  • As digital photogrammetry can acquire much three-dimensional data quickly and exactly in equal accuracy, and it has advantage that can use this in modelling, it's practical use possibility is increased in various field by collection method of data for GIS. In this study, it was intended to create 3D image that has coordinate system, and use in acquisition of position information for object. And, it was applied to discontinuities extraction and measurement of rock slope for practical use of three-dimensional image and examination of measurement accuracy. Through this, it is inspected the possibility of three-dimensional image creation and the acquisition of space information.

DEM과 정사영상을 이용한 항공 영상에서의 3차원 선소추출 (3D Line Segment Detection from Aerial Images using DEM and Ortho-Image)

  • This paper presents 3D line segment extraction method, which can be used in generating 3D rooftop model. The core of our method is that 3D line segment is extracted by using line fitting of elevation data on 2D line coordinates of ortho-image. In order to use elevations in line fitting, the elevations should be reliable. To measure the reliability of elevation, in this paper, we employ the concept of self-consistency. We test the effectiveness of the proposed method with a quantitative accuracy analysis using synthetic images generated from Avenches data set of Ascona aerial images. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method shows average 30 line errors of .16 - .30 meters, which are about $10\%$ of the conventional area-based method.

  • Extracting the brain from magnetic resonance imaging head scans is an essential preprocessing step of which the accuracy greatly affects subsequent image analysis. The currently popular Brain Extraction Tool produces a brain mask which may be too smooth for practical use to reduce the accuracy. This paper presents a novel and indirect brain extraction method based on non-brain tissue segmentation. Based on ITK, the proposed method allows a non-brain contour by using region growing to match with the original image naturally and extract the brain tissue. Experiments on two set of MRI data and 2D brain image in horizontal plane and 3D brain model indicate successful extraction of brain tissue from a head.

색상 정보와 호프변환을 이용한 3차원 점군데이터 구조물 추출 기법 연구 (Structure Extraction in 3D Cloud Points Using Color Information and Hough Transform)

  • 본 논문에서는 지상 라이다에서 획득한 3차원 점군데이터로부터 인공 구조물을 추출하는 알고리듬을 제안한다. 지상 라이다 점군데이터는 항공 라이다의 경우와 달리 다양한 장애물이 존재하기 때문에 기존의 알고리듬을 그대로 적용하기가 곤란하다. 제안 방법에서는 지상 라이다 데이터가 가지고 있는 색상 정보를 이용하여 목표 구조물에 해당하는 점군데이터를 분할하고, 분할된 점군데이터의 Hough 변환을 통해 3차원 공간상에서의 구조물에 해당하는 직선 방정식을 추정한 후, 추정된 직선과 점군데이터 사이의 거리를 비교함으로써 목표 구조물을 추출한다. 제안 방법은 목표 구조물의 기준 색상을 획득하는 단계에서만 사용자의 개입이 필요하다는 점에서 효율적이며, 모의실험을 통해 제안방법의 성능을 확인하였다.

3차원 바디 스캐너를 이용한 남성 상반신 인체측정 -직접측정과의 비교- (Upper Body Measurement of Men using 3D Body Scanner -Compared to Anthropometry-)

  • Three dimensional body scan technology is being targeted for utilization in the apparel industry. The purpose of this study was to test reliability of the body scan data targeting from 20 to 24 year old men by comparing 3DM, 3D body-scanning semi-auto measurement extraction method, Scanworx, 3D body-scanning auto measurement extraction method, and traditional anthropometric method. We found significant differences in 9 out of 25 items in upper body measurements using 3DM and 16 out of 25 items using Scanworx. In the range of difference value of scan measures, it showed 1 item in the absolute value of more than 40mm between two measuring methods, 3 items in 20 up to 40mm, and less than 20mm in other items. Overall, in height items, the numerical value of traditional measure was higher and in girth, width, depth items, 3D scan measure was higher. We found out that reliability of 3D measurements taken from whole body scans was different according to scanners, scanning softwares, programs, and subjects.

지상라이다기반 실내 3차원 모델 구축 방안 (Indoor 3D Modeling Approach based on Terrestrial LiDAR)

  • 지상라이다는 시간과 인력의 소모를 절감하면서도 고밀도의 포인트 클라우드를 생성할 수 있으므로 3차원 지적, 문화재보호, 건설관리 등에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 포인트 클라우드를 기반으로 한 실내 3차원 모델 구축 기법을 제시하였다. 제시한 방안은 세그먼테이션 단계와 외곽선 추출 단계로 이루어진다. 세그먼테이션 단계에서는 RANSAC과 정제격자를 이용하여 포인트 클라우드를 동일 평면에 따라 분할한다. 외곽선 추출단계에서는 외곽선 추출 격자를 이용하여 3차원 모델의 경계선을 추출한다. 또한 모델링에 사용되지 않은 포인트들을 메쉬자료화여 실내 공간의 세부 묘사를 위한 자료로 활용하였다. 제시한 모델링 기법은 메쉬자료를 이용하여 3차원 모델 구축을 하던 작업과정을 크게 개선하였다. 하지만 실내 공간의 환경 특성에 따라 RANSAC 경계값, 정제격자와 외곽선 추출 격자 크기의 조정이 필요하며 원형 또한 곡선 형태를 지닌 실내 구조물의 외곽선 추출을 위한 알고리즘의 개선이 필요하다.

