and user type. The findings suggest that the most preferred EnPI is the ratio between the measured values followed by the measured energy value. The ease of use was considered to be most important while choosing EnPIs.

Discovering Essential AI-based Manufacturing Policy Issues for Competitive Reinforcement of Small and Medium Manufacturing Enterprises (중소 제조기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 제조AI 핵심 정책과제 도출에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive major policies that domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing companies should consider to maximize productivity and quality improvement by utilizing manufacturing data and AI, and to find priorities and implications. Methods: In this study, domestic and international issues and literature review by country were conducted to derive major considerations such as manufacturing AI technology, manufacturing AI talent, manufacturing AI data and manufacturing AI ecosystem. Additionally, the questionnaire survey targeting 46 experts of manufacturing data and AI industry were conducted. Finally, the major considerations and detailed factors importance were derived by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results: As a result of the study, it was found that 'manufacturing AI technology', 'manufacturing AI talent', 'manufacturing AI data', and 'manufacturing AI ecosystem' exist as key considerations for domestic manufacturing AI. After empirical analysis, the importance of the four key considerations was found to be 'manufacturing AI ecosystem (0.272)', 'manufacturing AI data (0.265)', 'manufacturing AI technology (0.233)', and 'manufacturing AI talent (0.230)'. The importance of the derived four viewpoints is maintained at a similar level. In addition, looking at the detailed variables with the highest importance for each of the four perspectives, 'Best Practice', 'manufacturing data quality management regime, 'manufacturing data collection infrastructure', and 'manufacturing AI manpower level of solution providers' were found. Conclusion: For the sustainable growth of the domestic manufacturing AI ecosystem, it should be possible to develop and promote manufacturing AI policies in a balanced way by considering all four derived viewpoints. This paper is expected to be used as an effective guideline when developing policies for upgrading manufacturing through domestic manufacturing data and AI in the future.

  • The total number of railroad stations managed in Korea is 322 (including general and wide-area railways), and a considerable number of stations are aging. In terms of the size of the existing railway station and the number of entrances, it has not been possible to secure adequate service capacity, and the demand for station improvement is increasing due to changes in surrounding conditions such as urban development. In the past, railroad stations were focused on the simple function of a connection passage in terms of maintenance or management, but in recent years, railroad stations are also changing to an atmosphere that they should be reborn as a user-centered comfortable, convenient, and safe service provision space. In this study, a case study related to the improvement of the old railway station was conducted to derive an improvement plan that meets the improvement standard of the old station, and the service level evaluation standard was developed. By introducing the concept of service level (LOS) in the development model, station congestion, station movement convenience, and station safety were selected as evaluation indicators. In addition, this development model applied an analytical stratification technique to divide various evaluation elements of each indicator into major and detailed elements and derive the relative importance of the elements by class. Priority for improvement was derived using the ratio of the number of E and F on the LOS for each facility. Based on this study, it is expected to be helpful in using it as an evaluation criterion for improving objective and equitable railway station.

Mobility and Safety Evaluation Methodology for the Locations of Hi-PASS Lanes Using a Microscopic Traffic Simulation Tool (미시교통시뮬레이션모형을 이용한 하이패스 차로 위치별 이동성 및 안전성 평가방법 연구)

  • The number of Hi-Pass lanes became 793 lanes at 316 expressway tollgates in 2011 due to the increase in the Hi-Pass use. In spite of the increase in the number of Hi-Pass lanes, there have been increased potential risks in tollgates where vehicles using a Hi-Pass lane must weave with other vehicles using a TCS lane. Therefore, there is a need for study on the safety in tollgates. To this end, this study aims at developing a methodology to evaluate the performance measures of diverse location countermeasures of Hi-Pass lanes in an efficient and systematic way. This study measured the mobility, safety and the convenience of installation and operation of Hi-Pass lanes using a microscopic traffic simulation tool, the surrogate safety assessment model and survey. In addition, this study aggregated the above three performance indexes using weight factors estimated using the AHP technique. For the test site, Dongsuwon interchange was selected. After building the microscopic traffic simulation model for the test site, the location countermeasures of Hi-Pass lanes applicable to the test site were compared with each other in terms of the mobility, safety and installing and operating convenience. As a result, there has been no apparent difference in mobility index based on delays. However, the countermeasures where Hi-Pass lanes are located in inside lanes generally showed better safety performance based on the number of conflicts. In addition, countermeasures with neighboring Hi-Pass lanes were favorable in terms of the safety and the convenience of installation and operation. The methodology proposed in this study was found to be useful to support decision makings by providing critical and quantitative information regarding the mobility, safety and the convenience of installation and operation.

