As consumers participate in sharing their experiences, they become a powerful information source in online shopping malls. Previous studies have investigated information service in the company-created information perspective and trust in the company perspective. This study extends the perspective of company-consumers to consumers-consumer perspective in information satisfaction and trust. Also, this study suggests loyalty as voluntary behaviors and adds helping behavior to the loyalty. Our results show that information satisfactions influence trust in the information sources such as company and consumers. Moreover, trust in company and trust in consumers influence loyalty differently. While trust in company influences recommending stronger than trust in consumers, trust in consumers influence helping and repurchasing stronger than trust in company.

In this paper, we analyze Inventory Strategy of our country middle-small Company which are ordered form large Company which product using JIT(just in time) System. Until now, we have not found a good inventory strategy for middle small Company which such like above. In this paper, we first simply survey product lead time, lot size and safety inventory in continuous product system which idea can be adapted our object. We try to mathematical modelling of product lead time, total inventory cost of bur country middle-small Company. We suggest inventory strategy for middle-small Company.

This paper discusses the analysis of financial ratios of the Korean coastal passenger shipping company 1997 and 2000. Coastal passenger shipping company shows a very high ratio of the fixed-assets because these shipping company own relatively expensive ships. The current debts are composed of short-term borrowings and lease and the ratio of the current debts is rather high considering to the size of shipping company. The equity ratio of passenger shipping company has recently been decreased, but the debt ratio has been increased. Both the profitability and activity ratios have grown worse in recent years. In order to improve the performance of coastal passenger shipping company, they should develop the leisure facilities and good items to attract travellers.

Quality management has been applied to the industry for strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the size of company. However, it has been argued that the operational models for quality management used in the large-sized enterprise could not be applied to the small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) directly. This paper analyzes the states and outcomes of movements for quality innovation in the SME and tries to give some suggestions for improving and spreading the movements within the framework of the cooperation with the large sized company. Survey results show that the preferable quality movements depends on the size of company. Especially, the Single PPM movement is most preferable in the SME. It contributes th decreasing the fraction defective and to vitalizing the communication and cooperation between large-sized company and SME.

Proper discharge of nitrogen gas and water condensate is required in a conventional fuel cell system for performance, stability and durability of fuel cell stacks. Present study covers the development of integrated unit and its functioning logic for simultaneous nitrogen gas purge and water condensate drainage in a fuel cell vehicle system. Configuration of condensate drainage pipe, purge valve and level sensor is considered and optimized in physical integration. As a key factor, discharge time is considered and optimized based on the test result of constant-current operation with various operating temperature in logic development. Consequently, derived optimal values are applied and verified in actual vehicle drive mode test. Increase of system design flexibility, weight reduction and cost reduction are anticipated with this study. Additional study for physical and logical improvement is currently being implemented.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between company risk and factors such as business size, ownership structure, and leverage. The study was conducted on 142 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2018. The purposive sampling method was used to select the research sample. The sample size for this study was 21 different companies. The analytical approach uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS. According to the findings of the investigation, the size of the company has a significant influence on both the amount of leverage the company uses and the amount of risk the company takes. The level of leverage is significantly influenced by the ownership structure. However, the ownership structure does not have a significant impact on the level of risk the company; rather, leverage has a big impact on the level of risk the company faces. The findings of this study are helpful to prospective investors in measuring the risk posed by the company to make judgments regarding investments. The findings of this study are also essential for management to consider while controlling the risk of the organization.

Company A, an embedded system manufacturer, provides its products to Company P which is the parent company of Company A. Both companies learned that they needed to find over 4,000 bugs before market release in order to meet the acceptable quality level. Traditionally, they had utilized time-series line graphs as their common performance measurement tool. These graphs compared accumulated numbers of bugs fixed with accumulated numbers of bugs found. Engineers in Company A had been under pressure to improve the process capacity because the line for bugs fixed was always below than the line for bugs found. By using a newly designed Bipolar diagram, engineers in Company A analyzed the process performance. And they were in a position to be more flexible for internal or inter-companies meeting. Authors explain an empirical study of a graphical and practical performance measurement tools relating to mainly the Bipolar diagram. As a result, the Bipolar diagram provides workload monitoring and performance measurement functions in a given timeframe by using the concepts of Optimum Process Line (or band) and Fair Process Capacity Zone.

Media company is not a business which sells news and information but a company sells audience's attention. Advertisers estimate audience's quantity and quality which pay attention to media and pay the cost. Thus drawing audience's attention is a natural and instinctive behavior for survival of media company. News doesn't deliver the fact just as it. That's impossible. News is a commodity made by processing and selection of the media company and journalist. On the process, judge of values is involved and limitation of time and place of media is considered. If scientists understand media's character truly, their misunderstanding about media company and journalist may be cleared up. In this society, media is not a being to ignore, particularly for big science like space science which spends huge public capital. Nowadays, space science meets the time to take the leap in Korea. However that can be crisis cause of uncertainty of science activity. When the crisis which no one desires happens, preparation needs for new opportunity. We can take the crisis as a chance. Understanding about media and public will be the first step for this preparation.

Current transformers(CTs) whose rating is selected per a full load current of a feeder in high voltage system can be easily saturated due to high fault current that may be several hundred times of the full load current of the feeder. However, the protective relay shall operate properly at the fault without mis-operation under the CT saturation. So, in selecting the CT rating, it is necessary to consider the behaviour of CT and a performance of protection scheme in condition where CT can be saturated. In this paper, a performance of CT and a degree of saturation are studied and verified whether its ratings are proper for the operation of the protective relay.
