Six flavonoids were isolated from the heartwood of Maackia fauriei. On the basis of spectroscopic evidences, the structure of these compounds were established as 4'-7-dihydroxyflavone, genistein, retusin, afromosin, dehydroferreirin and 3'-methoxydaildzein.
