In this paper the forming simulation of circular bulge by using PAM-STAMP has been performed to estimate the sheet metal forning and the plastic deformation characteristic of circular bulge. The uniaxial tension tests adn bulge tests are carried out for studying the forming characteristics of materials, and also Moire experiment are carried out for measuring the radius of curvature of the bulge and the polar compressive thickness strain. In order to compare the simulation results with the experiment and Hills theory, the relationships between redius of curvature adn polar height of the bulge, between hydraulic pressure and polar height, and between polar compressive thickness strain and polar height, are used. According to this study, the results of simulation and Hills theory are good agreement to the experiment. So, the results of simulation by using PAM-STAMP and Hills theory will give engineers good information to assess the formagbility and plastic deformation characteristic of hydraulic circular bulge test.
To enhance therapeutic effects of insulin-sensitizing adipokine, ADN gene and potent agonists, rosiglitazone for the $PPAR{\gamma}$, cationic liposomes as non-viral vectors were formulated. The particle size and zeta potential of drug loaded and unloaded cationic liposomes were investigated. The complex formation between cationic liposomes and negatively charged plasmid DNA was confirmed and the protection from DNase was observed. In vitro transfection was investigated in HepG2, HeLa, and HEK293 cells by mRNA expression of ADN. Encapsulation efficacy of rosiglitazone-loaded liposomes was determined by UV detection. Particle sizes of cationic liposomes were in the range of 110-170 nm and those of rosiglitazone-loaded cationic liposomes were in the range of 130-180 nm, respectively. Gel retardation of complexes indicated that the complex was formed at weight ratios of cationic lipid to plasmid DNA higher than 20:1. Both complexes protected plasmid DNA from DNase either drug free or drug loading. Encapsulation efficiency of rosiglitazone-loaded emulsion was increased by drug dose. The mRNA expression levels of ADN were dose-dependently increased in cells transfected with plasmid DNA. Therefore, cationic liposomes could be potential co-delivery system for drug and gene.
Purpose: To analyze the possible association between magnetic resonance imaging signal intensity of temporomandibular joint disk and posterior attachment, and the type and extent of disk displacement, disk configuration, effusion and clinical signs in patients with internal derangement. Materials and Methods: Magnetic resonance images of the 132 temporomandibular joints of 66 patients with temporomandibular joint displacement were analyzed. The clinical findings were obtained by retrospective review of the patients' records. The type and extent of disk displacement, disk configuration and effusion were evaluated on the proton density MR images. The signal intensity from the anterior band, posterior band and posterior attachment were measured on MR images. The associations between the type and extent of disk displacement, disk configuration, effusion and clinical signs and the MR signal intensity of disk and posterior attachment were statistically analyzed by student's t-test. Results: Of 132 joints, 87 (65.9%) showed anterior disk displacement with reduction (ADR) and 45 (34.1%) showed anterior disk displacement without reduction (ADnR). The signals from posterior attachments were lower in joints with ADnR than those of ADR (p<0.05). The results showed statistically significant (p<0.05) association between the type and extent of disk displacement and disk configuration, and decreased signal intensity of posterior attachment. There were no statistical associations between pain, noise and limited mouth opening, and signal intensity of disk and posterior attachment. Conclusions: The average signal from posterior attachment was lower in joints with ADnR than that of ADR. The type and extent of disk displacement and disk configuration appeared to be correlated with the signal intensity from posterior attachment.

