  • We The 4th industrial revolution, the core characteristics of super-intelligence, hyper-connective, and ultrareality, has been actualized. New technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, and high-tech video have begun to be applied to media and advertising. With the introduction of new technologies in the advertising field, innovative changes in advertising types, advertising effects, advertising methods, and advertising contents are expected. Accordingly, We intends to design a future advertising roadmap development by predicting how future advertising will change and develop through future technologies in the 4th industrial revolution era. To design the roadmap, this study analyzes changes in advertising technology, consumer, and media as changes in the advertising environment in the 4th industrial revolution era, and identifies the core changing trends, advertising factors in future advertising through the Delphi Survey on experts in advertising and future fields. We identifies how the future advertising technology, types, media, effects, and fields are developed by the changes of future advertising environments, including technology, consumers, and media in the 4th industrial revolution era. Hence it is expected to help the advertising industry and experts to prepare for future changes.

  • As the era of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution began, it is possible to provide smart education by utilizing various new technologies. This paper included 6 steps to prove that the educational satisfaction of students' can be improved by applying the technology of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution toward smart education. The first step is to review technologies of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution that could enable smart education. The second step is to define areas that smart education should include by adopting technologies of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. The third step is to extract the keyword through literature review while the keyword can constitute the smart education for the defined areas. The fourth step is to present the research model by using the extracted keyword. The fifth step is to verify the proposed research model through questionnaires. The last step is to analyze the result of questionnaires to suggest better educational method. Consequentially, the purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of smart education by measuring students' expectation about smart education through questionnaire. As a result, students responded that the presented factors of smart education could maximize the effect of education by increasing the satisfaction of education. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the technology of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution in the education field and apply the smart education method for better education.

Chapter 1 deals with the necessity of research on how advanced countries operate industrial technology in the defense sector based on the 4th Industrial Revolution. Chapter 2 examines the current technology status of the 4th Industrial Revolution in Korea and the concept of Korean combat. Chapter 3 analyzes the military robotic technology of advanced military countries through examples of unmanned combat robots in the United States, Israel, and Germany. In the end, in future battles, it will be possible to dominate the battlefield only by taking a leap into a super-connected and super-intelligent military based on a high-tech platform. Our military should also research and develop military robotics in accordance with the characteristics of each combat system, and further expand and develop the concept of combat performance to protect our core capabilities and centers from enemy cyber, electronic warfare, and space attacks.

  • Among many dimensional and dimensionless amplitude parameters, kurtosis (4-th normalized moment of probability density function) is generally regarded as a sensitive good parameter for machine diagnosis. However, higher order moment may be supposed to be much more sensitive. Bicoherence is an absolute deterioration factor whose range is 1 to 0. The theoretical value of n-th moment divided by n-th moment calculated by measured data would behave in the same way. We propose a simplified calculation method for an absolute index of n-th moment and name this as simplified absolute index of n-th moment. Some favorable results are obtained.

  • Purpose: This paper proposes a quality strategy based on the evolution of technology in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: We examine the theory of past quality activities and the changes in quality paradigm, and analyze key words for the technologies and key issues of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Based on existing quality management, we find a quality strategy that should be pursued during the 4th Industrial Revolution. Results: Quality has been recognized as an essential component of corporate competitiveness. The paradigm of quality has also changed with the pass of time and industry development. From this viewpoint, the following eight quality strategies are proposed for the development of the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution period, such as Market-to-customer fusion quality, symbiotic quality, big data quality, technical accuracy and zero-defect quality, facility predictability quality, software quality, process flexibility quality, and information protection stability and security quality. Conclusion: Quality for customer satisfaction is still important nowadays. However, in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, where various business models and methods of manufacturing are expected, the big data utilization, software quality, and the reliability and security of information protection to support it are important.
