7가지 리더십 관점에서의 성품 계발 타당성 연구 (A Study on Validity of Character Development in view of 7 Leadership Perspectives)

  • 성품 계발을 위한 핵심 덕목이 정해졌다면 이 덕목들을 이용해 어떻게 각 품성을 훈련하고 체화하는 것이 중요한 관건이 될 것이다. 이는 단순히 지식을 가지는 것만으로는 안 되고 핵심 덕목을 실천하고 체험 기회를 확대함으로써 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 성품 계발을 위해 7가지 리더십 관점에서 핵심 덕목을 나누고 설문조사를 통해 7가지 리더십 관점에서 성품계발의 타당성을 조사, 연구한다. 이를 통해 개개인은 자신의 성향에 더 필요한 품성들을 집중적으로 계발할 수 있다.

Exploring the Nature of Volunteer and Leadership and Its Implications for Sport Management

  • Purpose: This study examines the role of leaders of sport organizations from the perspectives of rank-and-file volunteers. Specifically, the study explores which factors are important in leading volunteers and how rank-and-filers interact with their leaders. Research design, data, and methodology: This study reviews a comprehensive literature on volunteer and leadership theories which are trait theory, behavior theory, and contingency theory. Given the comprehension of prior structure of knowledge on leadership, the study provides a structure of knowledge on volunteer and leadership in sport context and discusses managerial implications for leaders in sport organization. Results: With an exploration of sport leadership, this study proposes a volunteer classification model which presents four-volunteer types: professional volunteer, company volunteer, general volunteer, and school volunteer. Furthermore, this study discussed managerial implications for sport organization leaders. Conclusions: Paid employees may be prepared to accept a job and its requirements mainly due to economic benefits. Volunteers, however, do not pursue economic benefits through their activity. Different types of motivation between paid employees and volunteers bring to surface how a leader influences volunteer effectively. A conceptual volunteer clarification model could be examined in real world situations. Insights for future studies were discussed.

프랜차이즈 기업의 그린리더십과 환경매력도가 환경마케팅 전략과 전술 및 환경성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise Firm's Green Leadership and Environmental Attractiveness on Environmental Marketing Strategy and Tactics, Environmental Performance)

  • Purpose - As environmental issues, along with the growth of companies, are accelerating, social interests in eco-friendly management that requires corporate social role and responsibility are increasing. The eco-friendly management activity reflects the changes in environmental awareness of consumers. Therefore, the eco-friendly images of companies influence consumers, and the establishing of eco-friendly management strategy has become a very important factor in the greenmarket. In this regard, this study examined the impacts of green leadership and environmental attractiveness on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance towards the employees of franchisee headquarters. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted towards the 800 headquarters among 2,600 brands that are registered with the Fair Trade Commission of Korea by mail. Among the total of 162 questionnaires collected, 7 respondents were excluded for their incompletion, and thus 155 responses were used in this study. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. Frequency analysis was carried out to understand the general characteristics of the subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis to measure the reliability and validity of the measurement. Correlation analysis was conducted to identify the correlation between constructs, and structural equation modeling to examine the structural relationships among the constructs. Result and Conclusions - First, green leadership had a positive impact on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Second, environmental attractiveness had a positive effect on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Finally, strategic environmental marketing and tactical environmental marketing had positive impacts on environmental performance. This study can be recognized for proposing new perspectives on eco-friendly management strategy for firms to be able to win competitive superiority and performance by embedding awareness of the importance of environmental market and suggesting practical implications on understanding of environmental attractiveness, strategies and tactics of environmental management, and environmental performance in the franchise industry.

  • The organizational theory and design in future encourages us to bring a fluid perspective to the problems and challenges face. Organizational structure, strategy, management style, teamwork, organizational change, and even products and services can be vitalized and re-formed through creative images that allow us to act in new ways. Leaders and educators sat all levels must gain comfort in dealing with the insights and implications of diverse perspectives. In a leadership paradigm in action, leaders and educators who have more flexibility and willingness to create a learning organization are successful in improving productivity and student empowerment. The key element to organizational structure and changes for interior design education becomes communications. Finally, we need to recognize that despite its roots in mechanistic thinking, organization is a creative process of imagination. We organize as we imagine, and it is always possible to imagine in new ways.

