As a 4th industrial revolution technology, robots are changing the form of labor market and trade in Korea. In the future, changes in the international trade order are expected to move in the direction of shortening global supply chains and restricting trade between countries. Accordingly, reshoring of relocating overseas production facilities to Korea or near-shoring of relocating overseas production facilities to neighboring allies may expand. In this context, this study analyzed the impact of robot introduction on the domestic labor market and trade based on firm-level data. As a result of analysis based on the 'business activity data' accumulated from 2017 to 2019, the introduction of robot technology was analyzed to expand low-wage, low-skilled employment. Analysis on trade shows that the introduction of robots decreases exports and increases imports. In order to expand exports through the technology of the 4th industrial revolution, employment expansion and robot introduction should occur at the same time, rather than replacing the labor force with robots. In addition, it is thought that reshoring's goal of risk management can be achieved when a stable supply chain for imports of raw materials or essential goods, which are difficult to transfer to Korea, is established together.

Purpose: After using the Internet, the world is changing through several paradigms, and the retail industry, which is essential to living in the world, is also changing rapidly. In this review paper, the requirements that the retail industry should consider and prepare in accordance with the rapidly changing paradigm were reviewed according to the current situation of the times. Research design, data, and methodology: It is a review of technological development using PRISMA flow diagram, retail change, and necessity in April 2022, and a review of the digital environment to be applied to the retail industry in the future. Results As the current situation and changes of retail, and the development of IT technology, reviews on the retail business applying the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence were collected, and the direction of the retail industry was suggested. Conclusions: The direction for the retail industry in preparation for developing technologies was presented. In addition, this study is a review paper that suggests the need for research on active introduction of new technologies to the beauty market that is very close to human life and economically helpful as IT technology for the 4th industrial revolution develops rapidly.

4차 산업혁명시대 최신 기술을 통해 공간 및 시간의 초월, 가상현실, 증강 현실 등이 구현되고 있다. 현재 인공지능, 증강현실, 빅데이터 등을 경험하고 있는 상황에서 방사선과 재학생들을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명 최신 기술에 대한 관심도와 4차 산업혁명시대 필요한 역량, 4차 산업혁명시대 방사선분야 채용 환경의 전망에 대한 인식도를 알아보고자 하였다. 2022년 2월 7일부터 2월 18일까지 대구시 소재 S대학교 방사선과 재학생 2, 3학년을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 인식도 조사를 분석하였다. 연구결과 3D 모델링 관심도가 평균 3.34 ± 1.09점으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 빅데이터와 인공지능에 대해서도 보통 이상 3.27 ± 1.17, 3.33 ± 1.07점으로 관심을 보이고 있었다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명시대 필요한 역량 인식도와 4차 산업혁명시대 방사선분야 채용 환경 전망 인식도 간 상관성이 가장 높았으며(r=0.778, p<0.01), 4차 산업혁명 최신 기술 관심도와 4차 산업혁명시대 필요한 역량 인식도 간에도 상관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다(r=0.694, p<0.01). 4차 산업 혁명시대 3D프린팅, 인공지능, 빅데이터 등의 최신 기술을 다룰 수 있는 전문 교육 강화, 방사선 의료기술분야에서의 최신 기술과 관련된 취업역량 강화를 위한 교육이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

