  • 목 적 : HSP 사구체 신염은 소아 만성 사구체신염의 흔한 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 HSP 환자들을 신장 침범이 있는 군과 없는 군으로 분류, 양 군 사이에 AGT 유전자의 235번 아미노산이 methionine에서 threonine으로 치환되는 AGT M235T 유전자 다형성의 분포에 차이가 있는지를 조사하고, HSP 신염 환자군을 대상으로 AGT M235T 유전자 다형성이 임상양상과 관련이 있는지를 조사하였다. 방 법 : 1996년 1월부터 2001년 6월까지 부산백병원 소아과를 방문하여 HSP로 진단된 61명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. AGT M235T 유전자형은 PCR로 측정하였다. 결 과 : 1) AGT M235T 유전자형의 분포는 HSP군에서 MM형이 75%, MT형이 25%, 그리고 TT형이 0%이었다. HSP 신염군에서는 MM형이 64%, MT형이 36%, TT형이 0%으로 HSP 신염군과 HSP 군 사이에 유전자형 분포의 유의한 차이는 없었다. 2) HSP 신염군에서 각각의 유전자형에 따른 단백뇨의 동반, 사구체 여과율, 혈청 알부민, 혈청 크레아티닌치 등은 초기와 추적 관찰 후의 검사에서 유전자형에 따른 유의한 차이가 없었다. 추적기간 동안 말기 신부전으로 진행되어 신장이식을 받은 1명은 MT형이었으며 나머지 환자는 모두 정상 신기능을 유지하였고, 고혈압의 발생도 관찰되지 않았다. 3) 24시간 채집뇨의 단백량은 초기와 추적관찰 후 각각 MT형이 MM형에 비해 높은 경향을 나타내었으나, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(P=0.3529, P=0.8469). 중등도 이상의 단백뇨(≥500 $mg/m^2/day$)를 가진 경우도 초기와 추적 관찰 후 각각 MM형에서 29%, 20%, MT형에서 42%, 36%로 MT형이 MM형에 비해 높은 경향을 나타내었으나, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 결 론 : 본 연구에서 소아 HSP 신염 환자에서 AGT M235T 유전자형의 분포는 HSP 환자군과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구의 경우 추적 관찰기간은 평균 25개월이므로 보다 정확한 HSP 신염에 대한 AGT 유전자 다형성의 영향을 확인하기 위해서는 보다 많은 증례를 대상으로 하여 장기간의 추적 관찰이 필요하리라 생각한다.

  • Recently in worldwide and Korea domestically, the LRT vehicles are introduced as reputable urban transit system, in a view of energy saving, punctuality and eco-friendly as well as transport efficiency. At first time in Korea, the Busan metro Line 4 was applied with AGT system which is a kind of LRT using the Rubber tired AGT vehicle and developed from 1999 to 2004 in charge of Korean government. Busan selected the AGT system for Metro Line 4 as the solution of traffic jam and networking the intercity. At present, Busan Metro Line 4 has been running since opened at March 30, 2011. The vehicle of Busan metro line 4 is aiming the maximization of LRT vehicle advantage that is the lightness of vehicle size and vehicle weight. So, it did size downed and weight downed by lightened the weight of car frame and bogies and by the compactness of electrical on-board equipments. The study carried out the structure analysis to verify and safety and performance of car body and bogie frame of Busan Metro Line 4 vehicles. In this study, it was analyzed the stress of main load and verified the fatigue strength. And measured the dynamic stress sending to body structure and bogie frame while running on main line and analyzed the fatigue stress. As a result, it verified the safety and life cycle of car body and bogie frame.

  • In this paper, the dynamics of automated guideway transit vehicles with rubber tires are studied. Two different AGT models are considered: the bogie system and the steering system . It is found that the bogie system is stable at all possible operating speeds, whereas it is not true fur the steering system. To investigate the dynamic stability of steering systems, the critical speeds are investigated and the dynamics of the closed-loop steering control system are numerically simulated.

  • In the standard specifications for the urban EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) train, there are several items to ensure safety against accidents. The 21th -23th items have much relation with the crashworthiness of the urban EMU train. In this study, the rubber- tired AGT(Automated Guide-way Transit System) under development by KRRI is numerically evaluated in a crashworthy point of view by applying the above crashworthiness items. The numerical results show the detail design of the AGT satisfies the 22th and 23th items. But the design is recommended to adopt mechanical fuses to reduce the impact accelerations with respect to the 21th item.

  • This paper proposes an experimental study on the traction system of rubber tired AGT (Automated Guideway Transit). IGBT VVVF inverter is developed for 1C2M propulsion system of AGT, and it consists of inverter stack, gate control unit, control unit, and interface unit. The combination test was carried out to prove the performance of inverter, and test results show that the developed inverter is excellent.

  • The Light Rail Transit (LRT) System which has medium transport capacity between subway and bus(5,000-25,000 persons per hour) is the most advanced transportation system. It has many benefits, cheap construction, operational costs through driverless and flexible route planning. Also, the rubber tired AGT (K-AGT) of various LRT has a rubber wheels and side guide. The side guide type has an many advantages. but occur a vibration and friction noise through contact between guide rail and wheel. Most of point that decreased comport is vibration thorough the guide contact. In this paper, It is purpose to improve the maximum running speed of rubber tired AGT localization bogie which is currently developed from 70km/h to 80km/h. To satisfy comport index of railway vehicle that is required in performance test. we examined coefficient of bogie suspension which is designed.

  • In this study, unattended Light Rail Transit System (K-AGT) is a general-purpose standards safety requirements of IEC 62267 based System Engineering Process (SEP) was used. Functional analysis and physical architecting for each requirements through the vehicle was classified into sub-systems, design was analyzed in terms of SE. The analysis of the proposed system engineering process, unattended train operation (UTO), driverless train operation(DTO) design of the safety measures to be used as the basis is studied.

  • This study was aimed to establish the acceptable contact force range between power collector and 3rd rail type conductor rail, and ramp slope for the Korean standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. Dynamic behavior of the power collector, contact force variation and interruption in operation, were analyzed in the worst installation tolerance and various ramp slope of the conductor rail. The power collector was designed and manufactured to satisfy the Korean Standardized Specifications of the rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle.

  • Recently, to solve the urban transportation problem, the introduction of Light Rail Transit system has been proceeded positively. therefore, development of the Korean standard LRT system in which safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness are emphasized. The Korea Railroad Research institute study on Rubber Tired AGT system of Light Rail Transit to obtain the essential technology and engineering know-how, which leads lower LRT construction cost. In the development procedure, SE(system Engineering) is needed for combination of subsystem and optimum operation effect. This study is focused on the interface of LRT subsystem(Development of the rubber tired LRT, Power supply system, signalling and train control system, Elevated track structure for the rubber tired LRT), a important part of SE, to develop of the driverless LRT system and establish the test and evaluation.

  • This study is in a part of requirements validation plan for korean rubber-tired AGT system on test track. The AGT system is consisted subsystems as vehicle, signalling, communication, power distribution and infrastructure for rubber tire running on track. The subsystems will be installed and integrated on test track till next year for test and evaluation. This paper shows overview for test and evaluation in terms of system requirements and its validation classification, test track configuration, measuring system requirements and its configuration. The whole process of system integration and its validation will be controlled by means of KMS including documentation.