Visual Semantic Based 3D Video Retrieval System Using HDFS

  • This paper brings out a neoteric frame of reference for visual semantic based 3d video search and retrieval applications. Newfangled 3D retrieval application spotlight on shape analysis like object matching, classification and retrieval not only sticking up entirely with video retrieval. In this ambit, we delve into 3D-CBVR (Content Based Video Retrieval) concept for the first time. For this purpose we intent to hitch on BOVW and Mapreduce in 3D framework. Here, we tried to coalesce shape, color and texture for feature extraction. For this purpose, we have used combination of geometric & topological features for shape and 3D co-occurrence matrix for color and texture. After thriving extraction of local descriptors, TB-PCT (Threshold Based- Predictive Clustering Tree) algorithm is used to generate visual codebook. Further, matching is performed using soft weighting scheme with L2 distance function. As a final step, retrieved results are ranked according to the Index value and produce results .In order to handle prodigious amount of data and Efficacious retrieval, we have incorporated HDFS in our Intellection. Using 3D video dataset, we fiture the performance of our proposed system which can pan out that the proposed work gives meticulous result and also reduce the time intricacy.

선형 레이저 광 영상기반 다면 3 차원 스캐너 (Multi-facet 3D Scanner Based on Stripe Laser Light Image)

  • In light of recently developed 3D printers for rapid prototyping, there is increasing attention on the 3D scanner as a 3D data acquisition system for an existing object. This paper presents a prototypical 3D scanner based on a striped laser light image. In order to solve the problem of shadowy areas, the proposed 3D scanner has two cameras with one laser light source. By using a horizontal rotation table and a rotational arm rotating about the latitudinal axis, the scanner is able to scan in all directions. To remove an additional optical filter for laser light pixel extraction of an image, we have adopted a differential image method with laser light modulation. Experimental results show that the scanner's 3D data acquisition performance exhibited less than 0.2 mm of measurement error. Therefore, this scanner has proven that it is possible to reconstruct an object's 3D surface from point cloud data using a 3D scanner, enabling reproduction of the object using a commercially available 3D printer.

무인항공영상을 이용한 교량 상판의 텍스처 매핑 (Texture Mapping of a Bridge Deck Using UAV Images)

  • 도로의 상태를 관측하는 많은 방법의 하나로 무인항공기 영상이 사용된다. 무인항공기 영상 파일이 너무 크고, 불필요한 정보가 많을 때, 특징적 정보를 압축한 텍스처 추출 기법이 사용된다. 특히 무인항공기 영상을 이용한 3차원 시뮬레이션에서 많은 양의 데이터가 입력되기 때문에 텍스처 추출이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 교량의 고해상 영상을 얻기 위하여 무인항공기 영상으로부터 텍스처 추출 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 방법은 3단계로 이루어진다. 첫째, 브이월드 데이터베이스에서 3차원 교량 모델을 취득한다. 둘째, 기하보정 정보를 가진 무인항공기 영상에서 텍스처를 추출한다. 셋째, 개별 영상에서 추출된 텍스처를 융합한다. 본 연구 결과는 브이월드 텍스처를 고해상 영상으로 갱신하는 데 사용될 수 있다.

  • This study was expand the use of Citrus madurensis (Citrofortunella microcarpa), which is a good source of skin whitening and antioxidants activation cosmetics. The goal was to provide cosmeceutical activity data about the extraction yield and total phenol of this calamondin orange by optimizing the focused high ultrasound(INEFU) and ultrasound extraction(UE) conditions. Under optimal extraction conditions, which consisted of 1800W for 45min and 500W for 45 min, 21.55 and 13.27 % (w/w) of the highest extractions yield and polyphenol contents were obtained. For the skin whitening activity, tyrosinase inhibitory activity was observed at 69.24 % in the INEFU extracts, which was ca. 18 % higher than that of the UE extracts (58.82 %). To reduce melanin production in Clone M-3 cells, 86.9 % melanin production was observed following the addition of control, WE(water extraction) relative to the control without a sample, and 81.2 and 78.9 % were found in the UE and INEFU conditions. The highest total phenol secretion was conclusively obtained under the optimal conditions and resulted in a significant improvement of the cosmetic activities of Citrus madurensis(Citrofortunella microcarpa) extracts.