학교문화가 학교구성원의 학교만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the School Cultures on the School Members' Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 학교문화, 구체적으로는 교사의 협력문화, 학교장의 지도성, 학생의 교우관계가 학생, 학부모, 교사, 학교장 등 학교구성원의 학교만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 2011년에 조사된 서울교육종단연구의 설문자료를 활용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생과 학부모의 학교만족도에는 학생의 교우관계와 교사의 협력문화가, 교사의 학교만족도에는 학교장의 지도성과 교사의 협력문화가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 학교 단위에서 교사의 협력문화가 학생, 학부모, 교사의 학교만족도에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인임이 밝혀졌고, 각각 연구되는 경향이 강했던 학생과 학부모, 교사와 학교장의 학교만족도와 학교문화를 제한적으로나마 동시에 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

LDA 알고리즘을 이용한 프랜차이즈 연구 동향에 대한 토픽모델링 분석 (Topic Modeling Analysis of Franchise Research Trends Using LDA Algorithm)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to derive clues for the franchise industry to overcome difficulties such as various legal regulations and social responsibility demands and to continuously develop by analyzing the research trends related to franchises published in Korea. Research design, data and methodology: As a result of searching for 'franchise' in ScienceON, abstracts were collected from papers published in domestic academic journals from 1994 to June 2021. Keywords were extracted from the abstracts of 1,110 valid papers, and after preprocessing, keyword analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and topic modeling using LDA algorithm, along with trend analysis of the top 20 words in TF-IDF by year group was carried out using the R-package. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, it was found that businesses and brands were the subjects of research related to franchises, and interest in service and satisfaction was considerable, and food and coffee were prominently studied as industries. As a result of TF-IDF calculation, it was found that brand, satisfaction, franchisor, and coffee were ranked at the top. As a result of LDA-based topic modeling, a total of 12 topics including "growth strategy" were derived and visualized with LDAvis. On the other hand, the areas of Topic 1 (growth strategy) and Topic 9 (organizational culture), Topic 4 (consumption experience) and Topic 6 (contribution and loyalty), Topic 7 (brand image) and Topic 10 (commercial area) overlap significantly. Finally, the trend analysis results for the top 20 keywords with high TF-IDF showed that 10 keywords such as quality, brand, food, and trust would be more utilized overall. Conclusions: Through the results of this study, the direction of interest in the franchise industry was confirmed, and it was found that it was necessary to find a clue for continuous growth through research in more diverse fields. And it was also considered an important finding to suggest a technique that can supplement the problems of topic trend analysis. Therefore, the results of this study show that researchers will gain significant insights from the perspectives related to the selection of research topics, and practitioners from the perspectives related to future franchise changes.

여성들의 권익신장을 위한 글로벌 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인 사례분석 (Case Analysis Study of Global Femvertising Campaign for Female Empowerment)

  • 여권신장 광미국 및 유럽에서는 여권신장 광고, 즉 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인이 활발한 반면 국내에서는 찾아 보기 힘들다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사례분석이라는 방법론을 통해 미국 및 유럽에서 집행된 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인들을 분석했다. 사례분석 방법은 광고 및 기타 학문분야에서도 사용되는 방법으로, 특히 트렌드를 살피는데 도움이 된다. 본 연구는 사례분석 결과, 글로벌 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인은 여성인권의 다양한 측면, 즉 미(美)에 대한 새로운 관점, 평등, 교육, 리더십, 가정폭력 등 여성들이 직면한 사회적 이슈들을 광고라는 형식으로 사회의 인식의 변화, 남성들의 인식의 변화를 목적으로 집행되고 있다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 글로벌 기업들을 업종별로 분류해 보면, 소비재로부터, IT 및 전자기업, 자동차, 금융, 장난감, 비영리단체/공공기관, 그리고 언론에 이르기까지 다양하다 또한, 여성 소비자들뿐만 아니라 남성들을 타깃으로 한 광고 캠페인들 역시 집행되고 있으며, 여성 소비재를 기업들뿐만 아니라 일반 기업들, 그리고 비영리단체 및 공공기관 역시 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인을 집행하고 있다는 사실도 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 글로벌 기업들이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐, 어떠한 주제로 광고전략을 계획하고, 크리에이티브에 적용하는지를 분석해 향후 국내 기업들이 펨버타이징을 고려할 때 방향성에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

과학영재에게 요구되는 핵심역량에 대한 교사와 학생 인식 (A Study on Core Competencies of Science-Gifted Students Based on Teachers' and Students' Perspectives)

  • 본 연구는 과학영재들이 미래의 과학자로서 성공적인 삶을 영위하고, 높은 성취를 달성하기 위해 길러주어야 할 핵심역량에 대해 과학영재 학생들과 교원들을 대상으로 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 과학영재 학교에서 요구되는 16가지 핵심역량 항목을 도출하고 각 항목에 대해 중요도와 학생의 현재수준을 비교 분석하여 핵심역량에 대한 교육적 요구도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 핵심역량 수준에 대해 교사는 사고력을 가장 높게 평가하였지만 학생들은 연구 및 탐구능력을 가장 높게 인식하였다. 그리고 교사는 협동능력을 가장 낮게 평가하였지만 학생들은 자기효능감을 낮게 평가하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 자기주도적 학습태도, 사고력, 교과에 대한 흥미, 학습동기가 과학영재 들에게 길러주어야 할 중요한 역량으로 지각하였으며, 자기조절능력, 협동정신, 자기주도적 학습태도에 대한 교육적 요구 수준이 높은 것으로 인식하였다. 끝으로 과학영재에게 요구되는 핵심역량기반교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