A Study on the Development of an Assessment Index for Selecting Start-ups on Balanced Scorecard (균형성과표(BSC) 기반 창업기업 선정평가지표 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment index for the selection of promising start-ups, which will enhance the efficiency of program that support start-ups. In order to develop assessment models for selecting start-ups, three major research steps were conducted. First, this study attempted to theoretically redefine the assessment index from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) through a literature review. Second, major assessment index were derived using Delphi technique for experts in start-up areas. Third, weights were derived by applying AHP technique to calculate the importance of each index. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, this study attempted to apply the assessment model for selecting start-ups from the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) view through the previous study review. Second, the final major questions were derived with sufficient opinions collected and structured survey of leading start-up experts in areas related to research subjects and elicited the most representative questions. Third, the results of applying the weights of the main selected assessment index, commercialization viewpoint is the most priority, followed by market view, technology development viewpoint, and organizational capability viewpoint. In the middle section, th ability to make products in the commercialization viewpoint, market competitiveness in the market, product discrimination capacity in the technology development perspective, and the ability of the entrepreneur in the organizational capacity perspective were important. Overall important items were found to be in the order of the capabilities of entrepreneurs, market competitiveness, product fire capability, and product discrimination. The importance of small items was highest priority for comparative excellence of competing products, and the degree of marketability, capacity of entrepreneurship, ability to raise capital, desire for entrepreneurship, and passion were shown. The results of this study presented a conceptual alternative to the preceding study on the development of existing selection assessment indexes. And it provides meaningful and important implications as an attempt to develop more sophisticated indicators by overcoming the limitations of empirical research on only some of the evaluation metrics.

Analysis of Competency of Nursing Teacher in Specialized Vocational High School (특성화고등학교 간호과 교사의 역량 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive the competence of nursing teacher in Specialized vocational high school. The knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the nursing teachers were verified and the competency groups and sub-competencies were verified and priorities were suggested. To do this, 23 nursing teachers who were currently working in the Specialized vocational high school were selected as expert panels and the study was conducted using Delphi and Layered Analysis(AHP) technique. The results of this study were as follows. First, the competency group of the nursing teacher in Specialized vocational high school showed teaching and learning methods & techniques, student guidance, curriculum development and operation, school management support, industry-academy cooperation, self-development and professionalism improvement. The total number was 6. Second, the sub-competency is composed of knowledge and skills related to the curriculum, planning and preparation of instruction, instruction operation, guidance of experiment and practice, instruction evaluation, development and utilization of teaching and learning medium, instruction environment, guidance on student education activities outside the curriculum, career guidance, life guidance, class management, guidance of technology and qualification, development of school curriculum, organization and operation of school curriculum, planning and operation of field practice, work planning, school management support, teacher evaluation and personnel management support, leaning support(practice place and equipment), establishment and operation of industry-academia cooperation, strengthening community cooperation, public relations in the school(department), field research for improvement of educational activities, participation in conferences and training, exploration of new knowledge and technology, The total number was 26. The most important of the relative importance was the curriculum development and operation. The subordinate competencies that have a high priority in each competency group were guidance of experiment and practice, guidance of technology and qualification, planning and operation of field practice, leaning support(practice place and equipment), management and work planning, establishment and operation of industry-academia cooperation, exploration of new knowledge and technology. The competency system derived from this study will be applied to the training and evaluation of nursing teachers in the future and can be used as basic data for related research.

A Study on the Changes in Functions of Ship Officer and Manpower Training by the Introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (자율운항선박 도입에 따른 해기사 직능 변화와 인력양성에 관한연구)

  • This study aims to investigate changes in the demand for ship officers in response to changes in the shipping industry environment in which Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) emerge according to the application of the fourth industrial revolution technology to ships, and it looks into changes in the skill of ship officer. It also analyzes and proposes a plan for nurturing ship officers accordingly. As a result of the degree of recognition and AHP analysis, this study suggests that a new training system is required because the current training and education system may cover the job competencies of emergency response, caution and danger navigation, general sailing, cargo handling, seaworthiness maintenance, emergency response, and ship maintenance and management, but tasks such as remote control, monitoring diagnosis, device management capability, and big data analysis require competency for unmanned and shore-based control. By evaluating the importance of change factors in the duties of ship officers in Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships, this study provides information on ship officer educational institutions' response strategies for nurturing ship officers and prioritization of resource allocation, etc. The importance of these factors was compared and evaluated to suggest changes in the duties of ship officers and methods of nurturing ship officers according to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships. It is expected that the findings of this study will be meaningful as it systematically derives the duties and competency factors of ship officers of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships from a practical point of view and analyzed the perception level of each relevant expert to diagnose expert-level responses to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.