4차 산업혁명은 가정생활 깊숙이 들어와 가사노동과 돌봄의 방식을 변화시켰다. 4차 산업혁명 기술 변화로 초래된 가정의 변화는 가사노동 사회화 측면에서 두드러진다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 가속화되고 있는 가사노동 사회화 현상을 "플랫폼"을 통한 "가사서비스" 양상 변화를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 4차 산업혁명 기술변화가 가속화되기 시작한 2015년 이후 전국일간지와 경제지를 대상으로 관련 신문기사를 추출하여 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 빅데이터 분석결과는 4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용한 플랫폼 경제가 기업 비즈니스 차원뿐만 아니라 공공정책 차원에서 가사노동 사회화를 급속하게 확산시키고 있음을 보여준다. 플랫폼을 통한 가사서비스 지원이 기업의 새로운 사업 영역으로 성장하고 있으며, 공공정책 차원에서 맞벌이가정이나 한부모가정의 일⸱가정 양립 지원이나 감염병 대응과 관련하여 중요한 정책과제로 다뤄지고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기술로 인한 가사노동과 돌봄의 변화를 통해 향후 가사노동과 돌봄에 대한 가정, 시장, 국가의 역할과 과제를 성찰하는 계기를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In spite of the rapid change of the technology, the university education cannot escape from the traditional form of classroom teaching. University education is assessed through listening the same content of lecture, completing the same assignment and test at the same time, same place. To prepare for the 4th industrial revolution, it is investigated to reorganize the curriculum(32.5%), strengthen the lifelong education(21.4%), expand the compulsory education(17.6%), expand the innovation school(13.7%), expand the educational finance(10.4%) as the field of education which need to be strengthen. The change of the education is essential to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution which creativity, collaboration, fusion, problem solving are the core ability. In this thesis, it is to be compared that the subjects opened in liberal arts of domestic and overseas university in this 4th industrial revolution and Basic Liberal Art Education Curriculum is promoted for the smooth management for preparing the future and taking the action to the change. Stereotyped and inflexible frame should be changed to 'Structure', 'Recognition', 'Attitude' for making the base of 'Diversity', 'Personalization', 'Flexibility' which are needed to uplift 'Imagination', 'Creativity' for education of the future and the new era.

4차 산업혁명은 제조업을 시작으로 전 산업의 환경을 빠르게 변화시키고 있으며, 4차 산업혁명에 포함된 신기술이 이러한 변화를 주도하고 있다. 국내 중소기업은 4차 산업혁명에 따른 변화가 필요하며, 특히 스마트 공장의 도입이 필요한 시기이다. 본 연구는 스마트 공장 도입에 대해 중소기업의 현황을 SWOT 분석을 통해 성공적인 도입을 위한 전략을 제언하였다. 강점 활용 전략으로 첫째 우수한 경쟁력을 통한 활성화, 둘째 우수한 기술력과 정보화를 이용, 셋째 세계적인 네트워크 기반의 환경을 활용을 제언하였으며, 약점 보완 전략으로는 첫째 정보보안에 대한 인식 제고, 둘째 기술 표준화 수립을 위한 평가 체계 확립, 셋째 전문 인력 확보를 위한 인력 양성 추진으로 제언하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 중소기업에 효과적인 전략과 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 다양한 외부의 전략을 이해하고 대비할 수 있도록 스마트 공장의 필요성에 대한 제언을 하였다.

This study aims to analyze the effects of the smart technologies acceptance on global supply chain innovation and export performance in Korean small and medium trading companies. As the world prepares for the advent of the 4th industrial revolution the level of smart technology acceptance by Korean small and medium trading companies has not yet reached the level that is compatible with the change of international paradigm. In this respect, this study aims to promote the acceptance of smart technologies and suggest a need of more practical policy for securing international market competitiveness through innovation of global supply chain structure of Korean trading companies. According to the empirical research results, the smart technology acceptance had a significant effect on both the internal supply chain innovation and the export performance. Also, the external supply chain innovation significantly affected export performance. These results suggested that Korean trading companies need to be more active and positive in accepting smart technology so that they can gain more competitive advantage in the 4th industrial revolution era.

Purpose: This paper deals with establishing Korean national standardization policy through a comparative trend analysis of national standardization strategies and each nation's policy environment. It first investigates the standardization strategies including Korea, the United States, Japan and Germany which is currently leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: This study compares and analyzes national standardization policies that synthesize the determinants of national standard activities using the STEEP, PEST analysis used for policy environment analysis, and National Standardization Model Canvas(N-STD Model Canvas) applying business model canvas. Results: This study confirms the reasoning and operating system of establishing national standard strategy reflecting the social, economic and political situation and the direction of national standard strategy. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study summarized the policy decision factors necessary for establishing the national standard policy and suggested the management plan in the midpoint of view.

