  • I think constructivism can be considered as the new count proposal for understanding human to Cartesian rationalism. Constructivism has the common area not only with recent results of evolutionary biology, evolutionary psychology. brain science, system theory, and complex adaptive system but also with recent trends of humanities, and social science. In artificial intelligence, the studies which can be considered as constructivistic methods is going on. In this paper, from a constructivistic pint of view, to broaden the concept of intelligence in artificial intelligenve, I will examine constructivistic methodologies to intelligent machine and look about the artificial intelligence techniques which are constructivistic. Throughout such a discussion I want to promote the integral understanding of various kinds of mind theories and techniques, and pave the way of general intelligence in artificial intelligence.

  • Humans have anxieties as well as expectations for artificial intelligence. This study attempted to identify the expectation and anxiety factors affecting the attitude toward artificial intelligence innovation and to ascertain how much influence they have on current artificial intelligence innovation. This study considered that attitudes toward artificial intelligence may be different for each generation sharing a similar technology change culture. Therefore, the researchers limited the research subjects to I generation, which is the main users of artificial intelligence in the future. As a main result, the factors of expectiation of 'performance gain', 'positive social impact', and the factor of anxiety of 'threat to human-oriented social value' were drawn, and these factors influenced weak and strong artificial intelligence respectively. The results of this study suggests that artificial intelligence should develop into a pleasant relationship with humankind.

  • Renewable energy is emerging as a reliable alternative source of energy, it is much safer, cleaner than conventional sources and has contributed significantly in this sector. However, there are still some challenges that needed to address this evolving technology. Artificial Intelligence (A. I.) can assess the past, optimize the present, and forecast the future. Therefore, A. I. will resolve most of these problems. Artificial intelligence is complex in nature, but it reduces error and aims to reach a greater degree of precision which make renewables smarter. This paper provides an overview of frequently used A. I. methods in solar energy applications. A sample algorithm is also provided for literature purposes and knowledge transfer.

  • In this study, I researched whether consumers would adopt artificial intelligence speakers. A study was conducted on the motivations that arise when consumers want to use artificial intelligence speakers. Key motivational factors include needs and wants, and emotion is also included in the hypothesis as influencing the intended use. These factors have modeled the motivational process in which consumers want to use artificial intelligence speakers. In the empirical study, the survey was conducted and the survey data was analyzed by applying the method of analysis of the structural equation model. As a result of empirical research, consumers' expectations to meet their general needs for artificial intelligence speakers affected their expectations to meet their wants and their favorable perceptions. And consumers' expectations of meeting their quasi-desire for artificial intelligence speakers have affected their expectations of meeting the wants and affected their perception of favorability. Finally, consumers' expectations for satisfying their wants and their perception of favorability affected their intention to use artificial intelligence speakers. The implications of this study is that it helps to formulate strategies for information technology products with combined functionality. The specific components of motivation can play an important role in increasing consumers' intention to use artificial intelligence speakers.

  • South Korea is at an important juncture in its history to decide whether to continue its investment to become a first-mover of artificial intelligence (A.I.) platform technology or stay as a fast follower. This paper compares South Korea's A.I. platform capacity to that of the United States, China and the European Union by reviewing publicly opened documents and reports on AI platform strategies and policies using the three elements of the national innovation capacity: common innovation infrastructure, cluster-specific conditions, and quality of linkages. This paper found three major areas the South Korean government can focus on in the A.I. platform industry. First, South Korea needs to increase its investment in the A.I. field and expand its public-private collaboration activities. Second, unlike the U.S. and the U.K., South Korea lacks data protection policies. Third, South Korea needs to build a high-performance system and environment to experiment with artificial intelligence technology and big data.

  • Artificial intelligence technology, which represents the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, is now deeply involved in our lives, and future education places great emphasis on building students' capabilities for the principles and uses of artificial intelligence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the contents of AI related education in mathematics, which the relationship is closely connected to each other. To this end, I propose establishing two novel AI-related contents in mathematics education. One subject is related to learning the principle of machine learning based on mathematics foundation. In addition, I draw the core math contents dealt in following subject called 'Basic Mathematics for AI and Data Science.'

  • This paper will cover recent discussions on the risks of human being due to the development of artificial intelligence(AI). We will consider AI research as artificial narrow intelligence(ANI), artificial general intelligence(AGI), and artificial super intelligence(ASI). First, we examine the risks of ANI, or weak AI systems. To maximize efficiency, humans will use autonomous AI extensively. At this time, we can predict the risks that can arise by transferring a great deal of authority to autonomous AI and AI's judging and acting without human intervention. Even a sophisticated system, human-made artificial intelligence systems are incomplete, and virus infections or bugs can cause errors. So I think there should be a limit to what I entrust to artificial intelligence. Typically, we do not believe that lethal autonomous weapons systems should be allowed. Strong AI researchers are optimistic about the emergence of artificial general intelligence(AGI) and artificial superintelligence(ASI). Superintelligence is an AI system that surpasses human ability in all respects, so it may act against human interests or harm human beings. So the problem of controlling superintelligence, i.e. control problem is being seriously considered. In this paper, we have outlined how to control superintelligence based on the proposed control schemes. If superintelligence emerges, it is judged that there is no way for humans to completely control superintelligence at this time. But the emergence of superintelligence may be a fictitious assumption. Even in this case, research on control problems is of practical value in setting the direction of future AI research.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify whether the endorser effect similar to humans can be created in advertising campaigns based on the artificial intelligence endorser. In particular, considering the characteristics of artificial intelligence, a research model was presented by convergence of consumer innovativeness and anthropomorphism. The results of the online survey of 244 respondents showed that expertise of the artificial intelligence endorser has a positive effect on both brand attitude and purchase intention, but not for trustworthiness while it has a positive effect on brand attitude. Also, the effect of consumer innovativeness and anthropomorphism on brand attitude and purchase intention for artificial intelligence was found. The endorser effect was expanded to artificial intelligence, which is an intangible object, and the existing theory and research results were combined to re-verify it. Theoretical and practical implications for artificial intelligence-based products and services were presented.

  • Intelligence is thought to be related to interaction rather than a deep but passive thinking. Interactive tangible media "iT_Media" is proposed to explore these issues. Personal robotics is a major area to investigate these ideas. A new design methodology for personal and emotional robotics is proposed. Sciences of the artificial and intelligence have been investigated. A short history of artificial intelligence is presented in terms of logic, heuristic, and mobility; a science of intelligence is presented in terms of imitation and understanding; intelligence issues for robotics and intelligence measures are described. A design methodology for personal robots based on science of emotion is investigated. We investigate three different aspects of design: visceral, behavioral, reflective. We also discuss affect and emotion in robots, robots that sense emotion, robots that induce emotion in people, and implications and ethical issues of emotional robots. Personal robotics for the elderly seems to be a major area in which to explore these ideas.
