본 논문에서는 가장 단순한 구조를 가진 Nearest Prototype Classifier의 성능 개선을 위해 차분 진화 알고리즘을 적용하여 prototype의 위치를 결정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 차분 진화 알고리즘을 이용하여 prototype의 위치 벡터가 결정이 되며, 차분 진화 알고리즘에 의해 결정된 prototype의 class label을 결정하기 위한 class label 결정 알고리즘도 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위해 기존의 패턴 분류기와 비교 결과를 보인다.

Purpose: In this study, we propose the precision guided munitions verification methodology using the statistical analysis method has been proposed. and it can be applied to the precision guided munitions quality assurance work. Methods: This modeling is based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Defense Quality Managerment System, Production Readiness Review, Manufacturing Readiness Assesment and so on. Results: The Process Control Modeling that has the following procedures ; searching the critical to quality, statistical analysis by process, verify process. Moreover, the effectiveness of the methodology is verified by applying to the precision guided munitions. Conclusion: To achieve a analysis methods of statistical process control and verify process for precision guided munitions.

A semiempirical methods (PM3-CI-UHF. etc.) for the evaluation of ground and excited state electronic structures of psoralens are applied to angelicin with thymine. The photocycloaddition reaction of angelicin with thymine were deduced to be formed by their preferable HSOMO-LUMO interactions. The photoadduct was inferred to be a C$_{4-}$cycloaddition product with the stereochemistry of cis-anti formed through [2+2] addition reaction between, the 3,4 double bonds of angelicin and the 5,6-double bond of thymine.

In this study, steric height variability in the East Asian Seas (EAS) has been analyzed by using ocean reanalysis intercomparison project (ORA-IP) data. Results show that there are significant correlations between ocean reanalysis and satellite data except the phase of annual cycle and interannual signals of the Yellow Sea. Reanalysis ensemble derived from 15-different assimilation systems depicts higher correlation (0.706) than objective analysis ensemble (0.296) in the EAS. This correlation coefficient is also much higher than that of the global ocean (0.441). For the long-term variability of the thermosteric sea level during 1993-2010, a significant warming trend is found in the East/Japan Sea, while cooling trend is shown around the Kuroshio extension area. For the halosteric sea level, a dominant freshening trend is found in the EAS. However, below 300 m depth around this area, the signal-to-noise ratio of the linear trend is generally less than one, which is related to the low density of observation data.

This study aims to determine the importance of each factor considered when operating a rotorcraft in a city. After identifying factors that could affect urban air mobility, we reviewed the influencing factors by applying an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Level 1 classifies the essential factors of the urban operation of rotorcraft in nominal and off-nominal situations. The factors corresponding to the characteristics of each were composed of lower levels, such as Levels 2 and 3. Using this, the importance of influencing factors was analyzed and the most important factors were determined. The most influential factors of the urban operation of rotorcraft included engine failure, fire situations, and vehicle safety. Accordingly, an environment that can guarantee safe operation by considering the most influential factors in advance in an actual operation stage must be constructed.

교통약자의 이동권 보장을 위한 다양한 제도와 교통서비스가 국내외에서 시행되고 있다. 그러나 교통약자를 위한 정책이 이동편의시설 확충이나 특별교통수단·저상버스 확보 등에 치우쳐 있다. 이로 말미암아 교통수단간 연계와 이용자 관점의 서비스 편의성과 자율성 확보에는 여전히 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 교통약자 이동편의를 국내외 정책과 서비스 사례를 살펴보고, 마이데이터를 활용한 교통약자 이동지원 서비스 모델을 제시한다.