Objectives: Inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) is commonly used for mandibular dentoalveolar surgery. The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of coadministration of dexamethasone (4 mg/mL) or adrenaline (0.01 mg/mL) as an adjuvant with lignocaine 2% in IANB during third molar surgery (TMS). Patients and Methods: This double-blind, randomized controlled trial was conducted between March and August 2020. The investigators screened patients needing elective TMS under local anesthesia. Based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, patients were enrolled in this study. These patients were assigned randomly into two study groups: dexamethasone group (DXN) or adrenaline group (ADN). Outcome variables were postoperative edema, trismus, visual analogue scale (VAS), perioperative analgesia, onset time, and duration of IANB. Results: Eighty-three patients were enrolled in this study, of whom 23 (27.7%) were eliminated or excluded during follow-up. This study thus included data from 60 samples. Mean age was 32.28±11.74 years, including 28 females (46.7%) in the ADN (16 patients, 57.1%) and DXN (12 patients, 42.9%) groups. The duration of action for DXN (mean±standard deviation [SD], 4:02:07±0:34:01 hours; standard error [SE], 0:06:00 hours; log-rank P=0.001) and for ADN (mean±SD, 1:58:34±0:24:52 hours; SE, 0:04:42 hours; log-rank P=0.001) were found. Similarly, time at which 1st analgesic consume and total number of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs need to rescue postoperative analgesia was found statistically significant between study groups (t (58)=-11.95; confidence interval, -2:25:41 to -1:43:53; P=0.001). Early-hours VAS was also significantly different between the study groups. Conclusion: A single injection of dexamethasone prolongs the duration of action of lignocaine 2% IANB. Additionally, it can be used in cases where adrenaline is contraindicated.
For the purpose of standardization and practicability of natural dyeing, the mordanting and dyeing properties of Caseaslpinia Sappan, L. and Brazilin were studied. Appropriate extraction, dyeing and mordanting condition of Caeaslpinia Sappan, L. were determined, and the effect of mordanting method on dye up-take adn color fastness of dyed fabric was investigated. The most absorbance of Caeaslpinia Sappan, L. solution was 445nm, Brazilin was 448nm. The color of bazilin solution was affected by pH 7~9. The optimum temperature to extract Caesalpinia Sappan, L. was 10$0^{\circ}C$ adn dyeing solution for 1 hour. In case mordants concentration, the most absorbance was 0.3%. In case mordanting test, the best and proper temperature to quantities of absorbed mordants in silk was 8$0^{\circ}C$ and the most quantities of absorbed mordants in silk was mordant treatment by Cu. Effective dyeing time to silk was 60min. Effective mordanting temperature was 8$0^{\circ}C$, and its time was 30min. K/S value of dyeing fabrics was recoginazed by mordanting treat-ment, specially Fe, Sn, Al, Cu. K/S value of pre-mordanting was higher than post-mordanting. After soaping treatment K/S value of pre- and post-mordanting silk was decreased and 0.1%(W/V) quantity of mordant was sufficient for treatment. In the case of Caeaslpinia Sappan, L. fastness was increased by mordanting treatment. Mordants and mordanting treatment method affected the amount of absorption and color change of dyed silk.

Recently, owing to increased interest in low-carbon energy supplies, renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind turbines in distribution networks have received considerable attention for generating clean and unlimited energy. The presence of energy storage systems (ESSs) in the promising field of active distribution networks (ADNs) would have direct impact on power system problems such as encountered in probabilistic distributed generation (DG) model studies. Hence, the optimal procedure is offered herein, in which the simultaneous placement of an ESS, photovoltaic-based DG, and wind turbine-based DG in an ADN is taken into account. The main goal of this paper is to maximize the net present value of the loss reduction benefit by considering the price of electricity for each load state. The proposed framework consists of a scenario tree method for covering the existing uncertainties in the distribution network's load demand as well as DG. The collected results verify the considerable effect of concurrent installation of probabilistic DG models and an ESS in defining the optimum site of DG and the ESS and they demonstrate that the optimum operation of an ESS in the ADN is consequently related to the highest value of the loss reduction benefit in long-term planning as well. The results obtained are encouraging.

The presence of responsive loads in the promising active distribution networks (ADNs) would definitely affect the power system problems such as distributed generations (DGs) studies. Hence, an optimal procedure is proposed herein which takes into account the simultaneous placement of DGs and smart meters (SMs) in ADNs. SMs are taken into consideration for the sake of successful implementing of demand response programs (DRPs) such as direct load control (DLC) with end-side consumers. Seeking to power loss minimization, the optimization procedure is tackled with genetic algorithm (GA) and tested thoroughly on 69-bus distribution test system. Different scenarios including variations in the number of DG units, adaptive power factor (APF) mode for DGs to support reactive power, and individual or simultaneous placing of DGs and SMs have been established and interrogated in depth. The obtained results certify the considerable effect of DRPs and APF mode in determining the optimal size and site of DGs to be connected in ADN resulting to the lowest value of power losses as well.

Ammonium dinitramide (AND) is one of the most promising oxidizers in propellants without chlorinated pollution to the atmosphere in these days. Potassium sulfamate (PS) is a key substance in ADN synthesis as forming nitrates such as $-N(NO_2)_2$. In this paper, potassium sulfamate as a starting material for ADN synthesis was prepared in a lab scale through crystallization with ethanol solvent, and observed the effects on the yield and purity of KDN. The prepared potassium sulfamates were analyzed using FE-SEM, XRD, BET and TGA-DSC. The lab-made PS, which was ground to $20{\mu}m$ showed more beneficial than a commercial product achieving high yield and purity of the synthesized KDN. It would be associated closely with crystallinity, porosity and pore size of prepared PS.
