This study was to develope health promoting and better quality of Kochujang. Three kinds of medicinal plants, Angelica acutiloba (AA), Akebia quinate decaisne (AQ), Caragana chamlagu (CC) were extracted with water. Hanbang Kochujang was prepared by adding water extracts of medicinal hem to the ingredients of Kochujang. Quality characteristics of Hanbang Kochujang were evaluated by its water content, color and sensory evaluation during storage at $5^{\circ}C$: and $20^{\circ}C$ for 90 days. Moisture contents of Hanbang Kochujang before storage were $33\~38\%$ and increased to $48\~51\%$ at the end of storage. Color values(L, a and b) of Hanbang Kochujang were decreased as the progress of storage period at $5^{\circ}C$ and $20^{\circ}C$. Redness (a) values of Hannbang Kochujang with Akebia quinate decaisne (KAQ) and Caragana chamlagu (KCC) were lower than that of control Kochujang (KC) during storage at $20^{\circ}C$(p<0.05). Yellowness(b) values of Hannbang Kochujang with Caragana chamlagu (KCC) was lower than that of control Kochujang (KC) during storage at $5^{\circ}C$(p<0.05). From sensory evaluation, preference was higher in Hanbang Kochujang (KAA, KAQ and KCC) stored at $20^{\circ}C$ than that stored at $5^{\circ}C$ during 60 and 90 days of storage. Sensory evaluation scores of color, sweet taste and overall preference were the highest in Hanbang Kochujang added Caragana chamlagu (KCC) during storage at $5^{\circ}C$ and $20^{\circ}C$ for 90 days (p<0.05).

두 스칼라장 $\phi_1$, $\phi_2$를 사용한 원시 검은 구멍 생성모형을 살펴보았다. $\phi_1$은 Linde의 혼돈 인플레이션장을, 그리고 $\phi_2$는 SU(5) 대통일 이론의 Higgs장을 사용하였다. 인플레이션은 $\phi_1$에 의해서 일어난다고 가정하였는데, 재가열(reheating) 온도가 $\phi_2$장의 임계온도(${\sim}1.31{\times}10^{14}GeV$)보다 높을 경우 재가열 직후에 검은 구멍이 생성됨을 알 수 있었다. 재가열 온도가 $1.48{\times}10^{14}GeV$정도 되면, 질량이 1kg쯤인 검은 구멍이 생성되는데, 현재의 지평선에 해당되는 당시의 영역 내에서 생성되었던 검은 구멍들의 총 질량이 ${\sim}10^{55}g$($\approx$현재 우주의 지평선 질량)이 되어, 그 증발과정이 우주론적으로 중요해질 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to study an environmental information system for presenting diverse air pollution emission data using GIS. In this study, the system has been develped by ArcView 3.1 and digital maps. This paper consists of four parts. After the introduction, section two explains current status of environmental information systems regarding air pollution omissions in the case of Seoul. Section three describes interfaces and the system developed in this research and final section summarizes and derives conclusions.

편광 유지 광섬유에 새겨진 장주기 격자의 파장에 따른 편광 의존 손실을 이용하여, 광섬유 브래그 격자가 사용된 광섬유 레이저에서 공동 내부 빛의 편광을 회전시킴에 따라, 발진 파장의 스위칭 및 이중 파장 발진이 가능함을 보였다.

$360^{\circ}$panoramic image can give people an unprecedented visual experience, and there are many different ways to make a $360^{\circ}$panoramic image. In this paper, we will introduce two easy and effective methods from those many ways. The first one is through 48 photos to make a $360^{\circ}$panoramic image, the second way is through 6 photos to make a $360^{\circ}$panoramic image. We will compare those methods and tell the audience which one suits themselves. Through those easy design methods introduced above, we can see VR works design became easy and popular, normal people can also make $360^{\circ}$panoramic image, and it promotes the industry of VR image contents.

The purpose of this study was to compare the quality characteristics of each brown rice glutinous rice red pepper paste prepared. In this study, brown rice, glutinous rice, and red pepper paste were prepared with various enzyme preparations. A 20-day study of the physicochemical and microbiological properties of each enzyme through the results process showed significant differences. In particular, brown rice red pepper paste manufactured using cozies purchased from Sunchang was functionally superior to rice cozies and bean cozies, with probiotics of 7.1-7.5×107 CFU/mL, lactobacillus of 1.9-2.2×103 CFU/mL, 48.67-52.30%, and 58.57-63.90%. When the results were combined, the composition of microorganisms and enzymes of fermented soybean paste purchased from Sunchang was not confirmed, but brown rice chili paste with nutritional and functional properties could be prepared compared to A.oryzae and A. kawachii.

This paper describes the development of the ground penetrating radar (GPR) system using UWB impulse radar with 48 Channel array. GPR is an effective alternative technology to resolve th disadvantages of metal detectors. Metal detectors have a very low detection probability of non-metallic landmine and high false alarm rates caused by metallic materials under the ground. In this paper, we use the mono-cycle pulse waveform with about 600 ps pulse width to obtain high resolution landmine microwave images. In order to analyze performances of this system, we utilize indoor test facility that made up of rough sandy loam which representative Korean soil. The mimic landmine models of metal/non-metal and anti-tank/anti-personnel landmines buried in DMZ (demilitarized zone) of Korea are used to analyze the detection depth and the shape of the mines using microwave image.

Oyijangachi, a traditional Korean brinded cucumber, was prepared by brinning the cucumbers in five different solutions for 48 hrs and then, was dipped into dipping sources(Kochujang, Doenjang and Ganjang) for 30 days of aging. Firmness, calcium content and enzyme activities(pectinesterase and polygalacturonase) changes were measured among the cucumbers which were treated by five different solutions during aging. The firmness of Kochujang Oyijangachi were the lowest after 10 days of aging for all from the five brining solutions because of "hollow phenomena" of cucumbers. Calcium contents of cucumbers after dipping into the five solutiosn increased as calcium content of the solutions increased and also increased when the cucumbers dipped into the dipping bases(Kochujang, Doenjang and Ganjang) because of calcium migration from the dipping sources into the cucumbers during aging. The calcium contents of the three dipping bases were ranged from 70mg% to 120mg% of Ca. The activity of polygalacturonase in the Oyijangachi decreased generally during aging and decreased rapidly during initial 5 days of aging. The activity of pectinesterase of cucumbers treated with 12% salts solutions(treatment 3, 4 and 5) were higher than those of cucumbers treated with 6% salts solutions(treatment 1 and 2).

The slope stabilization analysis was performed by conducting survey and selecting the representative section in order to improve slope composition and management technology of masonry embankments in the quarry area, The mean slope of the masonry retain wall (A, B, C, D, E, F) was $38.5^{\circ}$, although the steep slope of the lowest slope (A) as $59^{\circ}$. The horizontal distance of the masonry embankments is 66.2 m and the slope height is 48.3 m. However, the inclination of the masonry embankments is relatively steep and visually unstable. The slope stability analysis for the slope stability analysis was taken into account during the drying and saturation. The slope stability analysis during saturation was performed by modeling the fully saturated slope. The strength constants of the ground were divided into two groups. The safety factor for dry period was 1.850 and the safety factor for rainy season was 1.333. The safety rate of dry period and rainy season was above 1.5 and 1.2. However, the weathered granite on the upper part of the masonry embankments at the time of heavy rainfall is considered to have a high risk of slope erosion and collapse. Therefore, it is considered necessary to take measures for stabilization through appropriate maintenance such as drainage installation.