본 연구는 조경산업의 관점에서 4차 산업혁명 기술을 탐색하여, 선순환적 가치증대에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 4차 산업혁명, 조경산업과 도시재생의 특성 등을 고찰하고, 체계적 연구에 적합한 기술 분류 체계를 틀로 선정하는 등 방법론을 설정하여 연구하였다. 먼저, 조경산업의 선순환적 가치증대에 활용이 가능한 디지털 데이터 기반의 4차 산업혁명 기술을 선별하였다. '요소기술 수준'에서 '핵심기술'인 사물인터넷, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터, 인공지능, 로봇, '주변기술'인 가상 증강현실, 드론, 3D 4D 프린팅, 3D 스캐닝이 디지털 데이터 기반의 4차 산업혁명 기술로 조명되었다. 조경산업에 특화하여 '트렌드 수준'으로 응용하면 선순환적 가치증대에 활용이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. '시스템 수준'은 하나의 범용기술로 분석하였으며, 플랫폼을 중심으로 요소기술 수준, 컴퓨터와 스마트기기 등이 유기적으로 상호연계되어 시스템화된 디지털 데이터 기반의 4차 산업혁명 기술로 조명되었다. 조경산업에 특화하여 '트렌드 수준'으로 응용하면 선순환적 가치증대에 효과적인 기술로 나타났다. 요소기술 수준을 응용한 트렌드 수준에서 제시된 모든 활용 방안의 구현과 시너지효과 창출이 가능하다. 스마트정원, 스마트공원 등이 추구해야 하는 수준으로 분석되었다. 트렌드 수준의 인접산업 기술 중에는 스마트시티, 스마트홈, 스마트팜 및 정밀농업, 스마트관광, 스마트헬스케어가 협업에 의한 연계성이 클 것으로 판단되었다. 다음으로, 도시재생 공공공간을 포함한 조경공간의 조성 유지관리 및 서비스에서 도구이자 소재로서, 트렌드 수준으로 응용된 관련 기술의 다양한 활용 방안이 조명되었다. 즉, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 실현으로 조경공간에서 디지털 기술의 기본적 특성이 반영된 초연결화, 초실감화, 초지능화, 초융합화되는 방안들이 제시되었다. 조경산업이 도시재생 사업에 참여함에 있어서도, 기존 업무를 비롯하여 새로운 성격의 요구 수용 및 조율, 교육, 컨설팅 등에서 가치를 증대하는데 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 조경영역 전반이 전략적 교두보로 유지관리를 연계하여, 트렌드 수준의 관련 기술을 시스템화할 때 선순환적 가치증대에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 산업구조 상, 다양한 경로에서 생산된 데이터와 정보를 유통시키는데 효과적이기 때문이다. 향후 디지털 데이터 기반의 4차 산업혁명 기술을 실제 조경공간의 조성 유지관리 및 서비스에 융합하여 실증하는 등의 후속적 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인을 도출하고, 제4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 성공요인을 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 문헌 연구 결과, 리더쉽', '변화관리', '최고경영층 지원', '전략적 조화', '교육훈련', '의사결정 위양', '팀워크', '조직문화', '소통', '프로젝트 관리'의 10개의 성공요인이 도출되었다. 제4차 산업혁명에 관련된 산업계에 해당되는 기업의 CIO와 CEO를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사로서는 상당히 높은 64.4%의 응답률을 보였다. 설문 분석 결과 응답자는 '전략적 조화', 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 이어서 '최고경영층 지원', '리더쉽', '변화관리', '프로젝트 관리', '팀워크', 소통', '교육훈련', '조직 문화', 의사결정 위양' 순으로 평가하였었다. 제4차 산업혁명의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 (1) 추진 전략의 구체화와 정교화, (2) 정부, 공공기관, 연구기관, 대학, 산업계의 효과적인 네트워크 구축, (3) 전략적이고 장기적인 계획, (4) 추진 전략의 차별화와 글로벌 협력체계 구축이 요청된다.
